post-war, he hears from hermione that lavender, parvati and padma are going to visit india for holi. he visits lavender and parvati's fashion store out of curiosity where he finds lavender chatting with a few customers. he strikes up a conversation with her, casually asking about her plans. she gets super excited and talks about how she has visited india with parvati and padma many times over summers.

harry, now wondering about his culture, shyly asks if he, ron and hermione can tag along with them, and lavender literally beams at him! she asks parvati if he could come and she agrees

so they all visit india, where harry discovers his culture and the joy of desi festivities!!!
