Hello, I wanted the Metro Subs to be smaller I really did like how Sunni build it so I just used Sunni CC and Maxis stuff. I don't own anything, I know the pictures aren't great but I tried to get decent camera shot on how I build it. I hope you're doing well! I noticed that you've edited my Psychologist career and cloned the PTO5 version.

I truly appreciate that you found my work interesting enough to edit, and I feel honored that you chose to work with it.

Though it appears the GUID was not changed, which is important to prevent conflicts and allow users to choose between my original career and the modified version.

Also I don't think I received a permission request for these edits. According to my policy, permission should be requested before making modifications and especially before uploading my work. Requesting permission doesn’t necessarily mean a refusal but ensures that everything is handled appropriately. Like explaining PTO5 and GUID...

You can review my policy here for more information.

If you reached out and I missed it, please let me know.

Additionally, it would be helpful to provide an explanation of the PTO5 version for users, as most users have no clue what it means.

Custom career - Psychologist!

I edited LientebollemeiS2I's Psychologist career, changing nearly everything about it. What stayed are links to uni majors, the icon (which is also a uni major) and some inspiration for chance cards. IMO this career has a strong Maxis vibe, with "start from nothing" first levels, NPC references and silly chance cards.

Each level title has a number added to it, like in this mod.

The 4 skills required for this job are: Logic, Charisma, Cleaning and Creativity.

Psychology Books Enjoyer Lvl 1 You'll take any book that has anything to do with the topic of psychology and devour it instantly, hoping this knowledge will be useful some day.

Internet Mental Health Advisor Lvl 2 You dive into web forums to find the most interesting psychological cases and comment on them. Your aspirations are high, but you don't have the skills or degrees yet to become a real therapist. One can dream, though!

Social Bunny Lvl 3 You've actually made it to a real mental health institution, and not as a patient, but as an assistant… sort of. Don't forget to be the fluffiest bunny out there because what you're doing here is really helping other Sims. And all you ever wanted was to help others, right?

Therapist in Training Lvl 4 It's been hard, but you've made it to an actual psychology path. Just stay strong and you'll definitely open your own private practice office one day.

Social Worker Lvl 5 Whether it's leaving children home alone for too long, starving them or not dressing them appropriately to the weather… you'll be there to collect them and find more responsible families for them. It's a tough job, but it's something you have to get through in your training.

Private Counselor Lvl 6 You've finally made it! You're officially a therapist and working in your private office. Now, your mission is to care for your clients in the best way that you can. So don't stop educating yourself!

Psychology Researcher Lvl 7 Your passion for psychology is never-ending. You've decided to take it to the next level and do important research to contribute to the science. Good job!

Personality Specialist Lvl 8 During your research, you've grown very interested in the depths of Sims' personality. What can change it? To what extent is it genetic? What's that thing about werewolves?

Clinical Psychologist Lvl 9 Regular therapy practice and deep research were not quite enough for you. Now it's time to make real diagnoses, assist psychiatrists in their work, and make the world a better place. Keep on learning and you might become the ultimate Therapist.

Therapist NPC Lvl 10 It's time to deal with the real Wretched Outcasts and Doddering Deadbeats. In order to do it, you needed to learn teleportation, hypnosis and partial invisibility. If someone is in crisis, you're the Sim they'll always turn to.

As for clothes and cars (or lack thereof 👀), you'll have to see for yourself in game 😎

COOKING IS FUN! 3T2 TRAITS MOD - PLUS OPTIONS FOR NON TRAITS USERS

Hello Sims 2 - aholics!

This is a 3t2 traits mod. Place it in your downloads folder and remove Fway_FoodPrepSkillGainForTraits because I incorporated this mod

If you don't use traits, then select the other option to add to your downloads: ys2g_cookingisfun_cuisinehobby

I saw @sims2idea-lientebollemeis2i post on MTS from a while back about a mod that makes cooking fun and it went unanswered. Here ya go!

For non trait users, this should raise a Sim's fun while prepping AND cooking food if their "Predestined Hobby" is cuisine, hence the mod's name.

For trait users, Sims will gain fun from prepping AND cooking food if they have the Natural Cook trait. You will also have the effect of Natural Cooks having higher skill gain rate from Fway's original traits mod for cooking and prepping food!

Requirements:

-Surprisingly, you don't need Easy Inventory Check ... but still get it if you want to play with traits!

You need the trait Natural Cook for trait version and Freetime for non trait version

I made this mod with Ultimate Collection.

Conflicts

-I incorporated Fway's traits mod "Food Prep Skill for Traits" at this link: https://fwaysims.tumblr.com/post/710985440433487872/food-prep-skill-modifiers-for-traits

So delete that mod if you are a trait user and replace it with mine! You will get Fway's and my effects.

I always love more variety in my game, and I love the conversion of The Sims careers to The Sims 2 by LientebollemeiS2I. I wanted to make them more integrated though, so with the permission of LientebollemeiS2I, here are my amendment's to these careers to include:

Chance cards (for every level)

Different career levels (since some of the levels match other careers)

Connection to University Majors

LifeTime wants! The only things they don't have are specific career rewards and Wants that will roll in the Wants and Fears panel.

There are four files per career (eg. AdultCareer_AnimalCare, AdultCareer_AnimalCare_Conditions, AdultCareer_AnimalCare_LTW and TeenElderCareer_AnimalCare).

All four files are required and can just be put straight into your downloads folder.

You will notice some of the above career levels do not match the original careers. Some of the levels are already represented in other careers in the game, so I decided to swap some around and include some new jobs.

These files have new GUID numbers, so they should not conflict with other downloads, even the original versions of these careers.

The Lifetime Wants are also compatible with @lamare-sims 50 New Lifetime Wants for Sims 2: https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=669675

Thank you for answering so quickly! In meantime I did the 50/50 method some more and I found out it's this download: Sun&Moon-CornFed. It works perfectly without it and the problem occurs when I add it again. Is this needed for anything else to work (like it's necessary food for some animals or sth)? Or can you fix the problem, please?

I checked that one, and then some of the other crops that were going to be made off that base that are in progress and was able to reproduce this weirdo bug. I still have no idea why it would be causing that to happen but I’ll look into it some more and see if I can pinpoint anything.

Amazing what these days can be done for such an old game. Would it be possible to have a trait like "Elvisfan" or "Friendsfan" or "Harry potter fan" and then change the look of the mug (or like back of their mobile phone) accordingly?

Yes, you could create any traits you want and make the textures change by them :)

All the families for the sims 2 test through time/supernatural challenge start out living in a world called Islandia and they all hopefully will be able to live and fit in the neighborhood map but we all will just have to wait and see what their futures will be like. Thanks to sims2ideas-Lientebollemeis2i for the neighborhood map.

Second starter family in the test of time challenge family is the Bertakoa family.

Saverio is married to Saveria and they are the starting founders for this family and Saveria is a witch that is one of the first highest powerful evil witches for Islandia. They have 3 wild animals total with them a wolf named Bakar, 2 wild cats a panther named Izar and a leopard named Goizargi.

Saverio and Saviera have Two sons together named Sabin Saverio I Bertakoa and Edur Eneko Bertakoa. Saverio and Saveria also have multiple lovers and with some of their lovers they managed to produce some kids with some of their lovers this is the kids they had with their lovers so far and they help each other raise all the kids equally best they can.

Saveria had a kid so far with her lover named Zaviera and the kid is named Saviera Zaviera I Bertakoa. Saverio has two kids with Xavier Udaberria so far named Saverio Xavier I Bertakoa and Zigor Unai Bertakoa. Saverio is also currently pregnant by Javier Basoa

Zaviera Zuria and Javier Basoa costar in this post as being new neighbors and secret lovers for both Bertakoa founders even though Saverio and Saveria are married and both have open relationships with multiple lovers if their lovers married spouses was to discover the affairs the other lovers spouses would be mad at the Bertakoa family founders.

I made the goldish color eyes you see in these photos . Also i have a bunch of custom content that i dont remember who or where they came from all of off top my memory but most came from blacky sims 2 website mod the sims website Medieval sims site and some probably from somewhere here on tumblr. I made the gold eyes myself and if anyone wants the eyes let me know or if you need help finding all the custom content used let me know and i will either try finding the web sources i got them from or if i cant find the source for whatever reasons let me know and i will try my best to help out. Thanks to Midge the tree for the supernatural beings mods i use in my game play. And I say thanks to sims2ideas-Lientebollemeis2i for the neighborhood map the person made. I say thanks to all the other creators as well even though i cant remember who made them but if you know the creators names let me know so i can list them in my posts.

command “skilling” objects for cats and dogs

I have used my google-fu but can’t find anything.  I don’t suppose that in the Sims 2 there are objects that exist to teach pets tricks and commands?  Like a pet toy microphone that they can practice the “speak” command with? A stop sign they can learn “stay” from?  An interaction with the mailperson they can practice “shake” with?  Is this a crazy idea?

I like to play controlling both sims and pets, and man, do I get bored when my pets are the only residents at home.

NEW: SIMS 3T2 CAREER

This is an EDIT of @sims2idea-lientebollemeis2i 's 3t2 career "Music (Symphonic Branch) because I grew tired of my musician Sims always wanting to be Rock Gods so thanks to @sims2idea-lientebollemeis2i for their work on recreating these Sims 3 careers for our favorite game!

I added chance cards for this career and also, I did away with the first five levels, since they are the same in the 3t2 Music (Rock) branch and there's already a rock path in the Sims 2!

I made the first five levels more ... symphonic. And then kept the last five levels made by @sims2idea-lientebollemeis2i

This career has a new GUID and won't overwrite anything, not even @sims2idea-lientebollemeis2i 's original Music (Symphonic) 3t2 career which has no chance cards!

$Me gets to a rehearsal one night, the first rehearsal for a new show geared for Sims that are $Me's age! $Me is eager to get to know fellow musicians and to instruct them as well as take on the task of musically directing an entire show, even if she/he was just an assistant. $Me immediately makes a friend after the rehearsal goes poorly due to the production manager's constant bickering with his ex-wife. $Me's new friend asks if he/she wants to know what happened. Does $Me listen to the gossip?

Choice A: Tell me now!

Choice B: I don't want to know
