don't wanna write a huge thing for it (yet, at least) but thinking about some of the phighters with an s/o that's a watcher

Medkit who brushes off the feeling of being watched so often he barely thinks about it being anyone other than the true eye, who dismisses the glowing, oddly-shaped eyes as a trick on his. Medkit who can't help but slowly get more and more on edge because, while Broker and Scythe play tricks and keep an eye on him, it's never been this bad before. Medkit can't ignore it any longer when he makes eye contact with the bright, burning holes of a pumpkin, who can only stare back until they disappear back into the crowd, who can only stare up at the ceiling in the first breath of fresh air he's had in weeks, thinking about his encounter. Medkit who finds himself looking for those eyes from that day on, more out of returned curiosity than anything.

Vine Staff who tends to them, tying bows onto their antlers and examining their rind for cuts or bruises, all the while talking about her day or any phights she's participated in recently. Vine Staff who shares her passion for gardening with them, pushing potted plants into their hands as she works without paying attention to how their hands brush. Vine Staff who leans on them to steal that coldness that runs through them after a long day, listening to the muffled crackling somewhere in their chest, who laughs whenever they recount some argument her and Shuriken got into ages ago.

Subspace that sees their gaze as some sign of approval. While he hardly needs the Swords to approve of his work, he's more than prideful about being admired. For a watcher to take any note of him, he has to be important in some way, surely. So, he entertains them, standing perfectly out of the way of his work so they can see every detail, record every meticulously thought out decision he makes for future generations to gawk at, leaving his name in the history books as it should be. Sometimes he lashes out, calling them out on their perceived judgement of him, other times he calls out to them for approval, for proof of his excellency. Either way, they've tangled themselves into his life in a particularly persistent way, one of the few other beings he pays any mind to. They should be honored, just as he is to have such a grateful audience.

Vinestaff doesn’t have anything against modern medicine…BUT if you ask her for medical advice, 9 times out of 10 she’ll be like “have you tried rubbing moss on the wound?”

Skateboard once crashed into a wall so hard, he got his horns stuck for a solid half hour. They don’t really talk about it anymore, but every now and then one of his gang members will bring up ‘the mach 3 incident’ and Skateboard will get all mad.

Sometimes Subspace will witness his Biografts doing peculiar things after matches, his favourite being when one of them came back to the lab wearing some shoes. He still doesn’t know where the shoes came from. (Based off of Bio’s more inquisitive lines.)

Pwnatious is TERRIFIED of little critters. Like full on standing-on-top-of-a-chair behaviour if he sees a rat or something.

Carnage is the Glumshanks of Phighting (this only makes sense if you’ve played Skylanders)

Boombox’s gear is just an ordinary boombox. It’s not even modified; he just found a way to weaponize it in order to participate in Phights.

Phighters with ‘consumable gears’ (Shuriken, Scythe, Medkit, Subspace, etc) naturally know how to craft more ammo/shurikens/whatever. But Subspace doesn’t have time for that, so that bag of his acts as a duplicator.

Ahem,, DONT GET MAD IF YOUR SUPPORTS CANT FUCKING USE THEIR ULTS. IF THERE IS NO OPENING (no matter how safe or risky) WE CANNOT USE OUR ULTS!!!!!!! SCREAMING AT YOU

I play Vine, Sub and Sword and the first two have such delicate conditions for having good ults. If you die while using an ult as those two it doesnt work at all and you need to get right into the action to land them decently.

Earlier i was playing Subspace and the map was the train one and i have no openings to use my ult at all because whenever the enemy team was grouped up my teammates were either dead or nowhere to be seen so i'd die instantly if i used it.

Nothing was said about it so i figured "Okay! nobody minds that i didnt ult!" and next round im playing Vine and i dont have a slot to get my ult down because the team keeps spreading out.

After the round ends my teammate says i should have used it and when i responded there was no openings they say "use it anyway?? id rather it be used and wasted than not at all" ,,,, HUH???? you get mad at me for not ulting but my ult relies on you- MY TEAM!!

Long story short?? DONT GET MAD WHEN SUPPORTS CANT ULT!! our ults rely HEAVILY on the team to make sure they arent useless. :sobbing:
