I was just thinking about how awful Twitter is, even though I have an account there solely to gather SPN convention news and photos. It seems to have the worst trolls and constantly force feeds awful content even though I don't interact with any of it.

I wish so much that the regular con-goers and photographers would consider using Tumblr. Especially now that they've added Communities, it would be great to have an SPN Conventions Community of some sort to consolidate current con info. Those of you who have friends who go to a lot of cons, maybe encourage them to come to Tumblr?

What are the main hurdles to getting more live reporters and photographers to post here?

We Brazilians had our Twitter blocked. So that we don't stay in the dark, I would like to know if you could indicate accounts on Tumblr and Instagram that post information about Supernatural, Jensen and Jared and updated information about the conventions (live for example). I would be very grateful.

I don't usually use tumblr for conventions because I like to go in the general tag and I don't use instagram, but here's the tumblrs I follow that post con stuff as well:

Sure thing! It started out with being irritated at people completely misrepresenting what was said, and then just kind of turned into a habit of typing out whatever struck me as particularly funny or interesting.

I really do appreciate the people who go that take the time to record and upload the panels for the fandom, but even for me sometimes it's hard to tell what the guys are saying in them. The echoes, the audience noise, the guys getting overexcited and talking too fast, away from the mic, or over each other? Sometimes I listen to multiple videos over and over and over and still can't figure out a particular bit of phrase - and I'm a native English speaker with no hearing issues, so I can only imagine how much harder it gets.

It'd be far too time consuming to do the whole panels, but if there's ever a specific question you really want done I haven't transcribed, let me know!
