Ever since Technus acted on his feelings of mischievousness all of Casper High, the A-listers and faculty included have been giving Tucker a wide berth. No one, not even Danny and Sam has ever seen him on the warpath like this and quite frankly it scares them.

Tucker on the other hand doesn't understand why everyone's acting so apprehensive around him. It's not like threatening to erase a ghost from existence is anything new. The Fentons and Valerie do it all the time.

But whatever. None of this is of any importance to him. The only things that matter right now is getting past Titans East tower's security and deleting those love letters before they're opened and read, then keeping his promise to take Technus' afterlife for daring to expose his most embarrassing secret.

Unfortunately, he's too late in completing the first objective. Not only is every last one of those emails now marked as read, the object of his affections is in the process of typing out a response.

Okay. This is fine. This is perfectly fine. He can easily fix this by living out the rest of his life off the grid. But first, he has a technology obsessed ghost to end.

Meanwhile in Steel City

It was a lot to wade through, but Bumblebee managed to get through all her not so secret admirer's love letters. Though rather cringeworthy, especially that attached audio with that horrific excuse of a singing voice, it was all strangely charming and kinda sweet as well. Bumblebee is honestly touched. So much to the point that she'd like to meet this Tucker Foley and get to know him better. She's already sent forth a reply requesting a time and place.

Honestly mad respect for Danny to putting hotlines for abuse in the most recent epic video at the very front and being explicitly clear no matter how small you think it is, that you are allowed to call and going over exactly what the hotlines are to the point of taking notes on his phone to ensure he gets it right, especially since he's reacting to "hold them down" this video. I stan a responsible king who is very blunt about trigger warnings and provides support in organizations that can help people dealing with those issues

i've been so fucked up for months i haven't been able to go downtown to pick up my work from last spring from my school's textile studio and they always have a cutoff date like if you don't pick up your old work by x date they toss it and they're pretty strict about that unless you arrange with the studio tech beforehand, and the studio tech doesn't like most people she's pretty curt with most students. not rude but just keeps things professional and a bit distant, a very serious person. but i know she grew to like me over the past few years/warmed up to me a lot and we'd chat a lot about different textile things and she would say really kind things to me a lot which felt rare and special, and she let me have special treatment with some of the equipment because she trusted me to use it properly. and i haven't seen her in nearly a year and i expected her to have tossed my work out when i didn't come to pick it up last fall and emailed her to explain why and dropped off the face of the earth, i made my peace with losing that work and accepted it, it is what it is, i will survive, etc.

but she emailed me earlier this week and said she didn't have the heart to toss my work and has kept it safe in her office for me if i'm ever able to come pick it up and if not she's going to keep it as an example piece to show other students when teaching weaving because it's too lovely to get rid of and my heart swelled like 10 times its size bc she didn't have to do that and it meant so much to me that even a year from seeing her last she was still thinking about me and being kind to me. and i emailed her back and picked it up today and saw her and we chatted for a bit and it was so nice. I love her I miss my school's textile studio and weaving in there and talking craft with her... sigh

Wait... Hold on... What if... Fanboy Gen?

Let me explain.

Imagine Gen in his early days of showbiz, when no one knew him, trying his best to please his audience and climb the stair of showbiz, but then he receives an "hate" email containing criticism (constructive criticism but yk) with harsh words.

Obviously, he was upset or mad and wanted to ignore the message but it ligers on the back of his head making him conscious of his tricks and stage persona.

Then he noticed improvement from following this hate message. He brushed it off but then more messages from the same guy containing criticism kept arriving. (Like no good job or that he improved, just more hard cold criticism and science)

He was mad, at first but then he realised that this guy was watching his every show with attention and wanted to help him by pointing out his mistakes, and in all honesty, it worked! His carrier sailed from fixing his mistakes mentioned in the email and became our famous Gen we know and love.

At this point Gen looked forward to receiving another email from him (a certain s_ishigami@ramen), he concluded that this hater of his is straightforward and didn't bother to sugar cote. Even though his words were harsh, there's no better fan? Hater? Well, there's no better audience he could ask for. You can even say, he was fond of this mysterious person before even meeting them.

So, petrification happens bla bla and bla, Gen meets Senku for the first time, cool, he's a mad scientist that finds his book trash and it makes him miss his personal #1 hater. Then more stuff happened and when it was revealed that Senku's last name was Ishigami, a light bulb popped up on his head.

Senku Ishigami was the person he adored the most in the modern world, and now he got to meet him.

(Heheheheheh, I'm giggling and kicking my feet at my own ideas, it is so cute.)

also FANBOY GEN IS SO PEAKKKK!!!! i think i've read a fic with the similar prompt of senku being a gen criticiser except senku is a genuine gen fanboy rather than a hater. onion-chan the callback of gen being a senku fan even before meeting him is so smart. one of the most invisible strings moment abt them in canon and i'd like to imagine it happens in every universe <3

sorry I will truly argue w anyone and I believe in standing by your convictions but sometimes I am like girl you have to pick your battles. being antagonistic and combative to our shitty landlord isn't going to enact meaningful change or get us anything it's just going to make our lives more uncomfortable. sometimes as an adult you have to be polite and civil in your disagreements with other adults even when you want to call them a punk bitch
