Guys, the funny self-insert I did as a joke isn't a joke anymore...

So uhm, for context. @yxleii is an enasona/ena oc artist I follow who made this meme post I thoroughly enjoyed. I started a jokey convo with them about how their enasona, CESI, was standing over a crack in the sidewalk.

And then yadda yadda yadda happened and I basically ended up accidentally creating a whole lore timeline. For the whole story regarding that, I recommend going here.

Essentially what ended up happening during the course of this joking conversation is that I changed my whole blog for a bit about CESI falling and dying, and then me taking up her place. Then, the following day, I figured it would be funny to draw a couple sketches based off the whole bit we created in the comments of that post.

From those sketches spawned this, a dumb drawing I made to represent myself.

And, Well... since then I've been thinking about this unserious lore a lot, and it suddenly became more serious than I thought it would. Both for me, possibly for @yxleii, and for a couple other people casually looking through ena posts to stumble upon the madness we spawned.

So you might be asking; "where is this going? why are you giving us a whole-ass recap of events?"

Well folks, this is my dramatic ass way of saying that my joking, unserious self-insert for a comedic bit in a comment section has become an OC now. And I have a couple sketches I recently did to share with y'all! :D

First one is a sketch for the new and improved design for him. I kept CESI's hairstyle because it fits for his character, and his title; which is now officially Fraudulent CESI. It's not his real name, but I'm planning on saving the official official namedrop for him in a later post, so stay tuned if you're interested!

I also gave him bell bottom jean pants, because I think they're swag. 😎🤘🔥 I do consider this sketch merely a concept though because I'm not fully proud of it. For one, I think the pants are much too comically oversized for his stick figure body, and I think I can do better than this frankly.

I also did a concept sketch for what his actual hairstyle looks like when the one he's stolen falls off or gets lost. I don't really like this one, not because I think it's a particularly bad sketch, but because it looks too detailed, which doesn't fit the simplicity I'm going for with his design.

I also think I screwed up the hair a bit too much, it's not quite what I wanted, but it's definitely getting there. It's hard to draw based off solely an image inside of my head...

I also will include this failed sketch I did for Fraudulent CESI's true hairstyle, because why not lol.

Hello and salutations, it is with great regret that I come to inform you that recently, our great crime detective CESI, has passed away. I am now in charge of investigating this case, and I think I know exactly who's behind it...

You see, CESI was walking down a sidewalk at night with a local officer of the area, goes by the name Fugi, and she happened to get both heels trapped between one of the many cracks in the pavement. Her heels snapped the moment she tried escaping and she broke her back after the fall was over, killing her instantly. The crack in question seems to have vanished, as if it never even existed. I find this, incredibly suspicious...

Tell me, do you happen to know any information regarding this suspect's whereabouts?

Any and all tidbits of intel could aid this case's conclusion greatly, I would very much appreciate getting at least one step closer to cracking it and getting CESI the justice she deserves. 🙏
