I'm lactose intolerant, but I'm terrible at being lactose intolerant, because I just eat loads of the pizza, then regret it afterwards.

I would be the exact same way. I gave up dairy and bread to kickstart more weight loss (cuz I plateaued) and it’s beenSoHard

On the plus side, I’ve lost about 10 lbs.
