Mickey would like to have someone to love, but he doesn’t believe he is worth anyone's time. Two worlds that should never intersect. But when Ian’s younger brother needs a chaperone to go to the skatepark, these two worlds collide. It's a summer where Mickey and Ian learn things about themselves, each other, and what it means to be in love.

Ian couldn’t believe it. He had finally gotten out of Illinois. Save for basic training and that one ill-fated road trip to Terra Haute, he’d never left. Now, he was looking out at miles of clear blue water and sandy beach as far as the eye could see. It was breathtaking, but as twilight approached, all he could think about was Mickey’s beautiful smile. One tear rolled down his cheek.

“Do you want to dance under the moonlight?” he asked pulling Mickey close.

“You are such a fuckin’ sap, Gallagher.”

“Yeah, but I’m YOUR sap, baby.”

They danced and danced.

So, I didn't think I'd post this art anytime soon. But then I showed it to Rayray. And two days later she wrote and published this amazing, incredibly tender fic. I literally just saw that she gave it to me and my heart is falling apart right now (in the nicest way lol). I'm so happy that my art inspired the gorgeous @rayrayor to write this small and sweet story. Thank you so much my darling ♥♥♥♥♥♥

So what else are they supposed to do, right? BJ's and handjobs are good, but... sometimes a guy just needs something in his ass, you know?

Ian was trying the puppy-dog eyes on him now and Mickey sighed, always unable to deny his best friend.

"Fine. But you owe me big time for this".

The suited lady eyed them suspiciously, as they were led around the apartment. Ian pulled him in, placing an affectionate kiss on his head.

Heat crept up Mickey's face as his friend beamed back at him. He almost forgot that this was pretend.
