But your friends jumped on his back saying you aren’t a object and you agreed you aren’t but you also agreed that Nothing sounds better then him calling you “Doll” or sweetheart. Bucky quickly apoglized as you had too tell him if he stopped calling you Doll you would be mad.

it’s been a Long two weeks. Steve, Bucky, Nat, Hawkeye, Wanda and the kid Peter were on mission in Russia. You knew that they would be safe. I mean four outta six have superpowers. And you know Nat can protect herself and she’s a badass and she scares everyone and then thier was Hawkeye he was a basically a god with a arrow so you weren’t worried. But two weeks without Bucky was tough!

the Only people who knew about your relationship with Bucky was your friends who are not involved in the “Avenger” life mainly cause they don’t even know who your dad is. It was two different worlds and with your friends and Bucky you can be a regular couple no one questions it.

If they knew Everyone would have questions, Nat would be supportive, Wanda would want too talk about how it happened. Tony would. Ask completely inappropriate questions , Steve would be silent but supportive. Vision wouldn’t care, But Bruce!

Missions are apart of the gig you get it, you were just annoyed it’s been two weeks. He messaged you whenever it was safe but it wasn’t the same you were always restless when he was gone. So when the door opened and you saw him standing their grinning brightly you bolted over too him planting a kiss on his lips as he held you tightly.

both of you were unaware of Bruce heading towards he’s daughter apartment he held some flowers a tradition he started when he visited you at home too give you flowers. He wasn’t around much while you were growing up but when he did visit he bought you some flowers. You always love correcting the wrong dates. Picking up some beauitful sunflowers your favourite. He walked up heading up too his little girls appartment.

Having Bucky stripped it was always heated with you both and neither of you wasted time when he arrived him. You were ALMOST there! When the door knocked. You jumped high stunned hearing the door as Bucky went too ingore it until they heard Bruce’s cheerful voice.

“Shit!’ You whispered softly as Bucky shot up as you got up quickly getting dressed as Bucky looked around trying to oo find something. He’s shoes? They were at the front door. You got into your jeans and your crop top that was white as you had your black fannel overtop as you called out “HOLD ON DAD!”

You pointed too the closest as Bucky nodded his head bolting too the closest as you walked off too the front door. Quickly moving Bucky’s shoes. As you checked yourself in the mirror. Oh God1 your hair was a mess and your makeup was awful! Your lipstick smeared as you realized you quickly grabbed a napkin fixing it as you spoke, “Sorry Dad-“ opening the door you looked at your dad seeing him holding fmlwoers you smield as you spoke, ‘what’s that for?” He handed them too you as you smiled as you sniffed them walking too the kitchen, “what brings you over? We didn’t have plans today did we?”

“No- I thought i would take you out- you been so sad and off lately I- Is that bucky’s bag?”

Shit- you thought as you turned seeing Bucky’s Bag on the sofa. You spoke, “no?”

He walked over looking at it as he spoke, “this is Bucky’s bag I just saw him with it- why did it take you so long too answer th door?”

The Hulk appeared as you quickly called out too Friday. Tony set you up last christmas for safety, and because he thought it would be fun too send you more codes thru the lights. When he was bored. Piper mainly thought safety.. but Tony thought a torment tool. “Friday! Code green!”

The hulk bolted towards Bucky who jumped out of the window.- the hulk followed making a massive hole in your wall. As you saw Tony flying over as he noticed the scene as he laughed as thor appeared too assistant as they tried too calm down your dad.

Back at the headquarters you sat beside Bucky rubbing his head. It was a Hell of a fight, as you spoke, ‘how- you okay?”

“he has some anger issues.”

“Yea- that’s generic- you should see when i get angry.” He grinned weakly at your lame joke as he spoke, “he broke my ribs..”

He rolled his eyes as you rested your head on his shoulder, “it could of been worst.”

“HoW!” He gasped as you spoke, “he could of easily! Ripped your head off!”

He rolled his eyes as Bruce arrived he was fiddling with his glasses as he looked at his only joy in his life resting her head on Bucky. He sighed heavily as Tony was squeezing he’s shoulders, “So- I personally want too hear everything!”

Tony stated as Bruce, Bucky and you snapped shut up. As you looked at your dad. “We were going too tell you- but honestly.. we were afraid you would of reacted- like you did..”

Bruce looked at you as he spoke, “how long?”

“almost a year.”

“Well- 14 months and three days.” You turned too Bucky as you spoke “you asked me out in October! It’s July.”

“I was yours the moment I saw you.”

So I was watching What if…? On Disney+ and I have to say that “I would LOVE to have this picture be on Displate.” (That shop that have awesome posters made from metal) and then it got me thinking…

How would this “What if Peggy Carter became Captain America?” impact the fandom of Marvel Comics?

I tend to enjoy (or dread) overthinking about alternative universes and replay possible scenarios in my head.

Would we have accepted a female super heroine like Captain Carter back then? Sadly, I would say no (I would gladly say ‘Yes’ in the 2000’s but I need to be in an old mindset). In the 1940’s Marvel comics did have a comic book heroine called Patsy Walker and obviously this comic was indeed aimed towards teenage girls (she is a girl with no super powers and she was cancelled in the 60’s) but if we have introduced Captain Carter in Tales of Suspense #63 I don’t think she would receive a positive reception because war is a masculine and also it’s a dangerous occupation and if women join the army, they would only do supportive roles.

Captain Carter might’ve been a popular icon for those World War pin-up girls (“Steve Rogers did indeed hit that nail on the head when he jokingly stated that at least you aren’t forced to smile on stage and selling war bonds”) yes ladies and gentlemen… sex sells. So we would eventually accept Captain Carter but for the wrong reasons… if you are a man...

If you are a woman however… Now, I will admit that I’ve never watched Agent Carter (but this What if did make her a badass and I am all up for that!) So with the women doing the supportive roles in the war (medical and mechanical… yes during the Second World War Queen Elizabeth II served in the army as a mechanic), Captain Carter would’ve been an icon for women by encourage woman to have the same rights as men and fight in the frontlines but since the higher ranks are in fact men they wouldn’t feel ready to actually allow women to fight in the frontlines (women got to vote and they get less pay then men… sadly no fighting for the women) and this is where Peggy Carter becomes an icon for women. So if women can’t fight in the frontlines (you can’t Mulan your way in)… they could however fight within enemy lines, women can’t be soldiers but they can be secret agents.

Well for starters in 1966 we would have an altered theme song.

How I would do RWBY pt.3

Season Three

Tournament a go-go

RWBY, JNPR, SSSN, CFVY, CEMN, and some others win their starter rounds against some jobbers because important characters.

Cinder and Ruby have lunch to celebrate their mutual victories.

Have been having lunch together regularly.

Penny crashes the party in more glorious awkwardness.

Cinder quietly analyses a potential problem and/or opportunity in evil plan and tries to make nice along the way.

Ozpin starts to act gloomier than usual.

Blames a gut feeling he has.

Qrow shows up.

Everyone gives him a wide berth out of fear.

He is a massive fucking dork who is nowhere near as cool as he acts or his reputation implies.

Yang and Ruby are happy to see their uncle.

Weiss and Blake are wondering how this dork has such a badass reputation.

CEMN have little strategy meeting as to how Qrow might fuck up the evil plan.

Mysterious benefactor (Salem) tells them to go through with it hell or high water.

Second round of tournament.

Penny and Ciel deck Coco and Fox.

Yang and Weiss take down Sun and Sage.

Pyrrha and Jaune lose to Neo and Cinder, with Neo only contributing as much as is polite.

Pyrrha’s magnetism doesn’t work on Cinder’s glass/obsidian/whatever bow-sword.

Ozpin reveals to Pyrrha that he not only always knew about Jaune’s cheating into the academy but purposely rigged the bracket to put her and Jaune against people he knew they had a disadvantage to.

Wants both of them free to work for him and not be distracted by the tournament.

Also reveals that he knows Cinder and team are agents of Salem (Even namedrops Salem).

Says that Qrow is here to snatch her at the earliest and quietest convenience and question her about Salem’s plan.

Cinder is more slippery than anticipated.

Never gives an easy target and uses her befriending of Ruby to give herself a sort of buffer between her and Qrow.

Pyrrha is brought into fold against Salem on the grounds that she’s, on paper, the best student at the academy and Ozpin is desperate for hitters.

He’s holding off on Jaune for now to further test his competency and loyalty.

Plans to also bring Ruby into the fold, but is also holding off for reasons he won’t talk about.

Pyrrha is told to keep secrets but Jaune quickly sees that something is up and tells the rest of team about his suspicions.

Says he recognized disguised Neo’s fighting style from old crime surveillance footage and things Yang has said about her fight with her on the train.

Pyrrha is very conflicted but Ozpin orders her to try and keep Jaune quiet.

Yang vs Mercury.

Mercury takes his dive and Emerald fucks with Yang’s perception, making her ‘cripple’ Mercury.

Crowd is already upset that famous Pyrrha lost, is now rowdy at poor sportsmanship.

Yang is detained but is quickly told by Ironwood and Qrow that they know she was set up and are in the process of making things right.

Team CEMN is allowed a rematch against another team due to RWBY getting disqualified.

Cinder vs Penny.

Plan is Penny is going to tire Cinder out, win/lose, and after the match Qrow will snatch Cinder to interrogate her.

Ruby, naively, cheers on both of her friends, trying to ignore the problems of the last match.

Cinder kills Penny.

Like, Mortal Kombat fatality style. It’s only PG-13 because it’s being done to a robot.

Ruby gets BSOD’d.

Cinder gives big evil public speech while rest of her team hacks the robots and security measures into attacking people.

Horde of Grimm shows up and Cinder disappears.

Ozpin nabs P+J and tells them that shit is popping off and, while the grimm are manageable, Salem’s agents are the real issue.

Gets cut off by an arrow going into his neck.

Cinder tells him that that arrow is from Salem herself. Made from her bone and blood.

Ozpin drops like a sack of potatoes.

Cinder fights Jaune and Pyrrha.

Cinder’s already proven that she can kick their asses so she starts kicking their asses.

Pyrrha sends Jaune away to fight Cinder alone.

Jaune meets rest of team, says what’s going on as fast and succinctly as he can.

Adam and White Fang show up to cause more problems.

Yang and Blake start fighting White Fang members.

Weiss finds Ruby and breaks her out of her BSOD.

Make quick plan to shut down robots.

Neo has busted Roman out of jail and are now both directing robot attacks from Comm. tower.

Ruby and Weiss get to tower through waves of robots and fight Roman and Neo.

Takes some effort, but Roman and Neo are down for the count.

Cinder remotely primes a bomb to stop the robots from being used by the good guys again.

Roman realized that he was set up.

Neo is shocked but is knocked away to safety.

Ruby and Weiss cheese it before the boom.

Roman goes boom.

Blake and Adam have brief fight.

Adam kicks the crap out of her.

Yang and Adam have brief fight.

Yang, due to her uncontrolled rage mode, technically has a higher power level than Adam but do note the ‘uncontrolled’ part.

Adam is able to outmaneuver and outwit her and proceeds to cut her arm off.

Blake sneaks the both of them away from Adam as he’s reveling in the carnage.

Ruby see big fire coming from Ozpin’s tower.

Cinder isn’t even fighting anymore.

She’s just sadistically playing with Pyrrha.

Ruby arrives just in time to see Cinder get bored and incinerate Pyrrha.

Ruby BSODs again.

Breaks out of it to fight Cinder.

Cinder is final boss of season. Is also a ‘destined to lose’ kind of boss fight.

Cinder starts taunting her while kicking the crap out of her.

Says that it was all a lie, their friendship was just a tool, her whole reason for being there was to try and kill Ozpin, calls her an idiot, et cetera.

Cinder has won this fight.

Is about to finish Ruby Mortal Kombat style.

Ruby’s eyes explode in a blast of white fire.

Wakes up at home.

Tai is super happy his daughter is safe.

Says that JNR and CFVY rescued her from white fire hellscape that was once Ozpin’s office.

Qrow tells her that she has unlocked her second semblance.

It’s the same one that Summer had.

It’s a little different. Less fine control, but more raw power.

World is shocked at the events of Beacon.

Vale is almost post-apocalyptic now.

Main city is semi-stable but damage to outer areas is immense.

Grimm are everywhere and hunters are stretched thin.

Ozpin was later found miraculously alive.

Yang tells Ruby that Blake has run off like a punk-bitch (she’s a bit miffed at that) and Weiss got taken back home.

Ruby tries (poorly) to keep a positive outlook.

Yang rebukes her and calls her a naïve idiot.

Tells her to grow up and accept that shit will never really improve.

Ruby is trying her hardest to keep it together.

It is worse for knowing and losing than simply never having.

She is once again stuck at home with overprotective dad but now with callous and depressed sister.

This is on top of watching her new best friend murder her other new best friend, losing pretty much all of her other friends, watching part of her home and kingdom getting wrecked, and her father didn’t buy any of her favorite ice cream.

Tai goes for groceries.

Ruby takes a moment to try and calm down in her room.

She doesn’t.

Demolishes her room in an enraged fit.

Breaks down sobbing her eyes out.

Ruby is full of various negative emotions about the circumstance she is in.

If there wasn’t already a very dense core of grief and pain centered around Beacon, she would be attracting grimm.

Yang wants to comfort Ruby but her own depression and self-apathy stops her.

Ruby sees on the TV that problems are mounting in Mistral and uses that as the justification she needs.

Ruby runs away from home that night, alone, armed, and Mistral bound.

Season three done.

School arc done.

Fast & Furious

“Fast & Furious” is a refreshing dive back into the franchise and feels like it’s progressing in the direction the first film was initially heading towards.

Dominic Toretto and his crew are still performing truck heists, but on a much grander scale now. Fearing that the police will arrest the rest of his crew if he’s still around them, Dom decides to go his separate way for their safety. He leaves behind everything, including his girlfriend, Letty. A couple of months later, Dom gets a phone call informing him that Letty has been murdered. Now, Dom must hunt down the man who murdered his girlfriend. The only problem is, Brian is now working for the FBI and it’s his job to apprehend the same man who murdered Letty.

I appreciate this film because it gave me more of what I liked from the first film and even made bold choices. For starters, the action in this film is better than anything that came before it. The opening action set-piece was a great way to reintroduce the old cast while establishing backstory and marking when this is all happening on the timeline. It was an effective way to convey a whole lot of information in a badass way. I don’t understand how Brian could’ve ever become an FBI agent, but I guess I could give it a pass since it introduces this universe to more serious stakes. I went into this film blind, so I had no idea that Letty’s death would be the event to kickstart this whole movie. I thought that was bold and it paid off amazingly. I was hooked as soon as Dom picked up the phone and heard the news. It signified to me that no one was safe from death in this movie and that elevated the stakes even higher. This film doesn’t sugarcoat the ending either. It makes a decision that makes sense in the real world. I’m glad they went with this approach because it makes the world feel more authentic while opening new avenues for potential storytelling. This isn’t a perfect film by any means. The writing, at times, was really bad. It made dialogue-heavy scenes almost cringey and more complicated scenes almost indecipherable. Also, speaking of being indecipherable, the visual literacy in this movie was sacrificed for the action. I hope that the later films improve upon this because I feel like there’s a balance between doing inhuman stunts and making it understandable to the viewer. This was especially bad during the final chase sequence and I even thought for a split second that Dom had died all because the editing was poor. Also, there’s a semi-forced romance between Brian and Dom’s sister, Mia. I know they had something between them in the first film, but this film doesn’t really do a good job at reestablishing that connection, so when they end up kissing, it feels like it came from left field. If this franchise continues to make bold decisions, then I have no problem sinking more hours into watching these movies. The worst thing they could do is retroactively change continuity for some cheap reason. I want to wish for the best, but I have a bad feeling that I’m going to end up being punished for my optimism.

Endgame Thoughts *Spoilers obviously and a whole lot of venting*

OK Endgame, here we go! The absolute disrespect to the audience, the actors, the characters, and all the other creators who put so much work and care into building characters and stories for the other movies and shows which led up Infinity War and Endgame. The Russos are so far up their own asses with how good they think they are. I'm so done with their pure spoiler free excuses. Not letting actors know what scenes they're in, who they're with - wasting oscar winning actors on their own bloated egos insisting adults can't be trusted not to cause a PR scandal over their fanfic. Those assholes put themselves into the canon as "the first canon gay character". Oh, Mr. Unnamed Guy 32 is the first gay character out of all these hundreds of people on screen? Oh Mr. Russo well we all better get on our knees and kiss your gay dick in thanks then you ass faced worthless shit for brain. What a fucking insult. Who has the actual nerve? Who actually has an ego so big they don't actually see the lgbt community and their issues as something to take seriously within their narrative - its like their heads have been under a rock the past few years thinking of only their wonderful, unbeatable movie that they have no idea gay people are main characters now and have their own movies elsewhere in the world. We're not nameless, background characters you dicks. The fact that 10 years led up to this is like spitting in the face of your audience and telling them exactly how little you actually care about them except for their money. Every bit of Endgame highlighted and emphasized the flaws that was the monstrosity that was Infinity War. Starting there - I will never get over the fact that the end battle of Endgame so clearly shows how awful the previous movie was. I think I've told you all the problems I have with IW before but to emphasize again - the "we don't trade lives" concept is still something I'm furious over. The fact that grand old captain america wasn't willing to kill Vision for the UNIVERSE but was ok with a few hundred Wakandan's dying for Vision to maybe live? Bullshit. AND that final battle? WTF so we're supposed to believe that in the... five?... ten minutes? after being snapped back to life all those people got off their asses? I can't even. They expect us to believe that when you put all those geniuses, warriors, battle proven tacticions, strategists and spies in a room that they still make all those obvious mistakes when they know the UNIVERSE is at stake? Where was that army of sorcerers in battle one? Why did Wong or whatever his name is really HAVE to protect that one sanctum even knowing the fate of the UNIVERSE was at stake? They had hours to plan. HOURS. If not days?!?!?!?!?! They went to different countries, they had time to sit and plan. They had time to call in the world's resources to prepare, to gather armies. Instead they fought with Wakanda and a handful of superheroes - why??? They literally knew the stakes, the only reason they didn't have the huge army battle scene in Infinity War is because Marvel wanted another movie. They wanted to make billions on Endgame cause they knew audiences would come back if they shock value killed half the universe and then brought them back for battle two but uhhhhhhh.... On your left was a great badass scene and all. But they had max like ten minutes to gather forces who legit just came back to life. Who sent out that distress call btw? Why did all these people NOW have a plan of attack and were gathered in preparation to fight?

Was it badass? Was the shot of Captain America alone against an entire army not iconic? OF COURSE. I loved that scene. I loved the women gathering around Peter and racing to fight against the army as one. It was legendary. There were some really funny, badass, and wonderful moments. But it was a bad story. It was bad writing. Working my way down from character murders that least upset me to most. Black Widow. She finally came to life in this movie. She was a leader, she had emotions, she was more than a catsuit, a sexy smile and a witty comment. I adored her. I despise her death. I hated that in the end she was still another pretty face lying sexily at the bottom of a pit for the life and will of a man. I’m half okay with her death, because it was almost justified. In this story where she was finally a fully-fledged and fleshed out person – she had wants and goals and those centered around protecting her family. The character she was in this movie didn’t even begin to exist until Endgame and it’s a tragedy that she was murdered before she even reached her full potential. But she did want to sacrifice herself so the universe could live again. She wanted Clint to go back to his family. She wanted to give her life for the only thing she loved. BUT Clint was the true perfect mirror for this narrative. Thanos sacrificing Gamora will never be okay. Gamora said it herself – that wasn’t love. That was glorifying abuse. Thanos never should have been given the soul stone under the ridiculous and unclear rules of the soul stone. Honestly, I’d believe Red Skull is just fucking with everybody at this point with how ridiculous those rules are. No way is what Thanos did love. I will come back to the Russos glorifying and being okay with child abusers when I get to Tony and his father. Clint would have been the mirror to Thanos in that moment. Instead of a father killing his daughter, it would have been a father dying for his daughter. His relationship to his daughter is even highlighted at the start of the movie and in his time travel moment. Clint hated who he’d become, he was ready and willing to sacrifice himself for his family and at that point he deserved it. As shown later with Tony – the theme of fathers sacrificing themselves is a relevant theme. So why Natasha in that moment. Why not the father? Why not the narrative mirror? Why the only woman on the team, the one who has grown to be a real person in the narrative and one who is now LITERALLY IMPORTANT TO THE STRUCTURE OF THE WHOLE WORLD AND THE UNIVERSE? She became the leader of the Avengers and expanded their reach across galaxies by communicating and coordinating with Rocket, Nebula, and Carol. She had a world to rebuild by coming home. It’s not like they’re going to give Clint his own redemption movie where he makes up for his half assed arc to becoming his Ronin character arc. I’m half okay with it, but I also think it was the completely wrong choice of which character to sacrifice.

THOR. The insult to Taika Waititi. The insult to Thor, Thor: the Dark World, and Thor: Ragnarok. The insult to Thor the character. Hell, the reversal on Thor -2.0 from Infinity War. Years of movies, years of work building this character. Them saying that not only does Thor, who finally learned to be the God of Thunder without his hammer, who took up Odin’s role and finally accepted his place as King, needed to be.... fixed?!?!?! They gave him back his eye for starters which reverses the whole meaning of him losing it in the first place. Of assuming the role of Odin, of King, of being Thor. Then they give him the axe and then the HAMMER. Thor moved on. Thor accepted himself. Thor in Ragnarok is proven to be stronger without the hammer than he was with it. Giving him the axe, making him obsessed with getting his hammer back, reverses three movie of character development. AND THEN. Making him FAT. Making him STUPID. Making him threaten children, abandon his people, abandon his duty, fall into a depression completely unlike his character who is a hardened warrior with deep emotional depth and understanding – a fucking soft hearted genius in his own right who was able to easily give forgiveness to Gamora and understanding that being the daughter of an abusive monster isn’t her fault. They have the audacity to spend a whole movie making fat jokes about him and decide to reverse him back ten year’s worth of character development. Oh hardy har, we’re such good writers. We understand posttraumatic stress and the mindset of heroes – look he’s drinking beer, and an alcoholic, and eat a salad you fat fucks. WTF. It wasn’t funny. It was mean. It was unnecessary. It was out of character like the Russos came up with it high on crack and refused to let it go. Thank god Chris H is a good enough actor not to show how insulting it must have been to have his character be paraded around in bad cgi and treated like he’s an idiot. Did the Russos not watch the other movies in the canon? Did they not care that Thor had become this deeply complex character who loved his people, would do anything for them, was ready to be King and lead – NO I guess they just don’t care. Like everyone who sat on their asses during the battle in Wakanda. It would have been amazing for Thor to have gone back in time to see his mother as the true and worthy King at last, if his final arc had been around idk his apprehension at how to lead his people after failing them, after them dying down to a few hundred. Having everything he could have been overshadowed by the Russos need for a running joke the entire movie is so very insulting. It shows just how little they think of the audience’s intelligence.

CAPTAIN AMERICA. The insult to women’s agency. I truly at this point think the Russos are lying fucks who have no respect for women. They’re sexists assholes. The insult to the entire team of Agent Carter. The insult to Peggy fucking Carter, the most badass woman who built herself up, who built Shield, who moved on, who had a life, a husband, children, who died in peace and was put to rest. Nope. Forget about everything she did. The Russos plot line is more important. Steve Rogers started out the movie saying how important it was to move on, and what does he do? Not move on. Lets highlight the insult that throwing in “the first gay character” is when facing the cowardice of switching Steve Rogers from being so obsessed with protecting Bucky Barnes that he threw away the shield, became a fugitive, and left the family and team he’d built in the future to chase after Peggy Carter who he HAD MOVED ON FROM. He kissed that one random blonde girl he had no chemistry with. He said goodbye and buried Peggy. Peggy had a life, she was happy. Did she miss Steve? Was she sad he “died”? Yeah. But now she doesn’t get a choice between the future she could have had and the one where Steve buts in and I guess Bruce didn’t have a discussion with Steve about splitting the path of time into multiple realities cause the Russos decided to fuck their own established logic and leave Steve in a new version of the past – where almost all the infinity stones are returned in their non-original forms, loki is fucking off with the tesseract and Thanos/his entire army/and Gamora are all in the wrong time never to forge the original war in the first place? They didn’t put a single scene between Steve and Bucky reconciling the past few years, Bucky’s dusting or the fact Steve was gonna go and never come back after ALL THAT. After Winter Soldier and Civil War, Steve said fuck Bucky, fuck the avengers, fuck this future that doesn’t have Iron Man, I want to go dance with a woman who HAD A LIFE WITHOUT YOU YOU ASSHOLE. I was touched by the old man Steve returning to give Sam the shield. I thought it was wonderful, I cried a little. But what about Peggy? What about the timeline? What about the rules????? Fuck it, there’s a gay character now and Thor is fat, the rules don’t matter anymore I guess.

Tony Stark.... deserved better. He is the true, real hero. The only hero. I don’t care about anyone else. Excluding his own 3 movies and Homecoming, Tony’s character was done so wrong in the Avengers movies by the writers, the audience and the other characters. So many people wrote him off as the person he pretended to be instead of the person he was. They saw selfishness and ego instead of the amount of sacrifice, the effort he gave into making the world a better place. He was such a good person. He grew so much. He gave his life for a world that never loved him, but that he never stopped loving. Natasha and Tony were the only people with something left to lose, but they were the ones who sacrificed themselves for a cold, uncaring universe and they deserved better. Tony finally had everything he never thought he would deserve – a wife, a daughter, a peaceful life at rest. All his wars were finished. He had everything to lose and he went into the endgame with the one condition that he would not give up what he had gained. And still they killed him. It was the only acceptable death for a hero like Tony Stark, but that doesn’t mean he deserved it. That doesn’t mean his daughter grows up without her father. That doesn’t mean its okay for that abusive, negligent asshole that was Howard Stark to get a last hoorah and be “redeemed” by a final conversation with his son. No. Tony had multiple arc, multiple points in his life where he had to rise above Howard and all that Howard stood for, all the ways Howard had hurt him and held him back. He was better than his father – going to be a better father than his father. Thanos and Howard will never, ever be men who should be looked upon as having loved their children enough for them to die in exchange for the greater good. It was so very satisfying for Tony to finally have it out at Steve for everything and I wish that scene had been longer. Tony deserved to live.

Final points. The timeline stuff, again, was bs. They insisted on not messing it up and still they messed up everything. The greater implications of all that is... astoundingly idiotic. Along with, why not just have Tony’s life ending snap send Thanos right back to the past along with the infinity stones to their rightful places and memories erased? If the infinity stones can do anything, such as kill half the universe, why not correct the flaws of the plot? I thought it was stupid that the only reason the time heist failed was because Nebula didn’t think about mind melding with her past self. The fact that’s even a thing... that happened. Really. The whole movie shouldn’t have existed let alone be three hours. They set such a great tone with the opening scene. It was tragic and heart wrenching and then seeing Natasha finally realized and the world broken. I can forgive dues-rat-machina bring Scott back cause I love Scott, but the time heist threw out all the tension. I didn’t feel the stakes, I felt like they stepped sideways into a whole different genre. That middle plot didn’t feel like a movie worth ending an era on. It felt cheesy and underdeveloped. Again – they had forever to plan. There was no time limit pushing them to go to the past immediately. They could have taken the time to think this out, cover every possible option – and they did. They’re shown doing that. So how, for the second time in these two movies, do these brilliant geniuses, tacticians and strategists believably fail to predict the outcome. And uhhhhhh did snapping all those people back account for the post snap casualties? Cause we saw helicopters flying into buildings, cars crashing, we were told that wars broke out and people went kinda crazy as they had a right to. The snap resulted in post snap causalities by the billions across the universe – had to have. So did all those people come back? What happens to the people who moved on and now have a 5 years younger mother/father/sister/brother/friend/loved one/wife/husband/etc to deal with who just blinked and suddenly half the people they care about are now five years older and the whole world is different? The sheer amount of housing and food crises that are about to begin post “snap 2: the snappening” are insane. And I get that its no fun to think about that in the fun of a big super hero battle and all that. But next movie will probably have zero mention of all that as shown by Peter’s entire class just moseying along on a European vacation in the next Spiderman. So Peter’s entire class got snapped, came back, and went on with their lives? The rest of the world’s infrastructure repaired itself in the time frame of Peter still being in High School? Yeah, right. But still – the fact that there’s an hour and a half of the movie that pauses all the tension and drama to be a comedy is just... whatever fine. It was funny. It was kinda cool, but it didn’t belong and it wasn’t necessary. Ok, I think I’m done.

Chapter 8 Part 3

Back at the campus, the students compare notes and see what they found. JJ and Reid shared that they found a picture of Professors Gideon and Rossi smiling by the river with a Robert Frank quote on the back,

“Well Tara, Emily, did you guys find anything?” Reid asks.

“Oh we found a lot of interesting things in his office.”

“Ooooo do tell!” Garcia says.

“Well for starters we found a Purple Heart medal on his wall and considering there hasn’t been any recent wars, its safe to say that Rossi could’ve fought in Vietnam.” Emily said as the team looked on in surprise.

“Damn, our professor was a veteran? That’s some badass shit.” Derek said.

“Yea haha. But we also found out something that’s even more surprising.” Tara said

“What is it?” Hotch asked.

“Well we were about to tell you guys that we hadn’t found anything when Emily tripped on a loose floorboard. We lifted the board to find a gun, folders, a badge and the badge said SSA David Rossi.”  

The room went dead silent until Reid broke it.

“Guys, remember on our trip, the FBI agents introduced themselves as SSAs!”

“Holy shit……………………. Does that mean that-”

“Rossi was an FBI agent. That’s why the agents seemed to know Rossi so well!” Derek said shocked.

“I mean, what do we do with this information? I mean it’s not like we can confront Rossi about this. I mean we barely got out of there and I’m pretty sure he knows someone was in his cabin.”

“Well, for now we keep this among ourselves. Until then, we need to try to gain more information from different sources. Ashley, Kate, did you guys find anything?” Hotch said, turning the attention to them.

“Uhh nope, no no nothing.” Ashley replied.

“You sure? Anything helps right now guys.” Derek says.

“Nope we found pretty much nothing.”

“Oh okay?” Hotch said.

“There is one thing we can say for sure. If Gideon was an FBI agent and if he worked with Rossi, he could’ve been killed by a criminal he put away. That or an angry family member.” Reid said as the team looked on.

“I agree with Reid. This feels like a revenge kill and if that's the case, Rossi could be in trouble.” Derek said.

“Well, it’s getting a bit late. I think we can call it a day everyone, go get some rest.”

The team heads back to their dorms and settles for the night. Back at Ashley and JJ’s dorm things were going pretty smoothly.

“Hey Ash I’m gonna go get in the shower. Be back in a bit!”

“Okay see ya!”

Once JJ is out of the room, Ashley then pulls out Rossi’s journal that she found at Rossi’s cabin then pulled out her phone.

“Hey, yea i got something.”

There’s a pause.

“Yeah, I think it could be good to use.”

Another pause.

“It’s Rossi’s journal.”

“Yeah, I’ll show it to you tomorrow after my classes.”

The line then goes dead and Ashley puts the journal in her bookbag. She turns out her light and snuggles into her sheets for the night, ready to go back to her classes the next day.

Haley and Kristy is in their dorm getting ready to call lights out, but not before Kristy can brag about her amazing night with Matt.

“Nooo way! He did not!”

“Yep! Ripped them clean off, no trouble at all.”

“And this was in the back of his car??”

“Yep, on top of the hill he took me to on our first date!”

“Wow, Matt seems like a keeper.”

“Yeaaahh he is.” Kristy says dreamily.

“Please he had protection, or that you’re on the pill or shot?”

“Of course Haley!”

“Hey I’m just saying, sometime when you’re in the moment and sometimes you forget to-”

“Haley, i promise we had protection.”

“Good. Anyways, I’m a bit tired and I’m going to sleep so goodnight Kris!”

“Night Hale!”

As the students settle for the night, they couldn’t help but absorb all the new information they gathered today. Their professor was a war veteran and an FBI agent! Why would he not tell them this? If Gideon was killed out of revenge, does that mean Rossi is next? And most importantly, what could they do about it, and who was behind it all?

But when she joined, when Clint brought her aboard...she needed STRONG, badass women to look up to.

Peggy Carter was basically the embodiment of BADASS.
