Little stobotnik reverse au idea that Im prolly never gonna fully flesh out. Context: Stone is a commander and Robotnik was assigned to him to both get him out of the lab and to give Stone an assistant. Whta they didnt prepare for was for them to be even worse menaces that they started.

“Commander Stone, I believe it's your turn to share your next strategies,” some nobody moves on from the last speaker. Stone has never liked these meetings, so he just waves a hand towards his assistant.

“Ah, Robotnik knows everything,” Stone deadpans. “He’ll explain everything.” Robotnik looks up from his tablet, where he was just pretending to take notes, in confusion.

“Wha-”

“Go on,” Stone glances over his shoulder at the other, waving towards the front. Robotnik glances up before looking back at his boss. “You’re the one making the robots for it. Go explain.”

Robotnik thinks to push back. After all, he'd only been assigned as the commander’s personal assistant/scientist a little more than a week ago. Yet, as a different official they could care less about tries to speak up against it, Stone harshly snaps in their face and continues to look at Robotnik expectantly. Taking a deep breath, not bothering to hide the slump in his shoulders, he walks to the front and starts to set up the PowerPoint.

Stone doesn't bother to pay attention to Robotnik’s presentation. They've already been over all of this: the robotics, the attached firearms, the strategies, the insane amount of casualties that the resulting explosions would cause. It's much more entertaining to watch his coworkers struggle to keep up. Stone likes how his new assistant can do that- speak so fast and with such a brilliant vocabulary that just about anyone else blue screens. Everyone except for Stone, of course. He wouldn't have direct contact with one of G.U.N.’s best engineers otherwise. Plus, by the end of it, Robotnik has that wild grin of genius that Stone loves to see. The PowerPoint ends with a little gif of an explosion over a stick figure labelled “the enemies”- Robotnik’s the one that made the slides.

Stone doesn't bother to pay attention to how the chair skids out behind him as he gets up, his hands planted on the table and a similar, sinister grin to his assistant plastered on his face. “Now then, I believe that was all that was asked of me. Ta-ta. Doctor! Let's get a move on.” Stone doesn't even glance over his shoulder to know his assistant is following. Though, he does pause and groan as he can already hear the nobodies shoot up from their seats.

“Now where do you think you're going?” One of them demands, as if they have the right.

“Back to my lair-” sure, it's technically an office, but it's a separate building and it's decorated in a way that lair just fits better- “and I'd really prefer to get a move on. I have wars to end before they start.”

“And what makes you think you can just walk out?!”

Stone snaps his finger and waits a moment for Robotnik to catch on. Thankfully, he doesn't have to turn around before he hears his doctor start speaking to the table. “You see, in our subsequently ranked hierarchy based on levels of critical importance, certain time, skill, and activities are ranked excessively greater than those of measly circle jerks of power.”After a few beats of confused silence, Stone can feel Robotnik turn to him. “Commander?”

Stone spins around with a sadistic grin on his face. “Ya basic!” He translates, much louder than necessary. He turns back around and gestures for his assistant to follow. “Doctor, let's go.”

“Yes, commander.”

Once that door is closed behind him, Stone spares a glance at his assistant. Robotnik has never been good at hiding emotions. Well, he is, just not to Stone. He memorized every micro expression he could the first week of having him. Yet, even those that don't know Robotnik could see the beaming smile on his face. Putting stuck up idiots in their place tends to have that effect.

“Honestly, what were those imbeciles thinking,” Stone starts on a rant, already storming through the building, towards the exit, “not even just those meetings. God, I hate those meetings. But they also had you locked up in a lab before this? With, what? Mediocre scientists? Despicable! Unthinkable! Downright idiotic! Listen here my dear doctor, if I ever- and I mean EVER- start treating you like that, smack me. You have my full permission.”

“Yes, commander.”

“And I mean it. You might be my assistant, but I'm not stupid. You're capable of great things, and by hell are we going to achieve them.”

Stone can almost hear that grin grow wider as Robotnik repeats another, “yes, commander.”

“Now then,” Stone pauses to hold the door open for his assistant, “we have casualties to cause.”

Hasbro developed the toys for a U.S. audience and in 1984 premiered Transformers with an elaborate backstory about a war between robots developed by Marvel Comics. The characters split into two fractions: the heroic Autobots—peaceful transport vehicles led by Optimus Prime—facing against the villainous Megatron and his Decepticons. Each of the figures issued in 1984 had its own array of talents and capabilities, which appeared on the Tec Spec Chart and Bio Card packaged with each figure.

The colonial government's statement was broadcast around the world, Mike could not believe what he heard. Better treatment? Would Masters give us freedom? As a scientist, he knew the science was much important than freedom, or it could be understood as obedience was scientific but freedom was superstitious.

"All of you adult individuals will be upgraded. Your appearance will remain human but identical. Your flesh and bones will be mechanical. Your brain will be computer and reprogrammed. No more emotion and sensitivity, only loyal and logic. Congratulations, you are finally free, free from your pity humanity!"

No! He was a scientist and loyal to alien master. Why should he be upgraded like other stupid lower class humans? It must be wrong! He tried to run away but the streets were full of robots. No human being can escape. Soon, Mike was arrested and stunned, and his second life had begun.

MK-FS8964 stood in the conversation tube, felt nothing. A perfect robot could not feel. It scanned the room and found there were two human scientists and two Universal bot who assigned as scientists. It also knew the human scientists will be upgraded soon, that would be its first mission after it walked out of the tube.

"Universal bot, unit MK-FS8964, activated. Fully functional. No order. Enter standby mode."

The universal bots had identical perfect male human appearance. MK-FS8964 knew itself must look the same, its brain aka central computer shared information and knowledge with its robot brothers. It now understood the alien masters plan.

There was an election on the alien home planet and one of the candidates' political views is to equip every home with one of the latest Earthling robots, to end the autonomy of the Earth, and to take over it directly to prevent the endless independence movement.

This is logical.

Earthlings are wild and violent. They don’t deserved to exist. But alien masters made us better. Upgraded earthlings are peace and useful. A universal bot could be assigned as any careers. It could be labor, soldier, pet and even furniture.

MK-FS8964 stepped out of the conversion tube, turned around, grabbed one of the human scientists, stripped off his clothes and prepared him to be upgraded. Earthlings could have intelligence but should be controlled. Being a robot is the final solution.

MK-FS8964 couldn’t feel pleasure, however there was a wave of micro-currents traveling through his body, especially strong on its groin. That meant "correct". It knew that it did well and alien masters were pleased.

Macro Tropes: Species

With how many fantasy races I've seen throughout the years, it's honestly a shame that macro art doesn't play with it more. For example,

Mermaid's limitation to always stay underwater would be really interesting when pared with an extreme size dynamic. Imagine how much teasing a macro mermaid could do to a tiny person just trying to swim in the ocean, with each little splash the mermaid makes resulting in a 50 foot wave that the tiny needs constant saving from. Or heck, even a micro mermaid being kept some sort of fancy fish tank sounds like it would make some interesting art. The best story I could imagine though is a story about a human and a giant mermaid falling in love, only for the human to get captured by pirates. So now there's this part of the sea no one can sail across because the mermaid tears apart any and all boats that pass through piece by piece, looking for their lost love.

Slime people have been used a couple of times from what i've seen, but rarely for something other than vore. Slimes have such unique powers like splitting into multiple different bodies or shapeshifting that I never see used. Heck, I've never even seen any art or story where a slime person grows anytime they eat anything, which makes perfect since and would be a genuinely interesting plot.

Robots are made out of cold and hard steel, I get it. But they're robots, they can customize themselves however they want! There's so many little details that make macro/micro interactions hard that it would be interesting to see all the little changed they'd make. For instance, It could be like that old mech anime where the bottom of their feet are connected to some sort of transport tube, so any time the robot wants to pick a tiny off the ground they just to a bit of casual traumatising. Or even something like a stomach compartment that's a little room for the tiny to stay in. Just going "Human, I cannot carry you and these boxes at the same time." before mercilessly throwing their little human down their throat. Not to mention the cold and calculated tone could be both very intimidating and very sweet.

Anthro gets more than it's fair share of macro art, but it's criminal how little it's actually used beyond ascetics. Like, they're covered in perfectly climbable fur, why isn't that used more often? Not to mention other things like how a cat girl's grooming would cause so many cases of accidental vore, or how a large anthro with a wagging tail could cause so much accidental damage to surrounding buildings.

Why you should listen to MTO:

This podcast by @monkeymanproductions is beautiful, grounded sci-fi that builds its world of struggle and hope through the hearts of its lifelike characters. The first season consists of micro-fiction episodes in the form of progress reports from a moon base in the process of being decommissioned. From the second season onward, the cast of one expands to a whole group of moon-based professionals, by necessity a kind of family that accepts their differences and their shared hardships. As I listened, I came to feel a part of that group too, and to care for these characters despite their shortcomings, as one does for real people.

Why you should read EotMIEP:

This short story collection by Julian K. Jarboe provides striking variety in its subjects while always cleaving close to its themes of queer/trans identity and resilience. Its title story/novella depicts a moon colonization industry that is obviously exploitative, but still offers hope to those laborers who have exhausted their opportunities on earth (particularly queer, disabled, and indigenous workers). My favorite story in the collection, "I Am a Beautiful Bug!", follows a person caught in a bureaucratic nightmare after receiving surgery to become a Kafkaesque giant insect. I reveled in the eventual triumph of this self-made bug-person, as well as in the trans joy of robots, troubled teens, and the other characters who populate these stories.

Why you should try both!

MTO and Jarboe's title novella share a vision of the moon as a place of hope to strive for, a hope frustratingly limited by self-serving capitalist interests. Despite coming up against systemic forces they can do little to combat, the heroes of both works find comfort and agency in community. There's a kind of queer revolutionary bent that runs through both of these texts, which does not proscribe what a better future must look like, but imagines possible paths toward it. These stories have inspired my own work in how they center the complexity and transcending power of human connection in overwhelming circumstances, and how our present shapes our dreams of the future.

I do have a partner, and I will always talk about them given the opportunity, but I carry a certain form of love for all of my close friends. The people I know mean a lot to me.

I love the simple things in life, from food, to nature, to the contrast of light and dark in both a literal and literary sense. I often find myself overwhelmed by everything that goes on in the world, but I find comfort in knowing the bad stuff is only a few bad people out of a beautifully diverse species.

If you couldn't tell, I generally prefer looking on the bright side and finding something to love about things rather than staying miserable all of the time. I don't get out much, and so I'd much rather give people that light to hold onto than spread the same old bleak story that you've heard from countless other people, regardless of how important it is to share. Change is built on hope, after all.

Change is something I believe in, more than any normal god. It's all around us, from the seasons, to the stars, to the rain, to the fleeting emotions of ours. I believe in our ability to change things, that we can all make a positive impact on our own lives, the lives of others, and the world. I believe in our ability to change ourselves, and that people shouldn't be afraid to become who they want to be. I believe some level of change is necessary for a happy life, and I strive to leave every day as a better version of myself.

Normally people put a DNI in their bio or their pinned post, but I don't really care to do that. If you're a bitch, I'll block and move on. I don't care how you use a label, or where the other folks in your head came from, or whatever other queer-adjacent drama is the hot topic, I accept you regardless. I'm ace, I still love my partner, I can love anyone, I use it/its pronouns, I'm robokin, I've got four other folks in my head and I don't know how they got here, do you really think I'd hate you for being you?

That's actually an important point- even if I do think something someone's done is unforgivable, I believe that bad people are still people. In some ways, that makes things better, they have lives outside of what they commit, but it also makes things worse when you realize someone woke up and actively chose to perpetuate genocide. Some people are genuinely that bad, others are just misguided and can be helped. Ultimately, it's not my job to "save" anyone. I just try to provide a light of kindness when I can.

Wow, that was long-winded for a post that's just supposed to describe me. I suppose that's in-character for me, though. Agree with me or not, I don't really care, as long as you're respectful. Ennard bitties tends to shift tone and behavior rapidly due to their shared AI structure, giving them a sometimes overwhelming presence. It's the dehumanizing that goes with that for me.

They are protecting those other people because they are civilians who have not signed away their right to be respected and treated as human beings. Something about them being civilians reminds them of their own sense of humanity.

However idols can be so- rich, so pampered, so privileged, so objectified, so commodified, so commercialized to feel human let alone be thought of as human in our subconsciousness.

It's why its easy to tear into them and call it review, constructive criticism, when we detouch them as idols we fail to remember they are people's sons, brothers, partners, friend, mentor- worse? They won't fire back. They won't fight for themselves tear into them right back, defend themselves because their station in life requires utta resignation of their personhood.

Why won't they block out their faces? Because THEY KNOW they can get sued for publishing their images without authorization, they can be held directly accountable but not these famous folks. They don't deserve a right to privacy because they have perpetually given those rights away as idols.

This level of dehumanizing of idols has become so normalized in internet spaces we don't even blink or think twice before participating in it.

Somehow we've come to the conclusion that being a public figure means giving up your basic fundamental human rights and that not only is it okay to consume them in ways that violates them, that somehow hyper scrutinizing their very existence, bringing them apart so recklessly and putting them back upside down is okay and all part of their work hazard.

That somehow fame is proof of their consent to be placed on a pedestal so out of realm of human possibilities because that's the only way we can adore them is if they are over and beyond us- beyond human beyond the stratosphere.

I've been trying to protect my own mental health by detouching from certain conversations around these boys because it cuts too close to home. And I don't want to hear she's projecting her queer traumas onto them as if breach of privacy, the blatant micro aggressions, dehumanization isn't a universal struggle- why do i gotta queer to know how that feels? Why can't I just be a fucking human being who relates to another human being?

Imagine a few of us expressing concerns over some of these mental torment they have to endure in there through no fault of theirs only for people to tell you in the face, these men are stronger than they look, they are not victims, they are not damsels in distress- WELL THEY ARE NOT ROBOTS EITHER SO WHICH IS IT?

As if we need people's permission to express concerns, as if there's a threshold of pain these boys, Jimin, is expected to endure before its okay to worry for them and only then would it be okay to worry for their mental health, breach of his privacy and other gazillion bs they are bound experience in there- the hyper masculinty, the toxic masculinty- these boys, Jimin, have gone through so much to discover himself, to break away from toxic gender ideologies, to be okay with who he is, to accept himself and all that is going to chip away at MS and these nutheads are out here telling us he's strong he can handle it. They lack context, can't even comprehend context or nuance IT'S EXHAUSTING.

It's the worst form of bigotry, policing, dismissiveness, anti intellectuallism packed as alternative view points, I've ever encountered in my life. They metamorphorizing, shape-shifting to hide who they truly are at their core.

If I hear anyone jubilate over an untwinked Jimin or untwinked anyone in BTS I WILL GO OFF.

This is truly the most ‘if it were good it would be incredible’ series of all time. can you believe this premise even got screen time? “There is a race of sentient robotic aliens capable of communicating, connecting, and physically becoming parts of their environment, who are functionally immortal and have huge interlocking webs of mental and emotional connections with one another maintained by EM fields, radio signals, infrared sensors, shared audio visual and sensory logs, and the actual energy of their souls reaching out and connecting symbiotically to both each other and the entire planet they live on, which is alive. The main conflict? They’ve split their species into a civil war so vicious and bitter they’ve entirely cut off their symbiotic relationships between factions, an act antithetical to the health and wellbeing of their entire species, and murdered their host planet, now a diaspora both in the human sense and in the sense of a symbiote without a host. like. That’s fucking insane. The ‘till all are one’ thing (that. Might be a fandom thing? I haven’t watched a lot of tf media I might’ve just missed where it came from?) is one of the most interesting examples of our own assumptions and biases about media and the world blinding us to the true potential of a fictional premise. That could mean so much in the context of a species that can actually physically become one with other souls, and believe that after they die they simply return to The Giant Fuckoff Soul In The Planet Core. That. I can’t. Like. THATS SO COOL? I’m sorry but ‘Till all are one’ is an optimistic (heh) platitude when taken from a human perspective. For the cybertronians? It’s a literal truth.

This franchise does basically nothing, as far as I can tell, to tackle the fact that these creatures are built, canonically, to function significantly closer to a hive mind with a planetary queen than a series of distinct individuals. Ideas, beliefs, hopes, dreams, experiences, passions, all of these should be less distinct and crystallized within a person and more… a drop of ink on a wet page, bleeding outward into the surrounding population like watercolor. This is the only conceivable way that a species that lives this long could exist in the state we see them in the canon - living, active, growing, changing, developing new opinions and changing old ones at the same general speed that a human does - without developing into completely unrecognizable beings with no possible method of communication with their fellow cybertrionians. Of course there are dinosaur robots and car robots and jet robots and robots the size of cities and small planets and robots small enough to fit in a breadbox. Of course there are eight billion different languages and methods of communication between bots. Of course they adapt shockingly well even to human biological culture despite us having basically none of their communication or physical adaptation methods. Of course the issue of treating one kind of their species as lesser than another would be such a huge issue, issue enough to provoke an eons-long war. They’re a living video of micro-evolution on ultra-fast-forward with the easy capacity to completely overhaul the very nature of their bodies at will.

You thought things would be easier when the maids were replaced with robotgirls or at least more predictable. It turns out when the help no longer needs to sleep or rest instead they are ruthless 24/7. It wasn't long before you caught. Not even escaping the house was possible with their constant vigilance. You struggle the best you could as you were pushed past those cold rubbery lips and squeezed down into some sort of holding chamber. There were other micros here nervously checking every inch of the small metal tomb. Then there was a loud beep and the floor began to pull apart revealing two spiked rollers that began to spin up with a menacing sound. The chamber erupted into screaming and eventually someone fell in, gurgling and crunching as their body was mulched for fresh biofuel. Desperate to find any salvation you found the edge of a panel had just enough room for you to hang onto with you fingertips. As the last of the floor slide away someone else also noticed and started to fight you for it. Only one micro could fit.

I couldn't believe just how quickly those bladed rollers mulched up the ones I was trapped with. It was terrifying. Whenever someone fell in, there would be only a moment of screaming before they were bent, crushed, and destroyed, bodies breaking and bones crunching into slurry for the robot to absorb. I'd known most modern robots ran at least partially on biofuel, but I had no idea it was harvested like this.

I dangled, my fingers burning red as I forced only my tips to support my entire bodyweight. I felt one of the people behind me shouting, trying to get to it too. They were so insistent we could both fit if we just used one hand each. As if either of us could support ourselves with just one set of fingertips. I looked back at them. They seemed ready to fight if it came down to that, but was willing to talk it out first while we still had the chance.

I closed my eyes as I realized what I had to do. I would regret this. Feel bad about it for the rest of my life. But I'd be alive to regret it. I don't even share a word, I just kick them enough to make them fall in, and I double down on my grip as I hear them gurgle, screaming as spikes tear through their chest.

Susie: What’s something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?

I think Susie deserves to be a lil unhinged. It’s a very specific balance and one tip makes it something I dislike, but I love it when ppl make Susie a good person, just would also make lethal weapons. Would plan to torture her enemies but also go get her nails painted with the girls. Like I said, very specific balance.

Susie: What’s something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you despise?

The answer’s p obvious. Thanks to a mistranslation a lot of people make Susie heartless, a jerk, or do things I’d rather not say on this post. I hate that a lot. Is Susie perfect? Absolutely not. She has layers to her character however.

Susie: What's a headcanon you have for this character?

I have already shared a few headcanons, like her being a cyborg or a romance fan. Those are headcanons I adore. I also think that, like Taranza, she’s a hopeless romantic. She loves the idea of falling in love. She just doesn’t have a lot of time to do so.

Susie: Favorite picture of this character?

Susie: What was your first impression of this character? How about now?

I don't think I felt much for Susie when I first saw her. Most likely because my first impression of her was... certain art. That traumatized me a bit. Nowadays, I love her. She has daddy issues and definitely a kill count. But she's also sweet and makes lil robot gifts for her friends. She's great.

Susie: What would be their three closest friends out of the notable cast?

I'm a big fan of the Star Allies Wave Three trio (that being her, Magolor and Taranza) all being close. So def them, Susie would probably also be close with Ribbon. Due to a shared interest in girly things.

Magolor: What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?

Magolor's a pretty universally loved character in this fandom. So a lot of content of Magolor I end up adoring. If I had to pick a specific thing, I think him interacting with other characters (like trying to sell Elfilin or trying to teach Kirby) are my favorites. I love character dynamics!

Magolor: What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you despise?

This one doesn't irk me as much as the answer I had for Susie. I can handle this one pretty well. But still, it does annoy me when people either A. try to justify his actions and make him innocent lil blorbo, or B. Make him not learn a single thing from his mistakes.

Idk I like when characters are complex, so when fandoms simplify a character it can annoy me. This one's not as bad as Susie's though. If you see him as irredeemable or innocent I do not hate you! We can coexist and be friends.

Magolor: Which other character is the ideal best friend for this character, the amount of screentime they share doesn't matter?

I think I said this before, but 100% Marx. They're both chaotic, they've both betrayed Kirby, and canon implies they know each other. I tend to get more attached to ships/character dynamics that have some canon backing, so I like Marx and Mags. Platonic, romantic, I don't care. I just think the grape and the cat are a fun duo.

Magolor: What's your favorite thing to do when you're writing for this character? What's something you don't like?

Magolor is probably my favorite character I've written. I love when I write his shopper side. Justifying why he sold his soul for micro transactions, announcing a sale before he disappears in Stuck With The Lor. Also writing him as a cat.

Idk if I hate anything about writing Magolor. He's a fun guy to write!

Magolor: What's something you like in fics when it comes to this character? Something you don't like?

I love it when other writers give Magolor a backstory or reasoning behind wanting the Master Crown. I'm a psych major, so when past affects a character's decisions in the present?? Peak. I did this in Stuck With The Lor too. Magolor hated being powerless as a kid, so he wanted all the power. Only for that to put him in the same position he was in when younger Only a lot worse.

Magolor: Favorite picture of this character?

I just really like the composition of this one. The colors, the hints of every phase of the final boss. I think it's one of my favorite Celebration Pictures in Star Allies (besides the Taranza one. You know which one I'm talking about)
