If Printing Option suits you, then select it
Now, check mark the employees’ name you want to pay
In the appropriate columns, enter and verify the employees’ outstanding salary amount
Go to the Nex Employee by clicking Save and Next. You can also click on Save and CLose to re-enter amount in the Payroll Information Window
After you see that paychecks are created click on Continue
Now, review the Direct Deposit or Check printing options in the Create and Review Paychecks window
In the Review and Create Paychecks window, verify and ensure that correct amounts are put in each column against the employee name
Then click on Create Paychecks
Now print pay stubs or paychecks if you want
