After rant about holding back King (TALAY SANGUANDIKUL aka LAY) laid a kiss on Ram (NAKHUN SCREAIGH aka PERTH) and Ram reciprocated tenderly.

Like most multi couple BL Series there wasn't enough of RamKing as they were main roles but the story was lead by BOHNADUEN.

But I appreciate all the time given with RamKing even though they deserved more.

Day 3: Side Dish That Should Have Been the Main Course

I love a good side dish. So often they are so much more interesting than the main course. Or at least I wish they could have had more screen time, like Aran and Tattoo from Jack and Joker. They deserve more. But for this challenge I choose two other side dishes. Two that I have still not been able to move on from.

Jaab and Jane from Step by Step.

I guess it is no secret that I didn't like the main couple that much. I was more interested in the story of Jaab and Jane and how this all worked out in the end. We never got any real closure. Just a hint that Jaab visits Jane. But did Jane know about it? Was it arranged and desired? Are they together? What else exactly happened between them? Maybe I'm just a little pining-girlie and I like this slow-burn, the cheating and the hurt, but in the end I need some fire! That was so unsatisfying! But still, I found their scenes so much more interesting than the main couple. I realised that I was more bothered by the fact that there was no real conclusion.

My second answer is RamKing from My Engineer.

While I've already forgotten who the main couple actually was, these two have stuck in my mind and again we have this unsatisfying, half open ending. These two deserved their own series. They were cute together and their story was interesting, the dynamics and the script were just right for them. I love them and I will never be not angry that we didn't get their own series.

15 Day BL Challenge - Day 4

Fave Ship Dynamic

Emotionally Repressed x Overly Emotional

I wasn’t quite sure what to call this dynamic since we don’t see it all that often. However, if a series decides to have its protagonists embody this trope, I will eat it up EVERY TIME.

Think of the series were one lead is super outgoing, kind, and true to who they are and the other; shy, unsure, or scared. Now think of how these characters, and their relationships with each other work towards creating a better, more healthy relationship with others and themselves. Isn’t that so great!?!?!

I guess this also works as the sunshine x rain cloud dynamic, but I feel like QLs have something a little bit different than your traditional sunshine x rain cloud.

Do I need examples? I’ve got plenty. It is my favorite trope after all. Please ask if you’d like an explanation on any!! Under cut

Ramking is that thing where you're reading a really good fic, and the most recent chapter ended on a cliffhanger. It's all good, though, because the fic is unfinished, so you just have to wait for an update, but then you check the dates and realise that the fic has not been updated for five years and now you're left in the dust knowing that this thing has been left to rot and you're just gonna have to make peace with the cliffhanger. Except it's slightly worse because it's not just a fic, it's the actual canon material.
