One of the best I’ve ever read is Cards on the Table by AsexualDerek (Cameral). 

Stiles comes home to his dad after being honorably discharged from the FBI. He’s less than he was, but maybe that’s not so bad. (This is a Stilinski-cest fic, don’t like? don’t read)

I've never even watched teen wolf but for some reason I love reading your smutty fics, even if I can't understand any of the character's role. Like, there's a cheriff? And a vet who's also a doctor? And there's magic? I don't even know what are the things that you made up and what are the things true to the show but hell I love your fics and I don't care if I don't know what the show is about I just love reading about this stiles kid being fucked in every possible way by some sadistic werewolves

I always feel so flattered when someone who’s not into teen wolf reads my tw fics! You are AWESOME and thank you for your trust! 

Honestly, the show is probably not worth watching, unless you are into watching a passable tv series’ quality slowly disintegrate in front of your eyes. 

But! Here’s a little run-down of the characters I regularly use! 

This is the lovely Stiles Stilinski! He is my fandom bicycle and I’m happy to write everyone ride him to their heart’s content!

This is his dad who is also the sheriff of the town! And I love me some stilincest, so you might have read him in my fics before lol

This is Peter Hale, he is a werewolf, and also a giant asshole! They have great chemistry with Stiles in the show, so I can write them any way I want eheheheh

And this Dr. Alan Deaton, who is officially a vet, but he also has supernatural connections, and used to help the Hale family with magical/medical stuff :D

Sorry for the long post! I think everyone and their maiden aunts seen Stiles (and Derek) before on tumblr, cause you pretty much couldn’t avoid the sterek at one point, but you might not have seen the others, if you’re not into the show...

On Canon!Stydia

Why are people fighting about Stydia? If it’s canon, its fucking canon! That is it. Fact. Why are we fighting or being bitches or babies about it?

How does that affect us? 

The Stydia fandom -  Your ship becomes canon, and you should be happy and we should be happy for you. And you should express that happiness and make tons of fanwork and all that jazz. YES. Definitely.  It’s great when your fanon becomes canon, but it’s not cool if you’re rubbing it in the faces of other fandoms or making things uncomfortable for them or invalidating their pairings. Their pairings may not be “canon” but they have the right to ship who they want. Until your ship was canon it wasn’t an authentic ship either. Stop being an asshole about it. Stop get in people’s faces and saying “your pairing isn’t real mine is”. We know your pairing was/will soon be realized. 

I get it. I am happy for you. Honestly, I am. 

Stalia fandom - I can’t imagine how you must be feeling. I know it hurts, but you love some, you lose some. And they were each others’ first real loves. Stiles taught Malia how to be human again how to love and be soft, and care, and Malia taught Stiles how to be a lot of things too. Don’t forget that. And Malia loved him deeply. She was willing to freeze to death for him. She didn’t have the option to stay longer because she would have died, she wasn’t in a hypnotic state outside of a cryotube. 

But my point is, this is obviously not the end, and that is why there is fandom. It is there so that you don’t have to give up, which is why you create your own work. Don’t be disheartened and don’t go booing the Stydia fandom. That is not cool. 

Non-Stydia fandoms, this doesn’t change anything for us. Whether you’re a staunch Sterek fan (like me), a sciles fan, a steter fan, a stisaac, a stackson, or stoyd, or sterica, or stora, stargent, stilincest or whichever pairsome/threesome/moresome, it doesn’t change things for us. Our pairing was never going to be canon, we knew it, we didn’t really believe it was going to be canon. So why are you creating unnecessary hostility? Let’s keep creating! Let’s keep loving! Let’s keep being awesome! 

Sterek fans. I am a Sterek fan. Check my archives back to 2011. I have only ever been a Sterek fan when it comes to teen wolf. I have been through the gay baiting, the denial, the bull shit, the hate, “Scott-stans”, Sterek fans pretending to be scott stans, and etc, all of it. It doesn’t excuse bashing Stydia. I don’t care who started it, someone has to end it, might as well be us. And you don’t end it by being an asshole. Stydia is/may soon be canon, did you think Sterek would be? honestly? So then why are you being an asshole about it. Let the Stydia fans be happy. They have that right. Imagine how happy we’d have been, if our ship was being realized, would you want someone ruining that? no. So stop doing it to them. I know some of them are being very “in your face” about it, ignore it. You knew that was going to happen. If Sterek would have happened most of you assholes would have collectively mooned the rest of the non-sterek/anti-sterek teen wolf fandom. 

I know it is hard. But instead of channeling your energy into negativity channel it to make something positive. Like some amazing Sterek fanwork since that is where our fandom will live. :D

Omega!Sheriff

SO cyberratting you were asking about my Omega!Sheriff feels? Let me tell you a thing. 

I still have feels about that gifset. About the Sheriff, old enough that he’s almost forgotten what heat feels like, what the warning signs are, going about his life like he’s a beta. He’s been around and in a position of power long enough that people don’t even treat him like he’s Omega anymore. But one day he wakes up and feels....off.

Not bad, not good, but not sick enough to not go to work.

And yeah, some of the Alpha’s seem antsy around him but the town went to hell like...6 months ago, they’re all on the edge of their seats. And sure, Parrish wrinkles up his nose when he hands over the morning coffee but Parrish has a hell of a lot on his mind right now and John isn’t really inclined to pay it any mind.

And it just gets worse. To the point where John can’t even sit still in his chair because his lower back is twinging and he’s lightly cramping and feels like he’s itchy all over. And everyone gives him a wide berth because he’s snappy and churlish the entire day....until Stiles comes to visit.

John isn’t really even tracking what he’s saying, so distracted, until Stiles suddenly goes quiet and moves in with animal purpose. It’s so odd that it grabs his attention, makes him watch the way Stiles’ nostrils flare as he sniffs at him, body close enough to brush his. 

He gets it about a second after Stiles does, body going hot and loose just as Stiles’ pupils dilate and his mouth falls open in shock. And damnit, he knew staying on suppressants for too long had the chance of them failing, but he didn’t think it would actually happen to him.

Of course, he also didn’t think his own Alpha son would pin him to the desk and rut against his hip, snuffling into the curve of his jaw like he’s trying to drown himself in John’s scent.

But John finds he doesn’t mind that as much.

Teen Wolf AU - It all starts when Stiles finds this old movie locked away in his dad's boxes. He thinks it must be something embarrassing, something he can blackmail his father with, so naturally he calls Scott.

It turns out it's this old martial arts film- and Stiles didn't even know his dad could do martial arts! And it's not funny at all, because Stiles can't take his eyes off his dad's body - the way he flexes his arms, the way his face pulls into that familiar focused expression, the way his muscles move in preparation for a fight that's certainly staged but no less intense.
