love the absurd lengths isekais go to try and make the 'cold ex husband/fiance' guy be both chronically unlikeable but also somewhat redeemable like. the female lead will cry her heart out saying shit like YOUR PARENT.S...THEY MADE ME SLEEP IN THE DOG HOUSE.
