🔥 Nobody Cares About Your Childhood Trauma—Fix Your Sht or Stay Fcked
Yeah, I said it. Your trauma is real. Your pain is real. But guess what? Life doesn’t give a f*ck.
At some point, you either fix your sh*t, or you let it eat you alive. There is no in-between.
Nobody’s coming to save you. Nobody’s going to heal your wounds for you. If you’re still walking around blaming your sh*tty parents, that one ex, your high school bullies, or the universe for your misery?
Congratulations, you’ve made your suffering your entire f*cking personality.
🔥 The Truth Hurts, but It’s Still the Truth
I get it. Bad sht happened to you. Maybe even fcking horrible sh*t. And that wasn’t your fault. But staying stuck in it? That’s 100% on you.
Because here’s the reality:
💥 Nobody is going to fix your life for you. 💥 No amount of crying on the internet is going to change the past. 💥 There are two types of people—those who move forward and those who f*cking rot.
And I already know what some of you are going to say:
❌ “You don’t understand what I’ve been through!” ❌ “It’s not that easy!” ❌ “Some people really struggle with mental health!”
And to all that, I say: No fcking sht.
🔥 Healing Isn’t Easy—But Neither Is Staying F*cked
You think working through your sht is hard? Try being a **miserable, bitter, dysfunctional fcking wreck** for the rest of your life. That sh*t is way harder.
🔹 Being the person nobody wants to be around? Hard. 🔹 Self-sabotaging every relationship you enter? Hard. 🔹 Staying stuck in cycles of failure, anger, and regret? Hard.
You don’t get to choose what happened to you, but you do get to choose how you respond to it. And if your response is sitting in your own f*cking misery, waiting for the world to validate it?
💀 That’s on you.
🔥 The World Doesn’t Reward Victims—It Rewards Fighters
I’m not saying what happened to you wasn’t f*cked up. I’m saying the world doesn’t care.
Society rewards: ✔ The ones who rise above their sh*t. ✔ The ones who refuse to let the past define them. ✔ The ones who take responsibility for their own healing.
And before you twist my words—I’m NOT saying trauma isn’t real, or that it’s your fault. I’m saying you have to take ownership of what comes next.
Because if you don’t fight to heal, your trauma will win.
🔥 Let’s Talk Solutions (Since You Love Complaining So Much)
You don’t want to be f*cked forever? Cool. Start actually doing something about it.
✅ Go to therapy if you need it. ✅ Read books that actually help you process your sh*t. ✅ Cut toxic people the f*ck off. ✅ Stop using your trauma as an excuse to be a sh*tty person. ✅ Understand that healing is YOUR responsibility—nobody else’s.
And no, this isn’t some “Just be positive! Manifest it away!” toxic positivity bullsh*t. It’s about being real with yourself.
Do you want to heal, or do you just want attention?
🔥 Final Thought: Stay Stuck or Get the F*ck Up—Your Choice
At the end of the day, nobody can save you except you.
🛑 Sit in your trauma and let it ruin your f*cking life. 🚀 Or work through it, get stronger, and build the life you actually want.
You decide.

🔥 Your Therapist Isn’t Your F*cking Friend—They’re Paid to Nod While You Ramble 🔥
💥 Hot Take: Therapy isn’t supposed to be a safe space for your delusions. If you’ve been spilling your guts to a therapist for years and nothing has changed, congrats—you’ve just been paying someone to babysit your dysfunction.
🔥 Therapy Wasn’t Meant to Be a Lifestyle
Once upon a time, therapy was a tool to solve problems—not a f*cking emotional crutch you use forever. But thanks to the modern "mental health awareness" movement, it’s turned into a never-ending subscription service for professional validation.
🚨 FACTS:
📌 70-80% of people who seek therapy improve within 12-20 sessions—if they actually work on their sh*t. (American Psychological Association) 📌 Only 25% of people in therapy actually reach full resolution of their issues. The rest? They just keep coming back. (National Institute of Mental Health) 📌 Therapists have NO financial incentive to "fix" you. A client who never leaves = guaranteed income.
You think your therapist wants you healed? No, motherf*cker, they want you to keep booking sessions and paying their rent.
🔥 The "Therapy Industrial Complex"—Endless Treatment, No F*cking Solutions
Therapy has become a business model, not a solution.
👉 Your therapist isn’t your life coach—they’re your financial parasite. 👉 Your mental health isn’t being "treated"—it’s being monetized. 👉 They are trained to "validate" you, not challenge you—because if they challenge you, you might f*cking leave.
If your therapist never calls you on your bullsh*t, guess what? They don’t care about fixing you—they care about keeping you dependent.
🚨 FACT: The U.S. therapy industry is worth over $17 billion annually—and growing. Why? Because people are addicted to venting instead of fixing their problems.
🔥 You Don’t Need a Therapist—You Need F*cking Accountability
You know what worked before therapy became a personality trait? Tough love. Personal responsibility. Growth.
🔹 If your life is a mess, stop talking about it and f*cking fix it. 🔹 If you’ve been in therapy for years and nothing’s changed—your therapist is failing, or YOU are. 🔹 Your mental health is YOUR responsibility, not your therapist’s f*cking paycheck.
🚨 FACT: Studies show that people who actively take responsibility for their healing improve significantly faster than those who just sit and "process their trauma." (Harvard Medical School)
👉 Healing requires action, not just talking.
🔥 The Hard Truth: No One Can "Save" You But YOU
At the end of the day:
❌ Your therapist won’t magically fix your sh*t. ❌ Talking about your problems doesn’t solve them. ❌ "Processing your trauma" means nothing if you’re not DOING something about it.
Therapy isn’t the problem. Using therapy as a crutch instead of a tool IS.
If you’re still broken after five years of weekly sessions, maybe it’s time to: ✔ Find a new therapist. ✔ Take actual f*cking action. ✔ Accept that healing is your job, not theirs.
🔥 Final Thought: Fix Your Sh*t or Keep Paying to Complain
You have two choices: 🚀 Use therapy as a TOOL to fix your life. 💀 Or keep paying a stranger to nod while you spiral forever.
The world doesn’t owe you healing. That’s YOUR job.
🔥 REBLOG if you’re done treating therapy like a personality trait. 💬 COMMENT if you’ve seen people use therapy as an excuse instead of a solution. 🚀 FOLLOW for more truth bombs and zero-bullsh*t takes.
