5. Were they overprotected as a child? Sheltered?

Neither one or the other. Syra has always been a very sensible girl and very free to do as she wished. One of her traits is good, so she was just a little angel from day one, so neither Mal or Maeve felt like she didn't need much supervision. Same with Lysander. Lysander's parents were once free spirits, traveling the world in a caravan with a kid on the back. So Lysander never truly had any form of sheltering or overprotection. A normal night as a kid was a beach rave with other kids and adults and the eventual homeless.

25. What are their hobbies and interests?

Syra is a gardener and a farmer much like her dad. She adores farm animals and will raise mini goats and mini sheep the moment that pack is out. Other hobbies include cross-stitching and knitting. Lysander is a bookworm. He adores books and will often be caught on the Moonwood Mill Library reading something. Besides that he also enjoys stargazing and moongazing. Another hobby of his is candlemaking that he learned from his mom.

43. Does your character have any secrets? If so, are they holding them back?

Syra's secret is that she is intersex and has a Vamacloa. Another secret is that she's actually a dragon and when angry she actually starts showing scales. But she's so calm and peaceful it's hard to get her truly angry. Other than that, she's pretty much an open book. Lysander's only secret is why his bite mark is in his thigh, but he has a bit of a trauma with that and does not like to talk about how he was turned into a werewolf. This will be a trauma that he and Syra will eventually have to work through.

50. What are the prevailing facial expressions? Sour? Cheerful? Dominating?

Syra's defualt expression is cheerful. Lysander's is bordering between a smirk and a cheerful expression.

9S wants to go on a date and we have the time for it! 15 hours until work-from-home so let’s go! To the park! We did the social chatting and joking and a smooch.

...this is kinda funny coming from 9S. Chatter is done so let’s go do why I came to this park in the first place. FISH. 2B needs to level up in fishing, after all. Date over! 9S is feeling sleepy so we’re going to send him home. MORE FISHING TIME. Emotionally mindful got 2B a focused moodlet...except she’s already confident from catching big fish. Can’t blame her. It’s big fish! 2PM and we finally got the level up. It’s her last stage in her aspiration so I gotta go all in on this! We finally return home at 3PM though. (Had to catch one last fish) And now she snoozes.

Hmm. Tried solving hard problems for 9S’s whim but it didn’t clear off. Hmm. Ah well. Let’s play some chess. Work-from-home annnnd it’s writing a report. Boring. I’ll have him practice writing for 4 hours. At least make it seem like it takes some time to write reports and stuff. Still can’t clear off the solve hard problems. I suppose I’ll just have him moongaze.

2B is up and awake! Wants to mourn and to fish. Can’t really mourn so FISH IT IS! Fish caught and then...next whim is to mount and then...fish for an hour which auto-finished and then...bait hook. All 2B wants to do is FISH! ...okay neither of 9S’s whims are marking off. I need a whim refresher potion. Sharing ideas and then playing video games on the video game console. Good to know. Annnnd 2B wants to level up off of fishing. Which at this point, would finish off her aspiration. Let’s hunker in and do this.

...it’s Winter. You want to know what happens in Winter? Rivers freeze over! Except in the desert of Oasis Springs and Sulani. And I know which one I would rather taking a fishing retreat to ...the waters haven’t frozen over yet though so let’s keep going! One of 9S’s new whims is to read a book at the library. We can do that though! There’s fishing spots around where Willow Creek’s library is at ...he picked up a low level fishing book. Welp. Anyway, might as well also do some research while we’re here. We got Research skill, Logic and Handiness. 9S is getting sleepy so back home he goes. Naps before work! Or something. 2B is just going to keep fishing.

Finished off the fishing aspiration! ...what the heck do I do with 2B now? Could do Soulmate but NOPE! Already I’m doing enough dating! ...I’ll attempt the Extreme Sports Enthusiast. Aka, time to snow! And ski! And most importantly, rock climb. Mostly was swayed by the reward trait, which gives resistances to wildlife attacks and resistance to inclement weather. Sounds like something moderately handy. Anyway, 2B still has the whim to read something so let’s go read something. Also there are TONS of books scattered around the library and somehow neither 2B nor the Librarian sim can clean them up? Yeesh. Anyway, do I think about moving out to Mt. Komorebi? I might move out ot Mt. Komorebi. Because it would be WAY easier to complete the aspiration there. 2B and 9S, wanderers of the world because there are aspirations to complete. Hmm. Tried getting them into the nicer home but alas. Time to cram everything into the starter home! Anyway, just had 2B and 9S get situated. And have 9S have some fun because work was draining.

Journal Entry of the First

I have been... out of sorts since he last letter I received from my friend. We had not exchanged too many correspondences, and yet I- had grown accustomed to talking to someone else, someone who understands much of the way I speak.

Life has been cruel to me since my beloved Z̷̡̡̡̨̼̬̣̥͇̞̺̜̣͓̼̥̝͓̺̼͓̫̱͕̲͔͐͌̓́̐̓͛͆̔̈́̍͌̅̀̋͘͝͝ͅė̴̡̛̳̱̻̳̹͕͉ͅņ̶̧̪͈͙̣͓̗̉͗̂̏͑͊̇̀͒̚͝͝͠ì̸̢̡̢̬͔̦̯͚͈̩͔̝͕̖͈͕̹͕̣͇͉̩̮̪͖̺̅̑̀̕͘͜͜͝ţ̷̡̨͇͉̼͈̼͖̞̹̞̙̫̜̺̺͍̘͎̳̹͕͂́ḣ̸̛̗̠͐͒́̿̽́̃̅̉͊̎̒̓̄͛̅̉̈͌͊͊̋̏̚̚͘͝͝ left my side on this mortal plane. I- have done my best to not think of hir, but I find my memories bleeding into my vision in the still hours of the morning. Perhaps my affections of him were mere projection... It matters not now. The locals have gone from loving me to wariness, I see it in their eyes. No longer do they visit my great library, no longer do they stop to make conversation on the street. Unwell, they say. I look unwell. The whole world seems against me, I think I- ... I think I may leave this city I’ve called home since my rebirth. I suppose all things must eventually die but the gods.... and those who fraternized too deeply with them...

A piece of me is always missing, Like the last block of lego that I can never seem to find One empty space right in the center of the jigsaw puzzle. I'm not sure if I lost it along the way. I'm not sure if I'm yet to find it. But lately, the gap seems more blatant. I'm anxious that it's visible to the people around me. That when they look at me, they see half a person. It's almost like I'm mimicking a being While I'm on the quest for the missing elements.

Sometimes, everything is wholesome! Golden skies, daisies, moongazing, Dusty libraries where ghosts of dead poets linger, Tight hugs, acts that mean "I'm thinking of you.", I look at my picture with my friends, smiling ear to ear And the jigsaw puzzle is complete. (or it was, then.) Some memories in me are so perfect that, The missing lego piece starts to feel like an extra piece From the table, you're trying to put together. It works fine without it, and there's nowhere to put it.

Then I'm back in my bed, back in my head. And I cannot remember how to be a whole person again I eat chocolate until I'm nauseated Or I never draw the curtains open and let the light flow through. I want to live life to the fullest, I never want to be seen in public again, I want all-consuming love, I want to believe I'm worthy of it, I want to feel complete when I'm alone, I want someone to feel complete with.

But Lily Evans is a Charms prodigy, and she's in the library on her own, so Regulus has no choice and asks for her help. She kind of starts to tutor him regularly. Then Regulus becomes curious, Lily teaches him about the Muggle world, and it's the start of a beautiful friendship (no romantic interest between them). It also changes quite a few things. Best if the Marauders aren't being assholes to Regulus, at least not once they see that he means no harm, and that it didn't take much to shake his pureblood ideology.

Lore 145: Albion Moongazer (read more...) Albion Moongazer is a slender Moon Elf Wizard who towers above most of his kind at 6'6" (198cm) with lavish silver locks and blue eyes with flecks of gold. Dressed in fine robes of royal blue and silver, Albion is perpetually clean and is outright fearful of being dirty. Albion was born into a Noble family of Moon elves. He was always gifted and a fervent bookworm, and was noticed by a particular human wizard, who took Albion under his wing. Albion took to magic like a natural, and focused on nothing but his studies. Around the age of 100, his parents arranged to have him marry an elvish woman from another noble family. Albion really did like this woman, but knew he could never be what she needed, nor she what he needed. For he had no time for anything outside of his studies, and thus he told her he could not marry her, and would not attend the wedding. His family disowned him for this, but he didn't care, as he believed already that they were beneath him.
