WOULD THEY BE INTO PEGGING? Ft. The Voyager Crew Because I'm tired of 'she pegs him' and 'he gets pegged' as some sort of frivolous shorthand. Would she really? Does he really?? Let's think about this from a character study perspective. If you're wondering what "/Evil" means - Seska is into pegging in the same way Mirrorverse versions of characters are bisexual. That's the best way I can explain it.

Bruce sends birthday gifts to all his grandchildren Jason's goons.

Love this. A couple possible scenarios popped into my head and I can’t decide which is funniest:

1) Red Hood guilt trips Batman in public while accompanied by his four goons with the best sad puppy dog eyes. Bruce caves immediately.

2) Bruce does this as a way of making sure everyone knows Red Hood is Batman’s kid. Not Wonder Woman’s. If claiming Red Hood’s goons is what it takes for Jason to acknowledge Bruce as his dad he’ll take it. Gladly.

3) Bruce does this as a way of making sure everyone knows Red Hood is Bruce’s kid. That’s right. Brucie Wayne, Gotham’s favorite himbo, emotionally adopted the infamous Red Hood. (Everyone is too scared to ask about legally.) If Jason won’t acknowledge his relation to Bruce then he’ll have to get creative. Adopting a crime lord is far from the worst thing the press has supposedly caught him doing, and the look on Jim Gordon’s face at the Mayor’s Ball was an added bonus that he will cherish forever.

Now that we're into 2025, I was actually thinking about making an update post to let people know what to expect in the next couple of months, so this seems like the perfect opportunity!

I mentioned in a previous post that the next few chapters of "When the World Breaks" (Unleashed fic) and "An Unstoppable Force" (Forces fic) are my next priorities, but here's kind of the timeline I'm aiming for:

When the World Breaks - Shamar: Late January

When the World Breaks - Empire City: Mid February

An Unstoppable Force Ch. 4 - 6: March - April

But because I'm me, I'm positive there will be the occasional one/two shots that'll pop up between these, though I'm going to try my best and stay very disciplined with these two projects.

The Mighty & Ray fic, a small post-SA2 fic, or a fic based on the High Stakes Sonic ep in AoStH will most likely be posted sometime in the next 3-4 months, as long as I can maintain a steady writing routine.

And while this is still a ways out, I want to have Sonic's side of my fic "Relative Dissonance" ready by June 23rd. I didn't expect there to be so long of a gap between the two fics (story of my life lol), but at this point, that feels like a reasonable and poetic sort of goal since it'll have been a year since "Relative Dissonance" was published!

So, hopefully I'll be able to meet at least some of these goals! More than anything, I want "When the World Breaks" to be finished by the end of this year. I will consider 2025 a complete success if we can manage that at least xD

Well, I want to do some angst about this two and I decided that this will be my next full painted drawings

I know the writers were in a bind with having powerhouses like Lucifer and Alastor both on the playing field at the same time. But, idk, to me, Lucifer coming late to the party feels less like a triumphant entrance and more like “where the f were you.” If Lucifer and Alastor were both there at the start, it would’ve made more sense for Lucifer’s character as he is trying to do better and be there for Charlie, and has no excuse for being late, but then the fight would’ve been two on one and there would’ve been no justifiable reason for why Adam couldn’t get defeated by both of them. So, maybe have another player on the field? Sera entering the fight? Or Lucifer getting kidnapped into heaven and forced to watch his daughter fight while he’s helpless to do anything until he convinces Sera to let him go? Idk. Cause his presence also undermined Charlie’s arc a bit imo.

Charlie has been sheltered by the two people closest to her: Vaggie and Lucifer. I think I would’ve liked a moment where Charlie is in a bind and this distracts Vaggie who automatically goes to protect her, but Charlie rallies harder, and Vaggie is shown that Charlie can also protect herself (maybe this happened in the show but I missed it? Cause they did split up at one point. I should rewatch the ep lol). I know they split up during the battle, but I kind of would’ve liked this part of their dynamic at least nodded to directly for the sake of their character arcs. And then with Lucifer, if he had to be in the fight, then have Lucifer raring to go, about to destroy Adam, but Charlie stops him and holds her own instead while Lucifer watches proudly. Or, somehow have Lucifer on the backfoot at one point because it’s been so long since he fought anyone, at first he’s overconfident or trying to appear confident, as he should be stronger than Adam, but Adam has been fighting for longer, more consistently, and maybe he’s had some kind of blessing to make him stronger. Have Lucifer taken off guard, and then have Charlie save his ass, clobbering Adam while he’s distracted, Adam who has always underestimated her, and then they defeat him together or something. Idk, just something to satisfy my personal need for Charlie to prove that she doesn’t always need to be sheltered or protected, that it’s fine to have support, but that those supporting her also make themselves vulnerable by doing so. I also feel like if Vaggie or Lucifer were hurt while protecting Charlie, she would definitely have some complex about that.
