Pliabody x Stress?
New Quirk Name: Slink or Melt Away
This Transformation type Quirk activates whenever the user relaxes and experiences calming emotions. As the user relaxes, they become more flexible. This lets the user bend and extend their body like rubber. The more relaxed the user becomes, the greater flexibility they can exert, being able to stretch themselves out over several meters and making them more resistant to damage. This gives the user a good mix of options, their ultra-flexible body letting them bend and stretch as they please. They can bend around and block enemy attacks, maneuver through narrow areas, lengthen their body to get around faster, augment their fighting style with their stretchy body, or just sink into the coach on weekends. Though the application of augmentation of the power is entirely reliant on the user remaining relaxed. So becoming stressed will cause the user to recede to their normal state. The user can still be caught, tangled, and damaged.

Regarding Azure Wolf 227's ask, might I suggest "Evolution" as a potential title?
Also, what's the end state of Izuku's and Melissa's 'Quirks?'
I don't know about "end state" yet, but the next step is that Midoriya can absorb any kind of energy nearby and better control of the biolelectric field he produces, while Melissa might end up with something like Tiger's Pilabody. I'm less sure about her.

Yawara Chatora also known as the Pro Hero Tiger! He is part of the pro hero team The Wild Wild Pussycats. He is seen as the most strict and intimidating out of the four, though he is still a dork. He was originally born as a female but transitioned a long time ago in Thailand. His quirk is Pilabody which also means soft body. So his quirk allows him to flatten and stretch his body at will giving him super human flexibility. It is very useful for rescue operations. And the last member of the Wild Wild Pussycats who should be cloned is Tiger. I can't think of anything for him and his clones to do, maybe you have ideas?
If Tiger Had A Cloning Quirk
Similar to Ragdoll, Tiger's new quirk has nothing to do with his preexisting quirk, Pilabody.
Whilst Ragdoll physically is shown splitting, Tiger more or less shifts. It's like after images but real.
Now, his interactions with his clones are similar to those of his fellow teammates. He treats them as friends and companions just as he does the rest of the Pussycats.
He can sometimes have trouble with teamwork, though. He has been shown to be decently hot headed whenever training someone and that can sometimes happen in the battlefield, causing some chaos when his copies aren't in sync.
Speaking of training, you'll never get a break when he is training you. He'll be pushing you to your limits with clones cheering you on. Just don't stop or you'll be getting yelled at for slacking off.
He likes having his copies around to hang out with. Being the only guy of the Pussycats leads to him feeling left out of many conversations, even if he was once a woman. Now that he has the ability to make clones of his manly self, he can finally bro out with some other men.

Best quirks for soccer?
I'm ignoring "Soccer". That just feels like cheating to have it be on this list.
Larceny: Ignoring the irony of starting off with a Quirk that's only good with the hands, this would be really good for a goalie to have. You can just pull the ball to you when it gets close.
Pliabody: Soccer puts a lot more emphasis on maneuvering and fancy footwork. So having something that makes the user so agile and flexible is bound to help in getting the ball around.
Magnetism: Crowding the ball is always going to be a problem in this game. So being able to suddenly launch people who aren't sharing through the air at a moment's notice would be a hilarious consequence.
Barrier: This can be useful for golaies since you can turn the goalpost into an impenetrable fortress. And if you are a player on the field, just slap a shield down when you have the ball. Bring the whole game to a halt.
Incite: With all the hugs and huddles that happen in soccer games, it wouldn't hurt to slip some subtle words of encouragement to the rest of your team for them to play better. Hey, it's not going to show up on a drug test.
Permeation: With the selective intangibility aspect of the Quirk, this would work great for getting around people while still having control over the ball. That or you could stick your foot in the ball to launch it even farther.
Twin Impact: Not only could you basically turn the soccer field into a minefield, but any kick to the ball you make can be used again later on to move it however you want. And if anyone asks, it was a strong gust of wind.
Rabbit: Yeah, no surprise that this one makes the top of the list. In a sport all about kicking something and running as fast as you can, the Quirk that grants you the most powerful legs possible is going to be unstoppable in this event.

Pliabody and Earth Flow?
New Quirk Name: Earthly Body
This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to alter their body, making it seem like it's made out of an earthen material. The user has a higher amount of control over their body, allowing them to be far more flexible than before. This can let the user stretch themselves outwards, expanding and bending their earth form over short ranges, such as making their hand larger. The user can spread this whenever they come into contact with any kind of earthen material. When they do, they can sink parts of their body into it and extend them through the earth over several meters. This gives the user a good mix of options, able to control themselves and the battlefield better through their earthly body. They can mold themselves out of the way of attacks, attack people through the landscape, make earthly body parts in the ground for defenses, alter their body parts to augment their close quarters abilities, or simply camouflage themselves with the ground. Though the user is not invulnerable while in this form. Damage to the form could potentially force the user to revert back to normal. This does require earthen material and the user's body to make contact with to expand themselves further, and this can leave them open to attack.

QM request if you don't mind: Search and Pliabody (or is it Pilabody cuz let's be honest I've Heard It Both Ways)
New Quirk Name: Motion Sensor
This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to understand the physical motions of the people they see. This can give the user's information on how people will move and act, letting them predict their movements. This can even inform the user of their physical weak points as well by seeing flaws in their movement. The user can apply this to themselves, giving them a greater understanding of how they move. This gives the user a good support power, helping them to predict the where and how of people's movements. They can work around enemy attacks, point out weak points to allies, see small tells in others, augment their close-ranged abilities, or simply use it to move more gracefully. Aside from being limited to support, this does rely on the user to see and react to the information they are given. This only applies to the movement of people they can see, so objects can still blindside the user or get hit by something they didn't see.

Pliabody and Super Regeneration?
New Quirk Name: Stretch Back
This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to flex and stretch their body around far more fluidly. This does make the user more flexible and harder to hit as their body moves, similar to an expert contortionist. The true power of the Quirk comes when the user is injured. When harmed, the user can push and morph their body to heal it, such as squeezing a cut shut or rubbing a bruise until it disappears. This healing is rather extensive and can even be used to reattach parts to their body by just pushing them back on. This gives the user a good defensive power, able to dodge or repair any damage that would be done to them. If nothing else, it can help deal with every day injuries. Though the user's healing is rather limited, at most being able to repair a lost limb, so the user can still be taken out with enough damage. The will need the part present to heal it and will need to consciously use their power in order to heal themselves.

Pliabody + Dupli-arms or Muscle Augmentation QM?
New Quirk Name: Stretch Out
This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to stretch out parts of their body. This lets the user extend the parts up to short ranges and gives the user a minor amount of control over them. This stretching process augments the parts in question, enhancing any of the features present. For example, their eyes would be able to extend out and look around, able to see further and more accurately. This gives the user a good mix of options, turning any part of their body into a useful tool. They can stretch out their limbs for combat, use their sensory organs to check around, bend themselves around attacks, pick up an enemy movement with their senses, or just put comedic emphasis on their reactions. Though applying this to too much of their body at once will weaken the increased power the user gets, to the point it's barely noticeable. Serious damage to the user's body can inhibit the Quirk's overall functionality and flexibility.

So you did Quirks good for basketball, how about dodgeball? All I got was: Boomerang to make trick shots, Poltergeist to catch balls midair and also make hard shots, Dupli Arms to catch and throw many balls and aim and avoid better, Clones/Double to makes meat shields to protect teammates and bolster more teammates unless hitting a clone equals out for the user but Double could still duplicate other people.
Normally I don't care for people giving suggestions like that, mostly because it makes it more difficult to come up with ideas without being redundant, but there are so many suggestions for this that it saves the trouble of picking them. I agree with the first two, but "Dupli Arms" risks making you a much bigger target and "Clones" and "Double" are just going to clutter your side of the court.
-Pliabody: I have to imagine being so flexible would be useful for dodging. You can basically bend yourself like rubber out of the way of any balls that happen to come out you and maybe even throw them back by using your arm like a sling.
-Explosion: This one actually has canonical backing for it. Because as Bakugou has clearly shown, effectively discharging a grenade at the back of a rubber ball can make it go really far really fast for a potentially literal killer pitch.
-Larceny: Considering one of the main goals of the game is to catch the ball to get people out, pulling that ball right to your hands is going to give you a pretty good advantage. Might risk hitting your face, but it's risk you'll have to take.
-Permeation: Obviously, phasing through solid matter is good for dodging, especially since no can say they hit your clothes. Though I do wonder if you could use the phasing to launch the ball out by clipping your hand into it and turning it off.
-Twin Impact: This one just seems cruel with the amount of mind games you could do with it. Nobody will know if or when the secondary charge will go off and you can set it off whenever you want, violently redirecting the ball to whomever you want.
-Overclock: You know those kids that pull off the most insane acrobatics and maneuvers in the middle of a game? That's what "Overclock" does for you, but on demand. Especially since it can really help you put the dodge into dodgeball with it's danger detecting.
-Size: As the effect of the Quirk seems to stick around even after the suer touches something, this could be insane to use. You could shrink and grow dodgeballs as you see fit, either making them small and harder to hit or large to steamroll over some an entire team.
-Slide and Glide: This feels like some next level cheating. Not only can you move your body way faster then before and throw the balls harder, but it is basically impossible for the balls to hit you. You are essentially pulling out the Everything Proof Shield. It would be hilarious.

Pliabody and Engine QM?
New Quirk Name: Suspension
This Mutant type Quirk alters the user's body with black coils, similar to a car's suspension. This makes the user more springy, allowing them to twist and bend their body more easily. The user can push this suspension outward, with the immense force of the push causing them to launch themselves around at high speeds. This can be used to both push the user up and forward, making them capable of leaping up buildings and rapidly moving themselves around. This gives the user a good mix of mobility options, able to bend and bounce around as they please. They can nimbly dodge harm, leap around buildings, scout around with their high mobility, augment their attacks with their high pushing power, or simply use it to literally flex on people. Though stressing out the suspension can end up hindering the user's ability to properly move their body. The user will need to lubricate the suspension as well, namely by drinking milk.

How about Gecko and Pliabody together?
New Quirk Name: Lithezard
This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to take on a form resemble a quadrupedal lizard the size of a motorized scooter. The most unique feature of the form is the user's flexible skeleton. In spite of the user's size, the user can move in and out of smaller spaces far more easily, able to move through spaces even a fifth of their size. This grants them much greater flexibility as well, able to perform extreme acts of agility and contortionism. This is helped by the user's scales around their body. These scales can produce a kind of slime that can let them slip or adhere to surfaces. This makes the user far harder to hold and lets to stick to things like moving enemies with ease. This gives the user a good mix mobility and subterfuge, able to quickly get around in even the smallest spaces. They can slip out of enemy holds, scale around the terrain, sneak into a location with their contortionism, use their greater flexibility in a fight like extreme grapples, or just find small places to get a nap in. Though this form is inhibited by the cold, making them far less flexible and making their slime less effective as well. The Quirk isn't effective in a direct fight, being far more suited to stealth situations and making them easy to overwhelm.

I am here to challenge you, Wizard! I want to see if you can do Extend o Hair and Pliabody together!
Are you kidding me? This gives me the perfect chance to make a Quirk that amounts to the user becoming a killer rug.
New Quirk Name: Rug Out
This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to grow out white hair all around their body. While in this state, the user is far quicker and more flexible. The user can maneuver around far easier, being able to bend and move their body like a contortionist. The hair itself is quite tough as well. This mixed with flexibility can let them extend their attacks over short ranges to damage people with the hair like a whip. This gives the user a good mix of options, able to constantly maneuver their hairy self in whatever ways they wish. They can protect themselves with their hair, bend themselves through smaller areas, twist themselves around attacks, extend the range of their hand-to-hand moves, or just hide as a rug. Though the hair can end up being an issue if it gets stuck on something or someone grabs it. Destroying too much of the hair will force the user back to normal.

So I know you’ve done a post where you replaced the 6 ofa quirks. Could you do this but you’re limited to just mutant quirks. If this is too difficult then transformation, and if is still difficult the just emitters but your free to keep some like black whip for example
The issue with Mutant types is that they are too strong as they are, involve some physical enhancements, or just aren't that interesting. When picking out Quirks for this, I prefer the idea of weak Quirks growing stronger and that the new Quirks are worthwhile features, not further supporting the already immense power of "One For All". So I will try to stick to the two categories. I will give an honorable mention to "Beast" though. It is redundant with all the strength boosts, but hey, it could work as the dangerous super mode and could have a lot of fun design choices.
Zoom: Considering the lack of sensory abilities with the Quirk, this could help a lot with that. This could result in either growing to include more kinds of refined senses or being able to develop more kinds of senses in the eyes, either of which could be useful. Even then, it could have a cool to see it charged with "One For All", maybe going into a speed thinking state similar to "Overclock".
Jet: This is kind of redundant with Izuku's abilities, but I think would add another layer to it. Besides the consistent flight offered, it could be neat to see Izuku open up holes at any point in his body to project the air, using it to augment other parts his body, suddenly push himself around to redirect his body, or use it to make more focused, powerful blasts of his air attacks at any point.
Pliabody: This could wear a lot of hats for Deku. It's could help with ability to work in rescue, increase his survivability with evasion, and the stretchiness could a lot of fun options with the enhance physic. Rather then simply increasing the power output of "One For All", it simply gives the user more options to apply it. Think something like the various tricks Luffy has pulled off in his story.
Scales: I did consider "Hardening" because of how well it fit thematically, but I went with "Scales" since I think it had more to offer. Not only do I think that the grow scales could be fun to play around with, like making weapons out of them or firing them out on bursts of wind, they could have some fun combinations, like applying an effect through shooting out the scales, such as making bursts of air come out of them when used with "Jet".
Tape: While it could simply be my enjoyment of "Blackwhip" making me want to pick this, I think "Tape" can bring it's own to the table. Not only could Izuku use it to swing around and bind people, but I think would be great with rescue work, similar to how Sero uses it but on a larger scale, tying back whole structures together. Then it has some fun potential with other abilities, like using it with "Pliabody" to effectively make it act more like rubber.
Quad Arms: This may seem like a silly choice, but I think this would make for an interesting for one of the earlier Quirks for "One For All". Imagine instead of simply having two arms, it lets you duplicates parts like "Dupli Arms", but all around you body. Not only could this create so many interesting attack combos, but could be giving him more chances to apply the other Quirks, like more eyes for "Zoom", or combing the Quirks in other ways, like making super massive arms made from the "Scales".

Frog and Pliabody or Fat Absorption?
Going with Frog" and "Pliabody".
New Quirk Name: Stickabody
This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to make their body sticky and stretchy. This can let the user stretch out over short ranges and still easily control them as normal. Not only can the user bend their body in extreme ways, but can cling to surfaces they come into contact with. This is quite strong, easily letting the user scale around on moving surfaces like a speeding car without any sign of giving up. This gives the user a lot of mobility, capable of bending around attacks and surfaces alike. They can stretch and stick to people to grapple them, scale around surfaces, bend out of the way of attacks, latch onto runaway targets, or simply slink by people you don't want to see. Aside from the short range, the user's body can still be damaged normally, and cold can work to hinder the user's flexibility. The user's body parts may end up getting stuck to something or tangled up in themselves if they are not careful.

Pliabody and Quad Arms?
New Quirk Name: Bendy Arms
This Mutant type Quirk grants the user two extra arms on their back. These limbs are highly pliable and flexible, like rubber. This can let the user bend and pull their arms outward, letting them stretch them out up to five meters away from themselves. The arms are moderately stronger and tougher than normal. The user has full control over the arms and how they move. This gives the user a good mix of combat and utility options, their elongated arms hiding a surprising amount of versatility. They can tie up their foes in their arms, redirect their attacks to hit their targets, block attacks with their limbs, pull themselves or allies out of harm's way, or simply enjoy the utility of having extra arms. Though this only works on these arms, leaving the rest of them open, and may need some training. The user's arms can be used against them, either by being tangled up in something or by being used to pull the user around with them.
