our baby got a special dance stage with minho (skz) :3 (they performed before the vocal stage!!)

they each got a solo part before rejoining at the centre stage for a duo dance

the inspiration for this stage in my mind is taemin and seulgi’s performance of drip drop from smtown live 🤩🤩 something powerful but also smooth

she literally ran back to her seat after her special stage bc there was no way she’s missing the vocalists’ special stage

so she settled for gently rocking side to side while being completely absorbed into the performance 🥺

okay but she got kinda emotional when they played all the clips during the ‘memories’ montage 🥺

even though filming and preparing for kingdom was tough, she met so many friends through the show and that was one of the best parts for her

she ran to aussie line right when it was announced skz won 🥺🥺🥺🥺

you could hear her in the background cheering loudly when skz went to get the trophy 🥺🥺

she was literally hugging everyone at the end of the show 🥺 everyone gets a hug especially for everything they all went through while filming for the show 🥺

and of course we’re wrapping this up with another lixliet hug bc these two have been with each other through thick and thin :’))))))) from childhood friends to both being in 4th gen leader groups 🤧💕

Listen i hate mnet as much as the next rational person but I love all the groups on kingdom so here we are

For the intro stages no one really disappointed they were all pretty good

Ateez wave: enjoyable and I respect the live singing but I didn't really vibe with the way they remixed wave... like sorry there's no way to say hakuna matata dramatically and they probably would've stood out more if they went bright bc no one else did but it was a fun time

Btob beautiful pain: singing was great ofc and I have such a soft spot for them they can do no wrong. Deserved 3rd place. I thought they would be last bc they weren't doing the like choreo heave stuff but was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately peniels rap sticks out like a sore thumb I try to pretend it doesn't exist... like i don't know what he's thinking but it doesn't seem like he wants to do this show anyway lol

Sf9 good guy: wasn't as crazy as other groups that were but taeyang chanhi and youngbin can dance really well... a lot of standing being tall n shit or whatever but good guy is a good song so

Stray kids miroh: dancing was really good, rapping too. The knives looked kinda awkward when they put them in their mouths but i still liked it overall. Song good remix good but the end of the performance was a little underwhelming

Tbz the stealer: remix was interesting and I liked the part with changmin jacob and hyunjae as a trio, and I'm also a sucker for the orchestral stuff. Sunwoo is a pretty decent rapper and stuff but as someone who is only mid level korean it's hard to judge his lyrics when they're that fast lol.. they probably should've gotten #1 just based on performance but since mnet turned it into a popularity contest here we are

Ikon rhythm ta: listen I love ikon I love rhythm ta and I really enjoyed this I don't care if 'ooga booga it wasn't conceptual and they weren't singing' I don't care it slapped I had so much fun. I've watched it like 4 times it's just great they should've been top 3 but bc they allow fan voting and fans don't care about the performance fans care about their favs ikon got 6th >:(

biggest to smallest crybaby in btob?

Ah, sorry for taking a while to answer, anon! I've buried my head in trying to get a project done so I haven't paid much attention to tumblr :P anyway, this is a fairly easy question- in order of biggest → smallest:

Sungjae - he puts up a good act as a 6 ft tall adult but he's honestly a soft baby at heart. He's cried at almost all of their concerts (hello melody, our concert, this is us) and when he does, he really let's it all out and actually sobs 😭 even at his first solo fanmeeting too. I remember him mentioning how he cried so much when watching peniel's appearance on hello counselor. though he doesn't show it in an overt way, he's very appreciative of the love he receives ❤️

Eunkwang - smol soft leader who smiles even as he cries :') I'm pretty sure he cried every time sungjae did lol. he's definitely on the more sensitive side 💙

Minhyuk - like eunkwang, he has a big heart and isn't ashamed to cry. I think the first time we saw him shed tears was on the last ep of b+ diary, not only while watching the message his mom left him but what all the moms had to say to their sons 🥺 (you have no soul if you watch that ep without crying too)

Changsub - what stands out to me is ofc him breaking down while singing at the end during their this is us concert and then denying it the next day during their last 7tob vlive before enlistments started lol.

Hyunsik - he's the tough guy who almost never cries but he does~ only when he's overwhelmed by emotion though. during his solo concert, he couldn't get through singing someday without getting choked up and teary (then tried to deny it afterwards too lol)

Ilhoon - literally the first and only time I I've seen this boy cry was during the last ment of their this is us concert (where everyone and their mother cried their eyes out but still).

Peniel - someone please correct me if I'm wrong but have we ever seen him cry? I recall him saying he was about to during their last concert but his tear went back in lmao. he probably did, we just didn't see it but still, he's definitely the least likely to cry.

It’s around June 2015, yup... it was around that time. 

I watched School 2015 that starred Yook Sungjae. Was it love at the first sight? hmmm, nope. Actually I already saw him before on Reply 1994, Monstar, The Heirs, and Plus Nine Boys, and in fact when I started watching School 2015, he’s not my first choice. But then I crazily rooted for him to get the girl, and... it didn’t happen... so yeah, I was mad at the writers, cursed them till the end of the year.

But thanks to School 2015 and Yook Sungjae, I discovered BTOB. It’s been more than 3 years that I love them. I still remember how hard I cried when they went to Medan in 2015 (I’m still salty. really). But that’s okay, because I went to their concert in Jakarta 2 weeks ago! WHOOP WHOOP! btw... where tf is our photo with BTOB?! ckckck My Music Taste... I’m so thankful that you bring BTOB to Jakarta, but... that’s okay... take your time with our photos, it’s not like I want to brag about taking a group photo with BTOB, duh! -_-

When someone asked “Who’s your favorite member?” I can only said everyone... because:

Eunkwang: BTOB’s pride. Just like Sungjae said “Eunkwang ahhh, it’s all because of youuu”. He’s just the best leader, never gets angry even tho he was teased by his dongsaengs, in fact he feels sad when no one is teasing him, LOL.

Minhyuk: I’m so thankful to him as I watched their early days, without him participating in IAC... Thank you Minhyuk ahhh, you’ve worked hard <3

Changsub: Our moochi... our soft moochi. His voice is my favorite. And ofc his strange antics... he’s a singer but his concern is “not funny” LOLOLOLOL.

Hyunsik: Im Star, Im Sunbae, Im PD. BTOB’s music father <3 Dongsaeng who feels like a Hyung just like Eunkwang and Changsub said. AAAANNNDDD HE WATCHED CALL ME BY YOUR NAME AND LIKE THE MOVIE. just sayin ;)

Peniel: The baby of the group even tho he’s not the maknae. The most purest and “normal” member of BTOB even tho sometimes there will be a time when you think “he’s insane just like the other members”

Ilhoon: The spokesperson of BTOB. Our salesman. He always said that their album contains vitamin, phytoncide and can make you focus on study. When he said Eunkwang, Changsub and Sungjae are the 3 weirdest members of BTOB, I can only said “Ilhoon ah! you’re the 4th in line!!!!”

Sungjae: He’s the one who make me fall into this messy black hole. Our evil maknae, who always teasing his hyungs but he’s the one who love BTOB so much. In his every solo activities, he never forget to say “I’m Sungjae of BTOB” 

BTOB BTOB BTOB... they’re like my sunshine. I love them so much. Their music, their voices... everything... I love everything about them, all seven of them.

so... when someone asked why am I so in love with BTOB? cause if I don’t, I'll missing out something great. In this group, there are 7 vocals, and 7 rappers, and 7 comedians. You'll never get bored... ehhhh maybe only get second hand embarrassment from time to time if they did something idiotic.

●In fairness, the stage presence of the bands are unparalleled. Whether you stan them or not. The "gigil" in how they perform is undeniable. If you think, that watching their videos is enough for you to feel the swag, wait 'til you witness them perform before your eyes! ●They are all thin but I wish VIXX will put on some weight. I think they're so thin compared to the other bands. ●All the bands wear matching clothes which is cute yeah but I think it's so nice that the B.A.P members showed their own style with their clothes. I'm saying this not because I stan them, just an honest opinion.

KRIESHA is a sweetheart! I like how she's not your typical stick thin idol. She's not like, drop dead gorgeous but she's more on the cute side. Very charming. It's a special moment when she sang a Filipino song that goes... "Kung ako na lang sana ang iyong minahal di ka na muling mag iisa 🎶" She had the whole Arena singing which is super nice. It's so good that she's half Filipino it made it effortless for her to connect to the fans. She performed 2 songs: her debut song Trouble and another one from her album. I'm actually not a fan so I only got that info from her hehe✌ She also expressed how happy she is to be back in her country and she missed the PH a lot.

●It's funny how all the bands talked in Korean LOL all of us we're like, "Why are they talking in Korean?" "We know what you beautiful boys are saying is sweet but WHAT IS IT" "Where's the subtitle? Any interpreter around? Hello?" "Weren't they briefed that we only talk English and Filipino?" "Uhm, love you but what" so what they got are just screams that are a combination of confusion, awkwardness and fangirl/boying hahaha ●Of course, "Mahal kita" will always be there. ●"Mamimiss kita" was there. Just can't remember who said it and from what band.

B.A.P After finishing their first song, Daehyun shouted, "Long time no see" and I didn't hear a Korean accent! Noice 😏 I like how they gave finger hearts all at the same time! I think that's super cute. Zelo my pie, is so hyper 😂 I didn't remember seeing him stand still for more than 5 seconds. Cutie ☺Bang gives this really peaceful aura. My gosh, he's like a Zen Master or something *yoga pose then floats* xD

PENTAGON I'm not really fan. I only know Gorilla lol (which they didn't perform) but I like them and man, they're hot. Even if you don't stan them, you cannot possibly deny that. There are 2 members that I fancy tho! But I only know their faces huhu but I know that one of them is the maknae. I loooove tall boys, so ☺ I especially love their yellow coat! It felt like I was watching scoops of mango ice cream dance and sing ㅋㅋㅋ

B1A4 The fan fave Jinyoung really looks fine! So sweet as well. He kept on waving at our section 😄 I also like how their outfit is not exactly matchy matchy like the rest--it's cute! Banas' cheerig is so loud omg many of them came!

BTOB Sungjae and Peniel waved at our section too! I so love that they sang 2 of my favorite songs ㅠㅠ Confession Song and... (title loading)

VIXX My bias N looks like Younggi's fiancé lol Leo is not my type but yeah I think he looks good. I personally thought that their pants are too tight compared to the rest of the bands. And I'll forever wonder how they were freaking able to dance with such fluidity. Sorcery, really 😳 Minshookt, legit. They introduce themselves in Filipino: Ako si *insert name* ng VIXX 😉

B.I.G Another act that I don't know. But I love how generous they are with fan service! One of the members even proposed to us 😏 Clever /awesome/ He go, "Philippine *insert their fandom name idk sorry haha* will you marry me?" and ofc, cue the screams 😂 One member got a flower crown from a fan, he wore it and the members go, "Where did you get that?" and he go, "It's a gift from her! *he pointed the girl naks tindi ni Ate girl 😂*" and said "I love you" with matching making a heart with his arms and ofc, the screams came rolling again. Then one of the members also tried to go to her and teased her saying, "Do you want a gift too?" the crowd screamed again 😂They also made sure to promote their concert here :3 They mentioned the ticket selling and one of the members pulled his sleeves up for his "kodigo" xD I thought one of the members look like Zelo without the snow-white skin. There's really something Zelo w/ him 🤔

●After the show ended, the other acts was never seen again except for Kriesha, B.A.P, and B.I.G. I'm guessing that the others, left right after they performed? Sad :( The three acts that showed up, stayed for a while bidding goodbye. ●A couple of bands picked up stuff hurled at the stage. From banners, to cutesy headbands, to print out of their face. So cute! No one got hit with anything. Don't worry!  😂 I know it's a usual thing to happen but rest assured, the gorgeous humans went unscathed that time 😉 Those didn't really fly to the stage, it's more of, dropped from the SVIPs behind the barricade :3 ●All fans' fave: So many finger hearts and flying kisses 😍 We felt the love, yeah :3 ●English speaking members are heaven-sent oh good heavens OTL you guys are appreciated to the core  😭 Thank you eliminating the almighty language barrier even for just some moments 😭 ●Guys, if you want to ask me how the boy bands look like in person... What you see in videos, your photobooks and fansite taken photos, is ACTUALLY what you get in person. YES! I was shocked of that 😳 ●So many of your Oppas are living, walking, breathing towers. Legs galore :3 ●And ofc you also have the smol beans. Cuties xD They look like preschool students next to the blessed ones HAHAHA esp that B1A4 member--his cutesty outfit didn't even help xD He's all cuteness xD ●All the rappers SLAAAAAYED, man. SWAG explosion. ●The main vocals' voice are nothing but DIVINE esp the ones in charge of belting OMGGGG ●These boy bands obviously lives in their practice rooms. Their dance is flawless. So coordinated. GEEZ. Each member gives so much energy. Talking about being dedicated in your job. APPLAUSE guys, APPLAUSE. They DESERVE it so much *jaw drop* That's how real performers look like y'all  🙌 ●They have the same make up! Who wouldn't want to be that make up artist? 😜 They all have that peachy/pink eye shadow ㅋㅋ Just not so sure with B.A.P tho. ●I've never fangirled over light sticks until the concert. 2 of the friends that I made are Bana and Starlight (hope I got their fandom names right ;A;) And they're nice and sweet enough to let me experience it. B1A4's light stick is just so cute! While VIXX's is just flat out gourjes like owemgee, guys 🙊 asdfghjkl and I also shared to them that you can never make me buy a light stick coz I'm stingy but ASTRO's is REALLY tempting in so many ways 😭 aodneodmf

✨If you'd want to watch a Kpop Concert and you're stingy like me hehe VIP LB is the best section to be in! In my experience, so many idols waved at us. You'll always be noticed! And if you're fortunate to score a ticket located row at E1 like me, girl, you'd see them clearly!✨
