Hi everyone!

As i mentioned earlier, work on my Eastern European-inspired town is now complete, and it’s ready for download and for play.

A few important notes:

To install the town, you’ll need all The Sims 3 expansion and stuff packs.

No Store content is required.

All necessary custom content (CC) is included in the archive.

Total lots: 78 Residential lots: 36

I’d love to hear your feedback (including constructive criticism) — as it will help me create even better towns in the future!

Feel free to share your in-game screenshots, impressions, or any issues you encounter. If you spot bugs or problems affecting gameplay, let me know, and I’ll do my best to fix them.

with this build (penthouse) I wanted to achieve a mixture of the french haussmann architecture and the classic industrial style (who would I be if I didn't add a skylight in there somehow??) that belongs in a city, I guess it's kinda there? but anyway, I thought it was perfect for an atelier 🎨

the other segments of the building will be turned into small apartments that all have balconies and rooftop areas for hanging out or watching the sunset (sunrise?) 🏙

I just want to show you my remake of New Me body. This is the most annoying and time consuming project I've ever started. But I believe it was worth it. My first release was sooo unfinished, omg. I'm ashamed I put it for download. The bottom is the same (my edit of Venus Bottom by @venusprincess-ts3) but now I actually made it compatible with boots. I can't promise there won't be any clipping but all of my boots conversions are 100% fine as well as all EA ones. As for other creators, I can safely say that 90% of the boots weren't clipping. As for top, it's my edit of @venusprincess-ts3 BobbyTH edit, the symmetrical one. I lifted the boobies a little, made them slightly bigger. I also edited neck to look more like the ea one, so necklaces and chokers won't be weirdly floating. I really dislike the plastic boobs effect that ea default torso has, as well as other deafult replacements. I always liked Chisimi's BobbyTH edit, beacause they are naturally saggy, but they were really huge and not compatible with ea body. Thanks to VenusPrincess I was able to adjust that top to my liking.
