Nunca debemos olvidar que fuimos aprendices ya que es parte de la humildad de un profesional, recuerdo bien cuando comenzaba mi rumbo en la cocina, exactamente en el Consecionario Salesiano, con unas excelentes mujeres de la cual hoy en día las recuerdo con mucho cariño, juro que no se me había cruzado por la mente regresar por este lugar y mucho menos para ser quien dirija todo un gran equipo, me siento tan contento, no solo por ser el líder sino porque regreso a mis inicios para inspirar a nuevos muchachos como lo hicieron conmigo, porque mucha gente cree que ser cocinero es fácil, bueno en realidad no se equivocan, si es fácil, pero para las personas que aman su trabajo, para el que despierta motivado cada mañana por hacer lo que le fascina, para el que lucha día a día por mejorar y nunca deja superar por el cansancio, las quemaduras, el estrés.
