My ideal IWTV s3 opening is this. A complete tonal whiplash form however s2e8 ends, episode one of s3 opens mockumentary style on Lestat doing his makeup for his rock show. Lining his eyes heavily and smudging them, putting on red lip gloss, putting on blush, all as he recites the opening from The Vampire Lestat (or something similar in tone and vibe) - "I am the vampire Lestat. I'm immortal. More or less. The light of the sun, the sustained heat of an intense fire - these things might destroy me. But then again, they might not."
After the monologue ends, Lestat stands and goes onstage to start his performance before a cheering screaming audience of tens of thousands of people, paralleled by interspersed shots showing young Lestat's first time on the stage as Lelio, with the townsfolk watching him, bringing us into his backstory (the imagery of both scenes paralleling shots from Armand's story of seeing him onstage in Paris)
#i just neeh him to serve lestat de lioncunt above all#interview with the vampire#iwtv s3#iwtv season 3#lestat de lioncourt#the vampire lestat

NEEHE YAYA I AM NOW INFORMED AND FULLY EDUCATED ON THE AMNESIAC MEGATRON AU BECAUSE IM LOVING IT SO MUCH RN AHHHH
So now I can finally throw in my own stuff at the AM! Megatron AU nehehe
More specifically angst about Megatron's struggle with identity. Because while it's all fun and games, especially now that from what I can remember Megatron takes his crew and the Decepticons together. It obviously isn't gonna be easy especially with how everyone will react to Megatron being more easy going and letting BUMBLEBEE climb on him.
But imagine how MEGATRON must feel about this.
You have no idea who you were, you have no idea about anything before— yourself eventually surrounded by family and a lover. You even have a child. The fact that you're a warframe does not help because you question alot, how could warframes all be horrible? You continue to question, even with the help of your family.
Only to regain your memories... to realize that you... you were a MONSTER.
You used to be a manipulator, a war criminal, THE leader of the opposing faction that your family are a part of. You were a cruel and manipulative being because there is obviously no way to get to the top, to replace the original leader and keep that place... without spilling energon, without killing people and whatever atrocities you approved of and done... and pairing all of that with ALL THE MEMORIES HE BUILT WITH THE CREW.
It's a struggle.
GOD HE MAKES ME SO ILL YAYA GODDD DO YOU SEE MY VISION DOES THIS MAKE SENSE AT ALL???
Mion. holy shit.
Bwecause youn are so right about all of this.

Establishment of More Gerian States
Gera, the Head Cleric, would have many partners. For each partner, with the land named after their family and the capital city named after the partner, Gera commanded to be established a Kingdom functioning autonomously with exception to bending the knee toward the Clergy in Akceji. In this manner was established the Kingdoms of Chufsa and Ne'is'treg, ruled from the capital cities of Yram and Tanilac respectively, in 829 BCE; the Kingdom of Mykeni, ruled from the capital city of Kiem, in 828 BCE; the Kingdoms of Nashe, Nancifra, and Neehs, ruled from the capital cities of Estraphie, Sanu, and Tosc respectively, in 827 BCE; and the Kingdom of Mor's'trah, ruled from the capital city of Respen, in 825 BCE.
Expansion of Coromae
In 829 BCE, an explorer named Vestin traveled North from the city of Coromae, initially with the intent to seek out the source of a stream bearing unusually cold and clear water. Leading four other travelers on this expedition, Vestin believed that the stream came from the North Pole, a place discussed occasionally in ancient Circlarian Imperial texts. However, three days into the expedition, Vestin and his travelers came upon the Lake-and-Pillar located in the center of nomadic Gudinian territory. Vestin wrote a report of this sighting on a scroll while his fellow travelers gave verbal testimony, later on in Coromae, to Consul office attendants who wrote down such statements. These reports were read by Consul Tirion Limus, who summoned over one-hundred fit and able-bodied travelers to accompany him to the location. Limus and the expedition arrived the place in spring 828 BCE; and Limus confirmed that the Pillar matched the description of the fabled Tower in his father's vision. He then dispatched the other travelers to divide and scout out the region, a mission that discovered ample supplies of trees for firewood and building material; lakes and rivers for fishing, fresh water, and boats; and animals for food and clothing.
In 827 BCE, Consul Tirion Limus claimed the entire region as territory of Coromae. This evoked anger among the Gudinian peoples, who had, over the previous five years, united under the Warrior-Queen: Aurea. Under Aurea's leadership, the Gudinians waged war against the Coromaeans. The Coromaean-and-Gudinian War would last until 825 BCE. In the end, owing to superior strategy and weaponry, Coromae defeated the Gudinians and ordered them to submit to their rule or leave.
Many Gudinians submitted. However, it is important to note that some fled, building ships and taking to the surrounding waters as sea peoples.

FFXIVWrite Day 1: Steer
It was the killing of a favoured steer that drew Liolaeus to this unremarkable La Noscean farm today. A beautiful young creature, by all accounts, strong and already pulling a plough like an ox two years his senior. Some beast preying on livestock was hardly unusual, of course, but the scorches and gouges about the desecrated, half-devoured carcass were quite unlike the marks of anything known to live in the area, and made a violent, unsettling display. Straight away, the old farmer had gone from the pasture to seek the help of a good, strong adventurer who knew their beasts, and had come upon Liolaeus travelling on a mote of time between duties.
Looking at the scene, it was clear that the culprit was most likely some kind of fire-breather. Perhaps a coeurl’s levin or similar could be responsible, but they were rare in the sunny plains of Middle La Noscea. Some dinosaurs and scalekin might do such a thing, and would be more likely to see there... The idle thought that a dragon may be responsible came upon Lio’s mind- a stray few were known to live around Raincatcher’s Gully, after all, but that was unlikely, unheard of. The thought probably only crossed him thanks to all the draconic business he’d been in recently since stepping foot in Ishgard.
...Unlikely not meaning impossible, he remembered, when the heavy wingbeats and distinctive cry of a grown dragon takes him from his pondering He whips around; it is thorny-backed and red as the rose of summer, but striped in gold. Hovering before him, it silently stares him down, fulgurous eyes observing his every attribute. Eventually it lands, holding its great horn-crowned head proudly out above its body. Then it speaks in a voice smooth but for the subtlest undertone of scraping metal:
“I think you are the one who my siblings already sing of from afar, dragoon. Liolaeus, is the name that they sing to the broods to remember.”
It looked down expectantly, like it thought he should know something which he did not. Their eyes locked- like all dragons, its gaze was a little predatory, but not malicious; like a cat.
“Yes, and you would be...?”
The dragon made a noise- perhaps a dragon’s kind of laughter- like the rumble of the thunder in the shortest night of summer. It lay in the grass now, front limbs crossed like some sort of lion.
“But of course! Friend of dragons though you may be, you are after all a man; young even when you are old... I should have thought my name did not carry through the tales your kind tells. I am Neeh Thah, daughter of Ratatoskr. A traveller of the star. I have been curious to meet you for a little while now, hero.”
Now the purpose of his being here came back to mind, and he felt a bit ridiculous with the presumed culprit giving him introductions, when he had expected a wild beast for the culling.
“Was it you who slew this steer, Neeh Thah?” he asks, slightly sternly, gesturing at the bovine viscera that still lay on the ground behind him. A wisp of smoke and a kind of huff came from the mouth of the dragon. He hoped he had not angered her.
“You say that as though scolding a dragonet. Once my name was held in great honour, son of man!... I had forgotten how you men are with beasts, it having been such a while since last I associated much with you. I do not think it possible to say you own a living animal, unless you keep it in fetters and lock it away. All that roams on the land and water is the food of hunters.”
A little hint of a smile came upon Lio’s face. He had come out here with a spear and a pack full of potions, and now he was arguing with the cattle-killer. His loyal war chocobo, ever first at his side in danger, had not even looked up from where he was harassing innocent rabbits in their warrens.
“But would you not consider humouring us? There is now peace between man and dragon once more. There must be cooperation if we are to keep it.”
“And what benefit is it to me? Your kind let the livestock out alone where anything could feast upon it and tell me I cannot. If I continue, will you slay me for it, and so break the peace?”
“...You said you wanted to meet me? Was there a reason?”
“Hmm...” There was a mischievous look in her face now, and her head leaned a little forward, almost even with his own now. It seemed she enjoyed this, like a game, every word the moving of a piece.
“Like my mother before me and my siblings about me, I wish to put to song the tales of heroes, men or dragons... But I would not regurgitate what another has said. No, it will only do if I hear the story from the mouth of its protagonist. Yet few men have done aught of note enough for me lately, and dragons have grown lazy or else petty. You, dearest drahorh, are among the few living bearing stories I have not yet sung, and I should think you have many more to make. I would have you tell them to me.”
“...I will tell them.” She puffed up a little at that, bringing her neck back up into its stately curve. “Under the condition that you swear not to take livestock as long as you live.”
There was that laugh like thunder again, and fire was in her eyes. Her wings flared out for a moment.
“Very well then, I am beaten! As long as I live is a great deal of time indeed for we who live nigh forever. But if I cannot have your tales, then I will rue this decision for longer than I live. Let us begin right away! I would hear it all!”
And so they sat in the grass together, as he told his tales and she began, already, to spin them into song, some of the finest he had ever heard, ‘till the sun set that day. Through the coming years they met often, even in the oddest corners of the world, and indeed even long after Liolaeus had set his spear down for the last time, as good friends. The old farmer’s cattle were never killed so again.

One of the worst parts of this is - he knows how he got there now. He knows every bloody step of the path that got him to the point where these were acceptable sacrifices to make, because the thought of backing down after coming so far was just intolerable. Which is just- the worst part of it. Because if he could draw a clean line between 'Megatron = Monster' and 'D-16 = Decent Bot', he could just...disown his whole past and everything that goes with it. But he can't. Because the person he used to be was still recognisably *him*, a lot of the points made in the unexpurgated Towards Peace are points *he would make* or even *has made*. He's not a whole new person due to amnesia, he's *the person he was at the start of all this*. Now reckoning with the person he became in pursuit of those ideals, because he got to a point where he'd done so much that he could justify anything except backing down.
Megatron remembers.
and perhaps that's a curse more than getting his memories taken
Because he isn't a new person. He's back to being the bot that started to think of freedom of the right of all sentient beings.
He knows hoe he got to being the blood thrursty warlord. And he can never get rid of that side.

Kotaro: Neeh, Rita-ousama…
Kotaro: Can I try something while were here?
Rita: Are you going to test your abilities?
Yanma: maybe that’s interesting.
Yanma: Oi, Rita, provide them with a place where we can see these two battle it out.
Gira: Kotaro… Fight, Lucky?
Himeno: Why not?
Kaguragi:…
Lucky: Yossha Lucky!
Lucky: How about it Kotaro?
Kotaro: Your Saikyou Kyutama with my Ouguma Kyutama.
Lucky: Yossha Lucky!
---- one sparring with an all white Lucky summoning weapon after weapon against a giant Kotaro happens ---
Yanma: Oi, Sukapon Tanuki!
Yanma: Are we sure these aren’t your siblings.
Gira: No.
Gira: Besides they’re using their own weapons different than ours.
Himeno: Still teleporting from place to place
Kaguragi: And the ability to turn into a giant.
Jeramie: But not as big as the Bugnarak when they grow into a giant.
Gira: Jeramie
Jeramie: Everyone, I would like everyone to meet Tsurugi, he’s here for both Lucky and Kotaro
Lucky: Yossha Lucky!
Kotaro: Tsurugi!
Tsurugi: Still, what a legendary tale!
Tsurugi: A sentai team from a different planet!
Tsurugi: But also the same as Earth.
Tsurugi: Anyway, let’s all go home once Balance is able to stabilize the way home.
Kotaro: looks like we’re stuck here for a few more days.
Lucky: Yossha Lucky!
Yanma: Does this tanuki know any other words besides Yossha Lucky?
Kotaro: Even still, that luck has helped us a lot in our battles.
Gira: Yossha Lucky? Help?
For once I agree with Yanma- does this guy know anything else but Those Words I Refuse to Even Write on Account of Them Being the Most Annoying Catchphrase in Sentai History
(Yes I'd rather type that whole thing than the two words that's how much I detest them)

Weird question. I literally don't know how to ask this except like this.
Does anyone know of a song that starts or has a part in it that's like:
'neeh ne-neeh neeh ne-ninl-ne-ne-neeh neeh ne-ninl-ne-ne-neeh neeh neeh, neeh'

The Treaty of the Kingdoms of the Midland River
In 824 BCE, Gera gave birth to twin sons, which she sent, each accompanied by a Regent to rule until the son came of age, to establish two new Kingdoms: Josohnjon, ruled from Olej; and Ansohnjon, ruled from Nae. That year, Gera and the Clergy summoned leaders of the ten Gerian Kingdoms and led them to sign the Treaty of the Kingdoms of the Midland River.
The Journey of Morodyne
In 823 BCE, Morodyne, a Priestess from Ralieus, was sent to find Geldin, from whom the Ruling Consul, Mareon, had received no word for an extended time. Morodyne reported back to Mareon the situation with Geldin as an assigned ruler under Gera. And knowing that Geldin was formerly a free traveler, serving as a mariner for the city-state of Ralieus, Mareon determined that Geldin was being held against his will. Furthermore, Mareon was angered by Gera's arranged marriage with Geldin, which he determined a violation of Ralian custom.
The Ralian-Akcejian War: October 822 BCE to April 821 BCE
Mareon assembled an army and drafted a campaign to capture Akceji, Esolti, and all of Timemora. This he launched in October 822 BCE. In response, Gera invoked a clause of "mutual defense" as outlined in the Midland Kingdom Treaty. This she did by dispatching the armies of Chufsa, Mykeni, Ne'is'treg, and Nancifra to help fight back Mareon's forces in Timemora; and by dispatching the armies of Nashe, Neehs, Mor's'trah, Josohnjon, and Ansohnjon to launch a surprise attack against Ralieus proper, which was left unprotected. In January 821 BCE, Mareon was captured and executed, as all of his forces were routed; and in April 821 BCE, the city of Ralieus fell under Gera's dominion.
Two New Kingdoms
After the end of the war, Gera had the old city of Ralieus demolished and a new city, named Ralyn, built over top. In this new city, Gera instilled, in 820 BCE, a line of Queens, destined to rule over the newly-established Kingdom of Yarol. Also that year, Gera had established, from what would become the city of Marametar, a line of Queens to rule over the Kingdom of the Red Desert.
