As of April 5, 2025, at least 11 countries have indicated a desire to negotiate tariff deals with the US to avoid the impact of new US tariffs, of which, 8 are in the top 10 US trading partners. These countries are:

- Canada - Mexico - European Union (Bloc) - Japan - South Korea - United Kingdom - India - Vietnam - Australia - Thailand - Israel

Additionally, at least 20 companies have explicitly committed to large investments in the United States, with estimated 291,800 jobs being created, with many citing Dthe tariffs as a motivating factor to expand or establish operations domestically. Notable examples:
