AI BẢO NGƯỜI ĐI LÀM LÀ NGỪNG HỌC?
Mình xin thú nhận cảm giác khi tốt nghiệp đại học là được.. ngừng học, ngừng lên giảng đường, ngừng cảm giác đối diện với các kỳ thi. Mừng lắm cơ, được bung xõa, không còn phải hì hục thức đêm học bài nữa!
Rồi khi đi làm, một cách tự nhiên và may mắn, mình được học thông qua quá trình làm việc với những Anh Chị rất giỏi: chị Thúy Ngọc, chị Thúy Phương, chị Xuân Lan, cô Kim Hạnh, anh Trí Thông, anh Thanh Bình, anh Kurt Bình, anh Việt VIoT, anh Phúc... và nhiều người nữa mà mình không thể liệt kê hết. Quá trình học thông qua công việc nó tự nhiên đến mức mình không nhận ra mình đang được học.
Và khi tóc đã muối tiêu, đã qua bên kia sườn dốc cuộc đời, mình chợt nhận ra quá trình học tập suốt 20 năm qua là một quá trình liên tục nạp dinh dưỡng từ những buổi nói chuyện sâu (1 on 1), những dự án to - nhỏ, những người đồng nghiệp và cả những bạn cộng sự, Mentee.. Giống như con kiến, mỗi khi chạm râu vào nhau là được đồng bộ (sync) thông tin với nhau, mình đã có hàng ngàn giờ nói chuyện, tâm tình, tương tác với rất nhiều người. Chủ đề nổi bật mình có thể nhận ra chính là #logistics. Có lẽ mình có may mắn là "Nghề nó chọn mình" vì mình đã đổi nhiều ngành nhưng cuối cùng thì cũng gắn bó với chữ #logistics. Thôi thì, ở tuổi này, vẫn còn thấy mình quá may mắn trên con đường làm việc và học hỏi mỗi ngày.
Xin chia sẻ với các Bạn chương trình học trên Linked In (Learning on Linked In) với rất nhiều khóa học thực chiến để chúng ta hệ thống hóa kiến thức về quản trị và có phương pháp (framework) rõ ràng, được kiểm chứng. Rất thú vị là ở Mỹ có khái niệm CPE = Continuing Professional Education —> học tập liên tục được công nhận thành tín chỉ để những người đi làm vẫn có thể tiếp tục học tập và được công nhận. Giờ thì ngồi ở Việt Nam, ngoài khung giờ làm việc, mình vẫn có thể được tham gia các khóa học đẳng cấp quốc tế trên môi trường online và giao lưu với các bạn bè quốc tế có cùng chung mối quan tâm!

We may not be able to directly help people, especially with what they need but we can always help them by recommending or standing in for them.
I used the word calculated risk because sometimes it would feel difficult to help others but we must learn to analyze and make decisions to be a blessing to people's lives, and watch how they make use of the blessing to make their lives better.
It's our responsibility as humans to help our humans but it's the responsibility of our other fellow humans to make use of the opportunity to make their lives better. It means that whatsoever help we offer to give, it doesn't mean it would directly change their lives but we should play our role in doing something for them to begin with.
