Antarctica trip and evidence against flat earth

Antarctica is the source of lots of evidence against flat earth. And, while it's the least populated area in the world, thousands of people still travel there every year. But nobody has ever gone to Antarctica with the express purpose of gathering evidence against flat earth-- until now.

Now, Will Duffy and the "Final Experiment" team are traveling to Antarctica (a few round-earthers, and a few flat-earthers) with a lot of equipment to gather and analyze a ton of evidence that hasn't been carefully measured and recorded before.

In some ways, this whole thing is kind of redundant: First, there is already overwhelming evidence against flat earth. Second, flat earthers are some of the most ridiculously biased people alive, so we can expect very few of them will be persuaded. (I expect the flat-earthers on the trip will be persuaded-- but they were nonrepresentative in the first place, and two of them might well be grifters looking for an excuse to abandon flat earth.)

Nevertheless, I'm generally happy to gather even more evidence disproving something we already knew was false. And this expedition will still result in some valuable work-- such as the 24-hour moon recording.

The main event is the 24-hour sun, which most of the trip will focus on. But the moon is also visible for 24 hours a day in Antarctica this time of year. But apparently, nobody has ever recorded a video of the 24-hour moon and put it online-- which I find kind of shocking. That will change soon. So, there is still some cool stuff that will come out of this.
