As we have studied Ibrahim’s career, we have seen the vast power that he gradually gathered into his hands, and we have noted the amazement with which European legates listened to his own accounts of his standing in the state. He was practically the ruler of the Ottoman empire, but there was one fact that he forgot; he was absolutely at the disposal of the sultan and could be disgraced or executed at the latter’s caprice—he was but the shadow of the "Shadow of God on Earth." - Ibrahim Pasha: Grand Vizir of Suleiman the Magnificent by Hester Donaldson Jenkins

And We had already taken a promise from Adam before, but he forgot; and We found not in him determination.
https://quranx.com/39.11-12
Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been commanded to worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him in religion. And I have been commanded to be the first [among you] of the Muslims."
https://quranx.com/7.143
And when Moses arrived at Our appointed time and his Lord spoke to him, he said, "My Lord, show me [Yourself] that I may look at You." [Allah] said, "You will not see Me, but look at the mountain; if it should remain in place, then you will see Me." But when his Lord appeared to the mountain, He rendered it level, and Moses fell unconscious. And when he awoke, he said, "Exalted are You! I have repented to You, and I am the first of the believers."
https://quranx.com/2.126-132
And [mention] when Abraham said, "My Lord, make this a secure city and provide its people with fruits - whoever of them believes in Allah and the Last Day." [Allah] said. "And whoever disbelieves - I will grant him enjoyment for a little; then I will force him to the punishment of the Fire, and wretched is the destination." And [mention] when Abraham was raising the foundations of the House and [with him] Ishmael, [saying], "Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing. Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful. Our Lord, and send among them a messenger from themselves who will recite to them Your verses and teach them the Book and wisdom and purify them. Indeed, You are the Exalted in Might, the Wise." And who would be averse to the religion of Abraham except one who makes a fool of himself. And We had chosen him in this world, and indeed he, in the Hereafter, will be among the righteous. When his Lord said to him, "Submit", he said "I have submitted [in Islam] to the Lord of the worlds." And Abraham instructed his sons [to do the same] and [so did] Jacob, [saying], "O my sons, indeed Allah has chosen for you this religion, so do not die except while you are Muslims."

After About 40 Years…
(The following text is mostly from this Instagram page: PanahianEN) There is a video of the ceremony of Renunciation of the Polytheists by Iranian pilgrims, which has received much attention. But there is one thing about this video that it must be mentioned. This is not the first year that Iranian pilgrims are holding this ceremony. Rather, it’s about 40 years now that they’ve been holding the ceremony of Renunciation of the Polytheists during Hajj. This is a ceremony that Imam Khomeini, inspired by Prophet Ibrahim’s Hajj, recommended that all pilgrims participate in. He introduced this ceremony as a pillar of a true Hajj.
Iranian pilgrims have suffered greatly for this ceremony during these years. Just one example of these sufferings was in 1987 when the Saudi government, a strong supporter of I$r@el, attacked the Iranian pilgrims’ Renunciation of the Polytheists march and martyred 350 pilgrims in an unparalleled crime. But finally now after many years, the truth, correctness, and beauty of this ceremony by Iranian pilgrims has been seen throughout the world, and everyone has admired and been inspired by it. This truth shows that being active on the straight path may take time, but it will definitely be effective. God has guaranteed the effectiveness of the martyrs’ blood and continuing on their path.

Kindred I love you, but go to sleep please T-T
ALSO I NEED YOU TO READ THIS OML, I didn't write it.
"I want to share something personal with you today, something we talked about in our recent session that had me thinking deeply about who we are, where we came from and how the story of Abraham (AS) is not ancient history—it’s our story.
Let me ask you something.
Do you know where your father was born? What about your grandfather? What choices did they make? Why are you living in the city you’re in today?
You’d be surprised how many of the things you take for granted—what language you speak, what school you attend, even the way you worship—are all shaped by decisions your parents or grandparents made.
Now go even further back.
Someone in your family, generations ago, made a life-altering decision to say La ilaha illallah. To become Muslim. And because of that one decision, you’re here today, with Islam in your life.
So when Allah calls Abraham (AS) our father—not just a prophet, but our father—He’s teaching us that the decisions he made still shape our lives today. You’re living with the impact of choices he made thousands of years ago.
But here’s the part that always moves me.
Abraham (AS) was promised leadership. He was told, “I’m making you a leader for all humanity.” But his very first response wasn’t a thank you.
He said, “What about my children?”
He didn’t want Islam to stop with him. He wanted his children, and their children, and their children to carry this message forward.
He asked Allah to let all his children inherit that responsibility.
Allah replied, “My promise does not extend to wrongdoers.”
That was the first time.
Then he asked again—not for leadership, this time, but for something simpler. “Ya Allah, just give them safety. Give them fruit. Let them live.”
And again, Allah said: Even those who disbelieve, I’ll give them ease for a little while. Then I’ll deal with them.
Two heartfelt duas.
Two “no’s.”
Would you keep asking?
Abraham (AS) did. But this time, with his son Ishmael (Isma'il) (AS) by his side. And this time, he didn’t ask for land. Or wealth. Or status.
He asked: “Ya Allah, raise among our children a messenger—someone who will recite Your words to them, teach them the Book, give them wisdom and purify them.”
And Allah didn’t say no.
He said nothing.
Which in Abraham’s world… meant yes.
Thousands of years later, that yes became real.
The answer to that dua…
Was our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
That’s what you’re part of.
This is what it means to be a Muslim.
To be part of a legacy of du'as answered, generation after generation, because one man was willing to keep asking, no matter how many times the answer was “no.”
That’s why these days of Dhul Hijjah are so special. Because we remember our father Abraham (AS) and in remembering him, we remember ourselves."

I speak a lot about how ironic it is that Christians that hate Islam want to be taken seriously for their faith, but I don’t think the average person understands how deep this irony goes.
For those not well read in both faiths, Islam is a nearly 99% identical copy of Christianity. Moses is Musa, Abraham is Ibrahim. Gabriel is Jibreel, Adam and Eve is Adam and Hawa. Joseph is Yousef, Job is Ayub. Ishmael is Ismael, Isaac is Ishaaq.
Same prophets, almost the exact same stories and canon. Muhammad was an illiterate shady businessman who saw Christianity for what it was, a way to control women and shut down critical thought. He aspired to be a pedophile warlord and borrowed methods from the exotic west to fulfill his goals.
His first wife was older than him. His last was a 6 year old. As he gained power through conquest after conquest, and had his “miraculous visions” of verses being revealed to him, no one could tell that nearly every line he spoke was a stuttering copy of a faith already popular in a far away land. His fellow traveling merchants could, and he was a laughingstock to them. His first scribe could and was banished for noticing his obvious plagiarism…He eventually had to switch gears and market Islam as a “final chapter” of Christianity.
So anyway, that’s why I find interfaith arguments darkly hilarious.

Dear Allah,
I know I cannot compare to any of your righteous servants. My prayer is not like the prayer of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and my tawakkul not like that of Ibrahim. My patience is not like the patience of Ayyub and my gratitude not like that of Suleiman. My forbearance cannot compare to the forgiveness of Yusuf and my certainty in Your promise pales in comparison to his father Yaqoub. But I yearn to be close to You the way they were close to You. I yearn to be chosen by You the way You chose Musa. I yearn to be one of your special servants, to have such a close relationship with You that You may take me as a friend, the way You have taken Ibrahim as a friend. I know my deeds will never be enough to earn me a special relationship with You, so I call upon You by Your mercy. Have mercy upon me and change me until You love me. Change me until I can be among those You honor with the blessing of looking upon Your beauty in Jannah. Forgive my weakness and strengthen me so that I can commit to being better for You. Allow me to taste the sweetness of having a close relationship with You.

THANK YOU for finally saying it: modern Islam is poison. It's not even about supremacy, if your religion allows you to straight-up murder your own daughters subject them to a lifetime of rape and abuse for the sake of "family honor", there's something deeply wrong with it. Hell I would argue that it's not even Islam as Mohammed originally intended it even more, just a massive self-delusion perpetrated by psychopaths as an excuse to do whatever they want.
No, no, this is exactly Islam as Muhammad created it. The Koran goes into great detail about taking sex slaves and murdering non-believers and how nearly any crime is acceptable when you're waging Jihad. Muhammad was a pedophiliac bandit who was banished from his tribe and used his made up religion to bring other bandits together with the promise of slaves and plunder if they fought his enemies in the name of Islam. The first thing he did was go back to Mecca and kill or convert the tribe that originally kicked him out. Then he launched his holy war against the rest of the world. It only took about 100 or so years after he founded Islam for the hordes of Jihadis to pillage and plunder their way across half of what used to be called Christendom; what we now refer to as the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The only way to save yourself from being killed or taken as a sex slave was to say "There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is his prophet" You didn't even need to mean the words. You just had to say them, and then you were protected from Islam and could call upon the Islamic faithful to support you in your own wars against the unbelievers.
So don't get it wrong, Islam was founded as a violent, expansionist empire that explicitly promises sex slaves to its followers. There are so many Islamic texts from the early days of Muhammad and right after extolling the sexual "virtues" of blonde, Byzantine women, who, according to Muslims, were beautiful and wanton and were all waiting for virile Muslim men to take them and rape them because they were filled with uncontrollable lust. And these are texts that are revered by modern Muslim scholars today.
Read the book Sword and Scimitar by Raymond Ibrahim. It's a great look at Islamic belief and how that belief influenced the last 1500 of conflict between Islam and the Christian world.
