Important Cabinets come and go, but if you tell me it's an Important Headboard, you will have my attention. Eileen Gray's c. 1930 headboard/bookcase combo and dresser/cabinet from her own Paris apartment were for sale at Christie's in 2023, but only the cabinet sold. Hate to break up a set, but, money and the vision to live with hundred-year-old iconic modernist dorm furniture rarely go hand in hand.

Anyway, half my point of making this post was so that this pic of Gray's bedroom could be somewhere else beside Pinterest, which remains a image searching curse.
