Soft Batch Double Chocolate Fudge Cookies are rich and chocolaty in flavor. These soft and chewy cookies are loaded with semisweet chocolate chips and can be topped with the nutty goodness of walnuts or pecans.
Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 3/4 cup packed brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put parchment paper on baking sheets. Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar and white sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. All-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt should all be mixed together in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. If you want to use them, fold in the chopped nuts and semisweet chocolate chips. Put round tablespoons of dough on the baking sheets that have been prepared. For 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little soft, bake in an oven that has already been heated up. After baking, let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way. These cookies are soft and delicious. Enjoy them with milk or your favorite hot drink.

Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup Cookie Butter spread. 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup granulated sugar for rolling. Additional Cookie Butter for drizzling optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, Cookie Butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Roll each dough ball in granulated sugar to coat evenly, then place them on the prepared baking sheets. Using the back of a fork, gently press down on each dough ball to create a crisscross pattern. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
