🔥 very curious what you’re thinking about a nba bradley!

NBA Bradley! I always flip flop between if I want to write the fic or just make it a text post explaining the idea, but basically it’s NBA!Bradley and Hollywood Actor!Jake who is sitting courtside one night and Bradley falls into him. They meet eyes and Jake is all smirking like “the courts over there, hot shot” and the internet loves it because afterwards Bradley plays the ball of his life.

Internet and commentators ect start calling Jake his good luck charm and they start secretly dating. Bradley plays in New York not because I go for the Knicks but because it makes sense narratively.

I got the idea because I was trying to see if a basketball au could work and for a while I was unconvinced (I’m also a very new fan, so I don’t feel confident in knowing enough of the intricacies) but then I remembered the time OG fell into Anne Hathaway at MSG and she made an instastory saying how that was a dream come true and “Thanks, OG” which led me to the @hangmanbradshaw school of fic (she loves a famous x famous mashup, IWTBY is the blueprint)

Again, unsure if I’ll ever actually write it but maybe the playoffs will inspire me! 🏀⭐️
