Honestly, I wish more people talked about the Throttlebots. They are so very underrated and have hardly ever shown up since their debut in g1, and when they do, it's either comics or games, and it's typically only Goldbug. At least we got Chase in rescue bots ig. Though, that's really just the two of them share a name and G1 Chase and RB Chase are nothing alike..

Design for cosmos and copy cosmos

The blue one is the original, yes shes a girl, no she's not pathfinder, a space shuttle acidentally brought to life during an altercation with the vehicons, when they couldn't have her, they made their own, but the copy was too perfect and turned on them

Cosmos was created during a mission where the throttlebots fought the vehicons over stolen tech at a launch pad in broad daylight, during the fight a cache of energon was spilled and cosmos was acidentally brought to life, turned to the autobot side by their compassion

She goes to show that "minibot" is a relative term

She's smaller than other space shuttles, but she's still huge. She's even taller in alternate mode. Cosmos is very touch starved as she doesn't get out much. People notice when something that big goes missing.

The kids were forced to initiate cosmos on the ways of their little club in secret, so the humans wouldn't find out, her height brought a lot of complications but it all worked out in the end. And they were able to fetch an autobot badge her size, but then,

The night after cosmos was created, the vehicons returned, flexing their exponentially growing skill with cybertronian tech they created a 1 to 1 copy of cosmos except male And convinced the big guy to fight the original

when the copy touched the original a feedback loop from their identical parts caused their minds to briefly scramble, allowing them to see each other's short lives up until that point, copy cosmos then quickly turned on his creators and joined the autobots, the two cosmos consider each other siblings, they can change colors on command so you never know which is which

While one is off having fun the other takes their place so the humans don't notice the missing shuttle, these are lonely and boring existances but its the best they have. The two are happy when the transformers eventually go public, since it means they get to actually do something with their lives.

Due to the feedback loop altering their systems both cosmos have the ability to float, the original Cosmo's spark having developed a mutation where it animates the graviton particles as part of her body the same way it animates metal allowing her to control gravity's effect on her, the same effect copied to her brother when they touch and recreate the feedback loop

With a space shuttle on their side and the number of their enemies growing, optimus prime sends cosmos into space to broadcast a message. Calling all autobots to earth, showing the allspark had been found on the planet. But the decepticons would highjack the broadcast and send their own message, calling for decepticon reinforcements. For years humanity has been sending signals into space in the hopes that someone out there would awnser our call. It's not our message that piqued their attention but now.. we'll be getting some visitors.

His robot mode is so freaking stupid looking. imma be so fr the anime designs were pretty hit or miss. And Leo Convoy was kinda the best it got when it came to the beast designs at least I mean nothing tops goth Starscream and his huge goth wife tho i need to draw them more they're beautiful.

I watched the beast wars animes and beast machines a while back but i never made a post compiling my reactions because last one kinda clogged my page?

I will say though that though just general knowledge of vector sigma having time powers.. I associated him with heinrad. I was all like "oh i can put him in my fanfiction." I did NOT expect his connection to vector sigma or that he actually was different from everyone else. In fact when he and stampy reverse engineered the blentron's warp tracing or whatever it was i was like "oh wow i know they're kinda the smartest on the ship but i didn't think they were that smart. i bet it was mostly stampy's work and heinrad just kinda was there for moral support haha"

ALSO VECTOR SIGMA BEING A WOMAN THREW ME FOR A LOOP??? Theres a lot to say about this show despite it being mostly filler. same with it's predecessor Beast Wars 2, but despite how hard it was to get through i did enjoy it i suppose. Genuinely I think they did a better job than Beast Machines but that's not saying much.

Beast wars neo is why LSOTW messed me up so bad, I thought it was going to be a fun adventure where they all get to learn how to be wreckers... and i suppose they did.. i suppose they did. ALSO!! the fact they used characters from the beast wars animes in requiem.. like i at least saw stampy, scuba, and I think they based the bear's design off of Survive? I think I also say Beast Wars Neo Hydra either in the finale or attacking the throttlebots on Botania? also when they called the planet botania i lost my mind a little bit teehee oh my gosh what if she BECAME the planet?

Pullback, Transformers Throttlebot OC

Pullback grew out of a suggestion from my partner April that I should create my own self-insert OC or -sona as a Transformers character. Initially I considered modding a Bumblebee figure, but all of that painting sounded like a lot of work, so I decided to make my own instead, and ended up with a pretty distinct design.

Pullback is a 1987 Throttlebot who was totally there the whole time. They're a machinist, and their alternate form is a microcar EV legally distinct from a Smart Fortwo.

With the exception of the hollows and slots required by injection molding, I tried to keep Pullback authentic to how modern Transformers toys are constructed. Articulation is a bit limited, with no up and down movement in the foot, no waist articulation, and only a 90° bend at the elbow. But the alt mode rolls pretty well!

I'm still working out the ball and socket joints. Even with ABS-like resin, they bite and grind and lose material. I've found that inserting a bit of plastic film in between seems to firm them up and protect the interfacing surfaces. 

Most of the color on this figure is ink again, including the silver. Since silver alcohol ink is really just a suspension of comparatively large particles, it doesn't bind to the resin the way others do, so there's a layer of acrylic clearcoat over those surfaces. 

April has modded and repurposed a Legacy figure into her OC Parcel, so here's a couple photo!

Since Pullback is another fanart piece, the files to print a copy are on my Cults page. Note though that they require some extra materials for hinge pins.

I find Bumblebee annoying everyone has chalked him up to just being a kid and I don't like that he is a goofy hero but now whenever he is a goofy hero people make him a kid I just can't like Bumblebee anymore its a major problem to the point I find him disgusting

Another thing is now I don't feel comfortable with him being shipped with anyone now because it always feels pedophilic and I don't like when he is "the best and coolest mini-bot" all the minibots are cool and I don't like when his repaints like Carrera or tap-out or bots who look similar to him like wasp should be chopped up as "Bumblebee but different" he is a majorly ruined character and that's why I like goldbug and Goldfire they don't have that probably they don't have the issues Bumblebee has but they have his humor and they are moldable they are interesting they are cool and they have a spark that Bee doesn't have

People think Bee is leader of the minibots

Its all a parallel I like between them what people think Bumblebee is goldbug and Goldfire do without being child-ified

Overall goldbug ans goldfire are just better

Tf x Mandalorian AU IDEA:

Blurr is an intelligence agent who takes undercover assignments ranging from, surveillance to espionage.

One Solar Cycle he was sent on a mission from Longarm to take out a experimenting facility target, that threatened the remaining velocitronians who fled from Velocitron after the Quintessons attacked and left the planet a wasteland.

However, afterwards discovers that the facility has in fact been abandoned, with the only sentient being being a young cybertronian in the facility. A minicon sparkling by the name of Wheelie who can only speak in rythme.

Upon returning with Wheelie, Blurr superiors claim that Wheelie to be a weapon created by the Quintessons and needs to be either studied or terminated. However it is revealed later on that Wheelie is one of a few that contains the power-master upgrade. Which gives a cybertronian abilities to survive and live on organic planets, such as getting energy from eating organic food, being full on water proof, and being able to withstand both extreme hot and cold temperatures. And that Longarm is in fact a Decepticon agent undercover, who has been destabilizing the remaining velocitronian civilization. And that unlike what many believe, the Decepticons are not gone. And, the want access to the power-master upgrade to retake control.

This leads Blurr to go on the run, taking Wheelie with him. On their journey, they find out that the planet know as Gaia inhabitants both organics and cybertronians know as the Autobots. And so begin the search to find an Autobot. All the while they are hunted by other personnel and bountyhunters. Don't know whether I would have Swindle as Greef Karga, or have him be in a head governor position while Blurr is mainly friends with Swerve.

I am tempted to make Acree as Ahsoka Tano, or have Bumblebee play her part. Yet, I like the idea of having Goldbug as Bo-Katan and her other mandalorians be the Throttlebots. It makes sense with Goldbug being a sports car to be a part Velocitronian, yet not follow the same traditions or customs as Blurr.

I think Springer would work as Boba Fett, OH wait- Acree could work as Fennec! Then who would work as Ahsoka? No clue.

As for who plays Luke, we'll, I think it would be a good fit for it to be Rodimus. And instead of Wheelie just going with Rodimus, Blurr joins him as well as Springer and Acree.

No clue as to who would work as Cara Dune, maybe Strongarm? Don't know.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but Cliffjumper is not killed off an unusual number of times for the Transformers franchise.

Jokes and sincere wailing about how Cliffjumper is Hasbro's punching bag are so tired because it's not remotely true. Prowl dies at least as much. Heck! Cliffjumper survived Transformers the Movie and cosmically powered Starscream! Two major sources of widespread character deaths! (For reference, what tfwiki says about Starscream's murder spree: "In New York, Starscream destroyed the Aerialbots, Jetfire, Bluestreak, Brawn, Gears, Goldbug, Mirage, Hoist, Hound, Jazz, the Seacons, and Blaster. Ratbat escaped and headed to the Ark, thinking Prime was going to use the Underbase for himself. Please realize that the Transformers franchise is broader than G1, TFA, TFP, Bayverse, Earthspark, and IDW2005. It is so much broader, especially before 2007 and in Japan.
