This is an OC that I never got to play as. He was gonna be in an Eclipse Phase game but the game changed to savage Worlds, and the Character I played was Poe.

Boson is actually connected to a few other OC's i have (S.A.L. and B.A.L., he is there creator). IDK why I wanted the Orb body in eclipse phase so bad, but I did and now Dr.Boson is aloud to have a happier backstory than him failing to stop the end of the world via every horrible Sci-fi thing ever happening on earth because his "friend" stole his work, killed his spouse, and brainwashed his kid to hate him.

it isn't that anymore that, now he chose to be an orb because he wanted to be an orb and made living machines because he loves them and hates the Idea of them being used for corporate greed

Scenario: somebody you know casually, but not, like, that well has cheaply obtained some rare article that happens to be related to a special interest of yours. However, they're not sure if it's genuine or a knockoff, and – being aware of your special interest – they reach out to you to confirm its authenticity. The results of examining photos being inconclusive, they insist on showing it to you in person; upon arrival, they point the way to a musty, ill-lit basement where item in question is ostensibly kept.

LMAOOOO I KNOW, i actually saw him grabbing EX's head on his stream a couple of days ago; bro cheekily put Evil Xisuma as his thumbnail image and when i tell you i stopped what i was doing to see why in the world ex was in the happenings i was so mad (/silly) that he was just grabbing his head for silly X Isle decorations

i DO think it's extremely funny to think Evil X (or android 24 even) is just. stationed there. he's just working there. encouraging all two (2) exiles to do evil deeds. it's so outrageously stupid /aff

“A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…”

“That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.”

Rey put her hands on her hips and glared down as disdainfully as she could, from her perch on top of an old stump. “Who’s tellin’ this story, me or you?”

“Don’t listen to him,” Poe said, before Ben could snark back. “We think it’s a great start to a story.”

“Good.” Rey took a deep breath, stood up straight, and gazed down at her mostly-attentive audience sitting on the fallen log. “A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away…” She threw her hands in the air dramatically. “LUKE SKYWALKER DISAPPEARED!”

Poe gasped in horror. Finn cried out in dismay. Ben rolled his eyes.

“AND THE BAD GUYS ARE BACK!” she went on, flailing her arms.

“What bad guys?” Finn asked, leaning forward in his seat, clutching his favorite stuffed toy—an old clone trooper doll—tightly in his excitement.

Rey huffed. “Uh, the Empire. Duh.”

“Empire’s gone,” Ben put in, with the irritated indifference of an almost-13-year-old who is far too old to be playing pretend.

“Yeah, but in this story they came back.”

“They can’t come back if they’re gone.”

“Well in THIS STORY—”

Poe jumped in, acting as the peacemaker as usual. “Maybe it’s different bad guys. A couple of the Imps got away, and they made a new evil empire, but it’s called something else.”

Rey considered it. “What’s it called?”

“Um…”

Poe trailed off, thinking. Behind him, Luke Skywalker walked past, consulting with the new Jedi teacher at the school. “So the first order of business is…”

Poe snapped his fingers. “It’s called the First Order!”

“Stuuuupiiiiid,” Ben grumbled, then yelped as Finn aimed a kick at his shin. They would have descended into bickering as usual, when a new voice interrupted.

“Hello? Excuse me?”

Rey turned around and saw a boy standing behind her. He was probably a little bit younger than Ben or Poe. He had red hair, a sunburned face, and a funny fancy accent. He stood up very tall and clasped his hands behind him.

“What’s your deal?” she demanded. “I’m tellin’ a story here!”

The boy pointed to the new Jedi teacher talking with Luke. “My father will be an instructor at this school. He said I ought to make some friends.”

Poe clapped his hands. “The more the merrier! Come on, sit down. Rey is telling us an adventure story.”

“That’s your father? Talking to Uncle Luke?” Ben questioned, as the kid strode over and sat down on the far end of the log. “There’s not much resemblance.”

Poe flicked Ben on the back of the head. “Ever hear of adoption, genius?” He looked over at Rey. “Start over for… uh…” Poe turned to the new guy. “What’s your name?”

He shifted a little uncomfortably. “Um… you can just call me Tidge, I guess? Everyone else does.”

“Great! Rey, start over for Tidge.”

Rey huffed over the request, but she did start her story from the beginning again.

“A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away… LUKE SKYWAKER DISAPPEARED AND THE BAD GUYS ARE BACK! They’re called the First Order. It started when some Empire guys escaped and started making a new Empire. AND THEY’RE AFTER LUKE!”

“That sounds so dumb,” Ben muttered.

Tidge cleared his throat. “If I may…?”

“May what?”

He stood up, walked over to stand beside the stump, and cleared his throat again.

And then he threw himself into storytelling with slightly-fancier-but-equally-dramatic gusto.

“Luke Skywalker has vanished! In his absence, the sinister First Order has risen from the ashes of the Empire, and will not rest until Skywalker, the last Jedi, has been destroyed!”

“Hey, you’re pretty good at this,” Rey said approvingly. “Okay, do this part for me.”

She bent over and whispered to him. He listened, then nodded.

“With the support of the Republic, General Leia Organa leads a brave Resistance. She is desperate to find her brother Luke and gain his help in restoring peace and justice to the galaxy!”

Ben rolled his eyes again (maybe his eyeballs were loose or something?) and Poe nodded. “Not bad.”

Rey whispered a bit more, and Tidge finished: “Leia has sent her most daring pilot on a secret mission to Jakku, where an old ally has discovered a clue to Luke’s whereabouts…”

Rey beamed at him. “Okay, that’s all.”

After Tidge was sitting down again, she went on, pointing at Poe. “You’re the most daring pilot.”

He pumped a fist in the air. “YES!”

“I’m better,” Ben grumbled. Poe blew a raspberry.

“If you’re so much better, how come I’m the most daring pilot and you’re not, huh?”

Rey waved her hands, trying to get their attention. “Hey! Don’t fight. Poe’s the daring pilot and Ben’s a Jedi.”

“I thought Luke was the last Jedi,” Ben pointed out.

“Well—I guess, but—” Rey faltered.

“I think Ben should be a Sith,” Poe contributed.

“Yeah! He frowns a lot and he’s grumpy and doesn’t like us,” Finn seconded.

Rey was horrified at the idea. “But it’s Ben! He can’t be a bad guy!”

Ben, on the other hand, seemed taken by the idea. He actually perked up. “Hey, if I kill off all the main characters, can I leave?”

Ranpo thinks of how his relationship to Poe has changed within six years and how Poe has changed the way he chooses to see the world. He ponders this after finding an old painting of his friend in an art exhibit, whilst on a case.

Also I added Oscar Wilde as the owner of the art exhibit. Why so there a Poe painting in an Oscar Wilde exhibit? Who’s to say? 👁️👁️

YES! Well, RPG!Axel really likes to use daggers, for example the ones on his belt (I know they don't look like them, but they are daggers 😅), and one in particular that he keeps hidden:

If you got the reference about the name and description, tell me in the comments! (hint: it is inspired by a horror story about Edgar Allan Poe that I simply love passionately!!!)

Oh, and this is the only dagger whose power, in addition to being able to function normally, works stronger, the blows are very strong, agile and assertive, it doesn't miss a single blow :]

He sometimes uses and carries axes and sickles, but he really focuses on daggers and other small weapons. His melee style still wins in strength but daggers also help sometimes ^^

I went to an Edgar Allen Poe Speakeasy last night where every story they performed was accompanied by a cocktail based off of that story. And by the end of the night I was honestly a bit buzzed. A little dizzayy

I’ve never been buzzed before, it was a fascinating experience. Like my mind was clear, maybe a little floaty. And I was a bit unsteady on my feet. Very cool, I approve

It’s yapping time because I can’t stop thinking about Magica’s different lairs in Dt17 and how goofy they are…

Like, starting with the one in the swamp: is not exactly uncommon for the main villains of the show to have themselves/their aesthetic incorporated on their workplace; I’m pretty sure Lunaris’s base was literally shaped like his dumb face and Glomgold Industries’s building is just Flinty showing off how scottish he wants to be is. But there’s NO way that Magica, being powerless for a season and a half, managed to build her house and shape her face onto a tree of that size on her own. So the only explanation I can think of is that while living as an average duck and getting a job, she went to an architect and requested them to design a plan for a house build onto an specific tree located in the middle of a dark, scary swamp, and not only that, but the exterior of it had to be shaped like her face.

I’m imagining the confused architect asking “Don’t you prefer a normal looking house?…In a normal neighborhood?” only for her to reply “Of course not! A house like this is the only way in which whoever decides to approach, will know that they’re stepping on the lair of the most MENACING AND POWERFUL SORCERESS ALIVE!”…And since that house ended up being constructed, she’s must have payed very well for it XD

Then, there’s the castle in which Magica and Poe lived and is not hard to figure out how it was made. If they had an entire village enslaved that provided them food and treasures, then they would have no problem with forcing them to build them a proper place so they could rule over more comfortably (I do have my own headcanon in which the castle was owned by an actual king and/or queen who was later defeated by the De Spell twins when they took over, but I won’t be considering it for the sake of simplicity). It’s not that deep…Still, you can’t tell me that an argument like the one above also didn’t happen if Poe was around xD Magica probably had to explain how important it was for their castle to look as scary and imponent as possible, and after a while of insisting, he just went “…*sigh* Alright, then. We’ll have your face sculpted into the entrance.”
