born 15 minutes after her brother. surprise! nine months and her parents had no idea they were going to be parents to twins: already had everything prepared for their little boy, precious and adored, only to have to make space in their lives for another. there was a moment, brief, where she was completely adored: a miracle baby, almost. until the stars faded and the reality of having two children instead of one started to settle in — double the diapers, double the meals, two figures to get through schooling.

aaron was always treated best. the thing is that after she was born, dove’s mother experienced complications, nearly died — and the experience was enough to make her father think she was cursed. an almost-killer. so it was easier to love the first born, the child that was wanted. she’s never spoken ill of dove like her father, but she thinks her mother believed it. home was comprised of two things: either her father’s burning fury at her for the act of being born, or her mother’s icy disdain.

it was little things: sometimes she wouldn’t have a plate set up for her on the dining table, or she’d have to walk home because her mother forgot to pick her up from school, or she’d have to wear hand me downs because there was only enough money for aaron’s new clothes. carved a distance between the twins, too. reckless, fun aaron and his quiet, academics obsessed sibling. that was the thing — if she couldn’t get validation from her parents, she would get it from her teachers.

The Big Split happens when she’s fourteen. this is when her parents hastily pack her bags and send her to live with her grandmother. her grandmother is sweet. loving, nurturing, the antithesis of what she’s had to deal with for most of her life. in a way, being sent to her is a mercy. a kindness from her parents. but it’s also a message: their family was set, and she was something outside of it. nothing to be done about that, though sometimes she catches herself wishing she could turn back time and find a way to make them love her.

dove never intended to go to college, happy to get a minimum wage job and figure out life day by day. until she wasn’t. until the days became monotonous, and she realized she was entering a spiraling loop. if she didn’t step out of it quick, it would swallow her whole, keep her cocooned in the past — so her anxiety told herself, anyway. she needed to get away, she needed to be reckless for once in her life, so she began applying to anywhere at all: any university, any program. palladian just happened to be the first to nip at the bait.

do not call her araceli. she responds only to dove. has a pavlovian response to the name araceli where she starts biting if she hears it.

the type to be like "professor what about last week's homework 🤓" and was not pushed into enough lockers as a kid for her to not do that. just ignore her fr...

really loves movies and wants to work in film one day :3 her passion is 100% in set design, the music composition part of her major is just for fun. the type to write a musical masterpiece and not even realize it.

always has some kind of braid in her hair. she used to add flowers to them to appear more ethereal but then bees kept coming up to her so now she stays away from the flowery looks.

does not shut up. ever. do not engage in conversation with her because she will talk and talk and talk. can find a way to discuss any single topic. will also argue for hours even if she's wrong just to exhaust the other person into acquiescence a debate team's greatest dream and worst nightmare in one package.

always carries one 600+ page book in her bag just in case she needs to attack someone with it. do not ask her why she's prepared for an attack, just make sure you're not on the wrong side of her wrath.

is not allowed to drive because she can't go faster than 45 and even that is pushing it in her mind.

allergic to lying. no, really! starts getting a rash if she lies. most obvious tell is how she starts scratching at her arms.

DETAILS ABOUT MY HEADCANONS SHOVED INTO A CHARACTER, ARACELI #271 / 271-A. ALSO SOME V1 DETAILS. 271-A non-verbal. It has only said a few words in its entire existence. Its preferred method of communication is sign language and anything else that is physical. 271-A has two (2) sets of mandibles. 271-A is multi-spectrum, and very likely gay. Both (V1 and 271-A) go by it/he pronouns. V1 is an iPad kid, we all know that. It really just chills around, is a bitch, and wears a hoodie.

What’s your favourite Sims death?

The old age death because it means a sim has lived like and are gently passing on! I also love that they give a little salute like “It was fun while it lasted but PEACE!” if I have a chance to give a salute and famous last words before I die I know I would!

Alpha CC or Maxis Match?

Maxis Match not because it looks better but because it blends in with the game.

Do you cheat your sims weight?

Never! 

Do you use move objects?

I imagine it is hard not to when you are a competitive sims player lol.

Favourite Mod?

Hmmm, this is hard. I will say Wicked Whims though. I know, I know, you all think i’m super horny over here but really sex is a big part of life it is, one can argue, one of the most important aspects of life itself as one must have sex to create life (kind of at least) so WW really expands on that. Just get rid of the sex animations it adds, ignore that completely, it still adds an indepth menstrual system, attraction system, fertility system, etc! 

WW actually determines how many kids my sims will have for example since some are naturally more fertile than others so yeah!

2nd place is MC Command which is great for just having more control. I mostly use that to make over townies when I see them lol.

Oooh, I actually don’t make many sims since I play legacy and just rely on genetics but I will say Araceli! I made her when I relaunched a legacy and I spent so much time on her! I loved her! I thought of bringing her back in some form so we might not have seen the last of her actually!

I have for the fun of it but i’ve never played it. I hardly make myself in games. I just always think of a character I guess.

I’ve been a Sims 4 OG as the kids would like to say and my simblr has really flunctuated in all that time. I’ve had posts getting 100s of likes to now just around 10 lol, I’ve come full circle!

It’s kind of sad because @floofymilk-blog was a real good online friend I had known for years and she was someone you saw constantly liking my posts and commenting at first and she has completely disappeared from like...everything. So yeah T_T, from discord, from steam, from switch, and I always wonder what happened to her and seeing that post and seeing her in the notes there just makes me sad but...she was the biggest AC fan I’ve ever known T_T and a big Sims fan too!

She was Japanese and disappeared before the release of Snowy Escape and I wonder if she would have loved that pack :/

How do you edit your pictures?

I used to do A LOT more but honestly, I just gave up lol. Now I just use a reshade, add a border, and move on. Lazy, I guess? But I’m posting legacy content. What is called a Plotacy. If I hung up on editing every single picture it would slow me down a ton. You can see the story content I tried it was a lot more edited!

Ya know, for teen parents I'd say they're doing alright. After all the negative comments they got from friends and family, Jeb and Araceli BOTH managed to graduate high school early, before the baby was even born. They BOTH maintained part time jobs while caring for a newborn, helping Araceli's family tend to the ranch, and going to college. Araceli got a degree in literature and Jeb is about to finish his last semester of medical school. They've managed to save enough money from working and selling items from the ranch that they produced, (as well as Araceli's book royalties) to buy a house together after Jeb graduates from med school. And to top it off, little Jackson, has turned out to be an all star kiddo!

I had no idea the pregnancy mod was turned on in my wonderful whims, but it's made for some interesting gameplay.

My LDB tinkerer/artificer OC is bordering on being an evil genius/inventor thanks to mods and Spiders - I’m having the time of my life (well not downright evil, they’re more chaotic- they mean well - most of the time - but ye they definetly have a few screws loose and their tools via crafting definetly reflects that)

Meet Eden Vonius (any pronouns, but they prefer they/them). This is them in their Werebear form (thanks to Growl and Refined Werebear Replacer).

And been managing a mostly pure Warrior build , with only healing magic allowed - in addition to all the crafting skills (they worship Azura via the Gods and Worship mod, so no soul trapping allowed and she fills their lesser soul gems up once a day).

Because of the War they gained a literal phobia of magic but particular Illusion and Destruction magic - they mostly don’t wish other mages ill, except for Necromancers and Ice Mages (Skyrim is cold enough dammit) but even other mages like Araena Ienth, Erandur, Serana and Miraak are on thin ice)(they don’t like the college at all and had to be dragged there to get the scroll for Dawnguard, and they were out of there asap - Miraak will have to at some point drag them to Saarthal kicking and screaming to continue the Questline in order to beat Morokei, and thus able to claim Konahrik, but they won’t be having a good time - luckily I believe shouts like Fire and Frost breath work on the wall in Saarthal and Labyrinthian.

So I’m basically turning my already traumatised girlie into a triple-war veteran (even though she’s barely coping with losing their twin sister Floria as a teen in the Great War), via the Second Great War mod (is the Empire really worth it Bub? Or are you just clinging to what you have always known was deeply flawed, but to scared to change to consider other options?),(you deep down wanted to jump ship just for the hell of it, but common sense (if you can even call it that) brought you back) and I have now finally incorporated Spider Scrolls (via the Spider Bros Mod) and they’re so fun.

And I discovered now that there’s a Plantable Animals mod (for Albino Spiders and Chaurus), coupled with the LoTD Safehouse Patio Greenhouse and the “Back to the Drawing Board” quest for LoTD to install a Spider Imbuing machine in the Safehouse. And since I have managed to play for a full ingame year, they have an entire chest full of gemstones and the like…

Aka my dumbass (lovingly) is gonna head to Solstheim, get those plans and some spider pods, and then bunker himself in the Safehouse , and grow Spiders that they can turn into weapons to throw on people, during a literal invasion by the Dominon. Mods, why have you allowed this (I say in glee)

Edit: They’re also the Harbinger of the Companions (that’s how they became a bear and discovered that they loved it (in process of getting the Totems even though they lean more towards Tsun as a patron more than Hircine - mostly due to the Bear symbolism and of mourning a lost sibling), and had Aela, Farkas and Vilkas as followers for a while, ditched them at Autumnwatch Lodge (Homebase via Nether Followers Framework) along with Khash and Caryalind a time ago to just strike out with Kaidan and Miraak (worst polycule ever).

And I got the I’m Glad you’re Here mod mostly cause of the Letters dismissed companions can send you. And I recently got one from Farkas saying basically “why have you been gone so long, we’re called the Companions for a reason, come back 😊” , and the Humor of the situation and me coming up with this solution just as I was beginning to bore of this character (in theory, actually having to redo the main quest again drives that away instagly).

Farkas (known arachnaphobe); “why have you been gone/not let us visit? - we’re shield-siblings for a reason”

Eden (got spiders growing in their greenhouse (literally accessible to the public by a staircase from the entrance of the museum): “No reason, no reason at all” (they’re probably gonna change them out eventually, but might postpone the reuniting of them just yet 😅

Edit 2: Also I got the Vicn Trilogy (Vigilant, Glenmoril, Unslaad - that I’m hoping to actually finish in the correct order), and for this one - Glenmoril is right up their alley (artificer stuff like throwing knives via scrolls, Bloodborne inspired - literal Dwemer guns and crossbows) might just be enough to make up for all the trauma they will get, maybe. (Eden, I’m so sorry, but you’re just too good a fit to not drag you through that).

Edit 3: Was gonna add an addition to this post in a joking matter but it turned “sweet” (or at least less downright deranged, hopefully) instead.

Eden, doesn’t want to fight in this War one bit, extremely worried for their (loving and doting) dads back home in Cheydinhal, and has the Nord Courier deliver a hasty message to their family (“Please Be Safe”), tries for once to stay near Castle Dour as possible.

Also Eden: Farming literal spiders holed up in their Safehouse, unbothered (actually very bothered)

-But that’s just their way of coping I guess, and while it’s quite unorthodox (and gross) desperate times call for desperate measures - and the Gallery is just down the street so they couldn’t be nearer while not having to go anywhere to get what they need (they aren’t the biggest fan of Solitude, much preferring more smaller towns, but it more than serves its purpose now) - They’re trying (very stressed, but trying).

Doom 3 could use a proper release and not a "remake"

Ever since the Dead Space and Resident Evil 4 remakes, some people expect Doom 3 to also get a remake, but i feel like saying some things:

Doom 3 should have a proper re-release first and some of its features could be:

Restoring/not cutting the content that later releases removed (There was some lightning tech that was only cut because John Carmack borrowed it from somewhere but still).

Better sounds/music settings (Like how in the intro music, there's a E1M1 reference that you can barely hear, so imagine settings to change that).

Or even a "music jukebox/playlist" for the few existing music tracks and maybe some sound effects.

Subtitle settings/options.

Art gallery, specially for concept art (I know the OG Xbox version had a video showcasing concept art but still).

Model viewer since D3 is when Doom first had detailed 3D models and the art style gives some demons a lot of details that can be overlooked.

Photo mode.

Options for alternate sounds (Specially the beta/alpha D3 sounds composed by Trent Reznor but also because BFG edition had some differences in the sound effects).

Maybe actual options for game changing stuff like the lantern being carried or whether or not people do care about the shotgun that much.

Farfetched but make the OG Xbox version a bonus feature like how Nightdive's Quake remaster has the 64 port as an addon.

There's still good ideas worth including here.

A new expansion could be cool

Like one that tries to have more new content than Lost Mission.

A cool idea is if the weapon roster itself is different from that of main D3 to spice up variety.

Or maybe introduction of new mechanics to explore the D3 "format" a bit more.

Maybe one that even tries to explore cut content, since Kenneth Scott once remade the Birdman.

Also make actual use of the power ups that were in multiplayer only because they look cool.

What's wrong with BFG edition and later versions

These two links showcase some examples:

Resurrection of Evil has cut content like minigames and levels/areas.

I think in original RoE, the player had a lantern attached to the pistol.

Some effects were removed.

Some characters had visual changes for some reason.

The shoulder attached lantern.

Lots more ammo pickups.

Somehow more lights.

Enemy placement was changed in various places.

Maledect doesn't spawn Forgotten Ones.

CANNOT skip cutscenes.

I think even the intro with the UAC text was changed and downgraded a bit.

Maybe there were positive changes like the crying lady now having tears on her eyes or how the Martian Buddy website doesn't exist anymore, so they had to create a different way of getting a locker code.

Still, it's bizarre that some of this even happened because you'd think they'd look more into some issues people have with D3.

Instead, they created new problems and didn't fix much.

Lost Mission wasn't bad, even if it didn't have a lot of new content and reused some areas (But there's story reasons for it, i guess).

But even its ports of D1 and 2 had weird changes, even if most people use the original IWAD versions anyway and the new Unity ports ended up better than the PSN/BFG editions.

At least learn something from modders

Mostly because even the Unity Doom ports improved with help from fans and how D64's official new release has the collaboration of Kaiser, who worked behind D64 EX.

But also because D3 has its own fair share of mods that improve/fix things or at least tweak them in ways to satisfy some fans.

Even for a new expansion with new content, it'd be great.

I'm sure most people already know of the D3 Phobos mod that recreates the unused Arachnotron design.

Depending on how different a D3 remake is, it might as well be another reboot/its own thing

And this is a series that already changed directions and most of its games are different.

A "D3 remake" might as well be a sequel/follow up that D3 never had (Specially if RoE is not enough and the cancelled D4 wasn't supposed to be a D3 follow up in the first place).

Could be a way to explore this part of the series and give it justice, while also fixing some flaws.

Because the 2016/Eternal formula is almost an "opposite wing" to D3: It'd be weird trying to connect these 2 sides of the series in a canonical way.

D3 was always its own timeline and there's a lot about gameplay/tone/direction/aesthetics etc that makes these games seperate, even if still Doom.

At least a D3 follow up could be the sequel it never got before and be to D3 what Eternal is to 2016.

A lot of these games already look "modern-ish" enough

Lot of games that already felt "realistic" enough are getting "remasters" or "remakes" when "updated ports" make more sense.

Specially with an arguement for older games being abstract, unless they benefit from the varied interpretations or later remakes end up misinterpretating something (Which also makes videogame remakes in general a double edge sword for both new and old).

I also wonder if people even "want" this or are just accustomed to an idea that was considered absurd at some point.

Almost the equivalent to putting a frog in water, then slowly turn up the temperature and the frog doesn't mind.

I also did a thread about "remastering" the older Doom games and some things to be considered.

One day, people will think Doom 2016 needs a remaster/remake (Unless the only purpose is to improve the engine, since Eternal got rid of megatextures).

About Doom 3 itself

It's a flawed game and i can see how fans had to put up with it being the "latest game" in the series for a long time until D2016 came out.

But i also think most of its flaws are more on execution than the actual concept.

Partially because of the saying "not a bad game, just not a GOOD DOOM game either".

Either from arguements like what elements it carries/expands on from Doom (Or the same about the new games) or even how old Doom "never left" because of the fanbase and modding scenes.

Maybe D3 should have been a spin-off with a subtle instead of a "3" in the name.

But D3 being in a weird spot as a divisive game is also why i think it deserves a proper release and not what it ended up with.

In the Bakumatsu arc he appears in front of Zanark along with Special Helper X and reveals that the power resting inside Zanark qualifies him to join Feida.

While Tenma and the others Time Jump to the Dinosaur era, he leads an attack on El Dorado, and suggests the idea of the Ragnarok tournament.

He’s normally calm and quite aloof, but has a warped personality (Asurei sees him as evil). We can guess the reason he’s the way he is is because of treated like a monster by El Dorado for years.

He is the person he sent Fei Rune to Raimon. He knew of El Dorado’s plan to erase soccer and thought of his own strategy to put a stop to it.

After the final match, he reconciled with Tenma and the others, and took the vaccine for the Second Stage Children. After losing his super human abilities he reconciled with El Dorado, and in the ending he’s seen enjoying himself while playing soccer with Protocol Omega.

In Inazuma GO Galaxy, he makes an appearance as an additional member of the Earth Eleven (Super Nova only).

Physical Appearance

He has ruffled white hair and wears goggles. 

His face is similar to Tenma’s, and there was a scene in the anime that hinted towards him being Tenma’s grandson, but later on when Yokka was introduced in the anime, it was felt that he was the most likely candidate to be a direct descendant of Tenma. Therefore, the idea of Saryuu being Tenma’s grandchild was dropped, and instead the implication was changed so that he could probably be just a blood relative of Tenma.

In Galaxy he learns Storm Zone in the place of Dragon Blaster and his skill, and he’s finally given a long-awaited Earth element move in the form of Evolution.

His keshin is of the Earth element, a gorilla covered in white fur. It slightly resembles Tenma’s keshin, Majin Pegasus Arc.

It’s name meaning is as follows: 超 cho meaning ‘great’ or ‘super’; 魔神 majin meaning ‘devil’ or ‘evil spirit’ or ‘genie’; and エヴァース  Evarth comes from a cross between ‘Ever and Earth’.
