У меня лежит трилогия сборников рассказов с общей тематикой - постапокалиптика.

Первая книга написана разными авторами, но все истории имеют общий вайб, они о том, что случилось до момента апокалипсиса. Разные судьбы, разные ситуации, переживание, борьба, грусть. Каждый справляется как может с неизбежностью

В принципе довольно не плохо, но было много рассказов, которые меня совсем не впечатлили. На разок для поклонников данного жанра книга подойдёт.

‘Triptych: A Will Trent Novel’ by Karin Slaughter

The first book I’m reading and currently on is ‘Lolita’ because it is known as one of the most controversial and misunderstood books to have ever be published. I’m currently on page 20 and I’m already so deeply disturbed, but very very intrigued. As to not spoil anything too much, you can tell Nabokov has an extreme talent for characterization and descriptive storytelling. He writes an acceptable unreliable narrator and he makes it obvious his intention of the book in the first 3 pages of the story. Maybe I’ll make a post about the book to explain more of what I mean later on.

‘The Virgin Suicides’ and ‘The Bell Jar’ are also well known classics that I’m excited to read because it seems that these books are most book lovers stepping stones to becoming better readers.

I have read works by Karin Slaughter before like her book ‘Pretty Girls’ and The Grant County Series, and I was interested in reading the Will Trent series since there was a TV show out now about it. The Grant County Series was definitely a personal favorite of mine and I’m wondering how differently the Will Trent series is gonna be.

Got sucked back into Warframe after a year and a half break. Here's some old stuff from a few years back when I was hardcore invested with headcannons and theories and a lot of salt about ESO.

The ink pieces were done for WF Inktober a few years back. I wound up being too busy to complete more than 8 or so days. The triptych at the end was going to be submitted for the art show for Tennocon one year, featuring my favourite frame and the favourite frames of my fellow ninjas, but I was beginning to get burned out on WF and mounting disappointments from the dev team before it could be finished.

Specific context for the """newd""" Limbo: the idea behind this and the Volt equivalent was related to Warframe construction and the possibility of errors resulting from genetic processing, re: reading errors from the component blueprints that could alter the structure of sword steel. Both of these were related to an "Anatomy of a Warframe" theoretical biology essay that would be hosted on my site, breaking down how a frame worked as an organism. I'm admittedly more concerned about addressing my backlog of farmables than worldbuilding at present, but once the checklist gets its due mind I might revisit the idea.

Финальная книга триптихов была самой слабой, хороших рассказов можно было пересчитать по пальцам одной руки.

В сравнении с первой книгой эта оказалась унылой и сырой. Такое ощущение, что авторы полностью себя исчерпали и писали потому, что у них был подписан контракт на трилогию.

Я добила её с трудом, пару раз на прочтении даже засыпала 😄 В общем стоило остановиться после предыдущего тома, было бы правильно.

I also signed up to @springfest-rote as an artist, and was so lucky to be paired up with @wingedaches who has penned such a beautiful, touching exploration of (let's face it) everyone's most beloved character. I've been wanting to attempt a Mucha-inspired triptych for a while now, and I thought this was a golden opportunity for that.

I've wanted to a stained glass themed triptych for Fenris for agesss, and here's the first two pieces! I'm gonna come back to finish the third one eventually but for now I wanted to show off the pair, since they are honestly made to be viewed like this.

Had to use two diff canvases and duplicate the lineart and stuff since my drawing app is ancient and clunky (but I'm too stubborn to move to Procreate lol). It was worth it tho, and I'm really really proud of these!! Also Eliksni text on the bottom says "Stormkel" and "Black Wolf" in my conlang. Also also there's symbolism but if you wanna know abt that you'll have to read the fic ehehe >:)c
