Personal Dimension Utility Belt

Wondrous Item, uncommon

“This personal utility belt was made with Bag of Holding enchantments, and is a preferred piece of  gear for spies and undercover agents. Though it can’t hold as much as a Bag of Holding, it can be accessed more quickly, and others cannot take items from it.” This belt has 6 small pockets with interior spaces larger than its outside dimensions, roughly 3 inches in diameter at the mouth and 4 inches deep. The pockets can hold up to 10 pounds each, not exceeding a volume of 1 cubic foot. Retrieving an item from the belt requires a Bonus Action, and only you can retrieve an item put into the belt.

If a pocket is overloaded, pierced, or torn, it ruptures and is destroyed, and its contents are scattered in the Astral Plane. If a pocket is turned inside out, its contents spill forth, unharmed, but the pocket must be put right before it can be used again.

Placing this belt inside an extradimensional space created by a handy haversack, portable hole, or similar item instantly destroys both items and opens a gate to the Astral Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed inside the other. Any creature within 10 feet of the gate is sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way only and can’t be reopened.

Oh speaking of evolving Anchor

The item you need to evolve Anger Pirate Anchor 3* into Sea King Anchor is Sea King's Coat, which is a Rare drop from Anchor 4* himself.

However, not only he drop his coat, he also drop this:

(I was tweaking when I saw this since it's also the same item to fuse Captain Azul and Ice wizard Merrow with Ramune to become Azul&Merrow 4* in the og game, and it looked different now)

First of all, his item named as something along the line "Sea King's Coat" is really interesting! I kinda remembering how in the Monster Retsuden manga, Anchor (and Jord as well iirc) took the role of caretaker for Dante and Powan after the battle against Krzeska It kinda made me think, maybe he also carried on Azul's ambition to continue venture and protect the sea, which in turn grant him the title of Sea King as well This is only HC, but it gave me that kind of impression-

Also with the Magic Shell, that is interesting as well! It really make it feels like Anchor is bringing along the memento/reminder of the journey from OB1 Chapter 5

ngl you could reverse what's on front and back for this and it would still be cool. ALSO there could be another border line in yellow and it would look nice cause the shirt is in purple

i feel like the shirt color for this is probably best as red (cause it matches the two color vibe) although i could see navy or light blue. if you wanted yellow it'd have to be more mustard so it would stick out from the white, and idk if mustard is an appropriately danger days color :/
