राकेश झुनझुनवाला मानते है की किसी भी कंपनी में निवेश करने से पहले उस कंपनी कि “F – फेयर वैल्यू“, “F – फंडामेंटलस“ और “F – फ्यूचर प्रॉस्पेक्ट” जान लेना जरुरी है। किसी भी कंपनी के शेयर कि कीमत अच्छी हो या सस्ते भाव पर मिल रहा हो तो ये उसकी फेयर वैल्यू हुई. वहीं, कंपनी के फंडामेंटल कि भी अहम भूमिका है। इसके साथ ही कंपनी का फ्यूचर प्लान जान लेना जरूरी है। अब आपको तलाश होनी चाहिए ऐसी कंपनी की जिसके 3F मजबूत हो। अगर ऐसी किसी कंपनी में आप निवेश करते है तो आपको निवेश एक सफल निवेश साबित हो सकता है। राकेश झुनझुनवाला ने एक न्यूज चैनल के ज़रिए निवेशकों को बताया कि अगर इन बातों का ध्यान रखा जाए तो निवेशकों का निवेश नही डूबेगा। साथ ही उन्होंने बताया की 1985 से वे इसी सक्सेस मंत्र को फॉलो कर रहे हैं, और इसका परिणाम आज हम सबके सामने हैं।

कोरोना महामारी के चलते शेयर मार्केट में भी बड़ी हलचल देखने को मिलीं। झुनझुनवाला का कहना हैं,  कि मार्केट में थोड़ी उतार चढ़ाव तो स्वाभाविक है। कोरोना के चलते स्थितियां थोड़ी खराब जरूर हुई हैं, पर इसे लंबे समय के लिए शेयर मार्केट पर ज्यादा प्रभाव नही पड़ेगा। कोरोना के चलते कंपनियों के कामकाज पर थोड़े समय के लिए असर देखने को मिल सकता । लेकिन जैसी ही परिस्थितियां सामान्य होगी वैसे ही शेयर मार्केट फिर से उछाल में आएगा। झुनझुनवाला कहते है,  कि ऐसे में निवेशकों के पास अगले 10 साल का मौका होगा।
