On this grass bank the Primula vulgaris (primrose) were thriving. They typically have pale yellow flowers, though white or pink forms are often seen in wild. This is a rosette-forming evergreen or semi-evergreen perennial.

Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday ...

Wet 'n' windy with a hint of sun. The shepherds and the Lost Postman are once more attempting to surf in the water butt. One and only marble is resting in his hammock ... I've left the cranial window open to get rid of the fumes from the shiny metropolis.

Curiosity??? From a cat??? ;-)

Mr B, as you can see, has once more left the confines of the lounge and decided that there's a smell to be followed. The turf bag itself was given a serious sniffing before he clambered aboard and started investigating further up. He was totally oblivious to me observing him. His eyes got so wide at one point I thought the catnip fairy must have been. Having realised I was there and deciding against a decent close up, he disappeared over my shoulder ... came face to face with the Hairy Horde ... and has now returned to the lounge to contemplate his next move.

Yesterday's magic middle aisle proved too tempting for yours truly. Several items not on the list came home with me. Several items not bought are lurking and declaring I should really go back for a second look tomorrow. I think I shall sit in several corners and think about what I've done and all the things I might do.

Sincerely hoping Mr B doesn't find me and climb on me as if I were also just a bag of turf ...
