the first two pieces are audio recordings from 2019 re-processed through kildareFX , an upcoming script for monome norns (https://monome.org/docs/norns/)

the other four pieces are one-take live performances using hills , an upcoming script for seamstress (https://github.com/ryleelyman/seamstress)

hills is a matrix of humanized-but-clock-aware sequencers -- in this video, its sending MIDI messages to sampler instruments in @bitwig , using samples from @natesmithdrumsofficial 's 'Pocket Change 2: Mad Currency' (https://yurtrock.com/products/nate-sm…)

RECENTLY IVE BEEN really into the idea of making up "fanunits" for vocal synths akin to what we do with love live characters, like fanmade duos, trios, other unofficial groups and like playing with what kind of names and outfits they could have and what kinds of songs would fit their vibes..... ive got a bunch of sticky notes all over the place full of little unofficial groups like this now.... holds out my hand. play toys with me.

in addition to all of britain's various other crimes their shower water is also making my hair fall out.

#really really bad.#trying not to panic because i think it's just as much about the stress of moving + the change in water type...maybe?#but i do also know that certain places in the uk are notorious for having hard water which apparently does 100% make your hair fall out.#combine than with synthesized testosterone giving me male-pattern baldness.................it is not looking good for me #like i said trying not to panic #but if it gets much worse i think i might have to actually see if i can get finasteride #i've been avoiding it bc supposedly it has a lot of side effects but my hair is probably my favorite part about myself like visually #i really cannot go bald this young. i simply cannot.#even considering getting it buzzed to help it grow back healthy but i really don't want to do that right before it starts to get cold lol #plus i look really stupid with short hair

Got a preview of another song today! Very synth and rock based and it is honestly meant to be a bit of a bop, especially as I wasn't planning to add the main synth but it just sounds so good with the guitars! :D

making a website is literally hard at least for my brain im still doing it cuz i think its cool but i feel like web archivist ppl are always like "making website is easy just do it" noooo bro this shit CONFUSING

Saw an intriguing thumbnail for a video, within the first two minutes the speaker stated that it was a series of them reading the Wikipedia page for a topic and I’ve never been so quickly and intensely disgusted
