Angel City Football Club Announces Partnership with Bandai Namco US & Exclusive Limited Edition Tamagotchi Original Angel Shell

Bandai Namco US has announced a ground breaking four-year partnership with Angel City Football Club (ACFC), a national women’s soccer team. Bandai is the first major toy brand to sponsor a major U.S. professional women’s sports team.

Under the sponsorship model 10% of each sponsorship’s value is reinvested back into the community. This initiative provides high school-age young women from under-resourced communities across Los Angeles with grants and mentorship opportunities, including interactions with Bandai Namco employees.

Included in this collaboration is a co-branded, limited-edition Tamagotchi Original Angel with a ACFC influenced design. Available starting on Sunday, March 16th, 2025 on the ACFC website for $35.00 USD.

ACFC, on the pitch, as a football team, manages to crush me constantly, but the players themselves. They can do no wrong. The lights of my life, those girls. I smile every time I see them. They are being themselves and having fun and supporting each other and i think that's SO SPECIAL THEY'RE SO SPECIAL
