Can we talk about the reprints in Bloomburrow?

I'm super excited for the set, but am noticing that a lot of the reprints are using old art that doesn't fit the new setting, and I find that upsetting.

We're they rushed and had to reuse old art to save time? Does reusing existing art save money and thereby maximize profits? I just don't understand why they would do this-- it makes sense for a core set or Masters edition, not a Standard set.

Did you know Amazon re-prints books and sells them as originals? I'm so furious!

I ordered GtN & HtN paperbacks through Amazon and instead of sending me the normal versions, they sent me print-on-demand KDP ones.

The covers and spines are printed off-center, the colors are faded, the covers are made of different paper - GtN is sort of matte and velvety while HtN is glossy, they don't have the usual orange and blue "inserts" (?) (Idk what to call that colored paper that should peek through the cover; but they don't have it), GtN is sooo grainy and has impossible-to-remove greasy marks on it, while HtN has scratches on it. Even the margins are different throughout the book - some are 1,3 cm and some 1,6 (I know the difference seems miniscule but it was enought for me to notice and to want to measure it to confirm).

Am I nitpicking? Perhaps. But if I order a book, I want the book, not some cheap knock-off. And no, nowhere in the listing did they even mention this is a re-print. Nowhere.

Even in the books themselves, on the page with copyright and edition, it says it's printed by Macmillan Publishing in the USA. The information that it is, in fact, printed by Amazon in Poland is only on the last page.

And just look how crooked they are!
