I see that in whatever semi-canon side universe the Mario Kart games take place in, Mario and Luigi are blue collar mechanics who work together in tire service and engine repair.

In light of this, one thing I really like is the way their shops are designed, with Mario having a roof bent to form a letter M while Luigi’s roof has a wrap-around neon banner to give it something of an L shape.

I like that. Nice bit of design there.

I havent been super online and may not be for a few weeks. I'm going through more medical stuff, my leg function has gotten much worse and my pain increasing. I'm on an opioid for the first time this week so I'm trying to analyze how its affecting me best I can. My eyesight also rapidly got worse around the same time my memory loss made me lose my glasses, so Im having to get that retested and then wait for new glasses. Im on month 10 of my first disability claim and I'm under a lot of stress financially since I cant work.

All that to say I may be a little extra distant from being online for a while ! I'm trying to catch up to life but its hard when I can't hardly walk anymore lmao. I added as many fundraisers for Palestinian families and individuals as I could, so please watch out for them and continue to share them around if you aren't able to donate. AHHHHH. NOt sure if there was a small power surge or what during the storm but i noticed like an hour ago that the filter on my bristle nose pleco's grow tank had stopped working which is bad because well.. filtration but also agitation that helps oxygenate the water, especially when it's warmer out. I do not have another back up filter. I tried to get one working but the one i had is for a larger tank and so the water level does not go high enough in the ten gallon to get it going. Luckily I do at least have a little back up motor and air stone i can put in there in so the lil guy can get enough oxygen. I'll just have to unfortunately do daily water changes until I can either A. get another small filter for his grow tank, or B. he's big enough to move into the main aquarium.
