-When Kickin first started working at the Daycare, Angel helped show him the ropes.

-Use to comfort Kickin when he'd have crying sessions/suffer breakdowns.

-The employees tend to jokingly ship him and Kickin and he joins in on the trolling to playfully annoy Kicks.

-He misses the days Kicks and him use to joke around together. He hopes one day Kickin can be his energetic self again.😢

So… I’m workshopping an AU of the Truth and Deceit sillies (Pure Vanilla and Shadow Milk), right? I have a design for Shmilk, but still working on the PV one.

These were my first drawings of Lunar Deceit (my AU of Shadow Milk) and I’ve had a few more since then, and a rough draft of Solar Truth (PV AU) but I haven’t finalized a design for him yet.

But anyways, I wanted to write a story for them!

Lunar Deceit’s pronouns in the story would be, in default, they/them, but depending on what they’re doing or what form they’re taking, those may change (genderfluid silly)

Solar Truth’s pronouns, I’ve decided, are he/him at least. Whether or not that changes throughout the story I haven’t decided.

I don’t plan on giving the story a happy ending. I love happy ending stories, don’t get me wrong (Jambound is my #1 fav fanfic) but there also feels like there’s a ton of them.

I also have a problem with not finishing stories. My Dust and Ducks one (no I haven’t forgotten about it, I just completely lost motivation for it… sorry to the 13k readers on quotev who’ve been waiting 9 months..) is, well, collecting dust. So has my Ambertale storyline…

But this hyperfixation doesn’t seem to be fading, considering Eternal Sugar immediately becoming tied for first place on my CRK favs list.

But, all this being said, the story would be a shadowvanilla one, or in this case (as I call it) solar eclipse. So if that’s not your cup of tea, then I’m sorry but please keep scrolling. As of this first “chapter” that I have done, there’s nothing that is exactly shadowvanilla yet, so maybe try reading just this much? Idk, do what you want, just please no hate comments or anything.

But anyways, here’s what I have for the first chapter if you wanted to read it!

since in the original fanfic, the eclipse ceremony was in Solara's POV, so most of the focus was on Proteus's movements and how Solara was oh so entranced by them, and would've been even more so had he not been focused on his own duty of raising the sun as well

SO!!!!! i've always wanted to see this, but in Proteus's POV :D I'd imagine that Proteus was in the same predicament as Solara lol but the other guy was just too entranced to even notice he's being admired right back as well <3

also yes if you look closely he is smiling >:( cant make his swooning look too obvious now lmao they still got a job to do

“Do… do you think he knows?” Mumbo finds himself quietly asking, eyes glued to the dancing flame of the candles. “How much I love him?”

From the corner of his eye, he sees the way Grian’s expression melts into that of soft sympathy, of love. The skin of his forehead softens, flattens out. His lips tilt low in a light looking frown. And his eyes, so dark and full of life, appear molten and melted as he stares. There’s a fire in his stare, one Mumbo dearly loves. He takes a step closer to Mumbo, moving to wrap his arms around him. “There’s not a doubt in my mind,” he answers, voice so soft and full of confidence as he speaks. “He’s always known.”

Solar Eclipse AU

So for once, the villains seem to be taking a break. Maybe the 2012 turtles just stopped the invasion or maybe shredder is gone. Take your pick.

But for some reason, Mikey is tired.

At first it's nothing big. Maybe he's just not getting as much sleep as he thought, so he's a little more calm during the day. He's not jumping all over the pace, and he's making less jokes than usual. The brothers might even think Mikey is finally maturing a bit.

But then he starts staying in bed longer and longer. He skips training. And he's not eating. He's not really talking or joking around anymore. He may even be depressed, though Mikey is honestly too tired to really figure out any other emotions he might be feeling besides numbness.

The brothers get really worried with them trying to figure out what's going on, and then a portal opens and out pops another version of them (2003). It turns out their Mikey is also experiencing the same thing, and their Donnie has figured out (thanks to their universe having mystic/chi) that Mikey's life force is being drained through the multiverse.

They jump various universes as they look for the source, picking up various groups of turtles along the way who all have a Mikey who is experiencing the same thing until-

They get to the ROTTMNT universe, where they find their alternates in the aftermath of the movie. They're tired, they're injured

and their Mikey is in a coma.

Through means I haven't quite thought about yet, they realize that Rise!Mikey is absolutely drained due to using an almost fatal amount of energy to rip a hole into the prison dimension. This left the veil between universes thin, allowing Rise!Mikey to unintentionally siphon off energy from various Mikeys as he heals.

They're not sure how to stop it, but if they don't, all the Mikeys are doomed to experience the same fate.

🌞💛SOLAR ECLIPSE💜🌚

Sometimes I like to imagine an AU where Crayzar and Tyetaynus really did travel the galaxy and eventually ruled over Earth together. What their combined rule would look like, I'm not sure. :P More rambling under the cut ->

I half imagine a "Nightmare Moon" scenario where Tyetaynus gets fed up with Crayzar's nonsense and tries to overthrow him- leading to either Tyetaynus being contained/banished or Crayzar having to rebel against his brother with the Leptons.

In general, I imagine Tyetaynus governing most of the military/defense side of things while even getting to throw his two cents into how the Game goes, though that's still mostly Crayzar's territory. In a scenario where they're not clashing or being usurped by the other, I just love to imagine how it would affect things and how their dynamic would go because on one hand, if they were getting along, I can imagine them nerding out together about things like the Ballmaster and whatever new technology either of them is using to create mechs and weapons and more.

But it would also mean that Crayzar would have to think about someone other than himself or his people at large. I have this headcanon that Crayzar is rather oblivious to how his actions affected his brother because he's so wrapped up in what he wants to do, so I can imagine that creating rifts and some resentment. At the same time, I can see Tyetaynus becoming more and more uptight as Crayzar becomes apathetic and bored- maybe Tyetaynus worries that his brother isn't taking his duties seriously, and maybe Crayzar finds that Tyetaynus is being a buzzkill / controlling.

ALSO- for all of Crayzar's good intentions and best wishes for humanity, I really believe that both of them are sadistic in their own ways. Like... Crayzar clearly enjoys the blood sport and mayhem and watching people struggle as they climb back up- and for Tyetaynus, I think he really enjoys getting any kind of power he can over someone else..... So I think it would be fun to see how that would play out, since now Crayzar has someone who is on his "level" basically.

TL;DR: I think they're neat and I love imagining them in different scenarios- I hope we get to see more Ballmastrz in the future, and especially more Tyetaynus and his backstory with Crayzar. :,-)

Consider this a mini lore drop since I haven’t written anything new for my Solar Eclipse AU (yeah I’m procrastinating. Shocking) Excessive writing below.

Solar Truth (Sol) is a little older than Lunar Deceit (Lunar), and back when they were young cookies (because they got to have childhoods despite being celestial beings in a sense) they had that sort of dynamic where they were seen by many as either cookies who “like-liked” each other or were as close as siblings.

And they really were that close! Sol was oblivious but the kind of cookie everyone wanted to be around, one of the not-snobby popular kids. Lunar was a bit more withdrawn due to the dirty looks some too-quick-to-judge cookies gave them, though would loosen up a bit with Sol.

Rumors would start spreading about Lunar though, as they do. That’s just how cookies are. At first it was just stupid things, so outlandish it was impossible such a thing would be true. Though after so long, cookies would start adding more and more… and more. And more.

Sol tried to defend Lunar, of course. Being the Solar being of Truth, they had to believe him, right? A few did, but a few wasn’t enough. The rumors and lies were so deep rooted into the minds of the masses that the damage would be irreversible.

And so began the drifting of the two’s friendship. Cookies kept demanding Sol’s attention, and shunning Lunar. So while one grew brighter and beloved by all, the other sank into the shadows, bitter yet longing for the same love as their once-friend received.

Sometimes they still look back on those memories, searching for something, anything, any way to have prevented it…
