🦈๋࣭⭑ inf : homecoming [part 1]
it was the week right before graduation, you had just recently broke ties with eijiro. so now you lay on your floor, the cool wind bustling in through the sheer blue curtains that floated upwards. as you lay there, bored out of your mind you get a text, its from mina, the eccentric pink haired girl with pale yellow horns.
"hey! girls meet @ my place 4pm prty plans"
college graduate ficcie
-- kirishima!agedup ; angst! ; smut ; mdni ; masturbation

as you step foot into the small neighborhood home, your instantly hit in the face with the smell of weed and alcohol. not spotting anyone you knew, you sat on the stairs, sitting at the very bottom, watching people as they walk in and out the front door. the loud atmosphere was nothing you were a stranger to but just as you look up, he walks through the door.
red hair bouncing about, the same red hair he quit wearing spiked up, minus when he was working. "i dunno man, one night stands aren't really my thing.", he muttered out, his blonde himbo friend, denki, was walking along side him.
time seemed to slow down as you watched him walk past, he didn't see you but you damn sure saw him. you turned to face the wall, trying to hide your face as he walked by you and headed up the staircase you were seated on.
"'scuse us.", a pool of heat settled in your stomach, his voice still brung you to butterflies, it made you feel all giddy, just how it did back in junior high.
as he headed up the steps you stood up, getting ready to move to a different part of the house. "yeah.. i'll pass. i'm gonna go get a drink", you heard his scratchy voice coming from above. you opened your eyes only to be met with his staring down at you from the top of the stair.
he looked down and saw your face. he didn't say a word further and backtracked back up the steps. his two friends were standing there as they watched the awkward interaction.
"dude wasn't tha—", hanta's question was cut short as eijiro held up a hand for him to be quiet.
he stepped into the nearest bathroom and locked the door. he let out a heavy sigh as he leaned against the closed door, looking down at his tight and tented jeans. "shit", he muttered out. just looking at your face again made him hard, his thoughts were only surrounded with you.
"why'd she have to wear that stupid dress", he cursed himself for even setting foot in the store to buy it for you when he did. it was an anniversary gift from him and you never could find the right time to wear it, until now.
he looked up at himself in the mirror, palms pressed against the counter, his red hair drooped over his face. he was sweating bullets, his hair stuck to his forehead in efforts to cool him off.
the only few thoughts coursing through his mind was how beautiful you'd look, staring at yourself in the mirror as he gently fucked into you. the bulge in his pants only made it more uncomfortable to wait.
for a moment, he contemplated going to grab you and apologize. half of him just wanted a quick pull on his dick and just to head back to the room with hanta and denki. the other half wanted you, for you to tell him how good he felt, how much you loved him.
he found himself grinding against the sink counter top before he reaches for his phone. he went to type in his password, it was your birthday. as he unlocked it, he was met with his wallpaper, a picture of the two of you on your first date. he never found the time nor wanted to change it.
he quickly opened his camera roll and scrolled to his hidden folder. as he unlocked it, he could only grind harder against the cool countertop, seeking as much friction as he possibly could.
he cupped his clothed boner, groping himself through the fabric of his jeans as he scrolled through the pictures and videos that you had sent him and ones he took mid-fuck.
he glanced up, staring at himself in the mirror, eyebrows furrowed though his sweat drenched hair. he watched himself touch the hardness through his pants, it only made him want you more.
pathetic.
no longer could he wait. he moved to the opposite wall of the bathroom and with hurried motions unbuckled his belt and pulled down both his jeans and boxers, freeing his hardened length with relief.
with a quick movement he wrapped his hand around the base of his length and moved up and down at a rapid pace. just as he was nearing his release he heard a familiar rhythmic knock on the door.
"you okay in there, kiri? sero's rolling up another blunt so hurry up.", denki called out from the other side of the door. eijiro slumped against the wall responded back "yeah.. i'll uh—be out in 5!", his voice shaky and uneven.
back downstairs where you were was loud and sweaty. there was someone to your left, to your right, and 2 couples behind you making out on the cigarette scented couch. just the sight of seeing them made you feel uneasy.
you gulped down your drink and set the cup down, slumping against the cool kitchen tile wall and slowly sliding down it. before you hit the floor you heard his voice and by instinct you scanned the room to find it.
"kiss mina? dude we've been friends since like junior high, i'm not putting my lips anywhere near her, plus isn't she like, gay or something?", he mouthed off to hanta, "you and denki really need to quit trying to set me up."
you quickly duck back around the wall before you hear him again, he was in the kitchen grabbing a drink. "'scuse.. me.", he said, stepping over you and not exactly paying attention to who you were.
for the few moments that he was in your presence you wanted to talk to him, but you couldn't muster out not even a peep. right before you know it, he's gone.

denki kaminari is the kind of boyfriend who touches you when you're nervous. not necessarily an all-over-you, overwhelming sort of touch, but the gentle circles he draws on your forearms and your back, the gentle braiding of your hair to gently massage the scalp, the sketches he draws on your skin... the little things to emotionally regulate you. "you'll be okay!" he'd say, his bright smile spreading from cheek to cheek like the cheshire cat. hands entwined with yours, fingers linked. "no need to worry when i'm here!"
denki is the kind of man who would call you when you're out with your girlfriends, not to tell you to come home or to accuse you of anything, but to ask if you want any more money to get your nails done or for some sweet treats for you and the girls. if they're lucky, he'd send money for a box of doughnuts for you all to share, or tell you to stay out longer, for he's making the best meal he can for you back at home.
denki is the kind of lover who would think about you non stop, even if you were in the same room. "oh, how i wish you were here with me!" "i'm right here..?" "i mean in this seat! on me! right now!" and when you are inevitably forced to sit on his lap or lie with him, he'd bury his face into your neck, chest, back or stomach. snuggling you brings a warmth that sends him to sleep. a rarity for the insomniac.
denki is the kind of gentleman to let you do as you please, completely within reason of course! seeing the delight on your face, regardless of where you are or what you're doing, is the biggest joy in his life, even if it means you're on holiday with the girls! he waits patiently for you, and will shower you in DIY gifts, jewellery, hand-written songs/poems, and baked goods! his favourite date night idea is a skate in the park late in the evening, only to take you home at the end of it all and snuggle up watching movies.

Strategic Role in AFO’s Universal Domination
The Villain Factory is the League’s primary engine for creating, enhancing, and deploying Quirk-based assets to achieve AFO’s vision of universal domination. Unlike its canon counterpart in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, which focuses on Trigger-based villain production, this AU’s Factory is a global, interstellar operation that combines cutting-edge science, alien technology, and psychological manipulation to control Quirks and destabilize opposition. AFO’s psychopathic lack of empathy (document, page 1) and obsession with becoming the “Demon Lord” (page 2) drive the Factory’s ruthless efficiency, while his Crazy-Prepared nature (page 50) ensures every operation is layered with contingencies. The Factory’s goals are:
Quirk Supremacy: Amass, enhance, and distribute Quirks to create an army of loyal, superpowered operatives, ensuring AFO’s control over the world’s Quirk-based power structure.
Hero Society Sabotage: Infiltrate and manipulate the Hero Public Safety Commission, using hero students and defectors to weaken resistance and gather intel.
Interstellar Leverage: Produce metahumans for trade with alien factions (e.g., a Reach-like species), securing advanced technology to bolster Earth’s galactic standing.
Xanatos Gambits: Design operations where every outcome—success, failure, or discovery—advances AFO’s agenda, exploiting his ability to “plan out a number of routes” decades in advance (page 50).
Psychological Warfare: Use AFO’s Hope Crusher tendencies (page 65) to break heroes’ spirits, ensuring compliance or despair, while leveraging hero students’ powers to fuel Factory experiments.
The Factory operates under AFO’s direct oversight, with Overhaul (L-3) and Kyudai Garaki managing day-to-day operations, Sam Abraham (L-6) integrating stolen hero and alien tech, and Skeptic (L-5) providing surveillance and cyberwarfare. Lady Nagant (chief enforcer) and Nine (L-7) handle field operations and cosmic negotiations, respectively, while Re-Destro (L-2) and Queen Bee (L-4) secure political and geopolitical cover.
Structure and Operations
The Villain Factory is a decentralized network of labs, each designed to be self-sufficient yet interconnected, ensuring resilience against hero interference. Its operations are tailored to AFO’s smarter, more calculated gambits, leveraging his long lifespan (page 3, Life Force Quirk), inability to feel guilt (page 1), and obsession with comic-book villainy (page 38, Ascended Fanboy). Below are the key components:
1. Decentralized Lab Network
Locations: Labs are hidden in Japan (yakuza fronts, abandoned urban sites), Bialya (protected by Queen Bee’s regime), and off-world facilities accessed via alien teleportation tech (akin to Boom Tubes). Bialya serves as a trafficking hub, free from hero oversight, while off-world labs experiment with alien biotech.
Security: Skeptic’s Anthropomorph Quirk (puppets for espionage) and High-End Nomu guard labs. Skeptic hacks global surveillance, misdirecting heroes to decoy sites. The document notes AFO’s ability to exploit Psychic Links (page 15), allowing him to remotely monitor labs through vestiges of stolen Quirks.
Xanatos Gambit: If a lab is raided (e.g., by Class 1-A), the Factory sacrifices it to test hero capabilities, gather intel, or stage a larger operation elsewhere. For example, a raided Japan lab might trigger a Bialya-based Nomu attack, distracting heroes while the Factory relocates assets.
2. Quirk Enhancement and Modification
Process: The Factory uses a refined version of Trigger, developed by Overhaul, to amplify Quirks without canon’s instability. AFO’s Power Parasite ability (page 14) steals desirable Quirks, which are then combined or redistributed to recruits. Eri’s Rewind Quirk (page 3) resets failed experiments, allowing near-infinite testing.
Hero Student Exploitation: AFO targets hero students with powerful Quirks, as seen in his manipulation of Yuga Aoyama (document, page 35, U.A. Traitor). Students like Jiro (sound-based Quirk, page 31) and Tokoyami (Dark Shadow, page 18) are kidnapped or coerced for experimentation, their Quirks amplified for Factory use. For example, Jiro’s sound waves could be combined with a vibration Quirk to create sonic weapons, while Tokoyami’s Dark Shadow is enhanced with alien tech for cosmic-scale destruction.
Xanatos Gambit: If heroes rescue a student, the Factory plants a Psychic Link (page 14) in their Quirk, turning them into unwitting spies. AFO’s lie-detection Quirks (page 41) ensure compliance by detecting disloyalty.
3. Nomu Production
Advanced Nomu: The Factory produces High-End Nomu (e.g., Hood, document page 172) with multiple Quirks, enhanced by alien nanites for self-repair and adaptability. AFO’s Ability Mixing (page 36) combines Quirks like Rivet Stab and Strength Enhancers for devastating combatants.
Hero Student Integration: Captured students like Bakugo (Explosion, page 2) or Todoroki (Half-Cold Half-Hot) are used as templates for Nomu. Bakugo’s explosive power could be merged with a durability Quirk, creating a Nomu capable of leveling cities. Todoroki’s dual-element Quirk could be amplified with alien energy sources for interstellar combat.
Xanatos Gambit: Deployed Nomu serve as distractions or test subjects. If defeated, their combat data refines future designs. If successful, they weaken hero forces, allowing the Factory to escalate production.
4. Metahuman Trafficking
Purpose: The Factory prepares Quirk-users for trade with alien factions, securing tech like Quirk-amplifying nanites or teleportation devices. Nine uses his Weather Manipulation (document, page 41) to stage disasters, covering trafficking routes.
Hero Student Targets: Students with unique Quirks, like Momo Yaoyorozu (Creation) or Shiozaki (Vines), are prime targets. Momo’s ability to create objects could be used to replicate alien tech, while Shiozaki’s organic Quirk could be enhanced for bio-weaponry.
Xanatos Gambit: If trafficking is intercepted, the Factory uses the chaos to test new Nomu or villains (e.g., Slice, Chimera, document page 41). Alternatively, captured heroes are dosed with Trigger, turning them into temporary villains to sow discord.
5. Hero Commission Infiltration
Manipulation: The Factory exploits AFO’s control over the Hero Commission (either evil, pawns, or infiltrated, as per the original response). Lady Nagant assassinates dissenting Commission members, while Skeptic plants puppet spies in their systems (page 231). Aoyama and coerced students like Hawks (pre-redemption, page 9) feed misinformation.
Hero Student Sabotage: Students are manipulated through AFO’s psychological warfare (page 65, Hope Crusher). For example, AFO targets Midoriya with revelations about Shigaraki’s origins (page 48) to break his resolve, while Uraraka is coerced with threats to her family, forcing her to leak UA intel.
Xanatos Gambit: If the Commission discovers a spy, the Factory frames it as a hero’s betrayal, eroding public trust. AFO’s Villains Never Lie tactic (page 29) ensures heroes doubt their allies, as seen with Nagant’s disillusionment.
6. Alien Technology Integration
Source: Queen Bee negotiates with alien factions, trading metahumans for tech like Quirk-enhancing nanites or teleportation nodes. Sam Abraham adapts I-Island tech (page 29) to interface with alien systems, creating hybrid weapons.
Applications: Nomu are equipped with nanites for adaptability, while villains like Wolfram (Metal Manipulation, page 24) wield alien-enhanced gear. Hero students’ Quirks, like Kaminari’s Electrification, are studied to power alien tech.
Xanatos Gambit: If aliens betray the League, the Factory uses stolen tech to sabotage their operations, framing heroes for the fallout. AFO’s long-term planning (page 50) ensures he anticipates such betrayals.
AFO’s Smarter Xanatos Gambits
AFO’s intelligence, as described in the document (e.g., Crazy-Prepared, page 50; Xanatos Speed Chess, page 34), is amplified to rival Vandal Savage’s strategic genius. His psychopathy (page 1) and inability to feel guilt allow him to execute ruthless, multi-layered plans that exploit every variable, including hero students’ powers and emotions. Below are key gambits tailored to the Factory’s operations:
USJ Incident as a Data Harvest:
Operation: The Factory deploys USJ Nomu (page 163) to attack UA, appearing to target All Might. The real goal is to gather data on Class 1-A’s Quirks (e.g., Bakugo, Todoroki, Jiro) for Nomu templates and to test the Commission’s response time.
Contingencies: If the Nomu fails, Skeptic’s puppets collect combat footage, refining Factory designs. If successful, it kills key heroes, weakening UA. AFO’s Psychic Link (page 15) monitors the attack remotely, ensuring no direct exposure.
Outcome: Even a hero victory leaks student Quirk data, which Overhaul uses to create specialized Nomu (e.g., Explosion-based Nomu).
I-Island Heist as a Tech Grab:
Operation: Sam Abraham betrays I-Island, stealing the Quirk Amplification Device (page 29). Wolfram’s crew stages a public attack as a distraction, while the Factory smuggles tech to Bialya.
Contingencies: If heroes stop the heist, Sam plants a virus in I-Island’s systems, feeding Skeptic hero tech schematics. If successful, the device enhances Nomu and villains like Chimera. AFO’s lie-detection Quirks (page 41) ensure Sam’s loyalty.
Outcome: The Factory gains tech to amplify hero students’ Quirks (e.g., Momo’s Creation for mass production), advancing AFO’s interstellar arsenal.
Tartarus Breakout as a Recruitment Drive:
Operation: Lady Nagant orchestrates a breakout (page 256), freeing villains like Stain, Muscular, and Dictator (pages 98, 265–269). The Factory recruits them as enforcers or test subjects, using Trigger to enhance their Quirks.
Contingencies: If heroes recapture escapees, the breakout destabilizes public trust, as AFO exploits media chaos via Re-Destro’s Detnerat. If successful, escapees like Stain (Bloodcurdle, page 43) are used to paralyze heroes during Factory raids.
Outcome: The Factory gains loyal operatives, while AFO’s psychological warfare (page 65) manipulates escapees’ hatred, ensuring compliance.
Hero Student Coercion as a Trojan Horse:
Operation: The Factory targets students like Aoyama, Hawks (pre-redemption), and Uraraka with blackmail or Trigger dosing. AFO’s Villains Never Lie tactic (page 29) convinces them the Commission is corrupt, turning them into spies or saboteurs.
Contingencies: If students defect (e.g., Hawks, page 9), the Factory uses their actions to frame heroes, eroding public faith. If they comply, their Quirks (e.g., Hawks’ Fierce Wings) are studied for Nomu integration. AFO’s lie-detection ensures control.
Outcome: Students like Jiro or Tokoyami become unwilling Factory assets, their Quirks weaponized, while AFO’s Hope Crusher tactics (page 65) break their resolve.
Metahuman Trafficking as a Galactic Ploy:
Operation: Nine and Queen Bee trade enhanced Quirk-users (e.g., Shiozaki, Kaminari) to aliens for tech. The Factory uses Trigger and alien nanites to make captives viable for interstellar combat.
Contingencies: If heroes intercept, Nine’s storms (page 41) cover escapes, while Skeptic leaks false intel to misdirect heroes. If successful, the tech bolsters Nomu and Factory defenses. AFO’s Psychic Link (page 15) monitors captives’ vestiges, preventing rebellion.
Outcome: The Factory gains alien tech, while AFO plans to betray aliens, using their tech against them to cement Earth’s dominance.
Final Battle as a Psychological Trap:
Operation: The Factory deploys all assets—Nomu, enhanced villains, and coerced students—in a massive assault to distract heroes while AFO targets Midoriya for One For All (page 61). AFO’s psychological warfare (page 48) aims to break Midoriya by killing All Might publicly.
Contingencies: If heroes resist, AFO uses Rewind (page 3) to restore his prime form, overwhelming them with Ability Mixing (page 36). If they counter, Skeptic manipulates media to portray heroes as failures. AFO’s lie-detection (page 41) identifies wavering allies.
Outcome: Even a loss fuels AFO’s narrative as the “Demon Lord” (page 2), as his Hope Crusher tactics (page 65) demoralize heroes, paving the way for future Factory operations.
Key Personnel and Villains
The Factory leverages a roster of villains and hero students, as outlined in the document and original response, to execute AFO’s gambits. Below are their roles, emphasizing AFO’s smarter manipulation:
All For One (L-1): The mastermind, AFO uses his Power Parasite Quirk (page 14) to steal and redistribute Quirks, ensuring the Factory’s output aligns with his universal domination goal. His psychopathy (page 1) and lie-detection Quirks (page 41) make him adept at controlling operatives, while his Psychic Link (page 15) monitors all Factory activities. AFO manipulates students like Midoriya with Awful Truths (page 29, Shigaraki’s origins) to break their spirits.
Overhaul (L-3): Leads Quirk modification, using his Quirk to create specialized villains and Nomu. He experiments on students like Eri (Rewind, page 3) and Todoroki, combining their Quirks with alien tech for interstellar combat. His loyalty is ensured by AFO’s manipulation (page 66, I Control My Minions).
Kyudai Garaki: Manages Nomu production, using his Life Force Quirk (page 3) to oversee long-term experiments. His loyalty (page 35) makes him AFO’s only true ally, integrating alien biotech into Nomu like Hood (page 172).
Sam Abraham (L-6): Steals I-Island tech (page 29) and adapts it for Factory use, enhancing Nomu and villains like Wolfram (page 24). His greed (original response) aligns with AFO’s promises of power.
Lady Nagant (Chief Enforcer): Executes assassinations and breakouts (page 256), targeting heroes who threaten the Factory. Her coercion via AFO’s Villains Never Lie tactic (page 29) ensures compliance, while her Rifle Quirk neutralizes threats.
Nine (L-7): Covers trafficking with storms and negotiates with aliens. His crew (Slice, Chimera, Mummy, page 41) guards labs and tests hero students’ Quirks in combat.
Skeptic (L-5): Provides cyberwarfare and surveillance, hacking Commission systems and monitoring students like Momo for tech replication. His puppets (page 231) infiltrate UA, gathering Quirk data.
Re-Destro (L-2): Funds the Factory via Detnerat and manipulates public opinion to cover operations. His Stress Quirk (original response) is enhanced by the Factory for psychological warfare.
Queen Bee (L-4): Secures Bialya as a trafficking hub, using Pheromone Control to manipulate aliens and heroes. She tests students like Uraraka for coercion potential.
Hero Students:
Midoriya: Targeted for One For All (page 61), his willpower is tested via AFO’s Hope Crusher tactics (page 65). The Factory aims to break him psychologically.
Bakugo: His Explosion Quirk is studied for Nomu templates, with AFO exploiting his resemblance to Kudo (page 2) to enrage him, gathering combat data.
Todoroki: His dual Quirk is used for bio-weaponry, with Overhaul combining it with alien energy sources.
Jiro and Tokoyami: Their Quirks (sound, Dark Shadow) are amplified for sonic and cosmic weapons, respectively. AFO’s taunts (page 31) aim to break their resolve.
Aoyama and Hawks: Coerced spies (page 9, 35), their Quirks are enhanced by Trigger for espionage and combat.
Momo, Kaminari, Shiozaki: Targeted for their Creation, Electrification, and Vines Quirks, used for tech replication, power sources, and bio-weaponry.
Exploiting Hero Students’ Powers
AFO’s smarter gambits focus on hero students, leveraging their Quirks and emotional vulnerabilities to advance the Factory’s goals. The document highlights AFO’s psychological warfare (page 65, Hope Crusher) and manipulation (page 66, I Control My Minions), which are used to turn students into assets:
Midoriya: AFO targets him with revelations about Shigaraki (page 48) to destabilize his heroism, planning to steal One For All. The Factory experiments with his Quirk’s vestiges (page 15) to create anti-One For All Nomu.
Bakugo: His explosive power is replicated for Nomu, while AFO provokes him with Kudo comparisons (page 2) to gather data on his emotional triggers.
Todoroki: His fire and ice are combined with alien tech for interstellar weapons. AFO exploits his family trauma (page 49, Dabi reveal) to coerce compliance.
Jiro: Her sound Quirk is amplified for sonic weaponry, with AFO taunting her “weakness” (page 31) to break her spirit.
Tokoyami: Dark Shadow is enhanced with alien biotech for cosmic combat, with AFO underestimating his strength (page 18) as a trap to test Factory defenses.
Momo: Her Creation Quirk is studied to replicate alien tech, with the Factory dosing her with Trigger to force cooperation.
Aoyama and Hawks: Their Quirks are enhanced for espionage, with AFO using blackmail (page 29) to ensure loyalty.
Weaknesses and Challenges
Despite AFO’s brilliance, the Factory faces vulnerabilities, as noted in the document and original response:
Underestimating Heroes: AFO’s Wrong Genre Savvy (page 33) and belief that only One For All can challenge him (page 63) lead him to underestimate students like Jiro and Tokoyami (page 31), who disrupt Factory operations.
Internal Tensions: Overhaul’s perfectionism and Nine’s recklessness (original response) risk Factory cohesion. AFO’s Bad Boss tendencies (page 40) alienate operatives, as seen with the League’s tenuous loyalty (page 35).
Alien Betrayal: The Factory’s reliance on alien tech risks betrayal, as AFO plans to double-cross his allies (original response), potentially exposing labs.
Vestige Rebellion: The document notes vestiges of stolen Quirks rebelling (page 23), which could disrupt Factory experiments, especially with students’ strong-willed Quirks (e.g., Midoriya, Bakugo).
Rewind Backlash: AFO’s use of Rewind (page 3) to restore his prime is a double-edged sword, as physical damage accelerates de-aging (page 47), risking his erasure during Factory operations.
Conclusion
In this AU, the Villain Factory is AFO’s ultimate tool for achieving universal domination through Quirk control, operating as a sophisticated, interstellar enterprise that mirrors The Light’s strategic depth. By leveraging AFO’s psychopathic brilliance (page 1), Crazy-Prepared planning (page 50), and psychological warfare (page 65), the Factory produces enhanced villains, Nomu, and weapons while manipulating hero students and the Commission. AFO’s smarter Xanatos Gambits ensure every operation—whether targeting Midoriya, Bakugo, or alien tech—advances his Demon Lord agenda (page 2), even in failure. However, his underestimation of heroes, internal tensions, and reliance on volatile tech and Quirks leave the Factory vulnerable to Class 1-A’s resilience and unpredictability, setting the stage for a climactic showdown.

post-war bakudeku as pro hero duo where deku, having lost his quirk, starts using technological support stuff (like the costume all might had during his fight with all for one) because he is not ready to give up his dream and there are still people in need of saving.
and i like this concept because i think bakugou would destroy anyone who dares say that deku is not a hero anymore due to his quirk loss. bro is literally the first one to defend izuku’s honour and he gets so pissed when anyone underestimates deku and his determination to save people no matter what.
just. just imagine bakugou saying “you don’t need a quirk to be a hero, and izuku is a living proof of this phrase”. imagine him continuing to view deku as his equal. as someone worthy of competing. as his partner – in any sense.
#im crying this is the only quirkless deku post canon i will accept#let my boys work together and achieve their dreams like that#also i strongly believe that horikoshi definitely showed us that fight between all might and afo to prove that a person can fight without a#quirk#so foreshadowing maybe??#I just. dont think izuku will ever let go of his dream#wonder duo#bkdk#mha spoilers#bakudeku#bnha spoilers#izuku midoriya#bakugou katsuki#my hero academia#boku no hero academia

Concept for the Quirk of Izuku Midoriya’s older sibling!
It’s called Gravitational Pull. Similar to Inko’s attraction Quirk, Gravitational Pull allows the user to both attract and repel things from them or even completely cancel out the pull gravity has on them, given that they’ve trained. With fine tuning, the user can control the force of the pull, altering how fast and how forceful an object or person attracts or repels from them. For example, the user could attract a cup or plate to their hand with minimal force or repel a person with such great force that they basically fly away from the user.
Additionally, with incredibly dedicated and focused training, the user of this Quirk can use their ability of gravitational manipulation on objects and other people, so long as they’re in their line of sight. They can also develop their own orbit at will that can make sure they always have a selection of weapons and they can use Gravitational Pull to ensure and that any objects being used as projectiles hit opposing targets by having the targets attract the objects.
Gravitational Pull can also be used to walk on walls or ceilings easily, as the user can just use their Quirk to make walls or ceilings have enough of a pull to attract them while canceling the gravitational pull the earth has on them. This could lead to other people being stuck on walls and ceilings, but training and fine tuning of Gravitational Pull can allow the user to only change the pull of certain people or objects. This fine tuning allows the user to be the only one being pulled towards a wall or ceiling while everything and everyone else remains on the ground.
I think this would be a pretty cool Quirk, especially for a pro hero to have. Imagine how crazy fighting villains would be with the user just changing the pull of walls and ceilings around the villain, making them slam into them until they’re too beat up to continue or using Gravitational Pull to make villains disoriented or dizzy. Sure, a lot of practice and training and the ability to think quickly along with lighting fast reflexes would be needed for a Quirk like this to be useful in a fight, but it would be a pretty powerful Quirk to have once you learned how to use it correctly and everything.
Anyways, what do you think of my Quirk idea?
(And yes, I came up with this idea ON MY OWN. I didn’t steal it, but I am sure others have thought of something similar to what I’ve written here.)

𐙚🦈⋆˚꩜。 inf : homecoming [part 2]
the party grew hot and heavy, the two you continue to cross paths until he mans up and speaks to you face to face, no dick in hand. hesitant hands and careful conversations.
college graduate ficcie
-- kirishima!agedup ; angsty ; smut ; comfort ; fluff ; mentions of sex/masturbation ; fem!reader
you stayed there for a moment, still frozen in place. the heat of his body lingered there, ghosting over you. your heart was hammering against your ribs as you stood up from the floor, dusting off your dress. maybe it was a mistake to come, wear that stupid dress.
you didn't quite know what you were expecting–closure? a second chance? not even you knew what exactly you were chasing. You headed outside, pulling open the balcony door and stepping onto the wooden platform.
as eijiro made his round back around the house he found hanta again, "yo," hanta called out, nudging eijiro with his elbow and passing him the freshly lit joint he rolled. "ditch the chick or...?"
"nah, don't worry about it," before eijiro could take the joint, he was standing up and walking towards the balcony door.
you had already been standing out there for a while, leaning halfway over the railing, not particularly looking at anything. the music was muffled behind the sliding door and it gave you a moment of quiet and you didn't even hear it open again until he spoke.
"you never liked parties."
your breath caught in your throat as you turned around, heart fluttering and face flushing as you saw him.
"guess some things never change, huh?" you let out a sort of strangled and awkward laugh as he stood there.
he stood there, devoid of eye contact as if he's searching the ground for something he's lost. biting at the inside of his cheek like he didn't know where to start. like he couldn't decide to be honest or act as if what happened earlier didn't happen. he just let out a nervous breath and looked up to meet your gaze, struggling to hold eye contact long enough for you to even get a word out.
"that's the one i bought you," he almost mumbled, his voice had no notes of teasing or flirtation, it was almost as if he was angry, but not at you, at himself. because he was.
you just nodded and he continued speaking "i remembered buying it, how good you looked in it," he was rambling, he always did when he was nervous or too drunk. "and now here you are, wearing it as some stranger's party while i'm upstairs in the guest bathroom, jerking off to the thought of you–," he trailed off.
you stood there, shocked, now fully facing him. you smirked, one brow raised in a really?, fashion. he looked a hot mess, wrecked, sweaty, and nervous. just how he looked when he was young, when he first confessed behind the gym. however, this version of him was older, hungrier, sadder.
he cleared his throat and kept talking, "why'd you come tonight? you knew i'd be here, why come?"
you hesitated for a moment, glancing down as your shoes and then back up with a shrug "dunno, wanted to prove something i guess? to myself, maybe. that i was over it."
"are you?"
you swallowed hard, searching his eyes for an answer to the question. you retaliated with, "are you?"
he didn't reply, just stared down at you, crimson red eyes staring hard into yours. an aching expression you'd seen once before, longing for something more.
"i never stopped thinking about you." he sighed, like someone had lifted the words off his chest for him. "i couldn't rid myself of the thought of you even if i wanted to, even when i tried to fuck it out of my system, started seeing other people. it's always been you."
you blinked up at him, lips slightly parted, strings of sticky lip gloss webbed between them.
"say something, please?" he begged. "i know i was stupid, scared to beg you to stay when you left. but seeing you tonight? i've wanted to get my hands on you again so bad it hurt," god he sounded like a horny teenager.
"i wanted to kiss you, apologize, ruin you in that dress–" he trailed off, cut himself short of finishing his sentence.
you trailed closer, rocking back and forth on your heels and toes, hand pressed to his chest palm flat. you could feel his heart beat quicken between your finger tips.
"you really wanna fix this?" you asked, your voice trembling slightly, bracing yourself for what he might say.
"i'd do anything."
you leaned up on your tip toes, sticky lips ghosting across his, not quite a kiss but close enough that he could taste your breath. "then prove it, no here, not tonight. call me tomorrow when you're–we're, sober. when you're not half-hard and mad at the world."
his eyes fluttered shut as he yanked you closer into a kiss, it wasn't long, it soft and brief. it was nothing like the heat he imagined and masturbated to the thought of earlier.
you pulled back and settled onto your entire foot, "tomorrow, you hear me?"
"tomorrow."
the party was a drunken blur behind him as he shut the door to his apartment with a soft click. his footsteps echoed through the empty room as he kicked off his shoes and face planted into the couch. half-dressed, jeans unbuttoned, and an untouched bottle of water on the nightstand table.
his heart beat filled the silence, he had replayed that last moment with you in his head. he felt like vomiting, head pounding like a drum inside his skull. one arm was slung over his face as he rolled onto his back, phone cradled in the palm of his hand that dangled of the couch.
he stared deeply into the photo he had set as your contact, you and him in the mirror of his bathroom, kissing. he hesitated, phone hovering over his face with one wobbly hand.
"tomorrow," he muttered to himself.
but tomorrow was so damn far.
another five minutes went by, he dragged an open palm down his face with a groan before giving in.
[2:43]
hey u up?
deleted.
typed again.
[2:44]
fuck i miss u.
he hit send and kept typing, regardless of the lack of replies.
[2:47]
srry. shouldnt say tht js drunk lol but ur dress. jesus u still kill me with the things you wear i was thinking about you before i even saw you last night still love you. not that i deserve to i jst dont know where to start..
he dropped his phone on his chest and pressed the heels of his hands into his eyes. "fuck, fuckfuckfuck."
he stumbled to a wobbly stand on his feet, peeling his shirt off of him as if it were suffocating to keep on any longer. he made his way to his bed and collapsed down, face first, into the mattress. the scent of sweat and whatever cologne he had on still clung desperately to his skin.
it was late morning, 11:39, his phone buzzed with an alarm long snoozed. with a guttural groan and a painful stretch, he sat up. eyes crusted over, head pounding with a hangover he wouldn't be able to get rid of with just a bottle of water and a quick pull on his dick.
[you - 9:21]
god you really know how to drunk text, huh? i wasn't going to reply, but i couldn't just not think about you c'mon over, told you we'd talk, so lets talk lover boy.
it took him all of 30 seconds to get out of bed, hadn't even brushed his teeth before grabbing his keys and shoes and stumbling out the door.
---
you opened the door at the heavy handed knock from the other side, for a second when he saw you he thought he was hallucinating.
"hey," you said, as casual as ever. you stepped back and let him in before gently shutting the door behind him.
he laughed–just a little, it was barely even a laugh and it died hard in his throat. "hi," he whispered back.
it was almost as if the neither of you knew what to do or say. the tension in the room grew–sexual? maybe, awkward? definitely.
he hesitated once more before yanking you into a tight hug, melting against you with big arms and warm skin. it was almost muscle memory for you to wrap your arms back around him. he smelled like last night, his own cologne, sweat, liquor, and regret. everything that you missed about him.
"i'm sorry," he murmured, over and over again into the top of your head. "i was so fucking stupid, i hate that i couldn't learn to love you and be who i wanted to be."
he rambled on, on and on, until his throat was dry and scratchy.
"i thought i would've had to choose, between you and my work, i hate myself for thinking like that." he cupped your face, big, calloused hands rested on either side of your head.
"let me stay? not just tonight, i'll stay for good this time." he pulled back just enough to look you in the eyes.
and this time, when your lips met, it wasn't quick or rushed. it was the kind of kiss that left the both of you wanting more.

In-Depth Analysis of the Nomu Species, Prototypes, and Gigantomachia
Introduction
The Nomu, also known as Artificial Humans, are a pivotal antagonistic force in the My Hero Academia franchise. Created by Dr. Kyudai Garaki and All For One, these bio-engineered beings are deceased humans modified to possess multiple Quirks, rendering them powerful, mindless super-soldiers for the League of Villains and later the Paranormal Liberation Front. This analysis explores the Nomu species, their various tiers, prototypes, and the unique case of Gigantomachia, a kaiju-like villain with distinct characteristics.
Nomu Species Overview
Nomu are created from human corpses, subjected to extensive genetic modification to enhance physical capabilities and implant multiple Quirks. The process erases higher brain functions, leaving most Nomu as obedient, mindless entities that require direct orders to act. Their grotesque appearance, often featuring exposed brains and unnatural skin colors (e.g., blue, yellow, black), reflects their transformation into something barely human. The Nomu serve various roles, from expendable foot soldiers to strategic game-changers in battles, with their power scaling based on their tier and Quirks.
Creation Process
Source Material: Nomu are derived from deceased humans, with some cases (e.g., Kurogiri) indicating that corpses are as viable as living subjects.
Quirk Implantation: All For One provides multiple Quirks, which are surgically integrated by Dr. Garaki. Without All For One, Garaki can still extract and duplicate Quirks, though the process is less efficient and may yield weaker results.
Modification: The transformation involves drastic physical alterations, resulting in exposed brains, jumbled internal structures, and enhanced physical attributes. The process is shrouded in mystery, with the gruesome details left ambiguous, enhancing their horror.
Purpose: Nomu are designed as tools for the League’s goals, ranging from mass destruction to targeted missions. High-End Nomu retain some personality and intelligence, tailored for specific violent tasks.
Tiers of Nomu
Nomu are categorized into five tiers based on their strength, Quirk count, and intelligence:
Lower-Tier Nomu:
Characteristics: Light-colored skin, minimal Quirks (1-2), and enhanced physical strength. They require voice commands to act and are the weakest tier, yet capable of overpowering minor Pro Heroes.
Role: Expendable foot soldiers used for overwhelming numbers or distraction.
Example Quirks: Absorption and Release, Tongue Web, Muscle Augmentation.
Notable Instances: The white-skinned Hosu Nomu with four eyes, used during the Vs. Hero Killer Arc to wreak havoc in Hosu City.
Middle-Tier Nomu:
Characteristics: More vibrant skin colors, increased power, and additional Quirks compared to Lower-Tier. They still lack significant intelligence.
Role: Stronger support units, capable of more complex tasks but still reliant on orders.
Example Quirks: Unnamed Flying Quirk, Tool Arms.
Notable Instances: The winged Hosu Nomu with a mask-like face, involved in capturing Izuku before being killed by Stain.
Upper-Tier Nomu:
Characteristics: Black skin, Super Regeneration Quirk, and strength equivalent to ten average humans. They can contend with top Pro Heroes.
Role: Heavy hitters in critical battles, often deployed to counter strong opponents.
Example Quirks: Super Regeneration, Shock Absorption.
Notable Instances: The USJ Nomu, designed to counter All Might, and the black-skinned Hosu Nomu, killed by Endeavor’s fire.
Near High-End Nomu:
Characteristics: Incomplete High-End Nomu with phenomenal strength and speed comparable to High-Ends but lacking intelligence. They were rushed into deployment, limiting their enhancements.
Role: Mass-produced for All For One’s final conquests, overwhelming through numbers and raw power.
Example Quirks: Wing, Burst, Bone Spikes, Super Spit.
Notable Instances: Deployed during the Final War Arc to support Shigaraki, with some escaping to raid Tartarus.
High-End Nomu:
Characteristics: The pinnacle of Nomu creation, with black skin, multiple Quirks (including Super Regeneration), and retained intelligence/personality. They require stabilization time post-activation to reach full potential.
Role: Strategic assets capable of independent thought and devastating combat prowess, used to shift battle tides.
Example Quirks: Super Regeneration, Liquification, Rupture, Spatial Distortion, Muscle Augmentation.
Notable Instances: Hood, Woman, Eleph, Robot, Chubs, and Ribby, deployed during the Jaku Hospital raid and Pro Hero Arc.
Powers and Abilities
Nomu exhibit a range of abilities, primarily derived from their implanted Quirks and enhanced physicality:
Common Quirks:
Super Regeneration: Allows rapid healing, even from near-total destruction, though it fails if the brain is incinerated (e.g., by Endeavor’s Hellfire).
Muscle Augmentation: Enhances physical strength, seen in Nomu like Hood and the Four-Eyed Hosu Nomu.
Shock Absorption: Absorbs impact up to a limit, as seen in the USJ Nomu.
Warping: Enables teleportation, used by utility Nomu like Johnny and Kurogiri.
Physical Enhancements: Immense strength, durability, speed, reflexes, stamina, and endurance make Nomu formidable. High-End Nomu like Hood combine these with tactical intelligence.
Weaknesses:
Brain Vulnerability: Destroying the brain is the only reliable way to kill a Nomu, as their regeneration cannot recover from this.
Command Dependency: Lower and Middle-Tier Nomu require orders, rendering them catatonic without guidance.
Stabilization Time: High-End Nomu are weaker if deployed prematurely, as seen during the Jaku Hospital raid.
Fire-Based Attacks: Endeavor’s Hellfire can overcome regeneration by reducing Nomu to ashes.
Prototypes and Key Individuals
Kurogiri
Background: Created from the corpse of Oboro Shirakumo, a former U.A. student and friend of Aizawa and Yamada. His Cloud Quirk was combined with others to form the Warp Gate Quirk.
Role: A unique Nomu designed as a loyal caretaker for Tomura Shigaraki, capable of speech and limited free thought. Unlike other Nomu, he retains personality traits (e.g., caring nature) from his human life.
Quirk: Warp Gate allows him to create portals from his foggy body, crucial for League logistics. It’s more versatile than All For One’s Glop Warp but requires his physical presence and knowledge of locations.
Key Moments:
Acts as Shigaraki’s guardian, managing his needs and preventing capture.
Defies All For One’s orders during the Final War Arc to protect Shigaraki, teleporting heroes to aid Deku and sacrificing himself to intercept an attack.
His brief re-emergence as Oboro during interrogation provides critical information about Garaki’s hospital.
Significance: Kurogiri is a prototype for intelligent Nomu, showcasing Garaki’s early success in retaining personality while programming loyalty. His eventual rebellion highlights the limits of Nomu programming when loyalty conflicts with core directives.
USJ Nomu
Background: The first Nomu introduced, designed to counter All Might as the “Anti-Symbol of Peace.” Originally a petty thug, he was modified with four extra Quirks.
Quirks: Shock Absorption, Super Regeneration, and immense physical strength.
Role: A brute force weapon, deployed during the USJ Arc to attack Class 1-A and All Might.
Key Moments:
Nearly kills Aizawa and overpowers students, showcasing its threat level.
Defeated by All Might overloading its Shock Absorption with rapid punches, leading to its arrest.
Significance: A prototype for raw power, the USJ Nomu’s limitations (e.g., inability to act without orders) informed later Nomu designs, reducing excessive modifications to preserve functionality.
Hood
Background: One of the earliest High-End Nomu, formerly a cage fighter, retaining bloodthirsty tendencies and intelligence.
Quirks: Super Regeneration, Muscle Augmentation, Shapeshifting Arm, Shoulder Jet, Storage.
Role: A test subject for Dabi during the Pro Hero Arc, deployed to fight Endeavor and Hawks in Fukuoka.
Key Moments:
Overpowers Endeavor, causing significant destruction and scarring the hero.
Uses Storage Quirk to deploy nine weaker Nomu, showcasing tactical versatility.
Killed by Endeavor’s Hellfire after Hawks’ assistance, highlighting the brain destruction weakness.
Significance: Hood represents a successful High-End prototype, balancing intelligence with overwhelming power. His rushed deployment revealed stabilization issues, a flaw addressed in later High-Ends.
Johnny and Mocha
Background: Small, utility-focused Nomu with minimal combat ability, designed for support roles.
Quirks:
Johnny: Warping, identical to All For One’s teleportation Quirk.
Mocha: Double, sampled from Twice, used to create duplicates.
Role: Facilitate League operations, with Johnny transporting members and Mocha aiding Garaki’s subterfuge.
Key Moments:
Johnny is crushed by Mirko during the Jaku Hospital raid.
Mocha sacrifices itself to protect Garaki, demonstrating unexpected initiative for a Lower-Tier Nomu.
Significance: These Nomu highlight Garaki’s versatility in creating specialized, non-combat variants, serving as early experiments in Quirk utility.
Gigantomachia
Overview
Gigantomachia is a unique entity within the League, distinct from typical Nomu due to his size, intelligence, and loyalty-driven Quirks. A kaiju-like villain, he served as All For One’s bodyguard before being assigned to Shigaraki.
Characteristics
Appearance: A gargantuan humanoid with rocky skin, spikes, and a lantern jaw, resembling a mythical giant or kaiju.
Quirks:
Endurance: Converts morale into physical power, amplifying strength when loyal to his master.
Gigantification: Allows size increase during battle.
Pain Blocker: Nullifies pain, enhancing durability.
Fierce Gains, Dog, Mole, Energy Saver: Enhance strength, tracking, burrowing, and stamina, respectively.
Intelligence: Limited (1/6 per Ultra Analysis Book), akin to a “dim-witted beast,” but capable of speech and basic reasoning. He recognizes betrayal, as seen in his rage against All For One’s abandonment.
Loyalty: Initially exhibits blind obedience to All For One, later transferring to Shigaraki after proving worthiness. His loyalty wanes after being abandoned, leading to rebellion.
Role and Key Moments
Bodyguard: Protected All For One until reassigned as a secret weapon for Shigaraki.
Meta Liberation Army Arc: Turns a losing battle into a massacre, decimating the enemy but endangering the League due to his indiscriminate destruction.
Paranormal Liberation War Arc: Bulldozes through 20 cities to reach Shigaraki, showcasing his unstoppable nature. Sedatives only work when he lacks active orders, highlighting his command dependency.
Final War Arc: Controlled by Shinso’s Quirk to fight for the heroes, leveraging his obedience to voice commands. His rage against All For One’s betrayal persists post-brainwashing, leading to his attack on his former master. Killed by All For One’s lightning attack, splitting him in half.
Impact: His destructive rampages (e.g., terrifying Mina, overwhelming Class 1-A) cement him as “pure dread” incarnate, a physical reminder of the war’s toll.
Significance
Prototype Influence: Gigantomachia’s genome informs Nomu subservience, making him a foundational prototype for their obedience programming. His multiple Quirks and physical enhancements prefigure High-End Nomu designs.
Weaknesses:
Blind Obedience: His need for commands makes him vulnerable to Shinso’s Quirk and containment when orders are absent.
Intelligence: His limited intellect allows manipulation (e.g., by Ashido) and prevents independent strategy.
Betrayal: His loyalty, while immense, has limits, as seen in his turn against All For One.
Comparison to Nomu: Unlike mindless Nomu, Gigantomachia retains some autonomy and emotional capacity (e.g., crying over Shigaraki’s weakness). His kaiju-like scale and unique Quirks set him apart, but his command-driven nature aligns with Lower-Tier Nomu.
Analysis
Evolution of Nomu Design
Early Prototypes: Kurogiri and the USJ Nomu represent initial experiments. Kurogiri prioritizes utility and intelligence, while the USJ Nomu focuses on raw power, revealing flaws like over-modification and command dependency.
Refinement: Hood and later High-Ends address these issues by balancing intelligence with power, though stabilization time remains a hurdle. Near High-Ends sacrifice intelligence for mass production, reflecting strategic shifts in All For One’s plans.
Garaki’s Role: His ability to duplicate Quirks and tweak them (e.g., enhancing Overhaul into Decay) showcases his genius, though limitations without All For One’s direct involvement highlight their partnership’s synergy.
Strategic Importance
Battlefield Impact: Nomu, especially High-End and Gigantomachia, are game-changers. Kurogiri’s Warp Gate shifts battle dynamics, while Gigantomachia’s rampages and High-Ends’ tactical prowess overwhelm heroes.
Psychological Warfare: Their grotesque appearance and relentless nature instill fear, as seen with Mina’s trauma and Class 1-A’s realization of their vulnerability post-USJ.
Countermeasures: Heroes exploit Nomu weaknesses (e.g., brain destruction, command reliance) and develop strategies like Shinso’s brainwashing to turn assets like Gigantomachia against villains.
Ethical and Narrative Implications
Moral Horror: The Nomu’s creation from human corpses, including recognizable individuals like Oboro, underscores All For One’s and Garaki’s amorality. The use of Tsubasa (potentially Garaki’s grandson) adds a personal layer of cruelty.
Redemption Potential: Kurogiri’s partial re-emergence as Oboro and Spinner’s restoration suggest that Nomu programming can be reversed, offering hope for victims but highlighting the tragedy of their transformation.
Narrative Role: Nomu escalate the series’ stakes, transitioning from school-based conflicts to existential threats. Gigantomachia’s dread and the Nomu’s relentless power embody the villains’ growing menace, pushing heroes to their limits.
Conclusion
The Nomu species, from their grotesque origins to their tiered evolution, represent a pinnacle of villainous ingenuity in My Hero Academia. Prototypes like Kurogiri and the USJ Nomu laid the groundwork for increasingly sophisticated High-End variants, while Gigantomachia stands as a unique, loyalty-driven force of nature. Their creation reflects the moral depravity of All For One and Garaki, while their battlefield impact and weaknesses shape the series’ conflicts. The interplay of mindless obedience, retained personality, and raw power makes the Nomu and Gigantomachia compelling antagonists, embodying both the horror and strategic complexity of the villainous agenda.
