I have such a complicated relationship with like. The "Arranged Marriage to Lovers" trope, because I go absolutely feral for it when it's done well, but the way it's often brought up or shipped is just "now this stupid teenage girl thought that she ought to have options with who she married, but she was WRONG! It turns out the man who she was sobbing while marrying actually funds a soup kitchen and feeds orphans in his spare time and only sexually assaulted her that one time, so, really, it's perfect. Anywaygivingwomenthevotewasamistake."
#and no i'm deliberately not bringing up like. whether it's anachronistic for a teenage girl in any given period or reality to be against it#because THAT'S a separate can of worms#i like arranged marriage to lovers...when I'm doing it and I know that it's hyper modulated to my tastes#sa mention tw

Reflexive Capture — The Rise of the Algorithmic Double – Part 2
In the expanding architectures of datalogical power, the self is no longer merely a passive object of surveillance or an externalised phenomenon of institutional capture. Rather, it becomes a self-generating artefact, a reflexive construction that emerges through the constant folding of information back into experience, affect, habit, and choice. The individual, once imagined as a discrete…

one thing about particularly the dreamtonics voicebanks is sometimes their vibratos are like. out of control. almost sounds like theyve been exaggerated further from their voice providers? putting way too much sauce into it in autopitch mode even when the vibrato modulation is all the way down to zero. its not bad but it is funny. mai you gotta relax girl we're singing like some idol-y character-y anime song not mariah carey <3
#and based off what we've seen in the demos of sv2 with felicia and such they have made them. stronger LOL#ALTHOUGH what i saw in a video someone took at namm it does look like they can get decently flatter compared to sv1's autopitch#(of course we're all bummed about the lack of pitchsnapping options but thats a separate issue)#then again i think that was an ES voicebank not a DT inhouse bank. ES knows what theyre doing#asterians autopitch does great - his vibratos are HUGE obvs but they make sense and fit his intonation#and the vibrato modulation can bring them shockingly down if you need to! pretty great#i wonder how ES feels about the entire eng es community wanting to kiss them. with tongue.#plus it does depend on the voicebank. i like big vibratos on deeper and chestier voices like sora asterian etc#but on lighter thinner and most high voices i prefer subtler vibratos. sometimes with heavier high voices i like big vibratos tho#it was really funny in the sv2 reveal video where they showed felicia 1 and 2 and the big change we heard first was like. louder vibrato#and i was like kings i dont know if that sounds Better.................... whats going on with you guys and vibrato man#(now the other features for sv2 look fantastic of course. mouth opening is gonna be monumental)#MORE VIBRATO -> MORE REALLLLLL#jk jk its just a taste thing. i like variety in vibratos between different singers because i listen to too much charactery anison#some voices i like with heavy vibrato... some i like with little... some i like with both..... i dont want them all to have the same tho <3#vocal synths are my own personal idol group im managing in my head. im doing corporate management in there. dont worry about it

#man.#maybe it's not that deep and the things that compel me are just ALWAYS the satisfying interconnects of a well considered system of systems.#AND the design of modules therefore.#like. the games that compel me barely do so for the plot and the ones for whom the plot is the motivator usually fall by the wayside for me#I struggle to engage with stories that require foundational knowledge of social structures and interpersonal communication...#...likely because their mechanisms are nebulous and inconsistent as I understand and perceive them#the non game things that bring me joy are usually wreaking my own interconnects and performing amateur systems integration.#or making modules for extant systems to change their mechanisms of function#anyway! not going anywhere with this just saw a homestuck fan adventure and wondered why homestuck had hit so hard and so effectively for m#and I think in large part it is because virtually everything in that comic is the interconnection of multiple different systems#be they of symbolism or game mechanic or social tie. it feels messy and sprawling in a way that is both familiar and fascinating#and I've been revelling more in just. throwing in arbitrary systems of communication of meanings into art I make#fuck it! how do you get compelled by the things you create if you don't create them to your taste!

#tag talk#maybe I give up the ace label for good. finally accept that this label fits me about as well as any other label does.#20-50% is the best I'll ever get from a label it seems. and sure I can play the micro-label game. but I don't wanna.#well. except gay and trans I guess. but those are just so big and expensive that they cover anything really.#anyway. I feel like the constant “okay so maybe I'm not ace” was answer enough. but I didn't have an alternative that felt right.#and knowing I've got an answer that doesn't fit. it doesn't really help me find an answer that does fit.#especially when I'm very much someone who learns by trying and doing.#so I wasn't going to find my answer until I experienced it. and having even slightly unconventional tastes means it's hard to find it.#and.. idk. I'll hold onto the ace modifier for whatever use I can derive from it. but it'll lose weight in my identity calculations.#idk. finding even part of something you've kind of wanted your whole life but pushed deep down and ignored. it's kinda wild.#been deliberately pushing my headspace back to teenage/high school years to try and dig up old motivations and desires.#and it's kinda wild. so much of who I used to be I really just put in a box and locked away. shame and cultural pressure.#drawn to ideas and concepts and dynamics that were always culturally forbidden.#so I became someone else. burying the old and crafting a facade to function as the new.#I keep accidentally modulating my voice at work to come across as more friendly and open and innocent. and I caught myself again yesterday.#the urge to shape myself into something other people want me to be. the compulsion to change my identity to fit in with a narrative.#and so I notice. I catch it. and I stop complying. I remind myself to behave how I want. to follow my inner core.

Edits of household templates to adjust randomly generated NPC households' family structures and relationships. This is a new type of game mod I have been working on for a while. I've done lots of testing in the game to ensure they work fine. Please let me know if you see any issues! 🆗 Compatible with all my other mods
👉 Modules of NPC Generation Overhaul
All edited households have a higher startup fund and skill levels, and a lower chance of generating with the Erratic trait.
You can mix and match modules to:
African Male Bug Fix: This fixes an EA bug that causes young adult male African Sims to be generated with Asian features.
Bigger Families: chances of getting more kids, including toddlers and infants; more variety of family structures; parents won’t have the Hate Children trait; the breadwinner parent has the Family Oriented trait.
Dramatic Households: enemies, broken up Sims, best friends, love triangles, woohoo partners, unhappy marriage.
Fewer Elderly Sims: lowers the chance of generating Elderly Sims for roles and services.
Fewer Single Parents: lowers the chance of single mothers and fathers; chances of getting younger kids (toddlers and infants); parents won’t have the Hate Children trait; the breadwinner parent has the Family Oriented trait.

ain't you my baby?

word count: 4k ish pairing: din djarin x reader a/n: [old timey radio voice] interrupting your regular schedule of bat boy to bring you [does jazz hands] yet another man that could kill u! i will apologise for not updating wtssf and instead giving this but i do not control the brain worms <3 hopefully this is still tasty for sum of y'all ! title from NFWMB by hozier
synopsis: Din gives you an unexpected gift. A dagger crafted with beskar, a fine weapon, a courting gift. You misunderstand. It doesn't take long for you to catch back on. inspired by a convo with my beloved @djarinova
By now, the constant hum and rattle of the Razor Crest around you was nearly unnoticeable.
You travel enough light-years with one stubborn screw in your cot, almost always returning to the spacecraft with one injury or another, and eventually the low lull becomes something more familiar.
Almost, if you'd let yourself admit it, a comfort.
Sleep is funny on the Crest. You'd been a light sleeper for most your life and it had saved your skin more time than you cared to count. Yet, it was the simple knowledge that a Mandalorian roamed in the cockpit above that allowed sleep to drag you deeper than usual.
It had taken months to let your guard down, to realise there wasn't going to be blade buried in your gut as you slumbered defencelessly. In the safety of his company, for the first time in decades, you dream when you sleep.
He hates having to wake you, only doing so if it's absolutely necessary. It's always with the lightest of touches, the leather of his gloves pressing softly against your shoulder, your name murmured and diluted through the modulator of his helmet.
Despite his gentleness, it never stops you from jarring awake.
You shudder awake with a violent twitch, pressing up on your elbow in a split second, prepared to move. You're stopped from moving further by Din's hand on your shoulder. He's knelt beside your cot, visor fixed on you.
You're on a new planet. The foreign atmosphere gives that away in an instant, the chalky taste in your mouth and the swarming heat on your skin. Your jack-rabbiting heart calms a bit.
"Din?"
You know he's only waking you because he must. The momentary calm banishes again as you push yourself up again. Din lets you this time, his gloved hand retreating to his side.
"It's not an emergency." He says, knowing your train of thought already. He tilts his head slightly, gesturing towards the ramp door. "I need to leave the ship. I didn't want you to wake and..."
Your trailing gaze darts back to his visor quickly, swallowing as you fill in the end of his sentence. Din doesn't finish it, but his shoulders readjust in a minuscule motion.
"I'm getting supplies. Watch the kid. Please."
You're nodding before he's finished his sentence. The sleep in your system is already dissipated and you push up, shifting onto your feet and trapping your pained hiss behind gritted teeth as Din rises to his full height.
There's a beep from his valance as he punches a button then a soft hiss as the pressure changes, the ramp door beginning to lower.
It's habit to watch the sliver of the outside grow, the new terrain stretching out before you as the mouth of the ship opens. As expected, a seemingly endless spread of sand greets you. You wrinkle your nose.
Din hadn't indulged the reason or destination of this particular trip. You hadn't asked. A deep slice in your thigh courtesy of a vibroblade and a mouthy Twi'lek had kept you off your feet and eager to rest.
The slice had been by pure luck—or so you thought.
But Din's silence following the patch up in the ship, his quietness suddenly uncanny, left you beginning to wonder if he was questioning your ability to fight. Weighing up your ability to defend.
And if those things were up for debate, certainly so was your position on his ship.
It had just been passed 3 years, almost six cycles if you counted how time passed on your home planet, since you had joined his crusade. Your job had one very simple, very crucial objective.
An objective that was now babbling at your feet, tiny claws reaching out for you.
"Hey, you," You say, reaching down to scoop Grogu up into your arms. He reaches his arms up as he does, making a happy gurgle as you tuck him against your hip.
His round, dark eyes peer up at you, his big ears twitching mischievously and you couldn't help but smile. You turn so he could see the stretch of desert and are surprised to find Din still in the mouth of the ship. He's turned back, his dark visor giving away nothing of his expression.
It's then you get the feeling once more; you're being evaluated. Your usefulness being weighed up. You shift beneath the weight of his gaze, unmoving but still not speaking.
"Did you forget something?" You ask, just to break the silence.
Din finally shifts, his helmet giving a small shake in answer. He doesn't speak, just stares another moment, before he's turning, his cape catching the wind as he strolls down the ramp.
You watch him go, heart in your throat, pondering with an ache of melancholy if your time on the Crest was coming to a close.
Another burbling noise from the little green monster in your arm tugs your attention away. You look down, smile already pulling at your mouth at his clawed hand reaching for you.
"At least I know you still like me," You murmur, letting his cling to one of your fingers. "You wouldn't fire me, would you?"
Grogu makes a noise of agreement, gripping your finger tight. Then he opens his little mouth and tries to direct your finger into it, the clearest declaration of his hunger he can give.
You huff a quiet laugh, turning back to the ship, mentally tallying up your list of things to do.
—
By the time of Din's return, the sun has dipped low in the sky and the dunes glow a scorching orange in its rays.
You see him coming in the horizon, the only figure out on the desolate landscape. You wonder, for not the first time, if he's burning up beneath all his armour. He never seems to use the fresher to cool off like you do.
It's as he reaches the ship, his footsteps heavier than usual and betraying his tiredness, do you realise he's returned with a bag. Your eyes glue to in instinctively but you bite your tongue and swallow the burning question of what the contents of the bag is.
"Get what you need?" You ask instead, hands laying flat on your knees, avoiding the bandage on your thigh.
You're knelt besides the ship wall, sitting on your feet, one of the panels hanging haphazardly by a single screw and a box of tools beside you.
There's a function for cooler air on the Crest but it's been busted since a gnarly shoot up leaving the atmosphere of Coruscant months ago. You've been trying to fix it for weeks, each time with no avail.
Today is no different.
“You haven’t fixed it.” Din says candidly, instead of answering your question.
That suddenly familiar worry of your usefulness shirks up within you.
“Yet.” you counter, aiming for optimistic. It’s impossible to tell what the immovable expression of Din’s helmet means. “It’s not the same problem as I started with, at least.”
After a moment, he gives a short nod as if he understands — which is mean because there isn’t a single thing you can think of that Din Djarin is bad at. Besides talking to Jawas, of course.
He passes you and you force yourself to keep facing forward, even as you long to trail his broad figure. You squint at the tangle of wires within the panel and sigh. It’s feeling pretty fruitless. You were hardly a mechanic to begin with and—
A loud clatter beside you makes you startle, something heavy dropping into your toolbox.
You jump back and after a quick second, realise that it’s Din who had dropped something purposefully. Trying to calm your racing pulse, you lean forward and peer in.
“This might help.” He says.
You blink down at the new tool he’s given you. It’s the one spanner size that’s missing from your toolbox.
The last one had been lost when you lobbed it at an intruder’s head in a blind panic. Not your proudest moment— even if it did distract the guy enough for Din to put him down.
You swallow your heart in your throat. “Thank you.”
You don’t hear him retreat but the part of you that fizzles like a freshly born star when he’s near dims, a giveaway to his movements. You curl your fingers the new tool and try to tell if this a good sign or not.
Behind you, Din clears his throat.
You peer over your shoulder, your brows knitting together — it’s not often he calls your attention so forwardly, much preferring to stand and wait, staring long enough til you notice and flush.
He’s still standing in the hull, one hand curled around and holding the bag he returned with. You twist fully, letting him know he’s got your attention.
For a long moment, he doesn’t move. You stare, waiting patiently and try not to let your eyes roam—especially after the last comment he made when he absolutely caught you staring at the broadness of his shoulders, eyes drinking in the cut of his figure.
You’d be a terrible criminal, cyra’rika.
What’s that supposed to mean? You had retorted, flustering just a bit.
He had turned and fixed you with a tilt of his helmet that meant he was likely smirking underneath it.
You have shifty eyes.
Your face had glowed fiercely at the reminder that just because you couldn’t see his eyes, that didn’t mean he couldn’t see yours.
Across from you in the Crest now, Din coughs awkwardly.
“I,” He starts. One of his hands clenches, the leather crinkling as he does. “I have something. For you.”
Surprise piques up inside you, fiery and delighted. It warms your stomach and there’s no fighting the smile that pulls at your mouth even if you wanted to.
Gifts from a bounty hunter are few and far between and he’d already replaced the spanner. Your bounty hunter in particular doesn't like to spend his credits unwisely.
Even less commonly does he acknowledge that something is a gift—but you've learned to love the quiet hum he gives you when you thank him for something.
"Oh?"
He shifts his weight ever so slightly, the most obvious indication that he's nervous.
You sit up a little straighter. The anxiety from earlier pools in quickly.
He gives a tiny, almost inaudible huff and then, instead of reaching into the bag, he pushes back his cape and reaches back. His skilled hand unclips something sheathed at his waist. He drops the bag and steps forward, his hand outstretched.
You hold your breath without realising.
It's... a dagger, you realise.
A very beautiful blade by all standards. As you press up to your knees, rising to get a closer look, the details of its intricacy begin to call out to you.
The hilt is twined in a delicate, leathery fabric, not yet moulded to any hand. The pommel holds a promise of a shimmer as though it's embedded with a mineral. And the blade itself... A darker metal curls through the lighter one that encases it, like smoke on a sunlit sky.
It's expert craftsmanship, with a precise balance of two metals — and if you stare a moment too long, you swear the darker one matches the hue of Din's armour. His beskar armour.
"Will you accept it?"
It's with the gravel of Din's voice do you realise you haven't moved. You haven't reached out for it, haven't even blinked since he offered it out to you. You exhale, suddenly feeling a little lightheaded.
It's elegant beyond words. It's too much.
Too much for you, too much as a... a... What was it?
A gift? A reminder of your sole duty on the Crest? Of what you nearly failed at during your last mission together? The wound on your thigh seems to throb painfully as if in response.
He's never got you a gift that's anything less than helpful.
"I," You breath, finally tearing your eyes off the dagger and looking up at the visor fixed on you. "Din, I—"
Your gaze drops back to the blade in his hands. This time, you're certain it's beskar twined within the steel.
"It's very beautiful but..." I'm not worthy of beskar. "I couldn't, it's— it's too much. I can't accept it, Din."
The words come out clumsily and you wonder if in your attempt at being polite, you've gone too far in the other direction and offended him. You wring your hand against your thigh, pressing your knuckles into your wound. The pain dances along your nerves, a welcome distraction as you force yourself to meet his gaze.
The hum of the ship fills the space between you and like almost always, you have no idea how to read his silence.
"I understand."
And then he's stepping back, resheathing the blade into its holster in one fluid motion. He does it so quickly you don't see the tremble in his wrist, his hand just a touch unsteady. Above you both, there's a beep in the cockpit.
This time, you do manage to clock his body language, well aware of the way his guard has suddenly been wrenched up and the anxiety in your veins quickens with a sinister twist. Oh stars. You've definitely made it worse. You should've just accepted the dagger.
He turns and wordlessly heads towards the ladder to the cockpit and you watch him desperately, a dozen words caught in your mouth and none of them the right ones to say aloud.
"I—"
Din pauses, one gloved hand on the rung of the ladder, facing forward. He gives you a moment to speak. Your mouth dries.
When it's clear you aren't going to, you catch the slight sigh he gives, his shoulders dropping an inch.
"Grogu will miss you."
What?
You don't even get a moment to consider what he’s said or to digest the implications before he’s climbing the ladder, deft and quick. By the time you’re on your feet, the swish of his cape is disappearing into the hatch on the ceiling.
You stare at it a moment, all your unsaid words suddenly transforming into confusion. Your mouth opens then closes, your hands held out in front of you in evident bewilderment.
“What—” You begin as you take the rungs twice as fast, following Din’s path up to the cockpit. “—is that supposed to mean?”
You’re halfway up when The Crest suddenly lurches to the side with a rumble, the powering of engines thrumming beneath your feet and you stumble to catch your balance. Below you, you hear the familiar hiss of the ramp closing.
Stars, what is he doing? He hasn’t been this eager to leave a planet since a bounty back on Hoth.
“Where are we going?” You ask, forgoing your unanswered question. You shift forward as the Crest continues to rise with a powerful whirling sound.
Casting an eye at the passenger seat, you’re relieved to find it already occupied by your favourite green friend. Grogu coos in your direction at the sight of you and despite the situation, you can’t help but smile.
“I can take you wherever you wish to go.” Din’s flat response has your smile fading, your head whipping around to face him.
But he doesnt take his focus off the control in front of him for a moment, stoic and silent as he continues to initiate takeoff. The Crest rises higher, the sandy ground of the planet out the window growing smaller and smaller.
Wherever you wish to go?
Does he— does he think you want to leave?
Your head spins in a tizzy as you try to clue together how the hell he had come to that conclusion. The Crest rocks as it breaks through the atmosphere and you stumble again, struggling to keep your balance.
For whatever reason he’s thinking it, he’s wrong.
Action finally possesses you. You surge forward and slam your hand onto the console, killing the power to the thrusters.
The ship stalls with a loud droning noise, coming to a shuddering stop before it begins to float in the darkness of space. The only light is the glowing orange of the planet and stars beyond the glass.
“Why do you think I want to leave all of a sudden?” You demand hotly.
For a moment, you think Din will continue the silent treatment that he’s all but mastered. His helmet, visor gazing out through the windshield, doesn’t move — until he tilts his head toward you slightly. He sighs quietly.
“I don’t imagine after…” He waves a hand idly and you scan his figure intensely, searching for what he could possibly be referring to.
After…?
It suddenly seems quite obvious.
Even if you had no idea what it had meant to Din, clearly this has to do to you turning down his gift.
“Din,” you say very quietly.
His helmet turns another inch, his chin tilted up to show he’s listening.
You swallow and it feels like your heart in is your throat, burning and bursting all at once. But you have to ask.
“What did the dagger mean?”
Now he averts his gaze, his helmet dipping as he mumbles something, nothing, his voice almost too low for his modulator pick up, a gift, but in the gravel of his murmuring, you hear one unmissable word: courting.
Oh.
Oh.
It was a… courting gift.
A dagger blended with beskar, given as a courting gift from a Mandalorian. It meant you- and him — the hope you had been harvesting, the hope of something more blooming between you two, it had not been unrequited.
Your mind casts back to the exact phrasing as you turned what you believed to simply be a gift too prized for you— it’s too much, I can’t accept.
Maker. No wonder he thought you wanted to leave.
Whatever is crossing your face must be the opposite of subtle because as you grapple to find a response to that, Din’s head tilts back up.
“You didn’t know.”
There's a tiny wobble of relief in his voice.
“No,” You breathe. Blinking hard, suddenly you feel a bit wild because Din all but proposes to you but doesn’t even think to check if you knew the depth of what he was offering? Of the real question behind his gift?
You shake your head. “No, I didn’t know, Din.”
Silence lulls between you, charged and heavy. Even without seeing his face, you know Din must be squirming beneath his helmet — his intentions, his feelings, out in the open and you still staring at him speechless.
You manage to find your voice.
“May I see it once more?”
The request comes out softer than you intend, your courage suddenly quivering in your chest. You will it to rise, to embolden you. Din had been brave — now it's your turn.
Without a word, he shifts and reaches back to release it from its sheathe on his waist. For a split second you see it, the hesitation in his hand.
Then he's holding it out, balancing in his open and trusting palm, held out for you. The thickness in your throat grows.
You swallow tightly and grip your courage, searching within you for that warm, safe feeling that beats like a drum, Din, Din, Din. You seize it tightly.
Eyes fixed on the blade, you ask quietly, "Would you... offer it to me again?"
It's impossible to draw your eyes up, too nervous to see yourself reflected in the darkness of his visor.
"Yes."
Your heart becomes a supernova.
"Will you?" You whisper, finally daring to look up at him.
Your protector, your partner, the man who showed you the softness of his heart and asked for nothing in return. "Will you offer it to me again?"
The subtle motions of Din are something you've come to learn with the years you've spent at his side. Now, staring up at you, the inclination of his armour gives away his surprise.
Then he's rising to his feet only to step before you and sink down, brought to his knees before you. His hand remains steady, the offering held out, and this time the meaning of it cannot be misconstrued in any way.
"Cyare," He murmurs — and it's beloved, it's please, it's don't part from my side for as long as you'll have me.
Something within you trembles and your bottom lip quivers in emotion and then you're moving without thinking, sagging until you're on your knees too.
Equal heights, each of you in a position of devotion, facing toward each other.
Hand reaching out, you clasp your fingers around the hilt of the dagger and say thickly, "I accept."
There's a ragged exhale through the modulator of Din's helmet. He shifts, moving to strip the gloves from his hands and the sight of so much skin from him is enough to make you falter. But there's barely time to recover your stolen breath before his bare hand curls around yours, far larger, the dagger gripped in both of your hands.
His skin pressed against yours burns like starlight. You stutter out a breath, your smile coming so easily at the sight of your joined hands.
Din's other hand raises up and pauses momentarily, halting as if he's unsure if he's allowed before it settles gently on your cheek. You lean into the warmth of his skin and hear another sharp inhale through the modulator.
"I—" He begins, quickly cutting himself off. His thumb on your cheeks begins to wander, soothing over your skin lightly. He urges you forward and you bow your head, forehead pressing to the cool beskar of his armour.
"Thank you."
"You're thanking me?" You chuckle wetly, emotion clinging to your words. His thumb on your face traces another soft circle and you shudder beneath the loving touch, eyes fluttering closed.
“You could have been clearer." You chastise lightly, though your evident joy means your words don't have any real bite.
“I offered you beskar, cyra’ika,” He murmurs, voice warm and full of love. His thumbs draws another delicate circle. “How much clearer could I be?”
His point makes you laugh, eyes opening and seeing your own reflection in his visor. "I don't know," You say, averting your eyes down to your still intertwined hands. You squeeze your hand and feel him echo the motion. Your heart sings.
"Use your words?" You suggest with a cheeky smile, well aware that words were not a strong suit of your Mandalorian.
Din sighs, a faux long suffering one, and the mere familiarity of it makes your heart ache in the best way.
The worries of earlier bubble up within you, the reminder of why you had been so sure the dagger had some other meaning.
“I,” You begin, pulling back lightly and casting your gaze towards Grogu, who had been suspiciously silent as if knowing the significance of the moment before him. “I wasn’t thinking about the beskar, I was being stupid.”
With your free hand, you cover Din’s hand with yours, hiding your face away, which suddenly feels a little warmer. The nudge of your hand against his does nothing to alleviate the glow.
“I thought it was, like,” You mutter quietly, embarrassed. “You were saying I wasn’t doing my job well enough or— or something and I started worrying you were gonna…”
You can’t even finish the sentence with how foolish you feel.
“You thought I wanted you to leave?” Din asks, his voice dubious and warm. Like the mere thought of that is so far from believable that it’s amusing to him.
“Shut up,” you groan, eyes closing as if it can save your from your further flustering.
“Didn’t say anything.”
“You didn’t need to.” You murmur.
His hand in yours tightens, the other on your face coaxing you out of hiding with the gentlest of nudges.
"Never. As long as you want it, I want you with me." He says and in his voice you hear nothing but utter devotion. "Close your eyes."
You follow his command without hesitation, darkness cloaking your vision and you feel his hands retract from yours. The dagger remains in your palm, still cradled in your fingers. Then, there's the tell-tale hiss of his helmet and you inhale sharply.
"Cyare," He says and this time, it's with all the richness and roughness of his natural voice.
The timbre of his voice is like gunpowder sprinkled across your soul and when his hand finds the curve of your cheek once more, it's set alight.
"May I?" He asks. You can feel the soft heat of his breath fan across your lips and feel your heart quiver in response, bursting forward, as if trying to reach him. His thumb soothes across your cheek, full of wanting.
Your nod would be imperceptible if it was anyone other than Din — if his gaze wasn't trained on your face, drinking the details like a starved man, finally with uncloaked eyes.
He moves forward, presses his mouth against yours, and finds home.

Optimus knows he shouldn't be hooked on you like he is, you're his partner, his beloved, he adores you and wants to spent nothing but all his time with you, alas he is busy, but any free time is spent with you! He wants to take you on dates, to lay and talk with you.
He's ashamed how much he loves your valve.
He wants to hear about your day, truly he does, but he can't stop himself from holding you up and buring his glossa into your leaking valve. Your cries and mewls make his engine rev, he could listen to you all day.
He is Optimus Prime, leader of the autobots, and yet with you he is nothing more than a pleasure bot made just for you.
He has all your sweet spots, all your whorish expressions, all your wants and what makes your knees weak, all locked into his brain module. He grows restless when he's not with you, not having you on his spike is a fate worse than death for him, he just needs to have you.
The smell of your heady sex, the sounds of your pleasure echoing in his habsuite, the taste of your salty sweat on his glossa. His blue optics illuminate the dim room, though he's staring at your bulging stomach.
He can't get enough.
It's never enough.
"O-Optimus..!" Your small hands grip his servo that has you by the waist, using you like a fleshlight.
"I'm sorry, I can't...*mmm...oh frag, so tight! Gonna...you're going to make me overload-!!"
You squeal, your eyes rolling into the back of your head as Optimus quickens his thrusts, rutting into you like a heat stricken beast. He's losing control of himself, his voice crackling into static with each whine he lets out, he just needs more.
You aren't sure you can cum again, he's been fucking you like a mech starved, and to Optimus he might as well have been, going over five hours without painting your insides with his transfluid is a crime to him.
"Just one more, please, just overload for me once more."
His voice is breaking, his optics are crossing at just how tightly your valve clenches around his spike. But you know the truth, its never just one more, you'll be here until someone comes looking for him.
and who knows when that will be.
"Fuck! Fuck fuck, please it's too much, you're-mm!!- too deep. Oh god, Optimus!"
"Yes, yes, just like that. Plese, indulge me." He vents loudly, trying to cool himself off but it's all just too much and not enough to sate him.
It'll never be enough, he needs you.
He wants you, all of you, every last bit of you.

(Un)fortunate Courting (Request)
Requested by @silverblueglitter
Original Prompt Post this is based on by @diabolichare
A/N: Thank you for the request! I hope this will not disappoint. I am slowly getting back into the grove of writing and out of my block. Also on a side note I am not posting / writing as much right now because work is currently keeping me busy.
Danny was very sure he was doing everything right in regards to ghost culture. Clockwork and Pandora had been educating him very well on that. Sure they did it with some ominous explanation in regards to his future but Danny had shrugged that off. Clockwork had always had a way with words that didn't make sense but somehow did too. Now as he had learned if a ghost wants to cross through another ghosts haunt an offering needs to be made. Ideally the offering is in regards to something the other ghosts likes.
So if he would need, for example, cross through Embers haunt, he would offer her something like guitar strings or something other music related stuff that could be useful to her obsession. With that logic, Danny knew that if he wanted to use the short cut to his collage through Red Hoods haunt he would need to offer the other something. Like he had offered something to Lady Gotham for his stay in Gotham for his collage education. The thing was he would have to offer Red Hood something every time he needed to go through the others haunt, unlike with Lady Gotham who had just accepted a single offer since he wasn't constantly going in and out of her haunt.
But that also left him with what to get the other Halfa as offering.
He had contemplated offering something Red Hood might need for his duty. You know? Maybe some self engineered bullets he could use against ghosts, though Danny knew that was probably unnecessary considering Gotham's protector spirit, Lady Gotham, had a pretty good handle on everything here. Which good, because that meant Danny could fully focused on his studies for once.
That was until Danny realized how much the core of that other Halfa was malnourished. Which gave Danny the perfect chance to catch two ghosts with one thermos, okay bad joke. But seriously, that gave Danny an idea of what to offer for his right of passage through the others haunt. So he made simple care packages that would help the other Halfa. He had thought about supplying some Ecto-Dejecto directly but that felt a little to on the nose and someone who didn't know his family would probably think Danny insane, as if there weren't enough people in his collage thinking that already. Besides he was in Gotham and with villains like Scarecrow and Joker he didn't think a syringe with glowing green contents would be a trustworthy offering.
Anyway, Danny decided to be a bit more discreet, infusing ectoplasm into simple foods, that most importantly, COULD NOT COME ALIVE. So Danny's care packaged ended up consisting of chocolates, snacks and other sweets that would NOT start fighting back. He also figured out how to mix ectoplasm into drinks so it wouldn't taste to overwhelming.
Danny did not anticipate the side effect offerings like that would have or realise what his offerings looked like to someone who did not know about ghost culture.
Jason was torn as he found the n-ed little present box during his patrol route with a little card stating it was for him. He eyed the box having gotten familiar with these boxes over the past month. He lifted the lid and yep.... chocolates.
"Again?" his distorted voice came through his voice modulator as he eyed the chocolates suspiciously. Either he had a very insistent admirer or one of his enemies cooked up a new idea to make him paranoid. Not like his brothers didn't joke about him getting Bruce's paranoia when he had run the sixth box of chocolates through the substance tester to figure out if someone was trying to poison him.
Turned out poison was not in the chocolates but something else. An unknown substance but in small dosages. Jason was currently allowing Tim to run wild in figuring out what was mixed into the chocolates. Also the seasoned vigilante had to admit, that there was something tempting about these sweets. Like something inside him really urged him to eat them. It was only his self-restraint and discipline that helped him resist the urge to taste test some of these chocolates.
Also sometimes there were drink in these packages too. Yes, Jason had run them through the tester too and got the same results like with the sweets and chocolates. No poison but that other strange substance. At first Jason didn't really want to bother with it but these boxes appeared every damn night when he was on patrol, but strangle not on weekend or holidays.
"Oh got another little present, Little Wing!" Jason barely turned around as his older brother dropped onto the roof next to him. "Chocolates this time! How cute! They must really love you!"
Sometimes Jason wished his helmet could portray emotions better as he gave Dick a deadpan stare. "More like wanting to poison me." He muttered his voice changer doing nothing to support the sarcasm in his voice.
"You have to admit it is kind of cute! You have a little fan or admirer! And look these chocolates are even heart shaped! Oh and pralines are in there too!" Dick gushed on about Jason's admirer, while Jason rolled his eyes under his helmet. It would be cute if there wasn't an unknown substance mixed into the stuff left for him. Though he had to admit, whoever left that stuff was getting creative. From what Jason saw they rarely used the same brand of chocolates or sweets to give to him twice. Like they were trying to figure out what he liked. For a brief moment that made Jason wonder, if he actually ate one of these for once, would his admirer present him with the same brand again the next night?
He shock that thought off, no way was he going to eat something with an unknown substance in it. So instead he shoved the box at Dick. "Take that to the cave Dickibird. Gives Pretender more materials to test with."
Dick, to his credit stopped gushing for at that and chuckled. "Can do, but seriously though, what did Oracle say. Did she catch your little admirer on the security cameras at least."
Shaking his head Jason let out a sigh. "No, its like these boxes appear out of nowhere."
"Well at least they are harmless."
"For now." He grunted in response. While they didn't pose a danger, Jason didn't like the implications behind their appearances. For one no matter how much he changed up his patrol routes, these boxes would still appear. There is no video proof of someone placing the boxes. They just appear out of thin air or roofs or his path right when he comes by. If he could believe that the videos that Barbara had showed him weren't manipulated then they just appeared like a couple of seconds before he would find them.
It was suspicious and Jason was determined to find out who leaves them.
Danny hummed his latest earworm song, which happed to be Embers newest hit in the Ghost Zone, as he prepared his next offering to Red Hood. He had thought about leaving these boxes by Red Hoods Safe house during the day on his way to collage but he figured with his own history of being a hero. Secret identities were important and should not be revealed against the others wish.
This time he had gotten the expensive brand of pralines. He hoped Hood would actually like them and eat them hopefully. Danny threaded the moment he would have to try infusing ectoplasm into something other than safe sweets, chocolates and snacks that won't come alive if he didn't find something Hood would eat soon.
The Halfa was so focused on his task of infusing the pralines with ectoplasm that he did not notice the arrival of three of his old ghost rogues, until he got grapped by the collar and throw across his own appartment.
"OW! What the...?!"
"Long Time not seen Pelt." Danny blinked as Skulker stood over him, Ember and Wulf a bit further behind. Wulfs presence explained how the other two managed to show up in his place.
"What are you guys doing here?" He was so not up for a round of ghost body that could potentially destroy his flat.
"Fixing your love life." Ember grinned down at him with Wulf nodding.
"My love life...." Something was definitely wrong. Danny does not remember currently dating anyone. He also didn't have crush, well not a obvious one he thought at least. He was distinctively pushing way that fleeting image of Red Hood out of his mind.
"Yeas your love life Baby Boop." Ember reaffirmed. "Didn't the old ghosts teach you anything. You don't use the human of giving presents when you court a ghost!"
"I... what?" Danny's brain currently really had trouble catching up with what was going on.
"Pelt you need to assert yourself, fight your damn object of attention to proof your worth." Skulker added arms crossed.
"Don't worry we will help you! So you wont fail!" Ember added.
Before Danny could answer or ask what the hell they were going on about though Skulker grabbed him by the back of his collar again and promptly dragged Danny long with him flying out of his flat to who knows where. Distinctive Danny swore he heard laughing that sounded suspiciously like Lady Gotham.
"WAIT SKULKER!" The shout escaped him as his brain finally caught up but before he could go ghost and actually do something he was thrown against someone. Whoever he landed on let out a deep 'oof' that sounded distorted and Danny had a sinking feeling as he hurriedly sat up and came face to face with Red Hood.
"Aw shit...." Danny muttered instantly choosing to turn invisible and hoping that Red Hood had nod seen him long enough to get recognised, worst of all Skulker had dragged him all the way to Hoods haunt when Danny didn't even have an offering! Now he owned Hood two offerings!
"What are you doing Pelt! You are supposed to challenge for the right of courtship first! The courtship presents come later!" Skulker shouted at Danny to which while still invisible Danny choose to flip the other ghost off. Something he would have never done as teen but now that he had come to some sort of understanding with his former rogues was not rare happening, as long as Jazz wasn't there to witness it.
Meanwhile Jason was sitting utterly confused on the roof now, just a moment ago a twig of a man had landed on him and he had seen the other guy for a brief moment before he had disappeared out of nowhere again. He grumbled muttered curses and knew he would have to go though the video footage of his helmet to get a clearer picture of what or rather who had knocked him over.
But he had a feeling it was related to the boxes of sweets and chocolates.

More mr. Flavor please 🙏
Danny gets to his motel, finding it occupied. It's the same man that got him a deal with Anthony's Pasta. He's lodging on Danny's bed, one foot hanging off while the other pressed into the sheet. He's using the headboard as a backrest looking rather comfortable for someone of his size in a twin bed.
There is a book resting on his knee, the cover out of sight, but it's the placement of his one hand holding it open that lets Danny know this man is a very avid reader. Only someone who's spent hours holding books knows how to rest the crease in between their fingers to keep the pages open but not bend the cover.
It's odd how comfortable he looks within Danny's space. Especially after the last few days, that would one day be a very funny story to tell.
He feels like he could laugh about it in a few minutes even. Were it not for the stranger ruining the zen of his motel room.
Danny stops in his doorway, the last few scatts slowly fading away as the man gives him a glance and then does a double take.
Despite the fact, that there is a mask covering his face and his red hood is pulled over his head, Danny can tell by the way his brows crease that he's making a genuine, confused expression under all that mystery.
"What in the world are you wearing?" He asks after a beat of silence.
Danny spreads his arms, making sure to let his fake fur whip dramatically as he declares "My truth!"
There is a long pause of silence before the man carefully closes his book, sliding into his leather jacket and rising. "I noticed that you disappeared for a few days. Where did you go?"
It's a bit disappointing that he moved right along. Danny was sort of looking forward to having to explain why his outfit was put together. He lets his arms drop with a slight pout as he scurries to his soda lab.
The day Oscar had him adducted Danny had just bought some new soda flavoring syrup, with the intent to actually experiment and create his own flavor. It was fun to borrow some from his home, but he was a Fenton, experimenting was in his blood.
He wanted to make something fruity, like raspberries, and left a combination to rest for two days as a natural ferment.
He feels the eyes of the stranger burning into his back, and usually, that would have meant he would be powering up an ecto-ray but sadly that was out of reach.
"I was kidnapped." Danny declares sniffing a few of the bottles he set out, attempting to figure out their state from scent alone. "Got ran over. Woke up in a hospital. You know, a regular Tuesday. Is today Tuesday? It feels like a Tuesday."
There is an even longer pause this time, where the air has suddenly taken a very somber air before the man speaks again. His voice modulator does a decent job of hiding his emotions but Danny can pick up the regret and frustration that slips through the autotone. "I'm sorry you went through that."
"Meh." Danny waves a hand over his shoulder as if it would wave away all the bad. "The worst part was that someone likely saw my soda formula. The rest wasn't so bad."
The man steps next to Danny watching him work in silence. Danny isn't entirely sure what he's after, now that he's seen that Danny was fine, but he's not about to be a gracious host. The stranger broke into his room- again- and that meant Danny was free from the manners his parents had beaten into his head.
He was still a little upset about all his stuff being smashed because of an assumption. Even if he did sort of make up for it with all the stuff he proved afterward as an apology.
He would not be offering to take his coat, thank you very much.
The first vile of his experimental sodas was unsalvageable, tasting rather disgusting when he took some sips. In fact, it was so disgusting he almost choked on his gag, twitching in place from the nauseating liquid he nearly hit the table.
The man moves like he's about to touch Danny but thinks better of it at the last second as the Halfa- or the human one that can't access his powers- coughs aggressively, gagging more.
Eventually, he gets his body under control so he can gasp out "Needs less buffalo, more wings flavor. Write this down. Write this down. Notes. Where are my notes?"
Danny has to turn over a few papers and scattered test tubs- he's never been the best at keeping his working area orderly which drove his Mother up a wall. Jack and Danny shared the same belief that if his stuff was a mess it was a mess he knew- until he came upon his clickboard.
He has to crouch under the table to find a purple ink pen- as all his notes are color-coded and changing the ink would make everything invalid- so he could mark it next to the experiments, Taste like Lord of the Flies.
He taps the pen against his lower lip before he adds Find out how to harness the power of spicy buffalo. He nods at it and reaches for a second test tube.
The man at his side clears his throat. "Did you seriously try to make a Buffalo Wings flavor Soda?"
"Yeah, it's my favorite food so I figured I could make it my favorite drink too," Danny mutters sniffing a new tube, and taking a full swing before he can convince himself to put it back down. He figured that if he attempted to do small sips, he would chicken out and not actually taste the soda, so it was better to down it all in one go.
At once his gag returns, making him recoil away from his clipboard. "Burger flavor is yunk. Hmmm. Interesting."
He writes some more notes while blinking tears out of his eyes. His stomach is turning in knots, as he scrambles some ideas of improving the flavor. Once done he reaches for another test tub- this one Pizza flavor- before the Hoodie smacks his hand away.
"Kid, you look like you're going to be sick"
Danny stares at where the man touched him, feeling a sense of confusion at the audacity to get in the way of science before he slowly turns his head towards the stranger. He feels his stomach flip ominously as the man raises a brow.
"Can we go back to your kidnapping? I can make the person pay-"
Danny holds up his in an indication of a hug which has the man coming to a full stop. He can see his reflection in the lens of Hoddie, and even though it's slightly spread like a fish eye camera lens, he can certainly say he looks slightly unhinged.
It's a few seconds of staring before the Hoddie, cautiously steps closer, telegraphing his movements as he brings Danny into an awkward hug. Once he's assured he's pressed against the man as much as possible Danny opens his mouth and lets his stomach release all the disgust.
"Ugh!" The man pushes him away, staring down at the vomit that decorates his front as Danny sways on his feet. He carefully blinks the tears clear out of his sight while picking up his clipboard.
"Warning: New flavors put up a fight. Ensure safe six feet distance from others." Danny nods at his own written words. He rips it off the paper, grabs some scotch tap with the other, and slaps the label on his two test tubes.
He then picks up five test tubes at once while declaring "Can multiple flavors cause death by poison? Let's find out!"
"No!"
He's tackled just as he is tilting the test tubs back to spill into his mouth. He screams, attempting to call upon his Ghostly Wail but all he ends up doing is sounding like a squealing piglet as the man uses his own fur coat as a makeshift restrain jacket.
"Kid, just stick to your usual flavors!"
"No! I want to see sounds! I want to taste colors! I want to touch smells!" Danny screeched as he was dragged away from his lab. "Release me!"
"Why do I always get the craziest smart kids" Hoddies sighs before he is flung over a muscular shoulder and the stranger walks out of Danny's room as the boy continues to screech. "Look kid, obviously you're not safe here. I'm going to move you to one of my hideouts and I'll bring you a better lab. Just stop trying to poison yourself."
"Release me!"
"No."
The receptionist crosses herself as they pass her desk and Danny stops thrashing to offer her a bright close-lipped smile- because he was raised with manners to people who earn it- and then goes back to impersonating a landbound fish, making more screeches that leave even Danny's ears ringing.
"The sodas! The sodas yearn for my brilliance!"
"Sure kid."
Neither is around when Nightwing crashes through the boy's window but that receptionist is, and she puts in her two weeks the second she hears him arrive.
