Here are my latest sketches of Layla!

Layla the monkey plays the synthesizer in the band and is perhaps the most innovative member - and the funniest. This playful comedian plays a vital role in bringing an upbeat - and often loud - energy onboard the tour bus. Her confidence and outgoing personality make her essential for forming connections between her band and other musicians that she may meet along the way.

Layla has an eye for design, and is fascinated by color, texture, and anything that sparkles. She is always trying on creative looks and styles, and isn't afraid to be bold with her costuming choices. If anything is new on the fashion scene, she’s the first to hear about it, and when it comes to music, she is likewise always on the cutting edge. With an open mind and fearless attitude, she expresses great curiosity towards anything she hasn’t seen or heard before, and loves to change things up.

Is it possible to resist Eeve's lure hypnotic powers?

Someone asked once if Eeve’s ability to lure people into the sea was hypnotic in nature or if she could just use seduction. I think your questions match so

Eeve is a playful thing. She’s got that feline instinct to play with her food, but I think (and let her never catch me saying this…) she does it also to run away from boredom and loneliness. Using her hypnotic powers can grant her a fast meal, but that is ralery the only thing she’s after.

So she plays, she talks, she flirts, scares you a little and kisses you softly mostly without any powers.

What is there to resist really? A lonely, hungry lady’s kiss?

Meet Damien. He got in trouble with the higher authority and was punished, losing an arm. This of course won't stop him from praying despite being...a tad bitter because of it. I want to flesh him out a bit more so if anyone has any questions, please let me know! :D

Here are some more character exploration sketches of Emma! Sitting pose is 100% referenced off of a photo of Avril Lavigne from like 2002. Also, I owned those Converse boots. They had a zipper in the back, so they weren't the lace-up nightmare they appear to be. 😂

Does Eeve get heats/ruts?

Fun fact about Eeve: She’s half leech.

Although she lives in deep sea waters like some species of eels, she’s hermaphrodite and follows the leeches’ mating habits and season.

Yes. She does get heats AND ruts. She favors humans over merfolk to mate, however. She thinks they make up a tastier snack afterwards.

Don’t judge my daughter. She just loves to eat and fuck. Not necessarily in that order.
