Ch. 1, Pt. 1 | Rainbow-Touched Land

After finishing [Where Will the Bubbles Go?], Nikki and Momo find themselves in a new land: The Island of Serenity.

The group now needs to see what's going on in this new place that the Puppy Piecey has led them to.

[Rainbow-Touched Land] starts Chapter 1: Land of Peace and Purity for us. There are two Pieceys in front of the Warp Spire talking to each other. Nikki and Momo need to ask them about what's going on in this new place that they've been led to.

Ash: To be... To be Bubble Choir Conductor!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: What do we need?

Ash: Precision, and... and rhythm!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: And do we train?

Ash: Wh-When catching bubbles, we must... focus?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: That's not enough! Listen to me... Bubblebloom, Bubblebloom, a flick of the wrist, catches them all! Conduct to the left, conduct to the right, and the wind will carry the tune. Just aim at the bubbles and conduct to win!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Here, try those bubbles over there.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Who! By the Rainbow Bubbleboom! Are you two...?

Nikki: Hello there, we're—

Nikki: I'm Nikki, a human stylist, and this is my companion...

Momo: Hehe! Not a cat, not a stylist... I'm the one and only Momo!

Ash: A living human... I've never seen one before. Fascinating...

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Humans have never been to Serenity Island before! This is as headline-worthy as the Bathing Bliss Festival being postponed. I should write this down now...

Nikki: Bathing Bliss Festival? What's that?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: It's the grandest festival on Serenity Island! It only happens when Bubbleblooms blossom. When they do, bubbles fill the sky, and Pieceys line up for a bath! The rainbow spring water washes away all our troubles and stains!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: There's a bathing contest for the village heads, and the Bubble Choir gives a special performance... Oh, Ash was just practicing for the choir conductor audition. We were helping him rehearse!

Nikki: That sounds so fun! But, didn't you just say the Bathing Bliss Festival was postponed?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Ah, yeah... There's been a recent outbreak of Dirty Thread Disease. To keep everyone safe, the village heads decided to postpone it.

Momo: Dirty Thread Disease? Is that a Piecey sickness? It sounds dangerous!

Ash: It's very dangerous! Infected Pieceys become dirty and grimy, and they get... hallucinations.

Momo: Huh? Nikki, that Puppy Piecey we saw...

Nikki: Oh yeah! We saw a Puppy Piecey outside. He had stains all over and was acting strangely... Have you seen him before?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Outside?! But we cant leave this place. How could...?

Nikki: You can't leave?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Hmm, a dirty Puppy Piecey... Haven't seen one of those.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: All the infected Piecey cases in Soakville are being managed by Terra, the village head. Why not go ask her? She might know the puppy you're looking for!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Actually, I need to report to Terra anyway. When I'm done gathering bubbles, I'll head to Soakville and meet you. See you there!

So here in Serenity Island, they aren't allowed to leave and are dealing with some sort of dirty threads disease. The Puppy Piecey that the group saw wasn't supposed to be able to go outside of Serenity Island, because all of the Pieceys are supposed to be stuck there for whatever reason. It hasn't really been explained yet.

The infected Pieceys are being managed by Terra, so Nikki and Momo have to make their way over to her.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Reporting in, Terra! Bubble collection was a success! The bubbles are silky and smooth. Perfect Cleansing Lotion ingredients!

Terra: Hmm, well done1 Once this old Piecey retires, you youngsters...

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Come on, Terra, quit messing around! You've been talking about retiring for years!

Terra: Hey! Don't be cheeky, Bootsie! If you all didn't insist on nominating me every time, I'd have stepped down ages ago...

Terra: Ah! A human? An actual human!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Nikki, Momo, you're here! This is Terra, head of Soakville, and the most formidable "Scrubbing Champ" on all of Serenity Island!

Nikki: Terra, nice to meet you!

Momo: Whoa! Scrubbing Champ?! That sounds impressive.

Terra: That's right! Back in my prime, no one on Serenity Island could out-scrub me. Any Piecey who entered my bathhouse couldn't leave until their fabric was spotless, their threads smooth, and their colors vibrant!

Terra: How about this... Why not hand Momo over to me? I'll scrub his front paws, then his back paws, his back, and his belly... Even his little toes and the tip of his tail will be spotless!

Momo: Ahhh! N-N-No thanks! I may not be a full cat, but I also really don't like baths.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Terra, you're going to scare our guests like that! Besides, didn't I just tell you? They have something important to ask you.;

Terra: Ahem, uh... yes, you're right. Business first then. Business... About that Puppy Piecey you've been looking for... I haven't seen him.

Terra: Normally, all the village's infected Pieceys are given Rainbow Springwater Therapy, and there haven't been any puppies among them...

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Huh? Could he be from that weird group? The ones we refuse to bathe after getting infected. The something-somethings...?

Terra: Hey! Quit talking nonsense, Bootsie!

↪ Pieceys that refuse to bathe?

Nikki: Isn't... bathing a major tradition in Soakville? Why would they...?

Terra: Ayyy... Well, some of those infected Pieceys have started experiencing hallucinations and causing a bit of a ruckus. It's nothing serious, don't worry!

Nikki: That Rainbow Springwater Therapy... is it specially made to cure Dirty Thread Disease?

Terra: That's right. Centuries ago, there was a massive outbreak of Dirty Thread Disease. Nearly every resident of Serenity Island fell ill.

Terra: Thankfully, the Guardian saved us. He left behind two nuggets of wisdom, one of which was Rainbow Sprintwater Therapy.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: The Silvergale's gift, the source of the rainbow, Serenity Spring cleanses all contaminates.

Terra: Back then, the legendary Serenity Spring flowed with Rainbow Springwater, curing everyone and restoring peace to Serenity Island.

Nikki: What an amazing story... So, can we speak to the Pieceys undergoing therapy? Maybe they know that infected Puppy Piecey.

Terra: They're... uhm, well... they're uhm... still in therapy!

Terra: Once their fabric is fully restored, I'll definitely let you meet them and ask your questions. Yes...

Terra: Any, my esteemed guests, as the saying goes, "Event the busiest Piecey needs a good scrub, and even urgent matters require rest to complete!"

Terra: I've prepared a Thuddy Squash Cabin just for you. Bootsie, you're in charge of showing our guests around Soakville and ensuring they get a proper rest at the cabin.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Leave it to me! Nikki and Momo, you two follow me! You'll have a fun and relaxing time for sure!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: The bathhouse is run by Granny Bubbles. My friend Murmur works here too.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: But, after leaving behind those two nuggets of wisdom, no one knows where he went. Only some legends remain...

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Ah, I almost forgot to show you! Look at the highest place in the distance. That's High Stonetree!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: There's another village on top of High Stonetree called Steamville.

Nikki: Steamville? So there are two Piecey Villages here?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: That's right! I was supposed to take you up there to visit, but recently the path between Soakville and Steamville has had some issues...

Tiny Treads Bootsie: But it's alright. I'm sure the issues will be solved soon!

Going around the Soakville Bathhouse and venturing toward the shoreline, the group runs into Murmur.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Hey, Murmur!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Over here!

Murmur: Huh? Bootsie?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: These are my new friends, Nikki the human and her companion Momo!

Nikki: Hello there, Murmur!

Murmur: Hello...

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Hang on. How come you've not at the Soakville Bathhouse, Murmur?

Murmur: I-I had some personal matters, so I took the afternoon off. But don't worry, I put the cleaning brushes in neat rows and filled the Cleansing Lotion bottles all the way to the top!

Momo: And you scrubbed every Piecey nice and clean?

Murmur: Y-Yes! I made sure everything was ready before I left, so I could take off from work for a bit...

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Are you okay, Murmur? You're acting strange today...

Murmur: It's just I promised Granny Bubbles! I promised her I'd hurry back because the bathhouse has so many guests lately. It needs more Rainbow Springwater and more hadworking Pieceys.

Murmur: I'm sorry! Bootsie, Nikki, Momo... I've gotta go now. I need to get back to the bathhouse to help Granny Bubbles.

Murmur: Bye... Bye bye! Have fun!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Hmm... What in the...? Murmur's acting so weird today!

Nikki: Does Murmur always act like that?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: She's completely different! Murmur doesn't normally talk that much. But today, she met two complete strangers... a human and a Momo... and said over five whole sentences!

Nikki: Murmur's normally a quiet Piecey? That really is surprising!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Yeah... She acted more like her old self just now. She used to always be a bit shy, but was eager to help others. And when she was happy, she would chatter nonstop.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: But after that thing happened, Murmur has become more and more reserved...

Nikki: And what was... "that"?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Well, a long time ago, before the Bathing Bliss Festival, there was a cave-in at the Steamville Crystal Salt cavern.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Unfortunately, Murmur was there and got trapped! She was missed for several days. We were all so worried... Luckily, she somehow made it back to the village on her own.

Nikki: That's good. Thankfully everything turned out okay.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Yeah! But... the experience left Murmur shaken. Afterwards, she started talking about strange things. Everyone was a little... put off.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: But I thought the strange things were fascinating, even if they were just hallucinations. I even asked if I could write them down so I could turn them into a series of novels!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: But Murmur hasn't talked much since. Maybe... she stopped because nobody believed her stories.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: After that, Murmur became less cheerful. She often went off alone to the Guardian's statue, hugging a whistle and staring vacantly. Sometimes, she spent all day doing it.

Nikki: Seems like... it had a big impact on her.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Yeah... but it's okay! Murmur was really talkative just now. Maybe that's a sign she's starting to feel herself again!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: After that incident, Murmur became very interested in all sorts of legends. Stories about the Guardian and humans... Maybe she was excited about seeing a living human for the first time!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: I'm going to compile the stories you've told me and the Guardian legends I've already collected. Then, I'll give them to Murmur. I'm sure that'll make her happy!

Nikki: Great idea! In that case, let me tell you more stories about humans...

Nikki and Momo told Bootsie many of their stories...

Moving on from the Murmur situation, Bootsie finally shows us to the cabin where Nikki and Momo will be staying.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Here we are. This is the Thuddy Squash Cabin Terra prepared for you.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: She's not big on managing village affairs, but when something needs doing, she's super efficient!

Momo: Hehe! Alright, Nikki! We get to stay in a Thuddy Squash Cabin!

Nikki: What a cozy cabin... Thank you, Bootsie, and thank you, Terra!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Hehe, you're the most special guests Soakville has had in centuries!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: You can rest here or explore the village as much as you like. Just don't wander too far. Leaving the village might cause problems.

Momo: Huh? Is it dangerous outside Soakville?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Well, usually it's super peaceful. But the path leading to Steamville has been broken recently, and there's the Dirty Thread Disease issue... Everyone just thinks it's best to stay cautious.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Besides, Serenity Island hasn't always been so harmonious.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: A long, long time ago, during the Great Mending Era, there were a lot of injuries. Everyone had to work hard together to mend their terrifying wounds.

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Then came the Dirty Thread Disease outbreak, which was truly awful. Without the Guardian's wisdom and the Silvergale's protection, I don't know how we would've gotten through it...

Nikki: I didn't realize Serenity Island had such a tough past...

↪ Ask about long, long ago

Nikki: So, what happened back then? Why did everyone on Serenity Island get hurt?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Well, it was because... because...

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Ah, it was so long ago I really can't remember. Like the Guardian's disappearance, we don't really know for sure. All we know is that after leaving his wisdom behind, the Guardian never appeared again.

Nikki: Earlier, Terra mentioned the Guardian left two nuggets of wisdom. What was the other one?

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Ahem, the Guardian said, "Never set foot upon the Misty Peak, nor stir The Silvergale from His sleep."

Tiny Treads Bootsie: So, on Serenity Island, the Misty Peak is strictly off-limits. No one's allowed up there!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: The elder say it's because the sacred Silvergale lives up there. But, some of my friends are in the "Piecey Adventure Club". they think it's because there's...

Tiny Treads Bootsie: ...an Esseling that eats Pieceys!

Momo: Ahh!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Hehe, did I scare you? Don't worry, it's just a legend!

Tiny Treads Bootsie: Alright, I've got to help move some Bubble Essence. That's a super important ingredient for the Cleansing Lotion! I'll also drop by the bathhouse to check on Murmur...

Now Nikki can finally get some rest in her cabin after such an exciting day of trying to figure out wtf is going on. Girl, we all are, don't worry.

Nikki: Err... Huh?

Nikki: You came to Serenity Island too... Hey! Your bell is still...

Nikki: Huh? Wait, wait!

Nikki: Momo, wake up! That strange Puppy Piecey is here! Let's check it out!

Momo: Oof. Ugh...

In the middle of the night the Puppy Piecey reappears with a sad look on its face. Nikki decides to go after him and thus starts the next quest: [The Bell Rings at Midnight].

Love Never Felt So Good

Summary: You pick up your very drunk husband from the bar. Halfway home, he asks you for a silly request.

Nanami is out for drinks tonight with his colleagues after successfully completing a mission. It’s been a difficult week for them as you recall your husband’s nightly recaps to you on the phone. You wouldn’t blame any of them one bite if they let loose more than usual tonight. You stay up until half past midnight, hoping to catch him before you sleep. When you don’t hear any updates from him, you finally head to bed, certain you’ll see him in the morning, hungover and hopefully less stressed. 

At 1:48 AM, your phone rings, Gojo’s name illuminating your screen. Concerned, you pick it up, whispering a croaky, “Hello?”

Gojo cheerfully says your name. “I’m sorry, did I wake you?”

You yawn, rubbing the sleep away from your bleary eyes. “No, I’m fine. Is everything okay?”

He chuckles. “Well, yes, everything is okay. It’s just that your dear husband here will not budge unless you come here to pick him up.”

Fully awake now, you ask, “What?”

“He won’t get into my car. He’s not leaving unless his quote gorgeous, wonderful wife comes and rescues him. He hasn’t moved for twenty minutes now and I don’t think there’s any other way to convince him,” he explains.

You smile to yourself, shrugging the blanket off to quickly change with the phone pinched between your ear and shoulder. “Don’t worry. Give me fifteen. I’ll be there.”

Thankfully, the streets are nearly empty, so you arrive promptly to the bar, where you spot Gojo, Ijichi, and Ieiri standing at the curb, carrying your slumped over husband on their shoulders. You park in front of them, smiles of relief on their faces as you exit the car. “Thank you for taking care of him. I’m sorry you had to deal with this.”

Gojo waves it off with his free hand, a big grin on his face. “We’re sorry you had to come all the way here just to pick him up. He can be so stubborn sometimes.”

Giggling, you step towards Nanami. “This is what I signed up for when I married him, right?” You tip his chin up to meet his face. His glasses are skewed, eyes half-lidded with intoxication. It takes a second for him to finally realize it’s you, and when he does, his expression brightens instantly. “Honey?” he utters, throat raspy from the liquor. 

You nod. “Hi sweetie. I’ve come here to rescue you.”

He smiles, removing himself from his friends to wrap his arms around you, nuzzling his nose to the top of your head. “You’re here. You’re actually here.” From your peripheral, you catch Ieiri and Ijichi grinning at each other. 

Gojo laughs. “Alright, he’s in great hands now. Let’s all finally go home!” 

You say your farewells to them with Nanami still latched to you, breathing you in deeply. The smell of whiskey is potent from his mouth and clothes as you do your best to lead him into the passenger seat, his long limbs difficult to maneuver while he makes absolutely no effort to do it himself. With his seatbelt securely buckled, you rush to the other side to get behind the wheel. Before you drive, you crack open a new water bottle and shove it towards him. “Here, drink some water.”

He removes his glasses, tucking them neatly into his breast pocket, staring at the bottle, confused. “That’s not whiskey.”

“I know it’s not; it’s water!” you laugh, urging him. “Now drink.”

He gives you a sloppy salute. “Yes ma’am.” He throws it back into his mouth, chugging a third of the bottle, some of it spilling from the sides of his lips, hiccupping once when he’s done. Satisfied, you start the car, music playing, ready to head home. Nanami nods his head along to the songs, holding your hand in his, fingers entwined. You adore how lovey-dovey he gets when he’s had too much to drink. It doesn’t matter that you had to sacrifice sleep to do this; you’d do it again and again if he’d ask you to, no question. 

Halfway through, the intro to one of his favorite songs starts. He gasps softly, turning the volume up, beaming. When the verse begins, he sings along. “Baby, love never felt so good…” He sways his shoulders, his entire torso jiving with the melody now, waving your hand with his to the beat. You bite your lip, suppressing your laughter with one hand on the wheel. He faces you, shaking your arm. “Let’s dance, honey.”

“I’m driving!”

“Pull over then! We’ll dance on the sidewalk. Hurry, the chorus is coming!” he whines, persistent.

Too amused to resist, you check your surroundings, pulling over to the side of the street. He turns the dial even louder, car reverberating with the bass, clicking his seatbelt off and exiting the vehicle. You do the same, rushing over to him with his arms reaching for you, belting out the lyrics. “Baby! Every time I love you, in and out my life, in out baby!” He dances with you under the streetlight, gazing into your eyes with the biggest smile on his face, swinging your arms with his. At the end of the chorus, he twirls you gracefully, serenading, “So baby, love never felt so good…” scattering sweet kisses on your cheek. 

You continue this the entire song, giggling uncontrollably as you practice all your cheesy dance moves on each other, including him shimmying his chest towards you and rolling his hips seductively. Near the end, the only other car to drive down the street honks at the two of you, flashing you a thumbs up from the window. 

The next song that plays is a slow one, so you turn on your heel to get back into driver’s seat, thinking he’s ready to go home. Nanami tugs you back, pulling you in for a snug embrace, squeezing you lovingly. “Not yet. Just one more song.” His grip is tight on you, reluctant to let go. 

You nestle into his chest, smiling as he sways you to the smooth cadence of the music, cradled in his arms. “Alright. One more song.”

I think they hosted Xmas lunch but they spent Xmas Eve with the family too. I remember Dom saying he was going to Tom’s for tea and pie. That was the time that nikki had to spend it apart from the family because her dad was doing poorly and Dom said it was the first time since they’ve married that he spent Xmas without nikki. They all drove to the grandparents on the 26th I think. So probably not answering the question but they were all together for days going from one house to the other. Darnell was with them but then he went to Madrid to spend New Year’s Eve there and we don’t know what Tomdaya did but they were in London I think

This is a side blog, I decided to make it because it seems infinity nikki has drawn a lot of new players, and a lot of them are confused about what is going on with this pink haired girl.

A Brief recap from the previous two games:

Nikki is a pink haired girl from earth who was summoned to Miraland by the queen of the Lilith kingdom, (in Shining Nikki this is called Ninir) in order to change the fate. Here she learns about the blood curse: nobody in Miraland is able to use violence because of the extreme pain and weakness is causes so disputes are solved by styling battles.

A lot happens. She meets and loses many friends, is betrayed by people she thought were friends and in the end she isn't able to change fate.

This leads to Shining Nikki where she is sent back in time to year 0 of Miraland in order to save it once again. Except this time she has you, her friend and the god of styling and beauty to help her out.

Ch. 1, Pt. 4 | Purify the buds at the Old Ruins

After finishing Ch.1, Pt. 3 [Purify the buds at the Guardian Statue], Nikki has Purified the first bud and is on the search for the second one inside of the Old Ruins.

This post contains spoilers, pictures, commentary, and dialogue.

At this point Nikki has made a new ability outfit that helps her around the new environment using flowers that shoot waterspouts to reach high up places.

She's Purified the first of the blooms that she's after. Now it's time to go to the Old Ruins to find the next one. The Old Ruins is across the stretch of water in the middle of Serenity Island and is more desert-like in appearance.

In the Old Ruins, Nikki is lead to a cave to explore. This cave also holds a new essence for her skills. Once she's through the cave, it's time for her to use her Purification outfit in order to defeat the Esseling that is holding the bloom she's searching for hostage in its dark magic.

After Nikki has saved the bud, there is a bit of a cutscene with Fearless Freddie after reaching the warp spire.

Fearless Freddie: Oh wow! Humans live here in the Old Ruins? Haha! What a groundbreaking discovery!

Fearless Freddie: Humans can purify Esselings and are accompanied by round, chubby creatures... When I get back, I'll publish this adventure log, and then I'll definitely become the star of the Piecey Adventure Club.

Fearless Freddie: Ahem... Would you mind coming with me, Human?

Nikki: We...

↪ ...don't live here!

Nikki: We don't live here, but I am a human! My name is Nikki, and this is Momo. We are here to purify the contaminated buds.

Fearless Freddie: Ah, I see... Look like asking Granny Bubbles for leave from the bathhouse was... a waste.

Nikki: Huh? Do you also work at the Soakville Bathhouse?

Fearless Freddie: D-Don't remind this great explorer about that boring job! All I did was scrub, day after day...

Fearless Freddie: Even my signature move, the "Freddie Vortex," only Terra was willing to try it. I grabbed her buttons and did a whopping dry spin! But Terra seems busy nowadays and rarely comes to bathe...

Fearless Freddie: A boring job like that doesn't deserve the cool title of "Soakville Spin-Dry Specialist!" Hmph, it's just as misleading as the Piecey Adventure Rankings!

Nikki: the Piecey Adventure Rankings... What's that?

Fearless Freddie: Huh, you don't know? It's the classic ranking from the Piecey Adventure Club! It ranks all the places worth exploring on Serenity Island by difficulty level.

Fearless Freddie: The Old Ruins are clearly marked as beginner-level, so why are there so many Esselings here?! Hmph! The rankings are flawed! I'll file a complaint! A formal complaint!

Nikki: We heard the bud contamination only started recently. The Esselings probably weren't here before.

Fearless Freddie: Oh, I see1 I know it couldn't be my fault! I'd never fail a beginner-level challenge. It was all just a mixup.

Momo: A great explorer? More like a great excuse-maker...

Fearless Freddie: Hmph! Once I've completed every challenge on the rankings, except the top difficulty, no Pieceys, or cat, will be able to question my status1

Nikki: So, where is the top difficulty location?

Fearless Freddie: That would be the legendary "forbidden zone," Misty Peak!

Fearless Freddie: Never set foot upon the Misty Peak, nor stir The Silvergale from His, uhhh...

↪ Sleep!

Nikki: I remember Bootsie saying this! The Guardian's second nugget of wisdom warns all Pieceys not to disturb the Silvergale's sweet dream!

Momo: "Never set foot upon the Misty Peak, nor stir The Silvergale from His sleep." You really need to get that rhythm right!

Fearless Freddie: Ahem, yes. Anyway, no Pieceys know the way to Misty Peak. Maybe some did, but they never came back down...

Fearless Freddie: Whoa... While I, Freddie, am fearless, I wouldn't dare think about going up Misty Peak.

Fearless Freddie: Hmph, only a foolish little Piecey like Murmur would make such bold claims.

Nikki: Murmur said she's been to Misty Peak?

Momo: Murmur doesn't seem like one to exaggerate.

Fearless Freddie: Hmph, I don't believe it. If Murmur really completed the top difficulty challenge, why stay at the bathhouse listening to Granny Bubbles and doing boring chores?

Fearless Freddie: It it were me, I'd already be a golden explorer, and lead to entire Piecey Adventure Club!

Fearless Freddie: Anyway, today's adventure ends here. There are countless Pieceys waiting for me to wring them dry back home. Ah... It could be, that this is the life a destined great explorer must face.

Fearless Freddie: Human, thank you for your help today. Farewell!

Fearless Freddie is pretty full of himself. He's off to go to his job that he's sneaking out on and Nikki is off to find the next bud in the Soakville Outskirts.

If forced to choose a favorite guitarist, Ozzy would go with Tony Iommi. It's all in the fingers. He's also fine with being a simp for his wife, Sharon. This is too wholesome from our metal dad.

that's it for me exactly. he got an outpouring of love with the goodbyes and then nothing. the only time i hear him mentioned is either when the press is recapping what happened this season or when they're lying and saying liam is doing a good job compared to him. and i'm not saying he should have been in the paddock waiting for lawson to fuck up so cameras could have been on him (though, imagine the schadenfreude) or tweeted audi/caddilac like he is nikki blonsky, but it's killing me that for everyone it was a week of being sad (or pretending to be) and then never once since then being like hang on, let's analyse what happened or even mentioning him as someone who could possibly return to f1. rage everywhere tbh. and it would be one thing if he said he was done but he didn't, it was decided for him by red bull because they don't want to look stupid and have to promote ll or yuki.

i think in years to come, his driving will be used in race highlights and things like that. and that will be beautiful to see. a sweet reminder. but maybe that'll be it. because his silence is obviously for a reason, and maybe that's because he doesn't want to be associated with f1 anymore, and who can blame him for that really. i don't think his legacy will be tarnished, but i do think the mclaren stint and the resulting vcarb stint, will now forever be associated with his 'downfall'. he has amazing and incredible highs that people will remember him by, but i wish the end had been something better. i wish the end had been something remarkable. but it's okay <3 he's happy <3

I recently watched a recap of the Dork Diaries Books, and I can’t believe this is going to be my first post of semi shopping discourse, but Nikki needs to explore her options with André. Brandon has been holding out for too long on making Nikki his girlfriend.

For those of you who don’t know who André is, he was introduced in Book 12, Not-So-Secret-Crush Catastrophe. He’s also a reoccurring character in the Not-So-Posh Paris Adventure book.

HOTD S2 EP2 THOUGHTS

SPOILERS AHEAD

I need to start this by the very strange scene at the brothel. It took me so much by surprise I had to pause it. Like we all know these boys have mommy issues but I always thought it was more Aegon than Aemond. Like wow. I was left like this

It was the intimate position, his hair was down, the lack of clothes. He was completely vulnerable. Aemond wanted to be coddled and to be told reassuring words.

I didn’t understand well the part where she tries to kiss him and he says “not here” like sure man. you’re just naked and telling the keeps secret but go off [ngl i was waiting for her to pop a boob out and breast feed him]

that woman is a dangerous woman. she had scheming eyes. we’ll see where that goes.

Following up with the mommy issues I am so disappointed in Alicent. Aegon is clearly not her favorite child I do not know how she can bear seeing him weep as he seeks her out and she just nopes out. WTF. No wonder your other son is seeking refuge elsewhere. Also forcing Haelena to do the funeral proceeding. What sort of mother are you? The Greens think they’re so high and mighty but they barely resemble a family. They are not a united front.

The funeral proceedings almost had me in tears. I didn’t think they’d show the poor child with its head sewn back together. I thought he’d be covered. Now more so than ever I curse Alicent. You are forcing your daughter who had to witness his death relieve this scene. You forced her to watch her son be paraded around the city.

Daemon fucked up and it’s because of him that a child is dead and yet I can’t bring myself to hate the Blacks. The Greens are terrible people.

Aegon is falling apart and mourning and he has no one to come to. He doesn’t know how to control his emotions and I can’t blame him for it when his mother and grandfather only use him as a puppet and not a real human being. I pity the Hightower children.

That being said WTF was that? Making Ser Criston Cole the hand to the king? Disgusting. He was projecting so hard during this episode. Bitching about Arryks dirty cloak and blaming him for Jaeherys death.

BITCH IT WAS YOUR FAULT FOR GETTING YOUR COCK WET. FUCKING CRISTON COLE I CANT FUCKING STAND HIM. I CANT EVEN SAY IM HAPPY ALICENT SLAPPED HIM CAUSE HE PROBABLY ENJOYED IT.

I’ve got more to say regarding the Greens but my blood pressure is going up. Let me recap I hate them and I pity them all at the same time because the three children are only products of Alicent and Otto’s parenting (Viserys up to some point to)

Oh and let’s not forget Otto’s kind words for Viserys. He probably just misses how easy he was to control.

MOVING ONTO THE BLACKS

Baby Jace and Baela I love that little moment and yet I fear it because she’s out there on cute little Moondancer and it sounds like trouble.

Love the Ser Harwin talk. They acknowledge it and they accept it. Talk about being progressive.

But also so sad that Baela feels that way towards Daemon. I had high hopes for their relationship considering that deleted scene in season 1.

RHAENYS HAVING RHAENYRAS BACK TALK ABOUT FEMINISM. HELL YEAH! I fully want Rhaenys to be Rhaenyras ride or die!!

Daemon fucked up, yes. Will we ever know what he told Blood and Cheese? No. Still I can’t blame Rhaenyra for doubting him. He’s a sketchy man who puts on his little cloak to commit war crimes.

Don’t get me wrong I’m a Daemon stan but if he didn’t act so sketchy maybe we would trust him more.

He’s a dramatic guy he’s out commuting yet another big declaration of love for Rhaenyra. Like “look i’ve got harrenhal for you” I think idk we’ll see next episode.

Ser Arryk and Ser Erryk how fucking tragic. and whose fault is it? FUCKING CRISTON COLE PIECE OF SHIT

Dear Tumblr World,

Last night was the greatest day of my life. It all started with me in my dad’s truck with him driving and Alexa sitting next to me. We were stuck in traffic heading to New Haven, CT. I had an anxiety attack in the truck. I was texting my friend Nikki and almost started to cry and throw up. At around six we finally arrived at Toad’s Place. It took TWO HOURS. Nikki jumped up and hugged me. Then we took a walk and met Nick Murray and Nick White of The Young Veins. They signed my Take A Vacation record and I took pictures. I also have a video of myself putting a bracelet on each of them. I shook so bad.

Then a little time passed and we found Andy Soukal of The Young Veins. I love that man. I gave him a bracelet, he took a picture and signed my Take A Vacation. We talked and he is just so nice and I love his laugh. I even shook for him.

Then around seven then doors opened and we went inside. We got the front row of the mosh pit. I turned around and saw Ryan Ross walked by, amazing. The first band was Black Gold and they were incredible. The Young Veins’ merch guy got on stage and played a drum. Jon Walker stood to the side of the mosh and recorded it. My dad texted me saying he had talked to Jon and had him sign my record.

Then The Young Veins came on. I gave Jon his bracelet and told me to put it on him later. Ryan came over to me and I saw, “I have another bracelet for you.” He said, “Another? Yeah I remember you.” When he said that I almost passed out. Ryan remembers me… Then he knelled on the stage in front of me and had me put it on him. Their set was amazing. Even better than the first time I saw them.

Lastly Rooney came on stage. Once they did Rob ran to me and shook my hand. Through out the concert he would stand in front of me and like grind into my face. He was pretty much on me and my friends Alexa and Nikki. I didn’t mind, haha. After the show he held my hand then gave me his guitar pick and set list. He was so nice and Rooney is amazing live.

When the show was over I was walking around and met Erik, the singer, of Black Gold. I took a picture and my dad was like, “It looks like you are ready to kill someone.” Erik laughed and I showed him it. He goes, “I do not!” Then he said he was happy I was a fan and we said goodbye. We hung out a bit then went outside. Once I did Jon Walker looked at me and smiled. The came over and as I was saying, “I’ll tie the bracelet,” he took it out of his pocket. I stood there and put it on him. We got a picture of that. He then hugged me and I whispered in his ear and he whispered in mine. We then took a normal picture. Then Ryan came over and I talked to him. He was smiling, I love his smile. He hugged me and we took a picture. He signed my album too. He told me that he would love to come to Rhode Island and that he wanted to see me again soon. He seemed so happy that I was a fan.

Well that was the best night of my life. July 18th 2010, New Haven, CT at Toad’s Place for the Rooney, The Young Veins, and Black Gold…Eureka Tour.
