I see so many people dislike the godhood ending, which is weird. Cause it's my fav. I turned down Shifting Mound's option to stop the "fight" because I enjoyed it, and imagine Long Quiet would too. In that run I had gotten Adversary and Razor, conflict wasn't an unknown and neither was the joy/affection they could feel while being in conflict.

I also had Spectre, forgiveness incarnate. Yeah Thorn is a close second, but I would argue, when stepping out that Cabin, Spectee understands you and why you did what you did more intimately.

And finally, I also had Damsel. Genuine gentle love. Simple as a blade but strong enough to simply leave the Cabin without any struggle.

So in my mind, the godhood ending where I chose mostly flirty dialogue options was because Long Quiet wanted one last playfight before moving on with Shifty. That even after they are both gods, they occasionally have sparring matches, throwing their might at one another for the sheer joy of it. Shifty never felt manipulative, but then again...maybe it's because she offered me what I already wanted. *shrugs*
