The plant itself is of the nightshade family / is also known as “deadly nightshade”

The name itself means “beautiful lady” in Italian, which idk I think fits Betrayed 1x

Consuming the plant can cause multiple things, but most notably; Hallucinations. Which is the closest comparison you can get to 1x’s glitched effect

Not to mention poison from their attacks

Though in modern medicine, Atropine, which you can get from Belladonna, is used to treat poisoning!
