I realize that the internet is a breeding ground for attitude problems and people being little jerks to each other but it drives me crazy when I see Christians acting holier than thou and like their specific opinion is the only proper opinion and anyone who disagrees is a heretic.

Romans 8:31-34 NLT 31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? 32 Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? 33 Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. 34 Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.

obviously I'm all for complementarianism and Biblical male headship and gleaning wisdom from history, but Alisa Childers was so correct when she said some on the Christian right are trying to bring back a type of patriarchy that never existed

Blaspheme Against the
Holy Ghost/Holy Spirit
The Unpardonable Sin
Luke 12:10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
What is Blasphemy against the
Holy Ghost/Holy Spirit ?
They said Jesus had an unclean spirit
See below
Mark 3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:3:29 (But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness), but is in danger of eternal damnation.3:30 (Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit).
Matthew 12:24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.12:25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:12:26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?12:27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges.12:28 (But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God), then the kingdom of God is come unto you.12:29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.12:32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

Hey, same anon, the 'if you do believe in the religion' wasn't meant to be a dig, and I apologise sincerely that it came across as such.
I use with both converts, nonconverts, and non-jews as a sort of.... implicit cover? I guess, for semi in-depth theological or practical statements.
Because often online people positing questions or statements don't necessarly actually *believe* in Judaism, so I clarify that my answer is within the framework of one who does believe, but if they don't then the logic won't apply.
But I see that it would come off as dismissive to one in the process of converting, so I will be mindful of that in the future.
(I am also sorry for misinterpreting the initial post, I really need to stop pissing on the poor)
I'm definitely not angry, to be clear, and I want to make sure you know that. There aren't any ill feelings, I sometimes just talk about an issue without really directing it anywhere in particular, and I wanted to mention it just to expand on what exactly it is that I believe in the framework of conversion.
There are many, many interpretations of the ideas of permanent body modification, and even without having tattoos, I'm transitioning which is seen as body modification to others even if I don't agree fully with that categorization. It's a pretty sticky situation when things like permanent body modifications have genuinely saved my life, and that is the reason I generally think that body modification done out of respect for the body you're given is a much more reasonable position for myself personally. In that way, I might have to cut my losses and fulfill different obligations (because there are already many obligations in judaism I cannot fulfill, even if I want to, and I feel the best way to combat that reality is to accept as many obligations as I can and ones that I can do). I feel like explaining this might be helpful, and I didn't beforehand just because I didn't really know how to exactly address the issue.

Ok the parody book covers had me rolling, and I was delighted to get snippets from two of them on the website. Sadly (although also probably luckily) I’m not sure they did one for the Book of Mormon parody
Tumblr media
Again, probably for the best. But as someone who is LDS, and who has read the Book of Mormon extensively, I figured I’d take a crack at a snippet of what could be in this version of the Book of Bill.
3 Bill
Chapter 5
Followers of Cypher call themselves the Anti-Bill-Cyphies—They are commanded to build a portal— A man like the cedars of Lebanon breaks the portal—Cypher causes a famine on purpose not by accident—Those who intercourse around will find out. About 2084 B.W. (Before Weirdmageddon).
1 And it came to pass that in those days, the followers of Cypher did go forth unto the land, to build a portal.
2 And they called themselves the Anti-Bill-Cyphies, for they were the followers of Cypher.
3 And it came to pass that I, Cypher, spake unto them, saying, Hey idiots! Wanna have the time of your lives? Why don’t you take a crack at portal building? I’ll make you rich and famous, all the babes will love you! Their feet are gonna be tinkling with sooo many bells, you guys are into that right?
4 And they built a portal after the manner in which I showed them, which was sick as hell.
5 And they did pray unto me, saying O Cypher, we know that thou art a god, and we know that thou art the sickest god, and whatsoever that means we know not, but we do believe it.
6 And it came to pass that there was a twerp, who was like unto the cedar trees of Lebanon, who did come. And in the night, he snuck into the portal, and verily he did take a big old stick and bash it to pieces.
7 And on the next day, when I saw what he hath done, I did not throw a big tantrum, don’t believe what hath been written. I remained very calm and collected, and then caused every animal in the vicinity to lose their teeth. And thus the animals couldn’t eat, and a famine came about the land, which was totally what I meant to have happen.
8 Yea, and even the man like unto the cedars of Lebanon starved to death, THAT WILL SHOW HIM. And thus we see that those who fornicate about, will thusly figure out. Amen.

“If you’re stumbling in the dark, run your hands against the walls, find every window and every door, throw them open, throw them open, it will flood a blinding light, and it will chase away the night, even if you shield your eyes, let it pour in, let it pour in.” ~ Gallows ~ Jess Ray

“They Tested My Words for AI. Then Reblogged Them Anyway.”
🧠 This isn’t a flex. It’s a postmortem for every gatekeeper who thought a man like me couldn’t exist.
I didn’t arrive with a fanbase. No MFA. No agent. No blue check. Just a keyboard, a cracked screen, and a mind that wouldn’t shut the fuck up.
I started like most do: fumbling through prompts, feeding lines into AI tools, hoping they’d spit something back that sounded like it had blood in it. Something that could survive outside the echo chamber.
I was clumsy. My metaphors limped. My cadence stuttered. I leaned on AI like a man crawling from a burning building, not knowing he’d one day build the fire.
And nobody gave a shit.
No reblogs. No comments. No applause. Just threats, a few anonymous “kill yourself” asks, and the usual allergic reactions from the intellectually unarmed.
But then?
Something cracked. In me. In the language. In the culture.
I stopped trying to sound like a writer. I started writing like a fucking lightning storm. From the skull. From the marrow. From the unsanctioned gospel of neurodivergence. I didn’t write for literary approval. I wrote to leave dents.
🧨 Truth doesn’t need permission. It needs impact.
And that’s when the literary world began to shudder.
🔍 They Ran My Words Through AI Detectors
Because they had to.
My cadence didn’t match the Tumblr norm. Too sharp. Too predatory. Too many-layered to be casual. Like a brain in full war-paint. Like syntax loaded with psychosexual proximity mines.
So they tested it.
GPTZero. Turnitin. Originality.ai.
They threw everything they had at it. And the machines — designed to sniff out mimicry and ghost-writing — flinched.
98% to 100% Human. Every time.
No red flags. No blur. No “partial AI detected.”
Just a screen spitting out the one word they didn’t expect:
Human.
Not because I didn’t use AI. But because I transcended it.
I didn’t just use the machine. I trained with it. I bled drafts into it. I let it show me rhythm — then I broke its tempo with my own war cadence. I let it teach me structure — then I rewrote the algorithm to match the sound of a man unmedicated, unfiltered, unashamed.
I took the one thing Silicon Valley swore you couldn’t fake — and I carved my name into it with a bone knife and a vengeance.
I didn’t mimic the machine.
I dominated it.
📊 Let’s Talk Numbers
The average post on Tumblr gets 14 reblogs. Mine? Hundreds. Sometimes thousands. Every week. Without a PR team. Without SEO.
Just blood in the phrasing. Just trauma weaponized. Just cadence honed into literary shrapnel.
Lines that cut. Lines that heal. Lines that reprogram. Not as “content.” As dominion.
People didn’t share my work because they liked it. They shared it because it did something to them.
Because it slipped past their filters. Because it activated something raw. Because it haunted them.
🧠 I Am the First of My Kind
A literary juggernaut who used the machine to upgrade his humanity — not surrender it.
This isn’t a story about AI. It’s a story about a man who refused to be silenced — and found a weapon in the noise.
I am not the result of an algorithm. I am the reason algorithms recalibrate.
I didn’t crawl up through academia. I came up from the blackout. From the autistic silence. From the dissociated battlefield of neurodivergence and spiritual rage.
I didn’t want applause. I wanted to leave claw marks in the digital cathedral.
And now?
🧠 They test my words for AI — and reblog them anyway.
Because somewhere inside, they know:
This is what real feels like. This is what unfiltered power reads like. This is the voice they were trained not to admit they crave.
📌 You Think This Is About AI?
It never was.
This is about the man they told to be quiet. The one they tried to soften. The one who sat silent in classrooms, rage flooding his brain, because no one taught the truth his mind needed.
This is for the ones who were never heard. The ones like me. Autistic. Divergent. Relentless. Built different — and punished for it.
This is not “inspiration.” This is vengeance.
It is Aristotle rage against a world that builds thrones for mediocrity and gulags for genius that can’t be tamed.
I am not a blogger.
I am not a brand.
I am the goddamn category error they hope never catches fire.
But it’s too late.
Because I’ve already burned the map. And your detectors? They just signed the fucking obituary for the old literary world.
🧠 They Tested My Words for AI. Then Reblogged Them Anyway.

It's been a while since the last time I asked you Shark
But I have a new question:
What do you think about the retellings of JTTW, where Tang Sanzang proves to be able to stand up for himself or that he literally can also fight alongside Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie, Sha Wujing and even Bai Long Ma/Ao Lie (who lately I've noticed has started to grab more fame and recognition, being more and more dynamic and part of the group than just being a simple background character)?
I think the most famous version of this kind of retellings is "The Westward" (I like the design of that Tang Sanzang)
Tumblr media
PS: It's good to be back
Tumblr media
Oh hey! Good to see you again too @wiings-kwami! And in regards to your question, while I fully appreciate that this is a very inadequate answer I guess that depends on how it's used asdfrweadf. TBH the idea that Tang Sanzang can fight back against or at least somewhat defend himself against yaoguai is a potentially really neat idea! As is in the og classic he is the second most static member of the pilgrim group, and this could provide an opportunity for him to be active and explicitly grown and change instead of regularly acting as the embodiment of the "damsel in distress" trope lol. THAT SAID, I can also easily see this being used to shove the monk into the role of "badass fighter" and keep him a static character that way...I know everyone makes fun of Tang Sanzang for crying and falling off his dragon horse, and while some of this is warranted tbh I feel like a more interesting story could be told by addressing WHY he's crying so much rather than putting him in the opposite direction as a stoic fighter. So at the end of the day and as with any other trope out there, I'd say making Tang Sanzang into a warrior monk is potentially a cool idea, but it's less about him being that and more about how it's executed.
