Ive mentioned before that John has a truly terrible memory, except I don't think I explained it very well. John is terrible at remembering most things, especially things such as sleeping, eating, doing any thing but just.. waiting for his next round. The others are relatively chill with him, but he can tell they're hiding something from him. he can never tell what it is, though, and after asking over and over again he just..gives up. it not like he'll remember it in the morning anyways, so what's the point?

He can't speak, at least not beyond hums and growls, and his claws tend to be too stiff for sign language, so he tries to communicate via Morse code. 1x, noli, and Jason are the only ones who can understand him

he doesn't understand why c00lk1dd keeps running away from him and acting so scared. he's usually great with kids, so what is he doing wrong? whatever it is, it has to be his fault, and so he starts to avoid c00lk1dd and the other k1dds entirely

he's tried to keep a journal of important things to remember before, but that lasted all of about a week before he tried writing down "I have a wife", since he was able to recognize Jane as his wife during one of the rounds. after that, the Spectre destroyed it, sending him back to square one

We collectively convinced ourselves that we were a John Doe main , but we are ( again ) VERY BAD at playing as him . 1x1x1x1 on the other hand ... - Harpoon / Sail ( can we claim 🌀🔑 as a collective signoff ? )
