Words of Command - Part 1
The lobby of Stark Tower gleamed with too much glass and not enough warmth for your taste. Sunlight pooled through the towering windows, hitting the polished marble floors and refracting off the chrome detailing of the modern decor.
You sat behind the main reception desk, perched on a tall stool with your legs swinging slightly.
The desk itself was a sleek black curve, embedded with holographic displays and a touchpad that still didn’t always respond when you tapped it with freshly moisturized fingers.
A nameplate identified you only by your first name, the letters tastefully etched in a clean serif font.
At the moment, you were staring at the printer behind you like it had personally offended you. It made a soft whirring noise—then stopped.
A flicker of smoke puffed up from the feeder tray. You yelped.
“J.A.R.V.I.S., I swear, I didn’t even touch it this time!”
"Miss, respectfully, you did attempt to print a double-sided image from an incompatible file format.”
You scowled at the ceiling. “You’re not even here physically. How would you know?”
“I am connected to over 2,000 sensors in this room. Shall I list the ones currently monitoring your error?”
“Rude,” you muttered, grabbing the paper that had jammed mid-print.
You shook it like it was a bad dog chewing your shoes. “This is sabotage. You're trying to make me look bad in front of Mr Stark.”
“Rest assured, Mr. Stark has been made aware of your printer challenges. He found it... 'endearing.’”
Your cheeks flushed.
The sarcasm was biting, but the thought that Tony Stark had discussed you at all—even mockingly—made your stomach flutter in a way you weren’t proud of.
The lobby doors hissed open with that smooth mechanical slide, and you looked up automatically.
When Captain Rogers walked into a room, it was like watching someone pull the '40s into the present. He was tall, and looked slightly rumpled in civilian clothes—a dark blue hoodie stretched over broad shoulders and a plain T-shirt underneath.
He wore jeans like he didn't know what to do with them.
“Hey,” he greeted, voice gentle but somehow carrying in the echoey lobby. “You’re the receptionist, right, the wizz with phones ?”
You nodded quickly and smiled. “Y-Yes, Captain Rogers. Morning.”
He returned the smile, slower, steadier, as if trying to ease your nervous energy. “Please, call me Steve.”
Right. Like that would help.
You stood, still barely reaching his chest, and smoothed down the front of your cardigan. “What can I help you with?”
He stepped up to the desk, pulled something from the pocket of his jeans, and placed it on the counter. A Stark-Phone. One of the newer ones Stark had issued.
You tilted your head, eyebrows lifting.
“I, uh…” Steve scratched the back of his neck, clearly sheepish. “I pressed something and now it’s speaking Korean. I think.”
You gently picked up the phone and pressed the home button. “Oh. You activated the language cycle shortcut. Happens if you triple tap the lock screen.”
You tapped through the settings with practiced ease. “There. Back to English.”
Steve watched you like you were performing magic. “I don’t know how any of you keep up with this tech.”
You smiled softly, meeting his gaze with more courage this time. “Honestly? I mostly argue with the printer. J.A.R.V.I.S. does everything else.”
Steve chuckled, a warm, earnest sound that made your heart thump faster. “Well, you seem to be holding your own.”
As he turned to leave, he paused. “I like your necklace, by the way. It suits you.”
You looked down, brushing a finger across the tiny pendant resting at your collarbone. “Oh. Thank you. It was my grandmother’s.”
He nodded like that meant something to him.
“Thanks,” he says, when you’re done. Then adds, almost sheepishly, “It’s nice to talk to someone who doesn’t look at me like I’m going to throw a shield at them.”
You laugh nervously. “You’re... not that scary.”
His grin is warm, boyish. You find yourself smiling back, unexpectedly grounded.
Tumblr media
The elevator dings, and in breezes Tony Stark like a whirlwind in thousand-dollar shoes.
He’s on a call, two steps ahead of his own thoughts, sunglasses on indoors because of course they are.
"Yeah, just tell Fury he can bite me. In Morse code. Bye."
Phone snapped off, sunglasses up, and he zeroes in on you. “Sweetheart. You jammed the printer again.”
“I did not jam the printer,” you say quickly. “Jarvis is just being dramatic.”
“Jarvis is always dramatic, but in this case? He’s right.”
Tony leans on the desk, eyes squinting slightly. “Do you intentionally make the tech hate you? Is this like your rebellion arc Thumbelina? First it's the printer, then you’re reprogramming him to swear in Gaelic.”
“I wouldn’t do that,” you murmur, looking down. Then pause. “Wait... JARVIS can swear?”
Tony smirks. “Atta girl. Knew there was a fire in there somewhere.”
He straightens up, hands in pockets, a half-laugh escaping him as he walks toward the elevator. “Keep her, Rogers!” he shouts over his shoulder. “She’s the only one who’s not afraid to talk back to Jarvis.”
You blink.
Captain Rogers is still standing a few feet away, watching the exchange with something between amusement and... curiosity.
Maybe even admiration.
Tumblr media
The city never sleeps, but it sighs in the early hours of morning—hushed traffic, glimmering reflections on wet pavement, a lull between the pulse of nightlife and the rise of commuters.
Neon lights flicker overhead, buzzing faintly, casting long shadows that cling to him like a second skin.
He moves like he’s not sure he’s real.
Each footfall is heavy but hesitant, like the ground might reject him. His hair is a tangled mess, matted and unwashed, sticking to his face and jaw.
The stubble on his cheeks is rough, uneven, and clings to him like dirt. His clothes are soaked in sweat, grime, and old bloodsome of it his, some of it not.
His left arm is bare and gleaming beneath a tattered coat sleeve, metal fingers twitching involuntarily, as though searching for a rifle that isn’t there.
He doesn’t remember where he’s been.
Only fragments, screams, commands in harsh syllables, red flashing lights. A corridor. Restraints. Cold.
Oh God that biting cold.
He walks past windows and glass doors, catching glimpses of himself in reflections—a shadow, a haunted smear of what used to be a man.
He doesn’t know his name.
Not truly.
Not right now.
But somewhere, deep under the static in his brain, there’s something.
Maybe he had a name.
And then he looks up.
It rises above him like a monument, gleaming even in the grey blue of pre-dawn. STARK in large, defiant letters. The light at the top pulses. He stops walking, just… stands there.
His breath fogs the cold air, erratic.
Tumblr media
His chest heaves, ribs visible through the threadbare shirt beneath the jacket. His boots are worn to the sole.
Everything about him screams survival, but there’s a flicker in his eyes now—recognition.
Stark.
Mission report.
Howard.
December.
Blood.
Sixteen.
Comply.
1991.
Zimniy Soldat.
Soldat.
The words slam into him like gunfire, and he stumbles forward, metal hand clenching hard enough to groan under its own pressure.
He doesn’t know what he’s doing here. He only knows the building is important.
And maybe... maybe someone inside can make the noise stop.
The automatic doors whisper open, parting slowly to let him step into the warmth of Stark Tower’s front lobby. Inside, the polished floors shine, reflecting the subtle glow of the early-morning lighting.
The scent of fresh polish, faint coffee, and recycled air fills the space. It’s clean. Too clean. Sterile like a medical wing, like some place where experiments happened.
He hesitates in the doorway.
The light overhead flickers slightly, casting a quick stutter of shadow across his face—an echo of something dark beneath the skin.
You stand behind the front desk, holding your phone in one hand, uncertain. His body is massive in the entrance, his shoulders squared like a soldier preparing for a threat. That left arm, slick and inhuman, gleams under the overhead light, fingers twitching like they have a mind of their own.
He takes two steps forward.
You don’t move, but your fingers close slowly around the base of your mug—some deep instinct reaching for something solid, something real.
"Hi… I—I don’t think you’re supposed to be in here," you say softly, trying not to let the nervous quiver in your voice show.
He tilts his head.
Not sharply. Not mechanically. Like a man trying to understand.
Tumblr media
His lips part. You can tell it’s painful. His throat works around something—speech, maybe, or just the ghost of it. His voice comes like gravel, dry and shredded.
“Pomohgeet-yeh…"  Help.
Your brows knit. You don’t understand the words. But the way he says them makes your chest hurt.
He tries again.
“Gde… eta?"  Where… is this?
The effort it takes him to speak is visible.
He trembles.
Not with fear, but exhaustion. His whole body is strung tight like a stretched wire, ready to snap. One wrong move and he could bolt. Or lash out. Or break down.
You hold both hands up in that gentle, universal please-don’t-run gesture. “I—I don’t know what you’re saying. But I want to help. I can call someone. Or—I can get Mr. Stark if you want, or—”
At the name, something sharp flickers behind his eyes.
Stark.
He flinches like you’ve slapped him.
Suddenly, he shifts—too fast. That metal arm raises slightly, just a fraction. You freeze. Not because you think he’s going to hurt you—but because for a moment, he doesn’t look like a man anymore.
He looks like a ghost wrapped in combat training, forged in violence.
His eyes dart around the lobby—scanning exits, angles, security cameras.
His stance changes subtly, weight shifting onto the balls of his feet, as though he’s ready to take someone down.
And you—you’re just standing there.
He opens his mouth again, lips cracked and barely moving.
“Ne khochu… drat’sya." I don’t want… to fight.
You still don’t understand the words.
But you understand the tone.
Soft. Strained. Pleading.
“uh-huh,” you whisper.
You take a slow step around the desk. Not too close. But enough that he can see your hands, see your face.
You keep your voice low. “You look like you need help. Food? Water?”
He doesn’t answer. But his eyes track your hand as you slowly lift your bottle and offer it to him.
He reaches for it with his metal hand—but stops. There’s shame in the hesitation.
Holy Shit, is that metal ?
The faintest flicker of emotion across his dirt-streaked face. He switches to his right hand and takes it.
He drinks.
Not quickly. Like every swallow might be a mistake. Like he doesn’t trust it not to hurt.
As he drinks, you take him in quietly.
He looks... wrong in this space. The marble floor, the sleek design, the soft hum of Jarvis’ systems in the walls—it makes him look like something out of time. Like a soldier in a museum.
And then it hits you.
There’s something familiar about him. Not just the metal arm. Not just the way he looked at the building. But something in the jawline. The eyes.
You move slowly back to your desk, heart thudding as you open a file of security images.
"Who are you?" you whisper to yourself.
He doesn't answer.
He just watches you.
Tumblr media
You move quietly to the comm panel, still keeping one eye on the man sitting stiffly in the chair near the lobby’s edge.
Tony had given you a comms piece to use in emergencies, is this a emergency ?
Stranger, built like a fridge, with a metal arm ?
Definitely.
The stranger in question hasn’t spoken since you gave him the bottle of water. His fingers—bare and bruised on one hand, cold steel on the other—grip it like it might disappear. He hasn’t drunk again. Just stares at the wall like he's trying to make sense of what a wall is.
Your voice is hushed as you speak into the receiver.
“Captain Rogers? I—I’m sorry to bother you. But there’s someone in the lobby. A man. I don’t know who he is, but I think… I think you should come down ... please.”
You don’t say that he’s filthy, trembling, starved.
You don’t say you’re afraid of how quiet he is.
You don’t say that even Jarvis, hasn’t spoken a word since he arrived.
As though the building itself is holding its breath.
You hear him before you see him—the heavy, purposeful footfalls of combat boots against tile. The automatic doors open with a whoosh, and Captain Steve Rogers steps into the lobby like a storm arriving with restraint.
He stops dead in his tracks.
You watch the expression on his face collapse.
From soldier to friend.
From Avenger to broken-hearted brother.
“...Bucky?” he breathes.
The name falls into the room like a thunderclap.
But the man in the chair doesn’t flinch.
Doesn’t even look up.
“Bucky,” Steve tries again, stepping forward slowly, cautiously, as though any sudden movement might spook him.
The man’s eyes track Steve—but only briefly. Recognition doesn’t register.
No emotion flickers. Just calculation.
The Winter Soldier, watches Steve Rogers like he’s a possible threat. Like a target.
You step back instinctively, not out of fear, but because the air has changed. Thickened.
Like the moment before a fight. Or before someone remembers something too painful to hold.
Steve is trying. You can see it.
“Bucky, it’s me. It’s Steve. Steve Rogers. Brooklyn. 40s. We grew up together.” His voice cracks.
But there’s nothing behind those eyes. Not the kind of nothing that comes from confusion.
The kind that’s been scraped clean.
Programmed.
Buried.
The man’s body tenses. A tic in the jaw. A breath held too long.
His fingers flex on the water bottle, crack—plastic gives under his grip.
Then, that guttural voice “Ne znayu tebya." I don’t know you.
Steve flinches. Not physically. Not visibly.
But you feel the break.
He kneels in front of him, ignoring the metal arm, the set jaw, the violence in his posture. His voice lowers to a whisper, so raw and aching it doesn't feel meant for anyone else to hear.
“I thought I lost you. I never stopped looking.”
The soldier’s gaze doesn’t soften.
His eyes scan Steve like he’s a file to be decrypted. A puzzle, not a person.
He shifts in the chair.
Not toward Steve—but away. Just a few inches. Enough to feel like a rejection.
Tumblr media
The lobby is quiet again. Bucky? Or The soldier?—or the shell of him—sits in the corner like a statue draped in rags. His posture stiff, eyes half-lidded but never soft.
Like a soldier awaiting deployment, tension simmering beneath his skin.
Steve touches your arm gently and gestures toward the hallway off the reception desk. His voice is low, heavy with something that feels like grief soaked in guilt.
“That’s Bucky,” he says. “James Barnes. We grew up together. He enlisted before me.”
You blink up at him, trying to marry the image of the blank, cold-eyed man in the lobby with the idea of someone’s best friend.
Steve swallows hard. “But… that’s not who he is now. Hydra got to him. They—”
He stops. The words taste wrong in his mouth.
“They erased him. Broke him down and rebuilt him into something else. A ghost with a gun. They called him ‘The Winter Soldier.’”
A pause. His jaw tightens.
“They didn’t use his name. They called him Soldat." Steve whispers, making sure only you hear.
You murmur the word aloud without thinking, testing it, you feel disgust claw at your spine at the idea of someone being stripped so bare.
“Soldat…?”
The sound barely leaves your lips. Just a sound.
But across the lobby—the man moves.
Fast.
Sudden.
Mechanical.
The chair clatters backwards as he rises in one sharp, fluid motion. Spine straight, feet planted.
His metal arm clenches, whirring softly. His eyes, once clouded with the fog of confusion, snap into unnatural focus.
Like a trigger has been pulled.
His gaze lands on you.
Not Steve.
You.
Then, in that same guttural, rasping Russian:
“Gotov k vypolneniyu." Ready to comply.
Tumblr media
Your heart lurches. You don’t know what he said—but the tone tells you enough.
Cold.
Obedient.
Trained.
Steve steps forward sharply, hand raised. “Bucky—no! She’s not—”
But Bucky isn’t listening. His head turns ever so slightly toward you, chin dipped in rigid respect, but eyes locked like a weapon sighting a command post.
Then, another word in Russian.
“Rukovoditel’" Handler.
Shit. SHIT
You freeze, mouth slightly open, eyes wide as you stare at the man before you.
He’s taller than you by what feels like a foot, broad-shouldered and imposing, hair tangled, blood on his temple not yet dried. But it’s not his appearance that terrifies you.
It’s how still he is now. How controlled. How conditioned.
Like someone flipped a switch inside him.
Steve’s hand is on your shoulder suddenly, protective, grounding.
“He thinks you’re his handler,” Steve says softly. His voice is tight, like he’s struggling to remain calm. “Hydra trained him to respond to words 'Soldat' must have triggered it.”
You glance at the Soldier—and feel a cold chill crawl down your spine.
But he doesn’t move. Doesn’t blink. Just waits.
As if he’s expecting you to give him an order.
Tumblr media
You whisper, almost afraid of your own voice, “What do I do?”
Steve shakes his head. “Don’t give him commands. Don’t say anything that sounds like one. We’ll get Bruce or Tony down here, maybe they can—”
The sound of polished leather shoes and the hiss of elevator doors heralds Tony Stark’s arrival.
He strides into the lobby like he owns every inch of it—which, of course, he does. A tailored charcoal suit, sunglasses he doesn’t need indoors, and a cup of coffee he’s already bored with. His tone, dry as ever.
“Well, well, if it isn’t the Tin Man himself.”
Tony stops a few paces from the soldier, surveying him like a potential weapon. Or worse, a ticking bomb.
“You gonna sing ‘If I Only Had a Brain,’ or…?”
No response.
The Soldier—still as a statue—doesn’t flinch. Doesn’t blink. Just stands in that unnatural way. Tense. Straight-backed. Alert. His metal hand twitches faintly at his side, barely noticeable unless you’re watching for it.
And you definitely are now.
You stand just behind Steve, hands clasped nervously in front of you like you’re trying to shrink into the floor. But you feel the weight of his stare. Not Tony’s. Not Steve’s.
His.
The Soldier.
His eyes, dark and unreadable, are pinned on you.
Tony raises an eyebrow and leans toward Steve. “So this is the guy you were willing to punch me in the face over?” He eyes the torn tactical gear and matted hair. “Charming.”
Steve doesn’t rise to the bait. His voice is firm but quiet. “He’s not well. Hydra programmed him. We think he… believes she's his handler”
Tony turns toward you, glancing you up and down, not rudely, just… curious. “She gets winded carrying a bag of flour.”
You open your mouth to protest, but then The Soldier moves.
Not toward Tony.
Not toward Steve.
Just… a slight shift. He angles his body protectively between you and Stark.
And then he speaks. Russian again.
“Rukovoditel"
His voice is hoarse, barely a growl.
Tony snorts. “Let me guess. That means ‘fearless leader’?”
Steve sighs. “It means ‘handler.’ I told you Tony, he thinks she’s his handler.”
Tony takes off his sunglasses, eyes narrowing. “Oh, great. We’ve got a murder machine who’s latched onto Thumbelina.”
He turns back to The Soldier, then tries his best Stark-brand sarcasm. “Hey, RoboCop. You like shawarma? Puppies? The Bee Gees?”
The Soldier doesn’t react.
His gaze stays locked on you. Like Stark isn’t even in the room.
“Gotov k vypolneniyu" Ready to comply.
Tony paces a bit, muttering to himself.
“Okay, okay… Steve brings in a half-feral Hydra brain bomb who only listens to the human equivalent of a cupcake, and I’m just supposed to—what—build him a bunkbed?”
Steve steps between them, voice low and serious. “He’s not dangerous to her. You saw that.”
“Oh yeah, I saw it,” Tony shoots back. “Saw him zero in on her like a guided missile with a crush. Only she’s not trained. She doesn’t even speak Russian. What happens if she says the wrong thing?”
You flinch a little at that, the weight of it finally settling in your chest.
Tony softens for a half-second. Just a breath. His eyes flick to you. “No offense. I’m sure you’re a lovely hostage.”
Then, toward The Soldier again. “You got anything else in that scrambled brain of yours? English? Stark tech? The weather?”
The Soldier’s only movement is the subtle tightening of his jaw. The slight widening of his stance—defensive. Watching Tony too closely now. Like he’s assessing threat levels.
But then… his eyes return to you.
You whisper, half to yourself, “He’s waiting.”
Tony raises a brow. “For what?”
You shrug helplessly. “An order. I think.”
The lobby feels heavier. Like a suspended moment, stretched too tight.
Tony watches the two of you, something calculative slipping into his expression.
“This is a problem,” he murmurs. “Because if she’s his focus, and we can’t get through to him otherwise—he’s not just broken. He’s tethered.”
Steve crosses his arms. “Then we don’t break the tether. We use it. Let her anchor him.”
Tony scoffs. “Oh, sure. Let’s just traumatize a receptionist, make her the sole translator for Hydra’s favorite murder puppet. What could go wrong?”
But even he can’t ignore the truth, the Winter Soldier isn’t reacting to threats, or commands, or charm.
Only you.
Fuck.

The Office AU
part 17 - Poly!141 The men are trying to show reader that they like , but she has some issues reading the signs Pairing: poly!141 x reader
There has been a lot of causal touching. That you are starting to slowly freak you out.
Everytime John calls you into his office to ask for a really simple and almost down right disrespectful task that he is asking for you to do.
“Hey bird, need your help for something”, John calls to you , leaning against the doorway in his office.
“Sure, let me just find a stopping point”, you could stop at any point but just wanted to seem like you were doing something, not because you aren't doing anything but because you always finish your work early in the day. Standing up and walking over to his office , he puts his hand on your lower back as you walk in, it has you stiffening up and developing a little sweat on your hands. You don’t know what he means when he touches you like this.
Is he doing it on purpose?
Does he always touch women like this or just you?
Does he like me ?
“Can’t figure out the printer again”, he says, a little too shameful. Considering you’ve shown him how to do this a couple of times already and he just seems to not be getting it. You go over the steps again , sitting down in his chair and you swivel around to him to see if he’s got it.
“Does that make sense”, you ask him. Look up at him. He then crowds your space and points to the screen and asks a question but you miss it because all you can do is feel his body heat.
He’s standing right behind you leaning over, which puts some weight on his body on your shoulder.
You breathe in long and hard and swear you can smell his deodorant and a little of his natural body musk.
You want to have an oxygen mask of just that scent and only have that survive.
He brings you out of the haze when he lays his hand on you shoulder, “think I got it, hen”
“Got what”, you ask.
“Seems like it printed”, he says, then points to the door frame where Gaz is standing holding what looks to be about 20 copies of some order form.
“Oh”, you let out quietly, standing up from his chair , “let me know if you need anything else”, you say as you walk out. Going immediately to the bathroom and re applying some powder because you know you are shiny after going through that tortuous 20 minutes.
You do your nails almost every two weeks. Since you do it yourself it takes forever and you always had a design or too and you’ve been getting better at it.
So when Soap grabs both of hands and stares at your nails, you forget that you did themand the only thought that is going through your head is that his hands are soft.
“This look right good," he says , leaning on your desk and bringing your hands closer to his face.
“Yer did it yourself?”, he ask and you know it takes a second to answer him but he’s still holding your hands and it’s kinda hard to focus.
You answer and it gets you excited about your nails. You're super proud of them.
Then god damn him , he starts giving your hands a massage.
You were not prepared for that, letting out a quick but low moan.
It has Soap stopping what he’s doing , giving your a little smirk , “feel good?”.
“J-just surprised me is all”, it did feel good but you didn’t want him to know that, you don’t even know how he feels about you.
He still flirts with everyone that comes in this office. And he’s playful. Maybe a bit too playful. You’ve done playful before and that just turn into taking care of all the important stuff because “your better at that stuff” and whole bunch of resentment.
Pulling your hands away slowly , you thank him for the compliments and start to open your yogurt that doubles as your breakfast. As he walks away, “that yogurt is expired”, he says. Which has you looking down and you see the expiration date of two days ago.

….ronin x reader who cries very very easily? i love ur writing!

Saintly Tears
Tumblr media
The devil's lover is crying their eyes out again, should he soothe their pained heart?
Words: 918
Cws: Ronin's last name spoiled, probably no more than that
Tumblr media
Ever since you were very young you were a person with a strong heart, which led you to be extremely emotional. You were a person who cried very easily and for the smallest of reasons; lost keys, your cookies being burnt, missing out on a small event in your town that came back every month. This have you more trouble in your life than you wished for.
Kids in your life were cruel, they bullied you when you were a child yourself, pushed you until you were crying and then mocked you. Your parents reacted at the beginning, trying to support you and stop the bullying, but even they grew tired of your crying, telling you to just get yourself together, stop the crying and ignore the bullies.
You leaned to control your emotional nature, or at least you controlled it around strangers and if you weren't already feeling extremely down. It was still hard, especially when your friends sometimes made "jokes" about how easily you would cry, of course they were the only ones who laughed. You didn't find it as funny as they did.
Joining the serial killer server on the dark web wasn't something you really expected to have a positive impact on your life, you actually expected it to make it so much worse, but here you are now. With new friends who don't poke fun at you, but support you and accept your tears.
There's also your boyfriend, Ronin Beaufort, The Devil's Butcher, the Antichrist and probably ten more edgy sounding names that he or the news reporters came up with. Anyone would think that Ronin would be the type of person to bully you whenever you'd cry for seemingly no reason and, well, they weren't exactly wrong, but he knew where to stop to not cross the line. He didn't intend on actually hurting your feelings, even assholes like Ronin knew not to cross the line.
This was one of these days, your day was good at first. You could nap a little in the morning, your favourite serial killer brought you coffee and breakfast to bed, he even gave you a ride to work after you got ready. At work everything was going swifty, no issues and even the printer worked perfectly well, the celebrities who you interviewed were all friendly, no looking down on you. It was a seemingly perfect day, you were never happier.
Issues started when you were working on your last article back at home. You had to write something about a murder orchestrated by a mafia, nothing unusual really, that's what your whole work was about. Yet, it all was going wrong.
Your program crashed, the font you always used suddenly disappeared, you almost lost the three pages you just finished editing. Nothing worked and you were getting more frustrated with every passing second.
In the moment when your computer crashed for good you broke down, hitting your desk with your fists and falling back to the chair.
"Fucking hell... can't I even finish work?" You sobbed and wiped your tears.
Ronin entered the room, alarmed by the thud caused by your attack on the poor desk. "Hey, are ya okay in there, darlin'?" He asked and stopped in his tracks, seeing that you were curled in your chair and crying while the screen of your computer was going crazy.
The man walked up to you and gently cupped your face, wiping your tears with his thumbs. "Baby, tell me what's happen' in here, willya?"
You sniffled and leaned into his touch. "I... I was working and everything went to shit, nothing works anymore and I have to send it in the next two hours or my boss will be pissed." You sniffled again and wrapped your arms around Ronin. "Ro please help me!" You sobbed.
He chuckled and gently brushed a hand through your hair. "Sure, sure, I'll help ya, but just 'cause you asked so nicely." He raised your head up and kissed your forehead. "But that can wait a bit, yeah? I have my lil crybaby to calm down first." He said teasingly.
You sat in the kitchen with him, a mug with tea in it in your hands and a can of soda in his hand, you were leaning your head on Ronin's shoulder while he brushed your hair with his hand. There was silence between you, he just let you enjoy the silence and his presence, you were stressed and emotional.
"Y'know, I'm glad that you don't treat me like I'm some weird childish person just because I'm crying so often." You said suddenly and Ronin raised an eyebrow.
"And why would I treat you like that, baby? it's okay to cry, whether you do it everyday or once a year, I couldn't care less, I'd be there for ya regardless. Someone has to help my loser when their poor heart is too heavy." He gently hit your head with his and cackled at your reaction.
"Gosh, thank you my hero, what would I do without you."
"Nothin', you'd die on this hill alone with a broken computer and a pissed off boss."
You chuckled. "You're right, I should really thank the devil for sending me his butcher over to destroy my life."
"See? Now we're talkin'." He kissed you, but quickly broke the kiss. "m'kay now that you're calm we can work on that computer of yours, c'mon, we gotta hurry if ya want to get done with work today."
Tumblr media
Meow :D I hope that it satisfied you dear anon <3
I had fun writing this :p
see ya soon pookies

You never cared much for attention. Not the kind that came from the way you looked, anyway. That’s why you stuck to your usual wardrobe of oversized sweaters, loose blouses, and comfy pants—dressing more for practicality than anything else. You liked to be noticed for your personality, not your body.
But lately… you’d developed a certain interest in being noticed by one very specific person.
Robert.
The quiet, awkward, painfully shy IT guy who spent most of his time glued to his screen, fingers flying across the keyboard as he solved tech issues like a ghost in the machine. He barely spoke to anyone, avoided eye contact like it burned, and had this endearing habit of turning red whenever you so much as leaned too close.
You lived for it.
And now? Now you wanted to see what would happen if you pushed just a little further.
So, for the first time since you started working here, you ditched the baggy clothes.
Instead, you slipped into something that hugged your curves just right—a fitted skirt that accentuated your wide hips and round ass, paired with a blouse that cinched at your waist, emphasizing the shape of you in a way that was impossible to ignore. You weren’t dressing for everyone. Just for him.
And, oh, the reaction was immediate.
Your female colleagues were the first to pounce.
“Damn, girl, where have you been hiding all that?!” one of them gasped as you walked in, eyes flicking up and down your figure.
“Look at you! I can’t even concentrate.”
“Oh my God, we should have a dress code—no walking around looking like a meal unless you’re willing to share.”
You laughed, playing along as they dramatically fanned themselves. The jokes continued throughout the day, with your female coworkers sneaking playful slaps to your ass whenever they passed, making exaggerated noises of appreciation. It was all in good fun—just harmless teasing between girls.
But Robert…
Robert wasn’t taking it as a joke.
You caught him staring more than once. And not in the casual, passing glance kind of way. He was devouring you with his eyes.
The first time you saw it, he was sitting at his desk, hands poised over his keyboard, but he wasn’t typing. He was just staring. His lips slightly parted, brows furrowed, that intense gaze locked onto you like he was seeing you for the first time.
When you turned to meet his eyes, he jolted—immediately looking away, pretending to adjust his monitor like it was the most fascinating thing in the world.
Oh, this is fun.
So you took it further.
You made sure to walk past his desk just a little slower, letting your hips sway naturally. When you leaned over the printer near his station, you arched your back just enough. And when you stretched, reaching your arms above your head, you caught him mid-stare—his entire face burning red as he quickly ducked his head.
But you could tell.
He wanted you.
And he hated that everyone else could touch you so freely when he couldn’t.
You noticed the way his jaw clenched when one of your girls gave you a light smack as they walked by, laughing about how “unfairly blessed” you were. The way his fingers tightened into a fist when another leaned in to whisper something about how dangerous you looked today.
He didn’t say anything. Of course, he wouldn’t.
But God, the jealousy was written all over him.
That night, as the office emptied out, you decided to push him just a little further.
You approached his desk, resting your hand on the back of his chair as you leaned down ever so slightly. “You’ve been really quiet today, Robert.”
His shoulders went stiff. “…Have I?”
“Mhm,” you murmured, tilting your head as you studied his face. He wasn’t looking at you—his gaze was glued to his screen, though his hands weren’t moving at all. You could practically feel the tension radiating off him.
“You sure you’re okay?” you teased. “You’ve been staring at me an awful lot.”
Robert froze.
You swore he stopped breathing for a second. His fingers twitched against the desk, and his entire body was wound so tight that you half-expected him to bolt.
“I—” He cleared his throat. “I wasn’t.”
You smirked. “You were.”
Silence.
His jaw tightened, and then—barely above a whisper, so quiet you almost missed it—he muttered, “…I don’t like them touching you.”
Your breath caught.
Oh.
Oh, that’s interesting.
You leaned down just a little closer, your lips near his ear. “Why?”
His fingers curled into a fist.
“…Because they can,” he admitted, voice low and tense. “And I can’t.”
Your heart skipped a beat.
Maybe this wasn’t just a game anymore.

"Neural interference systems online."
"Optical camouflage systems holding at 100% functionality."
"Fifty thousand kilometres to the blockade."
The Union Navy ship Shadowed Open Palm slipped across the dark gap in between the stars on silent, padding feet, quiet as a mouse and twice as difficult to spot. At the helm, Captain Abdol Karim was the perfect picture of a stealthship officer; passive-faced, stern, oddly relaxed considering the circumstances. His standard-issue Naval Blacks rustled slightly as he stood from his chair at the helm and assumed a parade rest, sun-browned hands of a former asteroid miner folded behind his back.
"Engines to one-third speed. Alert our Liberators that we are beginning the blockade run."
He didn't raise his voice, nor lower it. His every command was given steadily and without hesitation.
"Engines to one-third speed, aye, sir," the helmsman reported, without looking up from his display screen.
First Lieutenant Tayu Corazon, standing behind and to the left of Captain Karim, watched the scene with an appreciative eye (though she was trained to not let feelings like that show). The Shadowed Open Palm was a ship run tightly; she could appreciate such things. Then again, she had been a fan of the Navy since her childhood and was always happy to see a ship in the first place.
"Two hours to reach atmosphere, sir," the navigation officer announced, just loudly enough to be conversational. There was, after all, little need to shout in the near-silent bridge. This was a stealthship. It wasn't crewed by the types for idle chatter. Captain Karim nodded.
"Acknowledged. Handler, you may wish to begin preparations for landing."
Lieutenant Corazon nodded. "Fly safe, Captain."
"Come back alive, Lieutenant."
The Handler turned on her heel and left the bridge, heading for the small barracks that her team had been quartered in. She'd memorized the route to and from the bridge from those quarters on her first day aboard the Shadowed Open Palm. Down the port-front stairwell, turn right and head down the port-side bow-to-stern hallway. Step through three bulkhead doors, then look for the third door on your right. Tayu idly pretended to bounce lasers off the walls as she walked.
There were few soldiers moving about the hallways. All of them were near-silent and had been more or less since the stealthship had been ordered to assume Condition 2 Readiness (or, for those who weren't quite as familiar with Union Navy terminology, something analogous to "yellow alert"). What few soldiers Tayu passed by paid her no mind as she stepped through the third bulkhead and found the third door on her right. The door clicked slightly, then opened at her touch.
Inside, three of the four Lancers that made up Liberator Team 'Poirun' were relaxing as best they could under the circumstances. Sasha was reading (Tayu didn't know what, but given past history, assumed it was smut); Lily was tinkering with her optical mask; Rachel was the only to notice her arrival.
"According to Captain Karim, we're two hours from Sanjak's atmosphere."
"Three hours from landing, then?" Sasha asked, looking up. "Finally. My legs were starting to cramp."
"So stretch," Lily half-questioned, raising a confused eyebrow.
"Ah... metaphorically speaking."
"Still. Stretch."
"Will we be in our gear for the landing?" Rachel asked, ever pragmatic. Tayu nodded.
"Everyone except myself will be. Jadwiga, Protector, you two will be carrying the cargo out of the hold. Observer, you'll be on overwatch."
The team nodded as one. Lily finalized her tinkering and slipped her optical visor onto her face once more; it locked into place with a gentle metallic click.
"It's just agricultural gear, right?" Sasha asked. "The cargo, I mean."
"Agricultural gear and about a hundred metric tons of printer filament," Tayu confirmed with another nod. "Get your gear in order and make your final preparations. I want you all suited up and ready to go within two hours."

For Facsimile, currently on view at Yancey Richardson, Sharon Core has reproduced Flowers, the famous 1980 book of photographs by photographer Irving Penn. Instead of using photographs, however, she has recreated the images by painting them using Epson printer inks and photo paper. These paintings were then photographed to create replicas of the book. The work investigates issues of memory, reproduction, and the authorship of images, while also creating works that are beautiful objects in themselves.
From the gallery-
Through the meticulous recreation of historical still-life paintings, along with more recent artworks rendered through the medium of photography, her work explores the tension between reality and its photographic representation. In Facsimile, Core expands these themes by subverting her usual process. Rather than reproducing painted still-lifes through photography, she has instead turned to Irving Penn’s iconic Flowers series—a masterful collection of photographic still-lifes—and reinterpreted them through painting. This ambitious project both deepens and reframes Core’s exploration of the still-life genre by posing questions not only about photography in the digital age, but about material specificity and the status of the reproduction as well.
At the center of Facsimile is a hand-made reproduction of Penn’s 1980 book Flowers, which originated from a commission for Vogue magazine for its annual Christmas edition in 1967. Each year from 1967 to 1973, Penn focused on a different flower—beginning with tulips and moving on to poppies, peonies, roses and other blooms—capturing their ephemeral beauty in various states of perfection and decay. In 1980, these images were compiled into the popular and widely available book Flowers, published by Harmony Books, now out of print. Core’s Facsimile: “Irving Penn, Flowers” resurrects and reimagines the book as a tactile, meticulously handcrafted object that visitors are invited to handle. Alongside this edition, Core presents a selection of her 73 hand-painted recreations of Penn’s photographs, displayed throughout the gallery to offer a closer look at her reinterpretations of the original works. Rather than a departure, we might see this as a return for Core, who originally trained as a painter. The interplay between painting and photography has always been central to her practice and Facsimile brings this dialogue into sharper focus.
Core’s process for Facsimile is as intricate as it is conceptually layered. Each of Penn’s photographs is recreated as a painting using Epson UltraChrome inks on Canson Photo Rag paper, materials typically associated with digital photographic printing. Through this method, Core subverts the intended use of contemporary materials, transforming them into tools for painting. She then photographed her painted pages, designed a layout replicating that of the original book and bound the final prints into an edition of seven. In Core’s words, “the book is a multiple sculpture or a three-dimensional print that must be handled and touched to experience. My name is nowhere in the ‘book,’ therefore it is not an artist book, per se, but in fact a converted replica or facsimile.” By humanizing and rarifying a mass-produced object, Core’s “three-dimensional print” calls for a different kind of attention from the viewer. It cannot be experienced via a screen and must instead be encountered physically. In this generous gesture, the now out-of-print book is given a new lease on life, taking on a different meaning through a complex process of conversion: transforming photographs into paintings, which are then re-photographed, printed and bound into a book.
Visually, Facsimile diverges from Penn’s original photographs through Core’s expressive, painterly approach. Unlike her earlier series, in which she precisely reproduced certain still-life paintings in three-dimensions and photographed the results, effectively posing questions about the boundaries between illusion and reality, here Core seeks to emphasize the handcrafted nature of all photographs. As she notes, “Ever more so, the photograph is manipulated and collaged and is printed not through time and light, as in analog process, but with a fluid medium on paper. It becomes a machine assisted drawing or painting.” In Facsimile, Core makes explicit the artistry behind the work: the hand-lettered text is visibly imperfect and the images, while faithful to Penn’s compositions, are imbued with the texture and fluidity of the artist’s brushwork. Even the colors in the paintings result from a rigorous process of mixing and diluting the digital hues of cyan, yellow, magenta and black.
This exhibition closes 4/12/25.

Tech Trouble
Damn. A good, techie kinda person with a wide knowledge of doodads and thingamabobs could have such a great small business. For example:
Go Pro camera, not cheap, that I bought for my mountainbike-riding son. We cannot get it to connect with his laptop AT ALL. It claims it will only connect to a phone. Why would a camera ONLY connect to phones? We obviously need to download Something onto the laptop but cannot figure out what. The $$$ camera sit, unused, because we cannot make it connect.
A computer tech, visiting my late father's house, told me that if I bought a certain cable I could connect a laptop to the large tv. (Obviously, I cancelled his tv service once he passed away, but it would be nice to be able to watch Netflix or Youtube on the bigger screen). I bought Cable, but . . we cannot Make Things Work.
Printers. Jesus.
The app for online banking refuses to install an update on both my kids' phones. Ergo they can no longer check their balance or transfer funds unless they come home and do it on the desktop. Neither the bank nor the phone provider will help with this, because it's 'not their job'.
Photo storage. All their photos should NOT be on their (loseable, breakable) phones. Phone company will not help with this issue; only tell us that photos taken by the phones are 'stored on THE CLOUD.' "Where," I asked, "do we find them on THE CLOUD." The phone company person gave me a deer-in-the-headlights stare. "They're ON THE CLOUD," he carefully repeated. I don't honestly think he actually knew the answer to the question. Just had a programmed response.
I sure wish there was someone who could literally come to my house, sit down with the offending cables and devices, and SHOW me how to make things work. Or, if it's a one-time issue, just do it for me. The guys from Computer Store only want to touch computers, not other devices/phones/printers . . and the guys from the phone store will only help with the phone, but not help with misbehaving apps or connections to other devices. It's . . maddening.

How to Change Ink in Brother Printer: A Quick and Easy Guide
Have you ever experienced a situation where you are in the middle of printing and suddenly the printouts coming out of the printer fade or have smears? Then, you need to understand that maybe the ink level is low or you need to change the printer’s ink. But how to change ink in Brother Printer?
An ink cartridge is a component of a small ink container utilized in printers to produce prints on paper. Once the ink cartridge is empty, it may be replaced or refilled. When the ink is over, you can remove the old cartridges so your printer can print clear text and images. Read the blog and explore the step-by-step process.
When Should You Change Ink Cartridge in Brother Printer?
You should change the ink cartridge when the printer alerts you that it is low on toner or ink or when the print quality is poor. But before you move on to how to change the ink cartridge in a Brother printer, let’s focus on some of the reasons:
Low Toner or ink
Most printers will alert you when the toner or ink is low, and typically around 10-20%.
Poor Print Quality
If you notice poor print quality, such as faded text, blank lines, or discoloration, then it is time to change the ink cartridge.
Check Cartridge Level
Most printers have a cartridge-level monitoring system on the display screen.
How to Change Ink in Brother Printer: 6 Simple Steps
If you are facing any of the above issues or signs, it is time to change the ink in the printer. But do not worry. Here are the following simple steps to understand the full process. Let’s open the printer and replace the old ink cartridge.
Step 1: Turn On Your Printer
Tumblr media
Before opening the printing device, you have to ensure that it is switched on and left on for 10 minutes. Then, let it cool down, open the front cover, and remove the empty and old ink cartridges.
Step 2: Open the Front Cover
Tumblr media
After turning off the printer, open the front cover and press the Release button. Either way, the cover has to come off easily, and mild force should be used to open the front cover.
Step 3: Pull Out the Drum Unit
The drum unit with the toner inside is right behind the front cover. Grab the handle and pull it out while slightly pulling upwards to remove the drum unit of ink. Use the clips on the side. Be careful and avoid touching the drum rollers during the procedure, as it is the sensitive part.
Step 4: Install the New Toner
Take the new toner and remove its packaging and plastic cover. Handle it carefully and then shake the ink cartridge gently while holding it to put it into the drum unit so that it gets inserted in the toner’s place. That is how to change ink in Brother Printer.
Step 5: Push the Drum Unit
Tumblr media
Your new ink cartridge should be attached to the drum unit. Use the handle to slide the drum unit backward into your printing device. If you hear a clicking sound, you have successfully changed the ink cartridge and reinstalled the drum unit.
Step 6: Close the Front Cover
After you have replaced the old ink cartridge with the new one, close the front cover. Once the printer is closed, you can initiate a self-diagnostic program on the printer. Keep the printer turned on until it returns to Ready Mode. Next, print a page to check whether the printouts are coming smoothly without any lines or not. If the text color is dark and there are no smears, the printer is working fine.
Things to Remember When Replacing Your Ink Cartridge
If you follow the above process stepwise, you can easily and simply change the ink in your printer. But there are a few tips that you can try to make your process even easier:
Turn on the printer and leave it on for about 10 minutes.
Change the toner by pulling out the drum unit first.
Clean the inside of the drum unit before you insert the new ink cartridge.
Remove the plastic cover, and avoid holding the ink cartridge upside down. The ink might leak.
Conclusion
Now that you have read the above guide, do you know how to change ink in Brother Printer? Whether you’re using too much of the printer or printing too much, it does not matter. If the ink level is low, then you can change the ink cartridge. Follow the steps above to successfully change the ink cartridge on your Brother printer.
FAQs
Can I Use Brother Printer After the “Toner Is Low” Error?
When you get the error message “Toner Low” on your printer’s screen, you can use the printer, but it is not recommended. The quality of the printouts will be low, and you cannot use them if you want a high-quality printout at that moment. If you want to overcome this error, you can try to remove the old cartridge and drum unit and reinstall it.
How Do I Know if My Brother Printer Needs Ink?
If your printouts are coming black and have smears and you are printing but it is coming blank, then you can check the printer’s ink levels in a few ways. You can check it by accessing the control panel of the printer, and the touchscreen display will show you the ink volume. You can also check the ink level directly on the printer using the dialogue box.
Can I Change Ink Cartridges without Turning off Brother Printer?
Yes, most printers allow you to change ink cartridges easily without turning them off. However, some Brother printers are designed to allow you to replace ink while the printer is powered on, as long as it is in cartridge replacement mode. It is always best to check the specific printer manual to confirm this.

I didn't think much of how limited the accessibility options were (I knew they were limited but not to what extent) until I got tendonitis in my dominant hand. I couldn't hold a controller, couldn't click a mouse, couldn't use a keyboard, and I could barely use my phone's touch screen.
In game options for one handed play? Damn near nonexistent unless I took 20+ minutes to manually key bind things for my left hand. Oh and those binds would reset on game launch.
No sweat, surely there's a market for single handed controllers, I'll just buy one of those!
I couldn't find any. As in they legitimately do not exist where I can purchase them. No big deal though here's like 20+ youtube videos and files on how to 3d print your own adaptors to make an Xbox controller one handed. All you need is a 3d printer and your god damn dominant hand to resize all the files to fit your after market xbox controller and hours upon hours to waste waiting for prints.
Or you could buy xbox's adaptive controller for what $500 at the time? Oh I forgot to mention I had just been fired days before and couldn't spend $500 on anything but rent.
So options at this point... get a flight stick? Midi fighter? Child sized controller? All damn near impossible to find or way too expensive.
So I stopped playing games for a whole month until my tendonitis healed. Then I broke my finger on the same fucking hand and couldn't play games for a whole ass other fucking month.
I'm sort of back to gaming now, but I have to take frequent breaks because my whole hand is still healing. And this was only temporary for me, I can't imagine how frustrating this is for people who are impacted by permanent or longterm issues.
i will never understand the insane takes against having games be more accessible

How Office Cleaning in Dade City Enhances Workplace Productivity
How Office Cleaning in Dade City Enhances Workplace Productivity
A clean and organized office is more than just visually appealing—it plays a crucial role in boosting employee morale, reducing sick days, and improving overall workplace productivity. For businesses in Dade City, Florida, maintaining a clean office environment is especially important due to the city's warm climate and high foot traffic, which can bring in dust, allergens, and germs more frequently.
This guide explores how regular office cleaning in Dade City enhances productivity, what areas should be prioritized, and why cleanliness should be part of your business strategy.
Why Office Cleanliness Matters for Productivity
An untidy or unhygienic workspace can negatively affect focus, health, and motivation. Conversely, a clean and fresh office contributes to a positive and energized atmosphere. Here's how:
1. Reduces Employee Sick Days
Dust, bacteria, and viruses often accumulate on shared surfaces like keyboards, desks, door handles, and breakroom appliances. Regular disinfection reduces the spread of illness, keeping your team healthy and reducing absenteeism.
In Florida’s warm, humid climate, moisture can also promote mold and mildew growth if not controlled—another potential health hazard. Professional cleaning helps eliminate these risks.
2. Boosts Focus and Mental Clarity
Cluttered or dirty workspaces lead to distractions. A clean environment helps employees focus better, think clearly, and complete tasks more efficiently. Clean surroundings also reduce stress, which can improve cognitive performance.
3. Enhances Professional Image
Whether you’re hosting clients, vendors, or interviews, the cleanliness of your office reflects your company’s values. A neat and tidy environment in Dade City—where word-of-mouth and local reputation are vital—helps establish trust and professionalism.
4. Improves Employee Morale
People take pride in where they work. When an employer invests in maintaining a clean office, it shows employees that their health and well-being matter. This small gesture can significantly boost morale, leading to greater job satisfaction and retention.
Areas That Need Special Cleaning Attention
Not all areas of an office require the same level of attention. Some are more prone to germs and grime, especially in shared spaces. When scheduling office cleaning in Dade City, make sure these zones are prioritized:
1. Workstations and Desks
Dusting computers, monitors, and shelves
Wiping down keyboards and mice
Disinfecting desktops and chairs
Cleaning under and around desks
2. Meeting and Conference Rooms
Wiping down tables and equipment
Disinfecting phones and remotes
Cleaning glass surfaces and touch screens
3. Breakrooms and Kitchens
Cleaning countertops and cabinet handles
Sanitizing microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers
Sweeping and mopping floors
Taking out trash and recycling
4. Restrooms
Disinfecting toilets, sinks, and faucets
Restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels)
Emptying sanitary bins and trash
Deep cleaning floors and walls
5. Reception Areas
Dusting furniture and surfaces
Vacuuming rugs and carpet
Cleaning glass doors and entryways
6. High-Touch Points
Door handles
Elevator buttons
Handrails
Shared equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
How Often Should Offices Be Cleaned?
Cleaning frequency depends on your office size, foot traffic, and type of business. Here’s a general guideline for Dade City workplaces:
Daily Cleaning: High-traffic offices, medical or dental offices, and coworking spaces
Weekly Cleaning: Small businesses or offices with fewer than 10 employees
Bi-Weekly or Monthly Deep Cleaning: Ideal for polishing floors, washing windows, and cleaning vents or light fixtures
In high humidity areas like Dade City, regular cleaning can also help prevent issues such as mold and musty odors, particularly in older buildings or those without robust air conditioning systems.
Benefits of Hiring Professional Office Cleaners in Dade City
Hiring professionals ensures that your office is cleaned using the right tools and cleaning products. Here’s why this is a smart investment:
1. Expertise and Equipment
Professionals know how to clean various surfaces without damaging them. They use commercial-grade products and tools that deliver better results than DIY methods.
2. Time-Saving
Outsourcing cleaning allows your staff to focus on their core responsibilities instead of worrying about taking out the trash or wiping down tables.
3. Custom Cleaning Plans
Every office has different needs. Professional cleaners offer flexible schedules and tailored services based on the size, type, and layout of your space.
4. Improved Air Quality
Regular vacuuming, dusting, and HVAC vent cleaning reduce allergens, leading to fresher air and a more comfortable environment.
Eco-Friendly Cleaning for Dade City Offices
With growing concern for environmental sustainability, many businesses in Dade City are opting for eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Green cleaning reduces exposure to harsh chemicals and contributes to a healthier office environment.
Look for services that use:
Non-toxic and biodegradable products
HEPA-filter vacuums
Microfiber cloths for reducing waste
Water-conserving techniques
Tips to Maintain Cleanliness Between Scheduled Cleanings
While professional cleaning covers the heavy-duty work, encouraging staff to adopt daily habits can help maintain cleanliness:
Encourage clean desk policies
Provide disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer
Ask employees to clean up after using shared areas
Label and organize supply closets and drawers
Regularly empty personal trash bins
A culture of cleanliness makes professional cleaning more effective and helps prolong the results.
Final Thoughts

What is an Information Kiosk?
An information kiosk is a digital, interactive display that allows users to access information, complete transactions, or connect with services quickly and independently. Often positioned in high-traffic areas, kiosks come equipped with touch screens, multimedia capabilities, and sometimes even scanners or printers. From directory assistance in shopping malls to check-in kiosks at airports, these devices have transformed how we interact with services and spaces.
